I have delivered the consignment on 1st august, 2017 which contained 3 rakhis. The consignment no is z32699754 which was to be dispatched from lucknow to delhi.
The tracking details as well as through telephone confirmation on the given no:[protected] it is made clear that the package is successfully delivered to the concerned person but actually the concerned party has not received any courier.
This is sheer case of gross negligence on part of the courier agency that will not be tolerated. I want an immediate action on the said issue and the refund of my courier charges because o[censored]nsuccessful delivery. The delivery boy has not even made any attempt to call on the give contact no provided over the packet.in lieu of finding money inside the packet since rakhi was being send the courier boy must have opened it and then not able to find any such thing didn't made any further efforts. Please provide with me appropriate action so that no further action is taken.

Which was supposed to deliver in jalahalli east within 2-3 days,.. Since 4 august 2017, it is showing me that product is in rajajinagar, i tried calling dtdc executive 15-20 times on diff - diff numbers from headquarters to the nearby stations, they were not giving any information. It was a courier for rakhi which is still undelivered.. What's the use of their services then.

I am extremely frustrated by this behaviour.. Strict actions should be taken against them. I can see thousands of complaints are still not solved, it could any urgent courier sometimes, who would trust the big fat brand name"dtdc" then.

I have courier a gift to my frnd to baptla... On 31.06.2017... 2 days back i spoke to complaints office they sad they will solve the problem and now i checked the tracking status it was delivered but frnd sad i did not receive any courier..., this sooo bad courier... I write a review about this courier and post in page so that u can understand what the customer problem is

I have booked a guide book from racna sagar pvt ltd for my use. The book was dispatched by the company through dtdc. Tracking number z04624071. However the book has not delivered to me. The book was ordered on 18 july 2017. Please look into matter. When i checked the tracking no then i was surprised that the book has been delivered to me. Actually the book was not delivered to me till date

With reference to subject cited above, i am sorry to say that the item containing with the consignment no. Z33137740 has not been deliver to my address. The remark given by your company as insufficient address is not correct because other post are being delivered on the same address. This is clearly negligence of the staff who deliver the post. This man has spoil my rakhsabandhan because it was containing rakhi. Sir, if have sister then you must be aware of the importance of this festival. But i am sorry to say that your staff has not care for anything. I will be happy if you take action strongly so that the same incident could not repeated again.

I sent two parcels from bangalore on 31st july both containing rakhees. One to patna (Consignment number - b[protected] and the other to satna in mp (Consignment number - b[protected]. Both were not delivered till today.

The parcel to satna on tracking is showing 'out for delivery' on 5th aug from jabalpur. Satna is only three to four hours from jabalpur and despite being more than two days it is still not delivered.

When i tracked my consignment to patna, it is showing 'not delivered - incorrect/wrong address'. The address cannot be wrong as i have parcels successfully delivered to this address earlier (From india post, amazon, flipkart). Even if the dtdc courier guy was not able to locate the address, he should have given a call. Two mobile numbers were mentioned on the parcel but i never got a call on any of those numbers. I contacted the dtdc customer care in patna on [protected]. The lady attending to my call asked me the address and told she will let me know the status after a while. When i called on that number again to know the status, my calls were not answered despite repeated rings. She had also provided number of mr. Ajit ([protected]) whom she said is assistant manager and he will help me. I called on his number four times but it was never answered.

This shows the pathetic state of the customer service at dtdc. They are charging such a big amount and this is the service they are providing to their customers. Rakhee is already over, what is the point of getting the parcels now? If i had sent them by india post, they must have been delivered before rakhee but i made the mistake of trusting dtdc. If dtdc values its customers then they should refund my money for failing to deliver my consignments on time. Also, what is the point of having customer care if your executives cannot convey the status of any shipment?

The employees working in this organisation just tells you that we will deliver the parcel on time but that is not the case.
My consignment no. V38849599 is not yet delivered even i use the express service.
I had not seen such a bad service.
They told me that it will be delivered before 12:01 pm on 7 th august and i am still waiting. I submit on 5th august.
I am trying to know ths status from today morning and still they are showing its out for delivery.

I had done a courier on 28th july from pune to bangalore (Consignment no: p[protected]. This courier reached bangalore on 29th july but there is no update after 31st july and still now it is not delivered.

I check several times from the courier office from pune about the status and every time they told me that they are trying and it will be done.in fact they are trying and they also gave me 3 numbers of the location where the courier is stuck (Bomenhalli, bangalore)

I called several times in dtdc bomenhalli, bangalore office and got the number of the manager (Rakesh yadav) and his contact no :[protected]. After talking to rakesh, he confirmed me that the courier is with the delivery boy (Anand arya). I contacted anand arya in this mobile no : [protected]. He told me that he is not getting the address and he will deliver it by today.

It was not delivered that day. So, i again called anand next day. After so many try he picked up the phone and told me that the he do not have the parcel. So, again i called rakesh yadav and he again confirmed that it is with anand and called him.
Again, i called anand arya, than he told me that, he liked the items in the parcel and so he will not give it and do what ever i can do. And he used lots of abusive language. Than he blocked my number.

I tried reaching rakesh but he is also not picking up the phone.

The purpose of sending the courier and the festival is gone and utterly disappointed with the service quality of dtdc.

I have also attached the latest status of the courier and there is no change from 31st july. The last status showing is out for delivery which seems like dtdc courier boy has been kidnap by some one. So, no body has any idea about the courier.

My minimum expectation from dtdc is :

1. Strict action again anand arya & rakesh yadav.

2. Compensation for the loss (Including my image loss with my relatives)

3. Find the issue with the courier and who is responsible for it.

I had booked a courier through dtdc (Malviya nagar branch, delhi - tracking number-z[protected] on monday, 31st july. I was promised that it will be delivered to hyderabad by thursday, 3rd august. It is 7th august today, not only my courier is misrouted but no one has a clue of what is going on and by when will it be delivered. There is no one who i can speak to. No one picks up the helpline numbers provided online.

On asking the malviya nagar staff about the courier, all they say is "we will get back to u in an hour" and then they do not call back till 4 days or "what can we do if it is misrouted". These answers are not what a customer expects.

This sort of careless attitude is not expected of your organization.

Request you to please take an urgent action.

I am a corporate customer regularly i am sending the courier from your bangalore office.

On 3rd aug 17 i booked on courier with doc no. Is b45810662 the destination is ausa under latur dist. I has reached latur on 5th aug morning 10am but it is still not delivered. I called to mr. Rahul on 5th aug on[protected] he said it will reach today sir. But it is still not reached

The dist of latur to ausa hardly 15 km.

This is worst services i am receiving from dtdc.

Please resolve the problem

Dtdc is just fooling around people by creating hype about rakhshabandhan. They could not even deliver a rakhi sent way before the occasion. I couriered on 25th from nagpur to pune. On27th they updated it as delivered even though it wasn't. We tried searching for it but all in vain. They have written falsely that handed over to security because he said he has not. The customer care executive in nagpur office is unmannered, doesn't even talk. God knows why is she sitting there. She just gave me a number which is switched off from past 3-4 days. Gave me customer care number which again is always out of service. Pune dtdc number too out of service. What are you people doing? Just creating a baseless hype on media? Poor service, worst resolutions. Lathergic team. I have already put this on twitter and going to spread it to as many social portals as possible. I see so many complaints against you but no body taking action.

The courier was supposed to reach on 3rd of august specifying rakhi special. The courier didnt get delivered till today and is still in delhi, how the hell will it reach tomorrow. The courier guy's name was sailender and inwas expecting it to reach before time. Had hought of sending it through blue dart because of dtdc'/ pathetic service and you guys proved me right. I am going to blast this in social media as well, so that at least 10k followers of mine dont use your service.

How psu cultured can this service be. I should have sent a bird to send it and it would have reached before you guys could.

Asking the courier guy and he is telling me that the courier has reached when clearly i can track it in delhi. I want a full refund and i want to take this matter to consumer court.

I have not received the courier which was to delivered at ludhiana. Courier was shipped by seller from mumbai. When i checked the dtdc site it showed as successfully delivered. I emailed dtdc mamy times but received no response from them. I called them but nobody picks the phone.
It's a fraud from dtdc.

I have booked a shipment from pune to raipur chhattisgarh. But instead of pune it was sent to nasik, after checking the details i visited to branch where i booked it. They asked that they will send it asap. But when i visited after 4-5 days, it was in the same branch. They neither send them to destination nor inform me. After that they rebooked the shipment with a new awb number and after one week it was showing as not delivered to raipur, i contacted to raipur branch, but they are asking that they do not have any shipment. I had sent some important documents. But no tracking available. I faced worst experience for such a small thing. Will never again with dtdc. Can someone look into it. I am really upset by calling them again and again.

I had been wait for my courier but in kurukshetra service is very bad. They are behaving in very bad manner. They are very unresponsible person. They called me at office and then said that i'm not able to find your courier. So i have to return my home withot courier. His office in mohan nagar kurukshetra 136118. Whenever i call hin, he just switch off his mobile phones. Please take any action soon.

My courier was scheduled for trivandrum which was sent y my family for rakshabandhan. My courier reached trivandrum kazhakootam office on 28jul. That day i got call from dtdc office that they cant deliver courier at my home as its out of their service area. Last year i booked same rakshabandhan courier at same address. That time they delivered without any issues and now they making excuse that they dont deliver that area. I have to go theri office to collect. This means courier already cost me over 100 rs and now i have to give 100 more rs to auto to get my parcel. I complained their customer care of facebook and email address. I am following up continuously but they are just making excuses that it will be delivered. Now its of no use if i get this after rakshabandhan. These people should never be trusted.

I submitted the parcel on 1 august in abu dhabi brach and i was informed that it will be delivered in 2 days in mumbai and its been more than 5 days that its not been delivered till date.

As per update from dtdc dubai office, i have checked from the receiver's end and they were available to receive the delivery on 4th august but there was no delivery.

Kindly check with your staff.

Also, i was not informed any thing initially regarding the custom charges for this and i have to pay unnecessary without any prior information.

This is the fist time is chose dtdc and will make sure not use this service again in future.

I book a parcel from ambala on 29 july 2017, to ahmedabad n its reached on location (Ahmedabad) on 3rd aug 2017 n after that courier person not delivering my products that is some urgent parcel even its written on parcel, when i call them they are not picking any call, once they pick n said they will deliver next day surely n again next day no parcel came i haven't get any call from them, again when i'm calling them they are not picking my call not answering, there ph usually bz if it rings they don't cut it, it's really disappointed, they take more then 8 days in by air courier, thats a gift of some one
