In internet dtdc written wrong message that they have delivered on 31/7/2017 time 22.31with receiver name wrong. They mentioned the name sing which is incorrect no sing name written in envelop
We assumed person due to heavy rain in kolkata throw the document despatch date 27/07/2017 from gurgaon
Night 22-31pm appartment gate never open in multistory bldg. We are planning to send a legal notice if we donot receive within 12hrs regards.

My parcel was not delivered till today, but as per tracking id it shows that parcel was successfully delivered and your delivery boy call me after one week and told me that collect your parcel from their home. I am working person and i haven't time to go someone person home to collect my parcel
Please solve my issue as soon as possible

I had sent an urgent consignment from hyderabad to new delhi dated 29th july 2017. On tracking it is showing somewhere wrongly delivered. Receiver is some random 's' and relationship status is office colleague!!! It was sent to a residential address then how could be delivered to a colleague. I am unable to reach to any of their so called customer care numbers and so far no reply to my email too.

My courier refrence number is x20683936. My courier has been returned without inform the concern person. As the concern person cell number or firm phone number is reflecting on my courier. I didnt recieve any msg or phone call regarding my parcel.
That courier is so important for the company i expect the legal action for this reason and teach the lesson who deliver the parcel and all the connecting persons for the negligency of my courier..

We are based out of mumbai and have been running from pillar to post to get this consignment which was sent to us on 24th july from kashmir. It is a consignment of dry fruits for which we have already paid the supplier.

The dtdc offices in mumbai have no clue as to where the consignment is though they say it has reached mumbai.

They don't respond on emails either. Now new story is it will be delivered from andheri west office since we stay in vile parle west but since that office is getting merged with some other office, it will take time.

It will be really helpful if you can sort this out.

Dtdc website courier delivered successfully but courier not reached to the address at all.
As this courier contains important documents. Very much worst service, no response from dtdc team. For one courier tracking reached many people from last 10 days, but no one knows where is the parcel.

But today i have call to your kasganj branch he say that your parcel is not delivered on this address. He say that pick your parcel in office. I have booked courier on 20th july 2017 and i have checked status as un-delivered. Called customer care many more times and contacted local regional office but no response. It's a pathetic service, no response nothing. Could you please help on this and find the below details.

On 25th of this month july i sent a courier to jalandhar through your courier service from delhi.in my parcel there is 4 no. Of notebooks of my child at the time of courier booking but when the courier is received on the delivered address they found only two nos of notebook.

I have bought a garment cloth (Hidesign leather bag) worth rs 5700. But due to non satisfaction i returned it through dtdc. My consignment no is k00398182. It was weighted 677 gm and dated 27/06/2017 (Origin kf-2474). It was charged me rs 260. It was sent to jabong.com, returns processing centre, gurgaon, haryana, pin-122015, sent from manish mandal, ashrampara, basirhat, north 24 pgs (N), po+ps= basirhat, 743411. But due to misroute it did not deliver. After 30 days (Dated 24/07/2017). It returned to me but the product is a book (Fortune book) with the same consignment no of my product instead of what i sent (Garment cloths) which is weighted 277 gm. The book was addressed to mr. M s narula, managing director, dsc ltd, no 602-a, udyog vihar, phase 5, gurgaon, haryana - 122016. Now i think my parcel is lost due to mis management. They did not help me to get my product. I am requesting here. Please help me get my product back or the refund for the lost product and delivery charges. Please help me.

On 06.07.2017 this month, i sent a courier containing wd 1tb external hard disc of worth rs.4500 (Approx.) and its pouch from hyderabad to bangalore through dtdc couriers. The hard disc contains important data and personal photos. But the parcel didn't got delivered for 20 days and have been "declared lost" only before a week after continuously asking them for those 20 days. Still the company is not initiating a refund for the parcel. The authority in bangalore office is behaving lethargic and not responding well. How can i get my refund soon? And what is the guarantee that my data and photos wont be misused?

I have received the courier v35546387 on 28 july but opened it today. It was clearly mentioned that the parcel is fragile and has product worth rs 2000 still i got the parcel fully broken.

Will i get my product value refunded because the product is of no use now and has to be repaired spending a lot of money.

I had couriered a package of homoeopathic medicines to a patient at kalina, mumbai, pin code 400098 on 21/07/'17. The patient has not received the package till today. It was couriered from dtdc at virar east. The address and pincode with mobile nos of recipient and sender were mentioned properly. The receipt given by the company shows the proper pin code of the recipient. Consignment no m53797333 dtd 21/07/'17. When inquiries were made and tracking on the site showed that pin code was mentioned as 400050, i was informed that the consignment had reached bkc and it would be delivered by 26/07/'17. Subsequently their site shows that the package has been delivered, but my patient has still not received the packet. After repeated inquiries which have not borne any results, i want to ask why they collect mobile nos of the sender and the recipient if they do not use it to confirm the address. This is the 4th time this is happening with the same patient. Please help.

I would like to complain against dtdc courier.

We have our trading business and we do courier "thermal paper roll" through dtdc many a times so we did this time as well.

We had couriered a parcel of thermal paper rolls in well packed and intact way through dtdc-padmapukur (New) fr kf 2131, while it was delivered (Dt-29-july-17) to our party at coochbehar it was all torn and damaged condition.

For your better reference we have attached the photographs of the packaging of the boxes before and after shipping and delivery (Inside / outside / before), tracking slip and invoice.

Due to this we had to lost our customer as they required the material on an urgent basis.

Now tell me who is responsible for this business loss and how would you like to resolve the matter??

I have lost my business with my coochbehar party as i was not able to deliver the goods on time and in well packed.

I have sent courier no p42080132 from Pune to warora on 22nd july but still its not received to destination. They are not able to find it as well.kindly look into it. I tried to complaint all there office but no response. I discussed with their branch manager but he said not able to find it. I have receipt for the same. I have followed up daily to the DTDC office for the status but they are not responding.

My package was destined to arrive on 22nd, it never did. So i understand it was because of the current condition in gujarat. It is much better today sky is clear almost every road is too (I go to college everyday and i know this because i use this route everyday) so i called the person in charge here in kalol he said don't worry sir it'll be delivered today and i call him again after few hours and he says, sorry it can't be done today our guy is not willing to go there because the roads are filled with water (Which isn't because i came from the same route from my college as he was saying) so i gave him a different route he said our boy he is not feeling it and he will not come. Then i told him it's urgent and he says then come and take it, i said no, i have given full amount and i will not. He said you didn't give me the money? This is the attitude of this piece of #! Then i told him to give his in charge's number he gave me the number of ahmadabad which never works!!! He said we will deliver tomorrow do what u can. This is the attitude these guys have!! What if it rains again today or tomorrow?
He'll push the delivery date more and more. I don't usually write complaints but i have to get that and work on that tomorrow. It has been 6 days and i still don't have it!!!

I have couriered a parcel from bangalore on 26th july 17 and it is still not delivered to the addressee at mangalore..?? I[censored] see the tracking it is misleading as its been delivered??
But if you ask the office where it shipped they are telling it still on transit?? Whom to believe?? I am not sure whether my parcel is safe.

I wrote to the customer care, added ticket but still no reply. Very pathetic service

We are regular customer of you. I sent a parcel urgently to indore from kanpur on 24 th july, 2017. I told it was very important and very urgent to send it before 28 th of july. The kanpur dtdc told us to book in fast category. So we booked this on dtdc fast courier (36 kg) service (Took rs.7554/- with insurance). But today is 28 th july. Our exhibition start now, till now our percel does not reach to our mentioned address. We are in great trouble or danger. Pls take necessary steps against them. I booked gift parcel to my brother for rakhi from bangalore to satara. Maharashtra. I booked at dtdc courier service at sk garden office cn numberb45544393 on 25 jul 2017. I packed the gift with good packing materials and booked from dtdc in gud condition. They charged rs.555/- for courier charges. They told once again they will also pack on that. I said & cautioned them, i already packed with gud condition & with gud packing materiak and i requested them if you are packing once again, pl do neatly. They have not taken care while packing hence my brother received the gift on 27 jul 17 today in damaged condition. Who is responsible for this? Customers r having faith on dtdc and believing them so much but courier service is very poor and worst simply they r charging lot of money but goods r not delivering with care & proper. I really felt bad bcoz i sent a gift with so much love & affection to mt brother i dissappointed a lot. Dtdc employees has to learn the things and they sould be honest to the custpmers and they should know the customers feelings, but dtdc failed in that. So sorry to say worst courrier service
