Dear sir,

I have sent a packet through dtdc courier through pod no - k01563182 on 15-july-2017and consignment is returned then i asked the courier person that why you have taken the booking for pin code 486886 bargawan, singrauli, hindalco power plant.

Then he told me that buy another set of rakhi on 27-july-2017 and give it to me and provide some address of singrauli main town and we will make sure that it should be delivered before 07-aug-2017.

I have also told him that i will send it through post office or some other courier company then he told me that don't do that.
He has not charged me for second time as its is the mistake from their end and forced me to provide another set of rakhi.

Today is 05-aug-2017 and he is saying that packet reached to renukoot and it will again returned back.

So i want my both packets back and 145 rs paid for courier charges and penalty charges for cheating me and playing with my wife emotion related to rakhi sent by her.

Dtdc person name is binay-[protected], [protected] and ujjawal-[protected], [protected].

A document is couriered to me by mr. Sudip chatterjee on 12.07.2017. I was supposed to receive it on 13.07.2017. But, yesterday a person called me from sonarpur dtdc ([protected]) and said that it cannot be delivered due to lack of delivery person. This is happening repeatedly. (14.07.2017) i wrote a mail, i have still not received the same. But, to my surprise your tracking is saying that i have received the courier. I got it on 15.07.2017

How can this be possible??? That means as a company, you are cheating your customers. Please provide the cod as soon as possible. Since this is clearly amounts to negligence of service from your part i will be going to register a case in the consumer court.

On 30th july i have couriered one cpu with key board from mumbai to durgapur (W. B) against doket no-d35320190 with charges of 1500 + 320/- insurance charge = rs.1820. The material has received in damaged condition and the same acknowldgement by my mother without open/check/veryfied the same on trust ground of dtdc.

Please find the attachment for your reference and let me know the process for claim the insurance.

My self rimpi i posted an emergency courier in my hometown city karnal haryana as it was extremely most urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered in 48 hours but it more then 4 days now and the courier is still not delivered. My consignment non isz29270646.. And i went to dtdc courier office about my courior but they do nkt any response and and treated with me very badly behaviour. Plz help me out of this issue soon plz

A box has been booked in courier at hyderabad, balanagar, dtdc to visakhapatnam, akkayyapalem, the reference number is h01578790 on[protected], usually it will take 2 workings days, but today is[protected] till now we have not received the concerned consignment. When we checked the tracking system online it shows that the box was sent to our nearest branch of dtdc ie akkayyapalem branch, when i went there to enquire about it i received a strange answer that the consignment was not received by them. Past couple of days have been calling to their local (Visakhapatnam) customer care but no response to my calls, one mobile was switched off. The branch employees tried to locate the box but they too failed. I was advised to contact the customer care which is absolutely of no use.
Under these circumstances i was forced to lodge a complaint here.

I couriered my package through dtdc from shahjahanpur on 10 july 2017 whose cn no is z25184481, which was returned due to unacceptance at the other end.
According to the policy it should be returned to the origin point ie shahjahanpur, but when i contacted them about my package they have no idea where it is now, and they are unable to track it.

Always online status is : not delivered. Recipient was not present.
Even though address is correct. Contact no is correct

They never call.
They never even come. Lying all the time.

Today i went to courier 1 rakhi to usa from dtdc alpha commercial marker greater noida.. Amount of thar courier he told me 2000 without even mentioning how but i relied on him and give him 2000.. When i came back i called him that how much do u charge for a rakhi courier to usa he himself told me 1200. I went there again and asked him.. He lied again and nothing happened.. But trust me that was the last courier i had send it through dtdc... Highly frustrated and annoyed..

And deliver to my working place kochi kerala 682004. The item courier at 26 july 17, due to urgency of item we would take help of dtdc courier service than ordinary mail, but its almost more than one week that item is still non delivery to me, i called dtdc local centre they said i have to go their centre to collect the items and very poor response from dtdc service employee, my contact number [protected]
I hope u take my case seriously and deal my complain with urgency nature

I had sent rakhi to my brother at delhi from chandigarh on 26th july 17 by docket no. Z29290352 but till date the rakhi has not been delivered to right person. Whereas ur tracking system shows that it has been delivered but this is not true
I would request u to do the needful so that my brother could get the rakhee before rakshabandhan as u know its very important.

I have parcel my courier from vizag on[protected]. But yet the parcel not reached at his destination. While communicated to telephonic the keonjhar branch told we are not providing the service. My question is that what is the value of recipient phone number on courier cover page. They retun it to bhubabeswar. Can you please clarify me whether your service for consumer friendly or not. Why a consumer will face problem by investing money with dtdc.

My courier which has been sent from gurgaon haryana, Ref no is z32621988 is not delivered till now to me at Ludhiana but when I check status, Status shows it has been successfully delivered on 01st august2017.
Why such type of wrong status updated by your personal and who will bear the loss due to this????

I sent 2 rakhi one was to bhubaneswar and the other was to cuttack last month 22nd of july. I kept on enquiring and they said courrier is delay. Today when i tried reaching out to csr they said it's delivered and when i checked with the concern person whom it was supposed to be delivered they did not receive it. I tried asking the csr and they were very rude and i received the worst customer service ever in my life. They delivered the courrier to some other person and are not even helping me in figuring out things.

I booked my parcel at badarpur new delhi to kanpur on 29th july but my parcel was not delivered till today. As per tracking id its shows that parcel was reached at kanpur on 31st july when my brother call your kanpur's regional office your staff said that the parcel not reached at kanpur. Before this the other parcel booked on 19th july at same address that parcel delivered in next 2 days so there is no problem in address there is a problem in your negligence and irresponsibility so pls delivered my parcel as soon as possible. If it will not delivered in next 2 days i will go to the consumer court

Today, one person call me from this number [protected] at satnaampura punjab to receive courier. While talking very casually that person was asking about the tracking number, but i was busy and can't arrange pen to note down the tracking number. After 3 or 4 seconds he told me that (Ki tum baat kaise kar rahe ho) i. E.in hindi, then i replied (Ki jaise tum baat kar rahe ho) again in hindi.
Then he told to some body regarding my courier (Annu wapas bhej de) in punjabi and disconnect the call.

I don't know what kind of persons you have in the department that they are not able to talk even politely.

Can you please look into the matter as urgent as the consignment was send on 22nd july 2017.

When i am trying to contacted dmc sambalpur number [protected] got a reply this this is not correct number.

Letter/envelope containing important documents was booked at calcutta to be delivered at jammu address on 21/07/2017 vide consigment no. K00939966. The said envelope has not been delivered to me till date despite repeated reminders to the dtdc couriers. I request the higher authorities of the dtdc couriers to look into the matter & have the envelope delivered to me at an earliest otherwise i will be compelled to approach the consumer court for defiencies in services for damages.
