On 26th august 2017, my consignment (# d[protected] was booked at dtdc express ltd, mankar chowk, wakad, pune 411057.
I was assured that the parcel would reach the destination by 31st august 2017. But till now it is not yet delivered to the destination. I am not getting any response from dtdc staff for the consignment status.
There was no follow-up or call back arranged in-spite of leaving my details behind.
Pathetic service….. I am deeply disappointed with your services

I have sent an iPhone 6s mobile to mumbail from Hyderabad through dtdc courier. It was delivered successfully but my mobile is replaced by a small basic phone. I paid insurance also while shipping. They are not responding properly.my courier no is V39839822. Please help me to resolve the issue.

    Dear sir/ madam,

    We have placed a shipment no: h01930353, it was delivered on 05th august’17. Even though it was written “handle with care”, but not handled properly. The product damaged because of rough handling. The franchise told us about consequences in delivering the mug (Product in parcel) and we accepted. But it doesn’t mean to overload the package. From the photographs and the pattern of damage it was crystal clear that the product was damaged because of placing more load above our parcel and rough handling of package.

    Please take necessary action and solve this issue. Dtdc is not responding appropriately.

      I was expecting a parcel from my friend from coimbatore, committed to be delivered in 48 hours and charged rs.1400/-. It hasn't been delivered in 6 days now while the website is showing it was delivered 2 days ago! Being shunted around customer care, lower parel mumbai office for 3 days now & tool 48 hours just to register a complaint. Final straw is to face the ignominy of being shouted at by lower parel branch person because i was following up on my parcel (& which his office has updated as delivered). No escalation point anywhere & still no trace of my parcel. Undboubtedly the worst customer service & courier company in india. Never, never use them.

        My name is hemang jain, i had sent a package to ahmedabad in 2 boxes properly packed.
        The tracking id for the same is d36542109.
        The package was received in a white bag wherein all the paper material got damaged.
        We also had send 4 boxes to indore where 3 have received & 3 to surat where 1 has received.
        Total material cost approx. 5, 00, 000.
        Who will pay for the damages of the same.
        Will go to consumer court for the same otherwise my compensation expect 5 lac.

        I had sent a packet through DTDC, tracking no. Z25401202, the product has been wrongly delivered, I have written to DTDC, received an incorrect reply. I tried calling up at your Delhi office, seems everyone is busy and do not have time for customers resolution. Kindy do something and provide me a proper resolution.

          A parcel with no b47500830 was sent via your courier service to goa on 5th september 2017. It was received in goa on 6th sept and after phoning the dtdc distribution office was informed that it had gone elsewhere. Despite several phone calls on the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th my parcel from melody electronics, bangalore has not yet been found or delivered.

          Can you please find and deliver my parcel.

            Dtdc service is very bad in siliguri w. B.
            I booked 1 parcel in delhi for siliguri by flight fare on 20.08.17. But i not received my parcel till today.
            Also they did not give correct information about my parcel. Even they don't attend any call on [protected]
            I am very frustrated by their such behaviour.
            Hope you will take right action regarding this.

              I had visited dtdc office at kadavanthra, cochin, kerala on saturday the 02nd september morning to deliver some plants to bangalore. I initially requested if the same could be delivered on sunday as it was urgent to which the attendant told me that sunday is a holiday & hence it could not be delivered. Then i checked on how early it could be delivered. She told me that it could be delivered on tuesday & the charges would be rs.270/- then i checked if the same could be delivered on monday since they were plants & it was urgent to which she told me that if i use express delivery it would reach by monday & that the charges would be rs.670/- although it was too expensive i chose to use the express service and the consignment note is attached.
              The delivery did not happen on monday as promised and it happened only on tuesday for which i could have used your normal delivery by paying much lesser. Hence please organize to refund rs.400/- asap. Regards alex [protected]

                Subject : shippment not delivered to the correct address

                I would like to register a complaint with respect to the consignment that i was supposed to receive from delhi, which is till date not delivered to me or at my home.

                I have logged an complaint online through dtdc website and also sent an email to the email i'd [protected]@dtdc.com on 06/09/2017. To my surprise but till date i have not got a response for both.

                What is even more surprising is that the coimbatore office staffs are being irresponsible and refused to provide any details with respect to the consignment delivery slip.

                Day 1- september 4th. I had called the dtdc office number[protected] and spoke to pradeep. He took the details and said will call back. After that until today he is not responding to the calls.

                Day 2- september 5th spoke to lady on the same number, she said she will call back but no response. I then called mr. Sampath operations manager, he also took all the details and said will revert back but until today he is not answering his call.

                Day 3- september 6th no response from anyone

                Day 4- september 7th, i get a call from dtdc ([protected]) and asked as what the problem was and i gave them the details. The lady said she will call back but again there was no call back.
                I also called[protected] but never got through the line. I called[protected] a person answered said he can't help me as it is related to coimbatore and hung up the call. I asked for complaint forum details he said he doesn't have any number for the same.

                Day 5- i called the number [protected], a lady by name amuthaveni answered and never gave me any details and was refusing to tell her name and also refused to give the head office bangalore details for registering a complaint.

                This is the service i have got since 5 days.

                Is there way that i can reach the higher officials for registering a complaint for all the hassle that is been created.

                I hope i would receive a reply or action would be taken for the aforesaid problems.

                  Hi,
                  We sent a courier throgh dtdc from hyd to blore (Chris hotel whitefields) address on 4th sep, monday. The consignment no is h03031991. This contains imp docs to be submitted urgently. Starting from 6th sep, it shows it is out for delivery and by end of day updates the status as not delivered. It happened the same way on 7th sep. Have called customer care many times and they said it is out for delivery and will be delivered every time i call.
                  As i am staying in a hotel and need to return back today and not yet received the courier and in a trouble now, since i can not submit it. There is no proper response from anybody. Please help me to get this delivered at the earliest today.

                    My parcel had been sent on 11/08/2017 from srikakulam to goa. Till now i dont have any call or intimation regarding the parcel. Its showing reached to margao on 24/09/2017 while iam tracking online and myself personally met in office to collect. But they couldn't find the courier and told that we will send to your address within 2days.

                        I had sent two couriers thru dtdc on 01.08.2017 from mumbai to bokaro (M[protected] and azamgarh (M[protected] but till date it is not delivered nor it is returned back. Now when i am asking for refund they are not ready to refund the amount and telling will return back your parcel ones received in mumbai office. The purpose of sending those package is gone so ethically dtdc should refund the amount.

                        Please note : before sending it for courier i checked with your people wether it will be delivered to concerned pin or not and your person confirmed it.

                          My relative sent me tablets through dtdc courier service my tracking number is z34247721. The courier is sent from jaipur rajasthan on 29/08/2017 to narnaul haryana and now the status shown is delivered on 31/08/2017 but i didnt recieved it yet. When i call the customer care they gave the number of courier boy of this locality but he was saying that it will be recieved on today, tomorrow and giving silly excuses. Due to my health issues i need it very urgent please help

                            My item has not been delivered to me. Upon inquiring i get the information that it has been delivered. I call the office numbers[protected] or 129 they don't really give good consumer care service and are not faithful in inquiring about my missing parcel. Its an important parcel and i need it. Its dtdc's responsibility to deliver my item home asap. The shocking news is that the dtdc delivery person has delivered it to someone (Or maybe stolen it himself) without asking if the person receiving it is the same individual by checking the identity proofs. Such major deliveries are just done so carelessly and the customer care is least bothered. 99% of the time they are not bothered to lift the calls on their landline care numbers. This seriously needs to be paid attention and so does my parcel. It should reach me safe sound and un-used.

                              My consignment (Consignment no. M[protected] booked on 31/8/2017 which was supposed to be delivered by 4/9/2017 which has not yet been delivered at the destination i. E hyderabad. I was told that my parcel would be delivered by 4th september, 2017 latest. I chose dtdc couriers since i thought it would be prompt. Please let me know the status of my parcel which has been very much delayed

                                My certificate has been wronger deliver some where else, the deliver paper with the company has a forger signature with no contact no taken.
                                This happened on 29 july and till now after so many complaints no one has not done anything.
                                I really donot know what to do, the university will not issue me a new certificate.

                                  We had sent a rakhi along with sweets to usa. We were promised a 3-4 day delivery. The courier reached usa in a bad state, without rakhi, and that too in 2 weeks with sweets smelling bad. The price of the courier was not reasonable either. We thought we were good price so that it would reach quick and proper. But to our disappointment neither it reached quick not proper. Since it was a rakhi for which we had sent the courier and the purpose was not met, we got frustrated. Their response was far frustrating. Bad customer service.

Iam always send another coriour company, iam send international coriour dubai to kerala my tracking number[protected] iam submit in dubai office date 24 ok today date 5 its very late, i can't get delivery another all coriour i have get only 5, 6 days inside ok, dtdc only use in kerala local is good i think,,, my item still in cochin hub iam check in tracking number,, it's very bad next time iam not use dtdc

                                      I have couriered some materials (Anath) used in religious ceremony (Anath pooja) on 2/9/2017. The courier id is - v38247930.
                                      I was promised that it will reach on monday (4/9/2017) but still it has not reached.
                                      This is very disappointing as the purpose of courier failed because festival was to be celebrated in today morning.
                                      It not only costs us economically but also psychologically.

                                        Hi sir/madam,

                                        We sent a shipment from hyderabad to erode. Shipment # v39996812. When it reached package was open. As it was a baby formula i thought of reaching dtdc to understand why it was opened. I tried calling their numbers in almost all numbers listed in contact us page. No one answered it. I sent an email with this situation and question, i got a reply that the package was delivered. I resent the question again and again and getting the same answer. Customer representative is not answering the question. Case # 07578268. Can anyone help and fix the customer care?
