Parcel not delivered since 10 days, I have been going through the tracker regularly for the status and suddenly 2 days back it is updated as Delivery Completed Successfully. The Consignment number is H01072120.
This is very ridiculous, charging money and not delivering the parcel to the destination is very rude from you. Do you think this reputates your organization.
I'm gonna complaint further for this if not resolved in 5...

I had booked a rakhi for australia brisbane 9 dtdc courier on 31st july'17 from panchkula.

Docket - n[protected] it was confirmed to reach before the festival date.

It was very very special rakhi to celebrate the 1st special festival of my niece.

The packet contained rakhi along with garments.

To my surprise:

1) the packet reached on 9th aug.. Whereas the festival was...

I, sumanta sarkar, have sent on parcel containing "rakhi" on 03.08.17 from rudrapur, uttarakhand to kolkata. This was an urgent consignment and for that i have paid rs.200/-. The dtdc person assured me that this will be delivered within 05.08.17 to its destination.

But surprisingly the said was delivered on 09.08.17.
The consignment number was v 38799030.

I have booked courier vide docket no. M53429939 on 1st august 2017 from jabalpur to manvi (Raichur)
10 days already passed but my courier not delivered neither showing tracking status online.
When i was tried to dtdc jabalpur office they are not giving clear status.

Complaint against ur vendor present at akhnoor, jammu and kashmir. Firstly the dealing hand has no manners how to talk n giving bad impression about ur courier service

My mom sent me a parcel from Jaipur to my hostel. All I received was some packets of namkeen which were badly torn. One box which contained home cooked food. I have dropped emails and call DTDC guys about my consignment. But i did not receive any response from them and its not delivered yet.

Its very pathetic experience with them. Still i have no idea when would i receive my consignment.

Please provide an update on my consignment and when will it get delivered.

Dtdc is the worst courier service.
A product was couriered to bhubaneswar address from Nasik but the Jayde Vihar located dtdc didn't give the courier on my address for 10 days. Giving them enormous calls didn't change their mind.
They started ignoring my calls and gave a excuse later that the address is non serviceable area. This is not the way they handle people's goods. Highly unprofessional
I have suffered a lot....

I have couriered my house hold items, containing my clothes and other items

The package was wet and was delivered in damaged condition.. Poor condition of my clothes.. Documents papers are completely wet and torn.

Take the action for the irresponsible conduct..

If a perwon is trusting your service company. Your duty is to deliver it as properly as possible.

We are from McLeod Russel India Limited, Margherita Tea Estate.

On[protected], we had dropped an envelope containing Documents at DTDC Courier & Cargo Servvices, Margherita-786181 for despatch from Margherita-786181 to Siliguri 734003.

The courier vide consignment No. K01394840 was despatched but an amount of Rs. 300/- was charged for such a small delivery. We feel astonished that the same service is provided...

I sent a package on 27th july, 2017 which was 'rakhi' and was to be received before rakshabandhan obviously. But today is 9th august, 2017, 2 days past rakshabandhan and the courier is yet not received. When i tried tracking it shows 'not delivered' because 'office closed'. I had provided residential address and also we have cctv recording and no one came to deliver the package.

This in reference to the courier send from noida to sultanpur on 1st august 2017, consignment number - z30719483. Till 7 august they dont have any update of the packet place.
Your service of delivery is extremely poor, kindly close your courier service.

I submitted my product at hyderabad, vanastalipuram branch at 3rd of aug 2017 to karimnagar as an emergency for 1 day delivery and today is 9th of aug and still my product is not delivered and when i contacted the karimnagar branch they are telling me to come and take the delivery and go. Worst reply by your authorities. I want a serious explanation and immediate action against it. Thank you....
