I have been struggling with the dtdc warje branch, kothrud, pune to find my courier that has been delivered to someone else without my knowledge or probably lost. Upon conveying this to the branch, the employees had a gala time asking me to wait while they allegedly “search” for information....

Though delivery is very urgent it has not been delivered on the given time and address and its been informed by the delivery boy that the delivery cannot be done. As the receiver is not able to take the delivery from the courier office as he is not getting off from his duty. I kindly request you to do the delivery on the given address as its very urgent. Very bad service, i have provided a full address of the receiver in gujarat, but these people are not able to locate it, seriously cant you deliver the courier to the location with the complete address without phone number. They were blaiming us for the address, the address contain each and every information from street no. To landmark but still cant find, they need the easy way out. Order has been received on 20th june, 2017 without proper sealing and when opened the pack, parents are shocked to see an used roadside reebok watch.

I had given a courier to be delivered to hyderabad from mumbai (Santacruz) on 9/06/2017. I was told it would be delivered by 12/06/2017. It was not delivered at all. Upon calling them about the status of courier, receiver was asked to go to the main branch and check if it had reached their main branch. The item sent from Lucknow to Bangalore was not delivered even after writing the correct address. the reason for not delivering is mentioned as wrong/incorrect address. The courier tracking ID is Z27457471.
If the address is found correct and then also the item is not delivered then I am not paying any charges for re-delivering the consignment to the mentioned address....

Courier # n97932951 was to bangladesh from bangalore on 29/5/2017 and on 5th june 2017 status was updated as delivered. I believed in updated status on dtdc site and didn't cross verify with receiver.

When i called them today casual and asked about how they liked the gift which i sent them, they said that they never received anything.
