Parcel 30.06.2017 ko 1915 baje ambattur (Avadi se 08 km peeche) pahunchgaya but abhitak mere pas pahuncha nahi mai army me hum mai tuesday chutti ja raha hum... Esliye sir please tomorrow parcel mere pas pahunchane ki kasht karo.

I have sent my courier holding consignment no.[protected] from old rajendra nagar branch of DTDC in central delhi on 16th June which was to be delivered to Hyderabad, but it has not yet reached its destination nor it could be tracked online . DTDC service was not upto the mark and i am in dire need of those books .i need my courier to be delivered as soon as possible

Actually my order has to be delivered on 30th june 2017 as it shows "out for delivery" in tracking status. They had also not called me on my phone number.
The next day in the tracking status it shows "receiver not available". I become worrified and went to their office and their i found that my product was present there. There i had to carry my goods.
So, i want to say what they are making customer worrified by showing wrong description in their tracking status. Since it was not my mistake they blamed me that i was not available. It their responsible to phone me and if i had not picked their call then declare that i was not available. It is completely unprofessional.

My parents had sent mangoes for me from Dhanbad to Pune. They packed those in a carton. They mentioned the vendor of DTDC (dhanbad) that there are mangoes. They said not to worry and it will be delivered properly. The consignment was processed on Friday 23rd june 2017 and it reached me on 39th june 2017(thursday) and that too in a fully damaged condition.

Hi,

This is to inform you that a courier was sent to me from calcutta on 26th june which reached and received by me today by dtdc

It was a speaker of (I ball) which was sent to me by my brother specially on my request but dtdc express ltd has stolen the the actual product and packed another small china made speaker (Sonilex)

Its a warning to kindly find out the culprit and send the original one sent as we are doing police complaint, i am so damn furious with this type of fraud done by a courier company which is renowned and will make sure this courier company shuts down with full media coverage for its stealing cases with full penalty liability and claims.

Sent me the original speaker asap or bear thw consequences.

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that even after reaching a goods to destination (Dtdc mathura office) is not delivered to the contact person. Goods reached at mathura on 23/6 at destination city and today is 27/6 and goods still not delivered at contact details even after contacting me and this item is very urgent to reach to the contact details as soon as possible but it was not delivered... I am not happy with this service of dtdc pls take strict action against him..

Myself santanu mishra, i posted two emergency courier to my daughters.
Mumbai as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 8 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is k01331788 and d33863645 even i went
To dtdc franchise office in balasore franchise to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good.

Please help me out in this issue.

Vide dtdc plus docket v37592669 on 4.5.17 we have sent document to

State bank of india,
Palatana branch
Ongc tripura power company limited, palatana site,
Po palatana, dist :gomati 799116, tripura india
While doing on line tracking it is showing delivered on 10.5.17.
But when after one month bank is saying they have not received the document, we collected daily run sheet from delivery branch and it was rtoed.
It has happened to me several times for other consignments for same consignee.
I raised a mail complaint with dtdc customer support "[protected]@dtdc.com" on 27.6.17 but it was not even acknowledged.

I want reply to this.

I, soumik shee the sender from kolkata, parceled a courier on 20th of june through dtdc courier services to pune. The receiver, piyali sen, initially provided me the wrong pin-code but later when the courier was in transit i called the dtdc customer care and updated the right pin-code later given to me by the receiver. I had given every details of the receiver including name, contact number and address details, but without even making a call to the receiver the parcel was delivered in wrong hands to a person wrong named manu kumar, whom the receiver doesn't know.
My consignment tracking number is - k00689727. The parcel was delivered on 27th of june around 5 p. M. After 8 days.
Please help me out in this issue.

I am sunny s vishwakarma purchase a item from ebay and provide me the airway bill detail z28704571 on 17 june 2017 on 21 june 2017 there is update not delivery and there update reason a misroute. But i am claiming that dtdc dont try to delivery the parcel even there cannot contact me for this and when we are call to branch there are not recving call and i also complaint to head office in ahmedabad and baroda of dtdc there also cannot show any interest in solving the problem and there i finally visit the dtdc courier office in dahod there also not giving statified answer. After i complaint to cosumer court 319795 after dtdc remove the parcel detail from there site and now i am uable to track this item through there portal. So i am kindly request to resolve this soon as possible.

Due to negligence of your staff my courier is misplaced and not traced after 13 days of dispatch. I have talked so many times to your head office and franchisee office but not get any satisfactory reply from their end. I request you to kindly take it seriously and settle my claim at the earliest.

I have received my package this morning from the dtdc office. After opening the package i found that my laptop is severely damaged and since the delivery item is a laptop it should be bubble wrapped for safety purpose but it was normally held on one sack from below and two sack from the above (Sack was not on sides too). I was not hoping for this kind of service.
After asking about the how to proceed the staff is saying that is responsibility of sender and theirs too but i don't get it why the hell sender is responsible. He gave the laptop to the agency in proper condition. Now the agency has to packaged the material not the sender. Please i want a quick against this and find the attached file (Receipt, damaged laptop and irresponsible packaging).
Hope you will look into the matter more seriously.

I sent a parcel on 16th June'17 via DTDC Bangalore and it reached kottayam on 19th June however DTDC kottayam kanjikuzhy branch refused to deliver it to the given address . The recipient had to go and pick it up from their office and according to them this is the RULE there!! DTDC bangalore does not behave this way, they come and deliver it home. Please find the tracking number : CN B44684992. After we insisted the DTDC kottayam kanjikuzhy office to deliver it home then they agreed to come halfway to the address to give the parcel however recipient decided went to office and collected it . Bangalore DTDC office always calls up and ask the customer if they have come home or will the customer pick it up from their office . Atleast the choice should be given to the customer . DTDC kottayam office cant make it a RULE as they LAZY to deliver it to the residence address. I request you to take immediate action against their office . I am sure other people in that area also suffer the same way.

They take courior of the places that can not be delievered by their courior, but thinking of just money and nobody listen about loss they take courior and kept with them or loss dont know.
When asking about they said these places cant be delievered.
Please take necessary action as i loss all things.

Yesterday my colleague booked a cover contains papers through dtdc plus due to very urgent from vijayawada to rajahmundry with consignment no. V37896900 but the cover was delivered at 8:45 pm after giving so many follow-upsfollow-ups to the delivery incharge, it's made me very inconvenience that i have to verify those papers and should sent to another address but it was not happened due to late delivery then what is the use of booking through...

I have send an courier on 19june, 2017 through dtdc. Now its status shows me rto without any reason.
I have already given an exact address of receiver. And receiver is present at his location. Then why it go for rto.
I have also tried to contact customer care but they not answering my call.

I have been struggling with the dtdc warje branch, kothrud, pune to find my courier that has been delivered to someone else without my knowledge or probably lost. Upon conveying this to the branch, the employees had a gala time asking me to wait while they allegedly “search” for information. Mr. Pathak, the apparent in-charge of warje branch and the other employees continued this for a month and upon calling up the branch manager, mr. Ramesh yadav, he says, he had no information of this and asks me to raise a query with the branch it’s sent from. When i got agitated about the direction being given to me after a month's to and fro, the branch manager misbehaved and raised his voice. He went on to say, “complaint to whoever you want, i do not care" and disconnected the phone. This kind of behavior clearly shows how much keen are you on getting the customers and respecting them.

Firstly, this is not my job and secondly, you waste my time and keep me unannounced for a month only to later say that raise a query, which is also not my part of the job.
The branch manager does not deserve any respect for talking to a customer the way he did. I am paying as much asked for the courier and in return expect the correct delivery and respectful and righteous treatment.

After registering a complaint with the customer support and sending a complaining tweet to dtdc india, i received a reply on twitter and blank emails from the support for a few days, upon asking about those emails, i got no reply.
In the same context, my receiver received 2-3 calls asking about the details of the courier but no further update. On every call, the same question was asked, what kind of system do you guys have in place?

It's been 52 days that my problem has not been resolved. I condemn the use of dtdc and will continue to spread my word.

Though delivery is very urgent it has not been delivered on the given time and address and its been informed by the delivery boy that the delivery cannot be done. As the receiver is not able to take the delivery from the courier office as he is not getting off from his duty. I kindly request you to do the delivery on the given address as its very urgent. Thank u.
