I have booked two consignments on 10/06/2017 for expecting the delivery within the time. But after several query and phone call, one consignment (K[protected] returned to me after 20 days. And for another consignment (K[protected], there is no track.
When I am trying to track the item with help of your local representative, he is not cooperating with me and he is also taking this casually. There is an important document which I need to send by time. But for your bad service I am facing problem.

What is this? Don’t you have proper system to deliver the item or return the item within the time?

DTDC have the most pathetic courier services i ever come across, Now i would prefer to send my mails thru Postal Department rather then DTDC.

I got call from DTDC courier today 06.07.2017 from Shivne Uttam nagar Pune 411023, the document no. is P42100316. and it was not delivered on your address because of your address is not in our service area. When I checked the status online it shows - Destination far away still laying at Branch. The recipient's address is within the city of Pune and hardly 1 KM away from their Shivne Pune Office. I have also mentioned the Tel.No. of the recipient too, still nobody tried to contact them. I have been tried their Pune branch, the landline number is not working and nobody is picking the mobile number.[protected]

It was an important document and if you can not deliver the things on my address, why they accept them and moreover the customer support is pathetic, nobody in Pune is ready to answer and nobody is replying from Nasik. I have mailed using their online customer care form but nobody replied to it either.

I advice next time u send a courier thru DTDC, think 100000 times.

Paid ₹475 for premium delivery service that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it is not. I sent an email to support and also called the customer care multiple times and no one answered. Even worse, when I spoke to Calicut head office, I was informed that they don't deliver. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?I want the product delivered ASAP or refund

One of my courier tacking id is z29334911 is not deliver to me but they update the status that i have refuse the courier and they are not call me even they are not coming in our company place, and when i call mohali phase dtdc office then mr vishal is there, and his behave is very rude and abuse to me,
And he said your courier is not deliver because we have no policy to call the customer
Please rosolve the issue asap, other wise i will go to consumer court

The above courier which is document was not delivered because the receiver has moved to a next apartments.. it being a week now since i sent it, no call was made to me or the receiver whose number was mentioned in the courier to check the availability. its extremely poor service and i had to make a call today after a week to check status since i got escalated as it was not delivered and there was no call made on that.

the Customer care executive is a lady to whom I was speaking disconnected the call without my permission..she didn't speak a word and kept on hold for 15 minutes!! and then disconnected..what a shame! i need explanation

Package sent thru dtdc from Indore to Pune was not delivered in time and thrown in the letter box instead of handing over properly to the concerned person. Consinement no. Is M53525442. The hawker at Pune acted in a very irresponsible way. While asked about it, he replied that I asked the watchman and he told me to throw the parcel in the box, so I did it. I am getting very much disappointed with the incident and have decided very strictly not to hire such a hopeless courier service like DTDC in future. Also going to tell everyone in my contact about the hidden irregular activities of the company.dtdc should know that it is an illegal activity to deliver any courier parcel without signature of the recipient.

I wanted to send chocolates from Nellore to Vijayawada. As I foolishly thought DTDC would be a reliable service I used the service but after two weeks there is no response from the DTDC ramamurthy nagar even if I met in person. My chocolates would have gone bad by now.
I regard this as irresponsibility and unethical. I want you to take necessary action upon them.

I have not received the parcel with document number m53832664 booked on 23/06/2017 from mumbai..
I tried to track this online on 25th june and found the consignment at rajajinagar, bangalore office and waited till 27 the for delivery which has not happened till today.
I have called the rajajinagar office more than 20 times and no proper reply from the branch and everybody is in their own world and act like we are some jokers.
I have called the manager of that office who does not pick-up the call at any cost.
I have sent whatsapp messages requesting him to check and give me an update. He has no manners or courtesy to call back or respond to my message.
It's not time that responsible people are put in position to safe guard the interest of customers.
So let me know a solution for this.
Please check and revert back with details.

I am Riddhi Patel, i my collegue had sent a parcel from goregaon and i haven't received it. The tracking site shows it is delivered to some ramesh and i have no clue who he is.. i enquired everyone around but no one has received the parcel. I called dtdc customer service and they lodged a complaint and told me they will revert back but they did not. Instead i got a text saying your case is closed. They did not call or email or revert in any way n closed the case. The delivery boy also didn't call before delivering it to somebody else. I never expected such a state of irresponsibility from dtdc as i am it's loyal customer since 2yrs and never faced such prob. Please look into matter.

I delivered a parcel for urgent delivery.It had some important documents.
The receiver was going to travel outstation on 29th June. DTDC people said the Courier will be delivered the Max by 28th June, and i believed them.However at 29th June the parcel was shown as delivered on the website but it never reached to the receiver.When called the office at the destination location the person she said the we have to update a fake status or out business wont run.She gave a different number of the manager who never picked up the phone.We were also ready to receive the parcel directly from the ware house but nobody responded.Now i have tweeted to DTDC Support but i am not getting any response, I am not sure where my parcel is now.

I am Sandipan Dutta, I had booked one important parcel to Surat and sent it via DTDC (Consignement No.- M[protected] but even after 5 days it still has not been delivered, two days i.e. 3rd and 4th July it was out for delivery but still was not delivered, may I know the reason? What is the issue with your courier service? The last date of delivering the courier was 4th July but as you were unable to deliver that parcel now that date is gone, please follow me up regarding this.

Hi,

DTDC is one of the worst couriers I have dealt with. I have 3 shipments missing and no body is bothered to recover or even provide information.

The team working are so unreliable, no ethics and responsibility.

The contact information are not correctly provided on the net too.

As a customer, i really do not know why we have to put up with such behaviors. Online shipper please do not use them . It is a complete waste of time and money for both o[censored]s.

Courier with consignment number - P41649272 is still not delivered to the destination location (Vapi) which just 295 kms from the source (Pune). Good transportation facilities are available between the source and destination place. After paying premium amount the service has been a traumatic experience. Worst possible courier service.

My consignment is in transit since april. Not a since officer of dtdc responds well and moreover your numbers are just numbers call do not go to ur useless digits. Stop ur services. Cz ur not even good. The most horrible experience. I tried complaining but none responds. Ur website sucks too. I tried all offices in ghy and delhi both are just transferring their duties. Is this the way you work.

Late delivery of courier...we have couriered the parcel ( Bicycle ) on 15 th June at their kalyan nagar center bangalore to be delivered to Isha Home school Coimbatore, the excutive at the center promised that the Parcel will be delivered within 5 Days but today it is 03 july still the parcel has not reached the destination ...when contacted the customer service the approach was rude and unethical instead of resolving the problem they are asking their customers to contact various places and get it resolved...we have paid a premium for the services and we feel cheated and not getting the moneys worth ...plus the mental trauma...

I have booked courier to secunderabad and consignment No.B43137710 not delivered to correct office . I approched to the cambridge branch where I booked the courier they gave number to whom they delivered the letter ie., [protected] which is in chennai my letter to be delivered to Secunderbad please take action and do the needful to deliver the same to correct address.

i am from ahmedabad, gujarat.

Khokhara, ahmedabad branch never gives the service to customer.
We always suffer this type of problem. Whenever we are calling mr. Sanjay, he never response.
We have to go khokhara for receiving parcel.

I don't think that we are paying for receiving parcel from office.

Whenever we are calling on office number the fix answer receiving from the person that " we have no delivery boy for delivery, so, pickup from khokhara office."

Dear, i booked a courier through dtdc, which contains a receipt of bike. But they kept on delaying it and now i have to pay huge amount as a penalty to indian railways. I called almost 100 numbers and only one number works and that too they'll give another number which doesn't get answer in many attempts. The thing is none of their registered numbers in their websites works.
Kindly help me in this issue.
