DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

We had sent DD and xerox certificates via DTDC courier(No: H[protected] to Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, new delhi from visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh on 18-Jul-2017 and it should be delivered by last date of submission 31-Jul-2017.
courier boy reaches to this location after 5pm and they rejected as boy reached after closing hours.
Instead boy delivering the courier on next day, before closing hours, he returned it to Vishakhapatnam and finally it reached me on 21-Aug-2017 after several followups due to incorrect status appearing in tracking website.

We want justice and expecting compensation for this irresponsible and negligency actions from DTDC courier service so that it wont repeat other time to other customers for important deliveries.

I had booked a consignment on 17 Aug 2017 from DTDC, Marol, Andheri to be delivered to Virar west, expected to be delivered on 18 Aug 2017.
To my surprise though Address, landmark, pincode and mobile number all were printed on the packet, the packet traveled to many places when I inquired and tracked its location before being delivered to the destination on 22 Aug 2017.
The consignment traveled from Marol to Kalyan then to Boisar, then to Parel then to Marol and then to Vasai and finally delivered to Virar on 22 Aug 2017.
When inquired the reason for all this chaos, was informed that I might not have written the address properly. See the attached image and inform what is wrong with the address.
DTDC has employed such ###### who can not even read and understand the address and follow the protocol.

This is the worst courier company i had experienced in my six year work life.
These fellow think that we are the delivery boy and ask you to come and collect consignment, even if you go to receive, you will not find single person in office, they enjoy among them self and ask you to come later. Worst courier company, they will bring only and only loss in your life. If anything got delivered by this company think you luckiest person.

I am very much disappointed to your service. I have not get my parcel till date as your online portal shows delivered dated 8/8/2017. Your courier man cnt gave favorable response & avoid my calls. Calling past several days.. Frustrated please do needful.

No single person hear our problem. Already paid online so its tough to to track. Kindly do needful. 1150/- is not a less amount

I am using the service of dtdc to send and receive my parcels across india. I am not receiving any parcels to my door step when parcel is addressed on my name to my malappuram, kerala address.
In ketala dtdc agent will give a cal and ask us to come n collect from their office. Also recently one parccel i received had missing items.
I request you to please ttake necessary steps against the malappuram, kerala agents to deliver to door step

This is in regarding the courier with docket no. V39850265 which had been delivered in broken condition. At the time of submitting the same to the concerned person at gachibowli (Near dlf gate no. 3) branch, hyderabad, it was being informed to the concerned person that package contains breakable item so kindly ensure the safe delivery. And he just inform us for extra 100 rupee's charge (I. E risk surcharge) for a safe delivery and ensured us it will be delivered in the same condition. It was a gift to my friend and this was really not expected from your dtdc. I expect a good response from your side, as such matter cannot be neglected and it is a case of sheer negligence.co-operation will be highly appreciated.

I have sent 1 parcel to rajasthan suratgarh but it did not recived yet while i am tracking it online it is showing that the package is alrready deleverd.

I refer this service, to send my parcel to katni from dewas (Mp). But in just that short distance, but high charge also my parcel is yet to deliver.

This was very urgent. But now i m help less. Because it was my first and last mistake to prefer dtdc.
Very sorry. The dewas representative have promised that the parcel will reach in evening of saturday or sunday morning, but not delivered yet.
The item will have no worth if it is reaches tomorrow.

I have posted a consignment to dtdc office in wakad, pune, maharashtra. Following are the details of my shipment
Date of submit - 1st aug 2017

Location - wakad, pune, maharashtra
Cost: rs. 2000/-

Even after 18 days, the status of the consignment is 'in transit'. Dtdc mentioned that the consignment would reach the destination in 5 days. I have been trying to reach the customer care and their reply is 'we will check and get back to you' and nothing happens after that.

Possible resolution - i need full refund of my payment made to dtdc for this consignment.

I have couriered the my documents from hyderabad on 14th august to visakhapatnam.
I see the courier is not yet delivered. I contacted the destination (Srinagar, gajuwaka visakhapatnam, phone number : [protected], [protected]) dtdc branch, the response is very bad from that branch and they say they are not responsible for the delivery of the package.
This behaviour from dtdc utterly disappoints me as a customer. There is no information in dtdc website, when trying to track it. I feel some misuse of the courier which i sent.

The consignment no p42301969 was booked on 31st july 17 at pune dtdc franchise. Till date its undelivered to consignee address.
No communication or notification has been made with recipient. Or sender regarding this.

Upon investigating on 07.08.17 with pune dtdc franchise from where it was dispatched we come to know that it has been in transit on 02.08.017 the online tracking also shows the same status that it is reached at indore hub on 02.0817 from then its not delivered to us till date and no communication /information /notification received about it from dtdc indore.

The local phone and customer care are not responding either as compliant is register against it with ticket no 07089567 on 07.08.17 no response to mail/complaint is recived till date.

I had send a shades through dtdc courier parcel from mumbai to ambikapur wbis showing bei g delivered to hyderabac as per dtdc online tracking. Package number is m55363707.

I have to recieve package from chennai to eluru which is pincode 534003, which is written correctly on payment slip.but my tracking id showing wrong pincode wrong shipping adress, its important one, how come these are misplaced.we depends on courier.please resolve it as soon as possible.i had my recepit with all filled correct details, please consider it.

I have couriered in a docket # b46483269 dated 04/08/2017 an parcel for pin code # 577132, dated 04/08/2017, but webiste its showing pin code # 573201

Still parcel not reached, nobody has call us for qny query related address or for any information..

Its almost 14 days am afraid where the parcel is?

I have called dtdc customer care, they share other number call, which reaptedly happening daily

Please look in to this and get back my parcel to us..

Parcel having consignment no v34490493 showing out for delivery from august 14 onwards but not delivered yet. I talked to concerned person at whitefield branch. He was rude and unable to give any satisfactory reply. The parcel contains mobile worth 12000 plus 32 gb memory card. This is very very urgent and required priority attention. Also talked with local courier person at the delivery end and he said he had not got the parcel. So it's a worrying situation for me until the parcel delivered.

I had ordered the product from varanasi and wanted to get the parcel delivered to my client in mumbai before 2 pm on 11th august, we chased for the product the product was shipped feom to mumbai on 11th morning again i was sent to lucknow hub and then i couldnt deliver the product on 11th my client was leaving for indore on friday evening i asked them to ship to indore address the product was shipped to indore on 14th august and still the product is not delivered at indore address of my client. The reason i receive from dtdc office is that there is shifting going on in indore and all parcels are delayed today it will be 1 week still the parcel is not delivered z33542465 is the docket number. Still i called up today the reason still is the indore office is in a mess and they are not sure when can they deliver the parcel my client wanted to gift someone and its already a delay of a week. First of all they dont answer the calls and of they answer they are very very rude like mr ashish in indore dtdc office.
Dtdc always says they will call back but no response the number we are following up is [protected] still the parcel is not delivered everyday they say give time till tomorrow and tomorrow never comes
