I have lodged a complaint from my son's account on non-delivery of my courier to kothapet, Hyderabad from Alwal Franchise whose contact number is[protected] vide Consignment number H01982990 dated 06/07/2017 in WWW.CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.in

Consequently in response to the complaint i have lodged, a person pronounced as from DTDC Courier Services called me to my mobile number [protected](Airtel) at 08:22pm whose mobile number is [protected] displayed on my mobile under the Trucaller Name Castume Cayar enquiring whether i have complained, for which my prompt reply was "yes, i did" as it is an abnormal delay. The person asked me to speak in hindi . Later on he started asking

""""why did you complain?, there is some problem, it will take 4 more days. if you want delivery tomorrow, you pay me online Rs.20, Tum Bhikari Ho gaya kya, ATM number dedo, otherwise you send your family members to sleep with me, bloody ######, mein tumhe khatam kar dunga"""""

This was the Gist of his conversation without caring anything he spoke in the worst manner than i have put here. The credentials of the person may be enquired as the language and the tone seems to be of an anti-national who has threatened the customer with the dire consequences of death.In this regard i also fixed the responsibility on the DTDC courier in case of any mis happening to my life as threatened by your employee in any manner. I also request you to intimate the action taken and assurance to my life may be intimated to me at the earliest, if not i will be constrained to approach criminally and legally against the Courier Service and the persons involved.

The Veracity of my complaint and his speech may be verified from the Airtel Operator.

I sent a courier from alwal (Hyderabad) to kothapet which is also a part of hyderabad on 6th july 2017. Consignment number h01982990. Today is 10th july 2017 and the courier has not yet been delivered. How many days will it take to send a courier within hyderabad?? It was a very important document which i sent through dtdc. I even mentioned contact numbers of sender and recipient. Status of delivery is still out for delivery.

My apologies to dtdc for having trusted you. I will never ever send any courier through dtdc. And i will ensure not to suggest any of my friends or colleagues to use dtdc for courier.

The vajrappa building courier office has pathetic delivery boys. They give a calll when they are in front of my door, so if i am even downstairs and not in they will simply ring the bell thrice and leave. If i come back and give them a call to deliver the packet even if they are still within the building, they refuse to deliver the packet. Their service is pathetic, bhaviour very very rude. I sincerely hope the main dtdc office will have some quality check on their delivery system before opening new centres.

Hi sir/ madam,
I have ordered vitamin tablets in prohealthindia from chennai, they said that they sending my package through dtdc. I have called the prohealthindia guys and they said that my shipment was delivered on 21st june. Till now i didn't got my product. When i keep on calling them they sent me pod (Proof of delivery).in that the sign was given by watchman of other building my order has gone to another building instead of my apartment. I didn't even got a single call from dtdc guys on 21st june. My product is worth 2450/- for a middle class family it's is like a blow. I'm thinking to approach near by police station if it is not resolved.

So, please help me in resolving in this. I request you to refund the money or my product. Its been 20 days i keep on calling the support of dtdc and nobody picks the call, shame on dtdc.

One of our vendor sent a parcel through your courier service from chennai on (07/07/2017) friday. But we - vizkon technologies coimbatore, ramanathapuram post,
Didn't receive the courier booking number v38151907 which is booked on friday and to be delivered the next day ie saturday (08/07/2017) from chennai through courier plus. But not yet receive our goods. We called all the customer care number in coimbatore. But no one is response and we didnt get any supportive answer. Due to emergency only we booked through fast track ie courier plus.

I had booked a parcel for delivery to chennai on 20 june 2017. It hasn't been delivered till now. Nor has it been returned to me, in which case i could have sent it through another service. The consignment number is k00452318. Tracking brings up the information: last update - 22.06.2017; consignment not delivered. Misroute. You could atleast call the consignee's phone number given in the address on the to address on the consignment. Also recorded on the way bill.

I have send courier on 15th June 2017 to shirur Pune while giving the parcel to courier I checked whether is there service I checked thirce with the lady when hand over parcel she told is there service pay Rs.300 I paid but it not reached Docket no F10051019 it's return ask money back saying that no refund it is not my mistake I paid u have deliver finally receive the parcel I want money back my Rs. 300

Please be informed that I sent the courier with CCN#H01218967 from Hyderabad to Cuttack with normal post for which I paid Rs. 130 /-. As per commitment it will be delivered by 3-4 days. Today is 5th Day and still it is not delivered. When I checked with DTDC local vendor from which we posted he informed that I should have informed him before to check why it was not delivered on time.

Can some one explain as a reputed courier service and expecting customer to come up with complaint then only they will verify the tracking and confirmed. Is it not DTDC responsibility to track and take necessary action if it is not delivered on time? People use private courier service to make the fast delivery if any urgent but here they don't care about customer.
Hope this complaint will improve the service of the courier service and resolve my issue ASAP.

you have the most pathetic courier services i ever come across, Now i would prefer to send my mails thru Postal Department rather then DTDC.

I got call from your courier today 06.07.2017 from Shivne Uttam nagar Pune 411023, the document no. is P42100316. and it was not delivered on your address because of your address is not in our service area. When I checked the status online it shows - Destination far away still laying at Branch. The recipient's address is within the city of Pune and hardly 2 KMs away from their Shivne Office. Ii have also mentioned the Tel.No. of the recipient too, still nobody tried to contact them. I have been tried their Pune branch, the landline number is not working and nobody is picking the mobile number.[protected]

It was an important document and if you can not deliver the things on my address, why they accept them and moreover the customer support is pathetic, nobody in Pune is ready to answer and nobody is replying from Nasik. I have mailed using their online customer care form but nobody replied to it either.

from last 3 days I am taking followup but your telephone operator say today it will delivered, more than 150 times I called you but no reply from your side

I advice next time u send a courier thru DTDC, think 100000 times.

Hi, my Courier with consignment number Z27718987 and Z27718990 is shipped on Jun 21st and it's not received yet. It's not showing the status also, the customer support team also didn't provide any information about this. I want to know the complete status about the parcel. It's shipped from jaipur to trivandrum. Please understand my situation and provide complete info about the parcels. Both are showing the same status only.

I booked a consignment details from Mumbai to Alleppey(688504) by dtdc and at the time of booking, courier service didn't tell me the things like at this location they will not deliver and booked it with no hesitation.
After reaching destination city, they are saying that the location is not accessible and they will not deliver my item and will have take it from office myself. They are cheating and talking very badly to the customer.
My consignment number was M53296675.
also they are updating the status that Out for deliver, receiver not available. this is when they are not calling the receiver even for the single time.

Such type of behaviour is not tolerable at all.
Will not recommend anyone to prefer dtdc. Huh-

Complaining to dtdc is useless as they don't take any action on it.

I have booked two consignments on 10/06/2017 for expecting the delivery within the time. But after several query and phone call, one consignment (K[protected] returned to me after 20 days. And for another consignment (K[protected], there is no track.
When I am trying to track the item with help of your local representative, he is not cooperating with me and he is also taking this casually. There is an important document which I need to send by time. But for your bad service I am facing problem.

What is this? Don’t you have proper system to deliver the item or return the item within the time?

Paid ₹475 for premium delivery service that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it is not. I sent an email to support and also called the customer care multiple times and no one answered. Even worse, when I spoke to Calicut head office, I was informed that they don't deliver. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?I want the product delivered ASAP or refund

One of my courier tacking id is z29334911 is not deliver to me but they update the status that i have refuse the courier and they are not call me even they are not coming in our company place, and when i call mohali phase dtdc office then mr vishal is there, and his behave is very rude and abuse to me,
And he said your courier is not deliver because we have no policy to call the customer
Please rosolve the issue asap, other wise i will go to consumer court

The above courier which is document was not delivered because the receiver has moved to a next apartments.. it being a week now since i sent it, no call was made to me or the receiver whose number was mentioned in the courier to check the availability. its extremely poor service and i had to make a call today after a week to check status since i got escalated as it was not delivered and there was no call made on that.

the Customer care executive is a lady to whom I was speaking disconnected the call without my permission..she didn't speak a word and kept on hold for 15 minutes!! and then disconnected..what a shame! i need explanation

Package sent thru dtdc from Indore to Pune was not delivered in time and thrown in the letter box instead of handing over properly to the concerned person. Consinement no. Is M53525442. The hawker at Pune acted in a very irresponsible way. While asked about it, he replied that I asked the watchman and he told me to throw the parcel in the box, so I did it. I am getting very much disappointed with the incident and have decided very strictly not to hire such a hopeless courier service like DTDC in future. Also going to tell everyone in my contact about the hidden irregular activities of the company.dtdc should know that it is an illegal activity to deliver any courier parcel without signature of the recipient.

I wanted to send chocolates from Nellore to Vijayawada. As I foolishly thought DTDC would be a reliable service I used the service but after two weeks there is no response from the DTDC ramamurthy nagar even if I met in person. My chocolates would have gone bad by now.
I regard this as irresponsibility and unethical. I want you to take necessary action upon them.

I have not received the parcel with document number m53832664 booked on 23/06/2017 from mumbai..
I tried to track this online on 25th june and found the consignment at rajajinagar, bangalore office and waited till 27 the for delivery which has not happened till today.
I have called the rajajinagar office more than 20 times and no proper reply from the branch and everybody is in their own world and act like we are some jokers.
I have called the manager of that office who does not pick-up the call at any cost.
I have sent whatsapp messages requesting him to check and give me an update. He has no manners or courtesy to call back or respond to my message.
It's not time that responsible people are put in position to safe guard the interest of customers.
So let me know a solution for this.
Please check and revert back with details.
