Sir, my name is jagapathi allam, my mobile number [protected], my brother had sent a courier from my hometown gudur on 8/8/17to a. Rangampeta (Tirupathi), sir i have not yet received, i have called to main branch tirupati thirce but they are not responding properly and moreover they scolding & talking badly, so i checked my courier tracking h74983885 in tracking i have shocked by seeing it tht my parcel had successfully completed, so i want a solution or my parcel back or my money with parcel rate, and one thing every number in the site is fake

This was supposed to be an express plus delivery and reach on august 14. I demanded a slight address change to which the courier person was comfortable and said to deliver it on the same day. He did not deliver the package and didnt even care to prompt me. Instead of countless calls and mails from branch he is unwilling to deliver the courier saying he wants mail from dtdc branch which i already arranged and the mail was sent many times. Even the dtdc employee called directly to deliver the package, still he is totally incapable of doing his job. It has been 3 days past the original delivery date that too express plus delivery. Despite of everyday calling the guy manoj who has the package doesnt even listen and cuts the call. I just want the package to be delivered asap. Please do something about the manoj dtdc guy he doesnt even listen to his own branch how will he be able to resolve with customers?

Since from a week the status of my order is mia route. Wat does this mean not delivered. Am waiting for this courier from a week and now it shows mis route.. Wat am i supposed to do.. This s not the first time am experiencing this. Last time u guys lost my courier.. This time mis route. I need this courier in a day or 2 days time.. Kindly check wat u can do on this.. I will never use dtdc again if i don't get my order in 2 days time.. And i will not recommended people to use as well. When i supposed to call your customer care they are not responding to my call or email.

We have couriered the enevolep on 03.08.2017 from laxmi nagar delhi to pitampura delhi. Inspite of so many reminder, they informed us they have delivered the documents on 14.08.2017. However no document is received to our party. Now no body from the dtdc pitampura person is picking the phone. Please reply us asap. This was very urgent and important documents.

A courier of consignment number (V[protected] was about 700g and costed 360 for primes delivery i was told that it would reach its destination the next day after. On 11th aug i submitted the courier on 12 aug and 14 aug i told them about this delay and the stuff kept on bringing up non sense excuses also didn't do anything about it. How can i file a complaint and get my money back.

Sir my relatives send me a courier from gujrat last 20 days before but i cannot get the courier. I tried to call customer care about four times customer care put me on hold about 1 hour everytime. I thought DTDC courier will reach faster than other couriers and Indian Post, but now I came to know DTDC is worse in the service and support, no one will pick the call to answer in customer care.

Okay, past is past, here after I will not use your courier and I'll not recommend others to use DTDC, Let me know the delivery status of H02638655. More over you have charged Rs80/- for this worst courier service.

It's the worst courier service i have ever faced. I have given rs220 for the fast delivery under 48hrs.. And u ppl make it 3 days and its still not delivered.. If dtdc does not have the facilities why do they promise for delivering it in 48hrs... This news has to be taken into account by all the people.. You people charge for fast service and then u take the time by which normal service delivers.. What's the point of paying extra 80 bucks.. Seriously the worst service ever

N96922547 Is my tracking number for shipment. They keep on sending emails with random reasons of non delivery like customer refused. It has come from abroad and pre paid parcel so no reason to refuse. No one came ever to deliver. Keep updating same silly reason of non delivery on website. Called up Mumbai customer care 4 times. The female keep telling that it will be delivered today. But that today never came. Instead still updating in tracking site that they attempted to deliver but refused. No courier person ever came ever called. Most pathetic and stress giving courier company. Cheat and lie and mislead about everything. Couldn't control as shipment came from outside and courier company was decided by the shipper else never choose this cheat Dtdc. Again waited the entire day today for the shipment after 3 calls to same misleading women in the customer care it's 6 pm and still no sign.

I had send a courier on 12th of aug with pin 424001 (which is of dhulia, maharashtra) but while tracking online its showing destination as jalgoan.
I mean when I have very clearly mentioned all the details after taking huge amount why do u people trouble someone. say it that it can't be delivered.

Hi team,

I have used dtdc courier to ship one of imported gift from bangalore to pune using tracking number b44531016 on 25th juy. I informed my friend when i see the status has been changed to out for delivery on 28th july to get ready for a call. I called my friend on 6th of august, i wondered he said that he didnt receive any courier not any call. Later i checked the status of the order, it showed me comment as wrong/incorrect shipment address. I tried to contact dtdc customer support using the number[protected] several times, but all times it replied me saying that all executives are busy. I raised a compliant regarding this on 7th aug but there is no reply from dtdc. When my friend reached out to dtdc office, they replied stating they were not sure where the courier has been kept. I am very much disappointed with their service. I have below questions regarding this issue.

1. Why didn't they call the number provided on the courier when they out for deliver?
2. If they are unable to contact the recipient why they didn't contact the sender of courier?
3. Why didn't they tried to contact the other day or another?
4. If still they were unable to contact why haven't they send back the courier?
5. Why there is no response from dtdc if still a compliant has been raised.

I want my questions to be answered and my part to be delivered with charges i have paid.

Parcel not delivered since 10 days, I have been going through the tracker regularly for the status and suddenly 2 days back it is updated as Delivery Completed Successfully. The Consignment number is H01072120.
This is very ridiculous, charging money and not delivering the parcel to the destination is very rude from you. Do you think this reputates your organization.
I'm gonna complaint further for this if not resolved in 5 days.

I had booked a rakhi for australia brisbane 9 dtdc courier on 31st july'17 from panchkula.

Docket - n[protected] it was confirmed to reach before the festival date.

It was very very special rakhi to celebrate the 1st special festival of my niece.

The packet contained rakhi along with garments.

To my surprise:

1) the packet reached on 9th aug.. Whereas the festival was on 7th august'17

2) there was no rakhi in the packet.

Its a clear matter of negligence and theft on the part of dtdc.

I would request the company to investigate the matter and return the rakhi with compensation for delay & spoiling our special occasion along with the courier charges.

Dear team,
I, sumanta sarkar, have sent on parcel containing "rakhi" on 03.08.17 from rudrapur, uttarakhand to kolkata. This was an urgent consignment and for that i have paid rs.200/-. The dtdc person assured me that this will be delivered within 05.08.17 to its destination.

But surprisingly the said was delivered on 09.08.17.
The consignment number was v 38799030.
A courier company like dtdc it was totally un-expected for me. So please revert me my money and request you detailed case study for the same.

# one more thing, today i have received one phone call (No : [protected]) from your representative regarding the same. I told her detail but after some time one sms came to me with"your case is closed".

I am Mrs Vinitha Krishnakumar from Bhayander thane district, maharashtra, to my auntys address from chennai July 27 one parcel send. I wait for still August 9th. On Aug 9 I tracked with my consumer no c 76717150.tracking showing it was delivered successfully on July 31 st but still not yet deliverd to the address . I enquirers in my area Dtdc courier services in phone but no response afterwords I went to office but they have shown bad behaviour like they don't have any time to check but finally I checked their register but in their register no record for showing to deliver to some persons .my consumer number is not registered so it has not been delivered yet to any address, but it's status showing delivered. Office people r not responding properly . So what I will do I do t know . I want to get the solution as soon as possible .please do the need ful things . Thank u

Sir, i have booked a parcel on 7.8.2017 at 15:00 hrs. From chourasta kolkata branch for hyderabad through air services which is scheduled to be reached by 9.8.2017. On query it was revealed that the parcel has been sent through surface transport and the purpose was hampered. Today is 11.8.17 and the parcel is still on transit. It is a big negligence in your part. You are requested to take necessary strong step against your official and pass an order to return back the full amount with penalty. A line of confirmation please be communicated at an earliest.

I have sent a document to germany, still it is not delivered. I am following up them from past three days, there is no improvement. I gave an additional address too. Every time, they tell some additional reason. No impromptu reply. Very pathetic service. I suggest anyone never choose this dtdc, it will make you stressful. Such a # dtdc. There is a time constraint for me, these people don't respond properly at all. They make you fool, and they tell they don't any contact in germany, wtf? God only knows when i can delivered and where it is.

Choose some courier which is more trustworthy like dtdc or fedex. But never dtdc. I swear i never choose dtdc again.

सबसे खराब service है dtdc की। मेरा courier 9-10 दिन के बाद भी नाही मिला। फोन किया तो कहा हमारी वहा service नाही है। मैंने पुछा तो मेरा courier accept क्यु किया पेहेलेही बता देते मैं दुसरे service से भेजती।
लेकिन मेरा फोन कट दिया ।अब फोन नाही उठा रहे है। और मेरा पार्सल भी नही दे रहे है। main branch फोन करने पर कोई response नही दे रहे है। already मेरा पार्सल लेट हो गया है।

10 days already passed but my courier not delivered neither showing tracking status online.
When i was tried to dtdc jabalpur office they are not giving clear status.
Very bad experience with dtdc
