I have handed over my parcel along with the delivery charges to DTDC's care to deliver it to the destination on time. I have also completed necessary formalities with the forms while handing over the product. However, after several followups in last 3 months it was confirmed that the consignment is lost by DTDC. I wonder why it's not insured and it's DTDC who has to compensate my loss because of negligence in delivery.
