It's the fault of dtdc courier services to delayed my parcel to reached pune from varanasi.
My parcel was send on 08/07/2017 from varanasi and it's time to deliver in pune was 10/07/2017 but my parcel is delivered to patna, and all fault of dtdc courier services.
And m waiting for my parcel in last 8 days, and it's cost me to 1840rs. Penalty charge
And i want to refund my 1840rs. Which cost me for late service by dtdc courier.

Most of the time dtdc shutters remain closed. Only two hours they do

The product is misleading to the lower category. Without my (The customer's) consent, the courier person (Sb called rohan) managed to confirm that the product is delivered. The dtdc contact number. That is provided through online for assistance is a useless no. Dtdc is the worst in rayagada. Didn't get any advanced intimation from the dtdc about the product delivery.
No call till now i received from the dtdc. But, in online my product delivery shows as it is delivered.
The contact no. That they provide is not a working one. The landline no, as well as mobile nos are not to the customer's minimum need.

No proper responsible customer dealing even after the struggle to contact the dtdc. Denied the request for cancellation of the order by confirming the delivery of the product from their end.

I sent a parcel through st courier @thoraippakkan on 12thjul., from chennai to newdelhi.. Sterday i got a information that parcel is missing... I am very upset... I want to take action...

Shipment was about to reach by 3rd july but still didnt, when had a discussion with customer care and complaining over the mail got to know that the delivery has been done, but when asked the details the details were fake. Its been 12 days after the last update in the tracking tool.

The shipment was out for delivery on 30th june from chennai and didnt reach till date to electronic city, bengaluru.

Request is a waste, now its a demand that dtdc should take care of these aspects.

I have received very unprofessional and basically worthless support from dtdc delhi. My consignment should be delivered to tughalakabad ext but unfortunately it's returned back and i am totally surprised about dtdc delivery and behaviour of delivery person.

I dropped the delivery parcel on dtdc office on 08.07.2017 and they said it will be delivered by thursday. Friday one delivery person from delhi dtdc office called to my friend when my friend was her son's school to bring her son back from school. She requested delivery person to come after 1 hr or some other day. Suddenly the delivery person started shouting on my friend that he has lot of other work and he can not come again and again to the same house. My friend ask him why he has not called her before coming. He didn't listen anything and said my friend to come to dtdc office and collect the parcel and he will not come back anymore to deliver the parcel.

When my friend went to collect the parcel to the dtdc office and they said that the parcel has been returned back.

I don't know whether i will get proper response to this email. Whether complete dtdc team is this much irresponsible that don't care and bother about customer money and importance of the delivery. I am so much surprised and not happy with dtdc delivery person (I don't know the name of that person). I am parallelly so much surprised that dtdc is recruiting such a bad person for customer support.

I am writing this to register a complaint
Against dtdc courier for not being able to respond or suggest any solution to the problem they have caused. The package that had confidential and important documents along with a demand draft is missing along with other package's that left for delivery form gorakhpur dtdc office to reach jaipur on 30th june 2017, the status on etracking shows no update since 2nd july 2017. To counter the situation i had called up multiple customer care no. As per their website but hardly been able to reach any. Finally someone suggested to use the reg office customercare no.[protected] and even this no will always show up busy or swithed off. Fortunately a lady picked up after 3 days of attempt and she asked for the destination address, which was providedto her and she promised that the status will be updated by same evening, that never happened. Again process of calling started and after 2 days she told that the entire batch of the parcel is missing that included my package, it never reached delhi for scanning. After being asked next course of action, she replied we are trying and i will be updated on status soon. I am writing this afyer 17 days of irresponsible behavior from dtdc. If the package is lost i need compensation as per the procedure and want to derate dtdc for their non-professional job.

I've sent a parcel on 11 jul 2017 tracking number m51777880. I was assured delivery in 4 days. Status is same since 14 jul evening till now 16 jul morning. When called dtdc on 14 jul, they confirmed it will reach destination on 15 jul but it has still not been delivered. Also site is showing wrong pin and when discussed this on phone call with local dombiwali ashwini travellers, they mentioned, don't worry about what is shown on site, parcel will reach destination at provided address in 4 days on 15 jul 2017.

For the last 2 days, concerned person at your destination point is telling my son to come out of college campus to their centre to collect; in spite of telling them repeatedly that it is not possible to come out of college. And also why he should when you are supposed to deliver at address point. Already it is delayed and if it is not delivered by tomorrow, i will put up the case in consumer forum as i am incurring huge loss each day for not being able to deposit the document in college.

I prepiad for a product in amazon and the seller ahipped it via dtdc hongkong and its been 6 days since the item is shipped. From seller. But when ever i try to track my order in website it says no data available. I tried my luck in dtdc hongkong, dtdc.com and dtdc.in but all ended in vain. I emailed customercare exicutive 5 times in 4 days but they havnt even replied me once. Worst customer care responce ever.. My courier tracking id is x22077103. Now i hace even lost hope of getting my item.. Dtdc is now the worst courier service ever.

Origin is belgaum and destination is guwahati but when i track it showing guwahati to chandigarh. Still not delivering. So i think he cheated on me by taking my 15000 rupees

This is really very sad that after giving more than 50 calls and so many mails the courier was not delivered for z97001988. The person ro whom i sent the same leaved the city today and you people are showing it delivered. This is realy disgusting. The courier was urgent and had to be sent to nairobi. But due to ur negligence it is still there in jodhpur. I will complain the same to consumer forum. Kindly return my courier to my address itself i will have to send it as international courier.

I have booked a courier on 23rd june, 2017 from hyderabad to udaipur. Its 13th july today and still the delivery didn't take place.
There is no update even in tracking status from 27th june. I want to know where my courier is gone as it contained my important certificate. Kindly reply on this and let me know. I want my courier eve if it is in hyderabad.

I transferred my items from kolkata to bangalore and i can't think of a better service than yours. I have lost all my electronics (Hair dryer, curler), pillow, stilletoes. This is not expected from a company like you. I swear i will share this on social media as well stating how good your services are. Keep going guys. There is a long way to go. Such cheats you all are. I complained dtdc office in kolkata (Sector 1)-mr. Tanmaya das and he was least bothered. He was the one to assure me that every product will reach safely. You don't have work ethics. You charged me rs70/kg but when my friend called for the same this man said it's rs 85/kg. Great rate chart you maintain. Awesome work environment. Standing ovation to you people.

This time unfortunately i felt very sad, my parents send to me 1kg prawns (Dry fish worth /price 3k) its very expensive and valuable sea food. Bit of sweet, along with one small 100 grams of mango pickle, i am missing these valuable food in gurgaon so parents affection and lots of love your service connectivity through i am receiving from them happily. This time i didn't what i except from items has missed first there is no pickle, sea food what i received capture from camera attaching the file. Not worth of its 1kg, and missing pickle totally i lost my mind what i received what my parents send to me.
Now thing is my parents going to complaint on your branch kadapa location. Your going give worth of money what i do, how u solve this problem where actually happens plzzzzzzz do the need full. Worst service i never ever go for it,

I have send a urgent parcel from dtdc that consignment no. Are v38494513. When i was tracking the my parcel that shown the my parcel delivered. But parcel was not delivered to the destination. When i was contact to the dtdc office in thiyog (Shimla) he is said to me sorry sir i forget and that time rain is coming. My document does not placed to the destination therefore i am disqualify from interview that is my govt job interview.
I feel dtdc is spoil the my career duo to not delivered my document to destination. Please taken right action against to dtdc company

I booked a cover from hyderabad to bangalore, through dtdc courier on 03/07/2017, with dockment no. 01215828 the document was not delivered till time i. E 12/07/2017. I have given several mails, and i called more than 70 calls to different different peoples. All are in vain.

Dear Team,

I have sent courier blow the Way bill no : C76182163 on 7th July 17 but still it's not reached at destination as in today status. This courier contains I have send the medical cooling items it is very emergency purpose but still your people is not delivered on time I want to clear explanation for not delivery.

Even after so many calls we made to DTDC courier service providers but there is no response from there end .

In this case how we can send emergency medicine through DTDC courier..

My courier cant reached on time it takes more days to delivered. Other company make me comfort that the can give me the courier on time but i was trust your company and give my shipments to u and it takes 15 days to come from nearer place... We already called thousand of time to your office to bring my courier on time but non of them take that seriously.. I am very much upset with ur service and decided to no other further shipment will done through the dtdc services
