We are from McLeod Russel India Limited, Margherita Tea Estate.

On[protected], we had dropped an envelope containing Documents at DTDC Courier & Cargo Servvices, Margherita-786181 for despatch from Margherita-786181 to Siliguri 734003.

The courier vide consignment No. K01394840 was despatched but an amount of Rs. 300/- was charged for such a small delivery. We feel astonished that the same service is provided by other reputed courier companies at around Rs. 100/- to maximum Rs. 120/-.

We even made an enquiry at the Tinsukia Office of DTDC and they too offered the rate around Rs. 120/- to the maximum.

We do not complain to get something in return but feel ashamed for DTDC, a reputed concern has no uniformity over the rates and is in such manner cheating its customers.

I sent a package on 27th july, 2017 which was 'rakhi' and was to be received before rakshabandhan obviously. But today is 9th august, 2017, 2 days past rakshabandhan and the courier is yet not received. When i tried tracking it shows 'not delivered' because 'office closed'. I had provided residential address and also we have cctv recording and no one came to deliver the package.

This in reference to the courier send from noida to sultanpur on 1st august 2017, consignment number - z30719483. Till 7 august they dont have any update of the packet place.
Your service of delivery is extremely poor, kindly close your courier service.
I have asking for help from noida customer care to sultanpur customer care
But nobody helps me and respond me that they are not responsible and they donot know where is the packet.
On 9 th august i called mr. Ajeet (The delivery person) and shravan of sultanpur but they both denied of service. Nobody took responsibility of where the packet is and the packet contains rakhi which is on 7th of august and i couried it on 1st of august but still i donot know where is the packet.
This is extremely shameful for your service.

I submitted my product at hyderabad, vanastalipuram branch at 3rd of aug 2017 to karimnagar as an emergency for 1 day delivery and today is 9th of aug and still my product is not delivered and when i contacted the karimnagar branch they are telling me to come and take the delivery and go. Worst reply by your authorities. I want a serious explanation and immediate action against it. Thank you.

I have booked a courier on date 2/8/17 with no. Z32848299 till date 9/8/17 my courier not reached.

How much time will you take. Is it your service,, very bad...

Take action about it, or we (Me and my family) should leave dtdc courier service for forever.

Dear sir,
I had sent an important document through dtdc from jalpaiguri pin 735101 to mailing address kolkata cfa food park dhulagarh plot no f3 ground& 1st floor vill sandhipur p o joynagar howrah 711302 on 04/08/17 but dtdc has mentioned wrong entry of delivery pin for that reason the document has not got delivered yet. There is no fault from my end. Please resolve the issue. Regards

When it ws delivered d package was open so my clinet refused to take it.
He asked the concerned person to send it back to me.
It has been 1 n half months and i havent received it yet.

I would like to inform that my part which was courier from delhi on date 27 july-17 to dehradun,
As per tracking details part was delivered on date 06 aug-17, but physically not received,

Still waiting part, i already complain 2 time to your feedback link but not get any response.

I m receiver of a package tracking no z29394908. That package came to hassan on 1st august but after that every day it is showing out for delivery but he is unable to contact me. The address is a sbi branch address, how can a courier company not able to find a sbi branch??? I have called twice to their bangalore customer care no. But all the representatives are busy for continuous 5 min also i have sent a mail on 7th to [protected]@dtdc.com but they even don't bother to acknowledge. They have returned the package without trying even once. The package contains cloths, the supplier asking charges again delivery. Please solve the matter.

My laptop battery has still not delivered to me, and they are saying that they have done there job they have given it to some security gard. But to whom, which and where, that's not there responsibility as they say and i am waithibg from 20th of july 2017 till today. My tracking id is "z29953620" and they will not do anything and telling me to do what i can do. This is the way dtdc is dealing with there customer.

My parcel is already in the dtdc panaji goa office from last three days. But when i call, they don't pic up the phone. And once they picked up my call and told me to collect the parcel from the office. After paying for home delivery why should i collect it from ur office.
A strict action should be taken against this.
Or else i will have to take a step against this.

I had placed an order on 29th7/17. From archie's rakhee special. My reference number is x22397275 the parcel was to be delivered through dtdc the consignment reached indore on 3rd aug. The consignment was dispatched from indore on 5th august for delivery to mhow cantt till now the parcel has not reached kindly refund my money as it is mental harisment
No response from the courier service.

I have delivered the consignment on 1st august, 2017 which contained 3 rakhis. The consignment no is z32699754 which was to be dispatched from lucknow to delhi.
The tracking details as well as through telephone confirmation on the given no:[protected] it is made clear that the package is successfully delivered to the concerned person but actually the concerned party has not received any courier.
This is sheer case of gross negligence on part of the courier agency that will not be tolerated. I want an immediate action on the said issue and the refund of my courier charges because o[censored]nsuccessful delivery. The delivery boy has not even made any attempt to call on the give contact no provided over the packet.in lieu of finding money inside the packet since rakhi was being send the courier boy must have opened it and then not able to find any such thing didn't made any further efforts. Please provide with me appropriate action so that no further action is taken.

Which was supposed to deliver in jalahalli east within 2-3 days,.. Since 4 august 2017, it is showing me that product is in rajajinagar, i tried calling dtdc executive 15-20 times on diff - diff numbers from headquarters to the nearby stations, they were not giving any information. It was a courier for rakhi which is still undelivered.. What's the use of their services then.

I am extremely frustrated by this behaviour.. Strict actions should be taken against them. I can see thousands of complaints are still not solved, it could any urgent courier sometimes, who would trust the big fat brand name"dtdc" then.

I have courier a gift to my frnd to baptla... On 31.06.2017... 2 days back i spoke to complaints office they sad they will solve the problem and now i checked the tracking status it was delivered but frnd sad i did not receive any courier..., this sooo bad courier... I write a review about this courier and post in page so that u can understand what the customer problem is

I have booked a guide book from racna sagar pvt ltd for my use. The book was dispatched by the company through dtdc. Tracking number z04624071. However the book has not delivered to me. The book was ordered on 18 july 2017. Please look into matter. When i checked the tracking no then i was surprised that the book has been delivered to me. Actually the book was not delivered to me till date

With reference to subject cited above, i am sorry to say that the item containing with the consignment no. Z33137740 has not been deliver to my address. The remark given by your company as insufficient address is not correct because other post are being delivered on the same address. This is clearly negligence of the staff who deliver the post. This man has spoil my rakhsabandhan because it was containing rakhi. Sir, if have sister then you must be aware of the importance of this festival. But i am sorry to say that your staff has not care for anything. I will be happy if you take action strongly so that the same incident could not repeated again.

I sent two parcels from bangalore on 31st july both containing rakhees. One to patna (Consignment number - b[protected] and the other to satna in mp (Consignment number - b[protected]. Both were not delivered till today.

The parcel to satna on tracking is showing 'out for delivery' on 5th aug from jabalpur. Satna is only three to four hours from jabalpur and despite being more than two days it is still not delivered.

When i tracked my consignment to patna, it is showing 'not delivered - incorrect/wrong address'. The address cannot be wrong as i have parcels successfully delivered to this address earlier (From india post, amazon, flipkart). Even if the dtdc courier guy was not able to locate the address, he should have given a call. Two mobile numbers were mentioned on the parcel but i never got a call on any of those numbers. I contacted the dtdc customer care in patna on [protected]. The lady attending to my call asked me the address and told she will let me know the status after a while. When i called on that number again to know the status, my calls were not answered despite repeated rings. She had also provided number of mr. Ajit ([protected]) whom she said is assistant manager and he will help me. I called on his number four times but it was never answered.

This shows the pathetic state of the customer service at dtdc. They are charging such a big amount and this is the service they are providing to their customers. Rakhee is already over, what is the point of getting the parcels now? If i had sent them by india post, they must have been delivered before rakhee but i made the mistake of trusting dtdc. If dtdc values its customers then they should refund my money for failing to deliver my consignments on time. Also, what is the point of having customer care if your executives cannot convey the status of any shipment?
