As per the norms if i have paid for the courier it should reach my house. The delivery guy called me once and asked me where to drop the parcel. When i called him again he said he just mentioned location shifted and sent my mail back. This is really against the law. They dont have the right to make desicions with calling me and asking. I would requestt you to take strict action because those were very important documents. And if it gets lots dtdc would be responsible for the above

My shipment through dtdc tracking id z26520808 carrying saving and investment yearbook[protected] has not been delivered. When i checked on tracking site it is shown as successfully delivered to ajay which is my name. But i would like to inform you that they have not delivered the shipment and the entry is false. Pls take appropriate action against courier.

Hi sir iam ashok i was booked a courier from nandyal to hyderabad bangarahils up-to now i didn't get my courier i ask to branch of courier person he talking nonsense and misbehaviour on me i need feed back regards this and i need complete explaintion about this and he is telling that manager is my relation so do what ever you want this is not the way to tell mi i did not get any feedback on this i will suite another compalint to higher persons

I have dispatched a packet from dtdc dwarka branch - india on 13 july 2017 consignment no. N98103015 which is not being delivered to customer and the shipment tracking history claims that the there is no one available at home but thats not true. The customer was available at the residence at that very movement.
Please look into the matter and deliver the courier as soon as possible..

This consignment was handed over on 18th to send to bareilly which has already reached the destination hub on 19th but even after 2 days the same is not delivered till now.
The services of dtdc are really pathetic and so casual in approach. Services are not reliable and wont take any further service hence forth.

Today i send a courier from dtdc for kolkatta office a weight of only 50 gm envelope and the shopkeeper charged rs 60 and also not writeen amount in bill also when i talk to him for these charges he misbehave me and said that go other courier shop
I think the charges is very high for kolkatta city
Plz take action for these

Consignement no b44936263 sent from bangalore on 14th july 2017 to mumbai (Santacruz west) but not received at mumbai as of now. Neither bangalore (Basavanagudi branch) mr lokesh who collected the consingment from my residence assured for delivery in 1 day. Today 6 days are over. Phones are not being picked. As a customer i do not know the status o0f my consignment

Booked a consignment containing an important document on[protected] from hyderabad to sullurpeta vide docket number h01819220, the consignment was not delivered till[protected], the consignee was tracking the document and made calls to dtdc numbers listed on the website but got no response, in process the consignee could not present the document in time to his clients losing valuable business and he also castigated me for choosing such a courier whose service is worst!!! I lost his trust and also put to embarressment. This is the third time dtdc has resorted to such deficient service even after collecting money and giving false promises of timely delivery. The consignment was given back to me on[protected] saying that the area mentioned is not serviced by dtdc, then why accept in the first place? I want to be redressed for the same with appropriate compensation.

I have sent one box containing mobile phone from pune to hyderabad through dtdc courier (Consignment no p[protected] but dtdc staff has removed the mobile from that box and they have dispatched empty box at hydeabad. I lost rs 17000 mobile due to very bad service given by dtdc.

Dtdc service is very worst, i request all of you not to prefer dtdc for sending any type courier & parcel.

As promised 3 days delivery in the dtdc online site i have send an international courier from kalpetta kerala to newzealand. But even after a week my documents is in delhi. Even after contacting kalpetta office and connecting office in dwlhi (Aramex no action is takene) ifxit's not delivered in time.. I will not get admission​ i will file a legal proceedings against the company

I send it from kalkatha to rangareddy (Dist) of state (Telangana) through special delivery services of date 17/07/2017 as per your terms and conditions it is delivered with in 24hrs but until now my item was undelivered it was so bad to say that actually the item was very imp to us so that i request u to delivery my item as soon as possible & if i call to the sender's dtdc courier services they are totally negligencing my request so. My consignment no. E73051119, booked on 12 jul 17 at barmer, rajasthan franchisee under prime time plus service. As per your terms and conditions it should have delivered by next business day. But, after restless attempts i could trace that my consignment is still not delivered.
When the same issue was bought to the notice of the franchisee where the consignment was booked they are so reclutant/carelessly replied and even threatened that the consignment will not be delivered and you can express the same to anybody.
If the consignment is not delivered to the destination by 19 jul 1200 hrs. I will be taking a legal course of action. And i demand a feedback about the delivery and action taken on the franchisee.

I haven't received yet, inspite of calling many days and times, whenever they pickup (Very rarely) they use to take complaint and they use to tell your query will be solved. Both hyderabad and visakhapatnam branch people told the same thing. Hyderabad branch guys told that, we have already dispatched to visakhapatnam and suggested to contact visakhapatnam branch.
After trying many days a lady received call from vizag branch, she told we haven't received yet from hyderabad. This what i was fed up with their service.

Hi, i had sent 3 packages through dtdc courier on 6th july 2017 from uk to india due to excess luggage. All the 3 parcels contain household goods only.
On 14th july, i got a call and subsequent mail from dtdc personal asking 13, 329 extra due to bill of entry. As per my declaration, the content of the packages are only household goods.
Also, i booked online for 70kg weight but the actual weight is 59.1 kg but they didn't return me the extra amount charged, which they supposed to as per the telephonic conversation.

Can f13068118 was booked on 13/7 & is yet to be delivered to my address at new delhi. Trackibg showed it reached delhi on 13/7. Contacted all concerned franchisees, delhi main office as being guided by your executives. After 3 days of hectic follow, understand the the pkg. Is being shown as "delivered" on 17/7 which is a blatant lie. I regret i am yet to receive the consignment. Just didn't anticipate this from dtdc with the harressment it has caused.

Manerless employee at the calangute office of dtdc branch refuses to deliver parcel and talks rough to customers
My parcel had arrived yesterday but they are refusing to deliver and aaking me to come over to collect the parcel now it their work to deliver parcel but they want us to coem there what is this why is it called a courier service if they dont want to deliver parcels on top they say we cant come u come i[censored] want

It's the fault of dtdc courier services to delayed my parcel to reached pune from varanasi.
My parcel was send on 08/07/2017 from varanasi and it's time to deliver in pune was 10/07/2017 but my parcel is delivered to patna, and all fault of dtdc courier services.
And m waiting for my parcel in last 8 days, and it's cost me to 1840rs. Penalty charge
And i want to refund my 1840rs. Which cost me for late service by dtdc courier.

Most of the time dtdc shutters remain closed. Only two hours they do

The product is misleading to the lower category. Without my (The customer's) consent, the courier person (Sb called rohan) managed to confirm that the product is delivered. The dtdc contact number. That is provided through online for assistance is a useless no. Dtdc is the worst in rayagada. Didn't get any advanced intimation from the dtdc about the product delivery.
No call till now i received from the dtdc. But, in online my product delivery shows as it is delivered.
The contact no. That they provide is not a working one. The landline no, as well as mobile nos are not to the customer's minimum need.

No proper responsible customer dealing even after the struggle to contact the dtdc. Denied the request for cancellation of the order by confirming the delivery of the product from their end.
