Very arrogant branch manager and very very very poor customer service. Its been more than 2 weeks and i didnt get neither my parcel nor my money back.

I have to receive courier from kannur kerala with consignment number r26665992. Since 8days from shipping of my courier i'm not received. Tracking details showing just booked at facility. No body responding upto now. Cutomer support team saying that courier is not sending through dtdc, it is sending through some private persons. It is not fair to dtdc

I had sent a courier on 23rd june 2017and it says delivered on 10th july 2017 to some guy called "pintu" in chennai instead of the original recipient dr lorraine de cruz.!!
Till date the recipient has not received the courier! This is the limit!! There is no one by the name of "pintu" in the building (Address is chennai)

Also none of the customer service numbers are functional - nobody picks up the phone when called at 11.34am on 27th july 2017:

Called the corporate office in bangalore at this number at 11.37 am on 27th july 2017

And nobody picks the phone!!

This is terrible!

This is regarding consignment no M53689063..the parcel has not been delivered on the correct location, instead of mukherjee nagar, the item has been delivered in vijay nagar.The item is showing to be successfully delivered but no body has come to me to deliver it.
It contains an item very precious to me.

A courier from pune was sent to me by my friend. The courier had two books for my exams at 7th august and was really urgent to be received here.
The dtdc people obviously never delivered on time, and returned the courier back to pune. I dont have any books to study from my exams and the people dont know why it happened.
I call kanpur people, who tell me that the courier was not delivered due to wrong address on it, and when i call the pune courier service they tell me the delivery was attempted and not received by anyone, they also say that it asks for invoice (God knows which invoice is this).

Hi, my name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. I am expecting a shipment and when i checked the status this morning, the shipment has arrived in hyd at 8:26 am and after that there is no update on the shipment.
I tried calling all the customer care numbers that is being provided on the dtdc website and there is no one who is picking up the calls. I also sent email to the customer care but till now there is no reply.
It is so unfortunate that dtdc being such a popular organization could go to the level of cheating the customers by providing all wrong contact details on their website and i guess that it is just for eyewash that these numbers are being provided and the customers are taken for a big ride.

Service is very bad I had sent courier on emergency basis by paying 200 extra but they had called me after 3 days and told me to come and collect the courier bustard then for what you are taking money and is this your emergency service matherchod

Courier has arrived to dtdc office kharar, chandigarh!
They called me to pick it up from their officed but its their duty to delvier the parcel at my doorstep but they called me and said you can collect it from our office and this is completly the wrost service

The parcel was received by them probably on 19th july and today its 25th july and no response

I had send a parcel (13.7 kg) id: d34895720 on 24th may 2017 from vellore (Tamil nadu) to jaipur (Rajasthan) and haven't received it yet. When contacted the dealer i gave the parcel to, i came to know that they have lost it and have no track of its whereabouts. It’s been a long time since they were saying that they would find it out but yet now they couldn't give any proper answer.

The worst part is there is no proper tracking record about where did it go. They are not able to track it and are saying that it must be mis-transported.

The company isn't responding to my email as well and the dealer says that they are trying.

Its been almost 2 months and i haven't received the parcel yet. Kindly help to get my parcel back.

I have attached 3 images along with the complaint – 1st is the receipt, 2nd is the details of my package (Courier) 3rd is its tracking record (Given by dealer).

Dtdc has lost my consignment sent from visakhapatnam to kochi. Despite paying the entire courier charge i ran around their office more than 10 times but still what i got was false assurances at kochi by their regional manager. The company should take the pain and see its reviews on the internet. If such is the state of the firm and they do not pay immediate attention, i am sure this company is going down soon. I sincerely regret my decision of choosing dtdc. I will never ever recommend dtdc to anyone around me.

From past 4 days, m wasting my time contacting dtdc guys to get my courier. This ws sent on 18th july and there are two dtdc ofc near my area. The online status shows as "mis route". I hv given 2 contact number and none of the delivery guys contacted me.
Every time i contact them, m getting two response. Our staff is outside or we will check and call back later. This s an important document.

We sent a courier to cuttack on 19-jul-2017. It was a small package. Based on tracking details, it has reached cuttack on 22-jul-2017 07:26 am. It is not yet delivered. Status is not "out for delivery" yet, so not sure if it will be delivered today as well. It has urgent things to be delivered. If a courier company cannot deliver in 5 days, it is not of much use. No one is picking up customer care number too.

I was suppose to receive a courier sent by anupam kumar from dhanbad to me in raidurgam, hydereabad but haven't received the courier yet. However in the website the status of the courier is being shown as delivered successfully. I am not even contacted once by dtdc so far then to whom they have delivered and how irresponsible of them to not even give a call or send an acknowledgement when the courier is delivered.

My consignment number is k01540026. Sent from dhanbad by anupam on 19th july to ramya patnaik flatno103, mkg villa, raidurgam, hyderabad - 500008.

Also to my surprise their hyderabad call center number rings but no one ever picks the call.
Can someone guide me to take corrective actions against this company.

Courier Delivered at wrong address. Supposed to be deliver at Kowkur, Secunderabad. But got delivered at Bowenpally. This is ridiculous. Total valuation of the goods lost today is over 3500/- INR. Hello,

I ordered an item from cherries corture on 4th of August and they are shipping through dtdc. I haven't received the item yet. I was trying to call dtdc helpline number of times but I was not answered. I also raised queries several times but got no response. It is highly disappointing that it's been 2 months and the item is not delivered. Now the shipment status in the tracking website is being shown as successfully delivered and I haven't recieved my order. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Myself, riddhi, i sent a parcel on 11th july,
When called to mumbai branch they said nothing can be done from mumbai so they lodged and complain and said we will forward it and responded within 48hrs... After 2days when i called them, they me another landline no. Which was not working.. After calling again they gave me a no. Of manager named somik who atleast responded to my call. He gave me a no. Of a person at cuttack branch, that person said power cut we cannot help today, when called next day he didn't pick up the phone, when finally called on 22nd july saturday he said today it will be delivered. Today is 24th july no update about it.. Calling him since morning not even picking up my call..
What m i supposed to do?

Updated by [email protected] Got 2 emails from saying they are fr dtdc Name Rahul Kumar [protected] and Amit Kumar [protected]. Rahul says i have to pay him Rs10 and my complaint will be logged and parcel will be delivered Amit says i have to pay Rs.5 and complaint will be lodged so when i asled him how should i pay you this Rs.5 he said i have to give him card no. I also have the recordings because this is not the first time this thing has happened.. Cheers to these ######.. hope dtdc will GENUINEly look into the matter soon

Tp link product is showing wrong pincode in dtdc courier tracking, my tracking id is-m54102800 which is shopwing 173211solan, himachal pradesh.!!
But i told them several times that my address is — deshbandhu nagar,
Durgapur-713211, west bengal. This is unexpected from both tp link india and dtdc courier. And now today is sunday, no one received my phone usually. So i think my replaced router by tp link is delayed. Very irritating issue.

Dtdc courier with tracking # z29907343 booked on 20th jul'17 from vijayanagar, delhi for sec 71, gurgaon is still undelivered and the team is unable to give any clear information about its location, when i called their customer care numbers they checked and dragged me to their sohna road office for collection by myself but on reaching sohna road location they couldn't find my parcel. Now they want me to visit their hero honda office. When i tried calling their offices at hero honda chowk office he doesn't answer the phone. These guys are pathetic, my other courier from chennai with different agency reached on second day but dtdc is unable to bring a parcel from delhi to gurgaon even after two days.

The shipment through dtdc tracking awb no k01024237 has not been delivered. But when i checked on tracking status, it is shown as successfully delivered on 16th july, 2017. I have complained to dtdc through mail, but they did not respond. I have tried through phone, normally they did not respond. Once i luckily managed to lodge the complaint, but they did not solve my problem. Even they agreed that they did not delivered the product on sunday, where as their status shows that it was delivered on sunday and there is no time difference in between out for delivery time and delivered time.
So please help to solve my issue. Thanking you.
