My awb no m56417314 has wrongly been delivered to a lady by name farzana as per the drs copy the number given of the receiver on the drs copy is not reachable. The parcel was meant to be delivered flat g/b, hayes hall, hayes road, bangalore - 560 025.
I have been constantly chasing this with your call centre team and the franchise who delivered in richmond town area.
Regret to say it such an unprofessional service. No one values customer time and emotions in this regards.
The call centre does not have a profesional training given to customize the customers follow up calls and brief summary of the case is not been prepared to justify the customer requirement.
With all the pain that i have taken to re-solve this issue has been failed. So i intend to lodge a police complain.

I have booked a courier (Track no. Z[protected] on 21/09/2017, from dehradun to patiala. Now it is 26/9/17 almost six days i did not received that courier. That kind of irresponsibility i was not expecting from dtdc. Kindly help in in this regard, people are reaching to the courier companies just because of fast service and you are lacking in this regard.

Sorry to lodge a complaint against poor quality of services. Consignment which needs to be delivered at lumding 782447 within the stipulated date but after tracking it is viewed that the consignment was hold on guwahati hub for a long duration from 18th september to till date. I couldn't understand why such happened as it is presumed that it is usually delivered within the date. So plz do the needfull action immediately considering the loss of goodwill and monetary loss of myself. Consignment no. K03251554

I have ordered green isle liquid fertilizer-500 ml from amazon and the same was sent through courier: dtdc vide tracking no r27094599. The item was suppose to reach me since the 25.9.2017 but till i have not received it. Can the heads of the courier take up and discipline your agencies please otheriwse i may have no option but to claim for a refund from the courier itself

Sir, i regret to inform you that i have an order from ebay online shopping whose confirmation ebay order id:[protected]. They despatched my order through dtdc courier in my address which is "abhijit naha, pwd quarter complex, sabroom, south tripura, pin - 799145" and they said it was delivered to you approximately 18th sept to 20th september. But till now courier service will not provide my order. When i was checked my order through dtdc tracking i saw that it was arrived at guwahati hub since 19th september. And the dtdc courier awb number / consignment number is z35161507.in this regards, i will provide a photocopy of this tracking id and my ebay order. Which is responsible for making this type of bullsheet??? U should take a necessary action as soon as possible.

I booked a courier on 22.09.2017 at chennai, to be delivered at alwar (Raj.) under plus scheme of the courier company. I was assured that courier would reach alwar on 25.09.2017. Today when i enquired, they told me that it would take another two days. This is one of the worst courier company, i have ever seen. Better prefer ordinary post than dtdc.

I am sending a parcel through dtdc courier lite vide doc. No. K03411542 dt. 19.09.2017 from kolkata to siliguri (Subarna dey, 24, gurusaday dutta road, north bharat nagar, near tufani sangha club, siliguri - 734006) but it is very unfortunate that till today 25.09.2017 the parcel is in transit as confirmed by dtdc kolkata office.in time of booking i was confirmed that it would take 2-3 days maximum to reach the destination. Another thing is that kolkata office give me phone number of siliguri office but i call the guy several time but no response/ call not received from their end. I am very much surprised that how can they do like this as dtdc is a well known courier service as we know. Till it is not concerned when the parcel delivered at its destination. Its a very big???. Kindly take action against it.

My track id is[protected], a completely new bed with 2 stools nd mattress was couriered from jamshedpur to delhi. The product was broken ridiculously and the broken parts are missing further the product was delivered too late from the estimated delivery time. For which i paid rs 9440.00 kindly look into this and provide some compensation. Below i have added few pictures of the damaged product.. More can’t be added as file size exceeds.. The product is damaged so much that it’s of no use.

I have sent a parcel at 13/9/2017. And still the parcel did not reached the destination and the courier company says that it was mistakenly delivered at another state and we will be deliver very soon. It's not dtdc sir. This type of service not expected... Please do what u can but make my parcel to be delivered as soon as u people can and it's very urgent

The delivery agent has not tried calling me, instead agents bluffing that they have tried reaching me which is not for sure done. I have raised a complaint and after 3 days of raining and my followups they are saying they cannot do anything. When i ask why agents cutting the call. Is this the way you people respond to customers.
The package is hardly some 30 grams.
Minimum they should have called me when they are returning the package back. They didn't call when they are trying to deliver nor when they are returning. Now the only i answer i get is they cannot do anything.

We have sent an urgent courier to kolkatta from mumbai. Dtdc has charged rs 350 promising that it will be delivered within 24 hours.

The status is that the letter has not yet been delivered.

After repeated mails and phone calls there is no follow up from them.

Most surprisingly they are taking customer for a ride and charging huge fees of priority service but not giving the services which they have charged for.

They are willingly telling the customers to go and file a consumer complaint as they are aware of the fact not no action will be taken against them and at the end the customer is going to suffer even after paying a priority service.

Still it was not received either this end or that which is send on 11/08/2017.
Nobody responds on call.

Iam not worrying about the parcel but i'm thinking about your negligence and atleast the status was also showing on online tracking "in transit"..!!!
If we complaint on any matter you will reapond and the next day the case will be closed.

A parcel vide reference number v39937976 dtd 14/9/17 was lifted for delivery on 14th of september, 2017 by your salt lake branch. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within two days, but failed to fulfil his promise. We have chosen your plus service as that was a tender documents with top priority and to deliver on an urgent basis to guru ravidas ayurved university, punjab - 146001.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered in time, but there has been no satisfactory movements of the said consignment found updated and taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. The consignment should deliver on 16th of sept itself but no such movements happened. It is regretted to say that we are literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company. We had to face huge financial loss due to this delay. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and outside of the agreed deadline is considered to be a breach of contract.

I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately and must compensate the loss.

Dtdc courier (Consignment number: p[protected] containing phone, we sent to bihar, munger district, jamalpur. But, it has been 8 days and not been delivered yet and there is no recent update also in the portal. It is showing that the parcel is in transit since 17th september 2017. We have to take strict actions against dtdc if not delivered or the item gets misplaced.
Update the status on the portal earliest.

Docket no. B 47805938 sent on 7/9/2017 from hospet to delhi ambrane india pvt ltd c-91/7 first floor wazirpur industrial area. Near by pf office new delhi – 110052.
After 14 days of shipment (9th spet 2017), dtdc tracking system still shows that it is in transit. I have contacted dtdc customer care and registered case no. Is 07820544 and still i could not get any update on the issue.
From reputed courier services like dtdc, it is never expected this is very pathetic. Please trace the document and deliver it immediately...

My tracking number is b47743729. This parcel from bangalore for me to hotel leonia bomarasapet, shamirpet distt rangareddy hyderabad shipped by 13 september. The parcel reach the destination city in 17 september. And today 21 september till my product is not delivered to me and not picking my phone. My number is [protected]. Please help me courier service pick my phone one time and said products will delivered by tomorrow but they not and after said we don't have your product. And after that they didn't picking my phone. I don't know what's wrong with them. Please help

I have booked a courier from varanasi to kharagpur under dtdc plus service. Booking agent mansi upadhyay told our representative it's for time bound delivery with in 24 hours, but unfortunately courier did not delivered yet. When my representative visited your mahmoor ganj, varanasi office to discuss branch manager he replied very rudlay that is not our responsibility. You may go to police for lodging fir.

Now i am feeling cheated. Please do needful for this.

We tryin to speak to him bt he is not recivin call n one of our relativ was been to his office but he is behaving rudely. This is v important to get it on tim we missed our flight because of him... We are yet to receive the cover, we have paid extra because of the emergency involved, and we note that there is no proper service.
