Consignment containing powered glasses was booked vide v37738530 from pune on 16 jun 17. Same has not been delivered till date causing tremendous inconvenience in executing day to day jobs.
Extremely bad service from dtdc, no telephones nor email feedback from the company. No way to get feedback nor any response from customer service.
Initially the consignment was booked fopr delhi, on 12 jun 17, same was returned at pune on 15 jun 17, with flimsy excuse of no pincode.
Now with everything in place, consignment is shown lying at ashram dtdc delhi, but still not delivered.

There was a courier sent from kannur/kerala to pune/maharashtra on 13th june. I recieved the package today (19th june) package was already open and without having the equipment in it (Its a wireless adaptor). I spoke to the courier guy, he told that he is delivering whatever he recieved from the agency arrogantly and the package was cut when he removed thier stickers from it. When i spoke to the agency on [protected] and mentioned about the same, they asked to lodge a complaint about the same.

The item sent from Lucknow to Bangalore was not delivered even after writing the correct address. the reason for not delivering is mentioned as wrong/incorrect address. The courier tracking ID is Z27457471.
If the address is found correct and then also the item is not delivered then I am not paying any charges for re-delivering the consignment to the mentioned address.

Courier # n97932951 was to bangladesh from bangalore on 29/5/2017 and on 5th june 2017 status was updated as delivered. I believed in updated status on dtdc site and didn't cross verify with receiver.

When i called them today casual and asked about how they liked the gift which i sent them, they said that they never received anything.

Product is worth of 15, 000 + courier charge 2400.

Please help with how deal with them.

2 parcels send by me thru dtdc courier franchise at sham nagar, new delhi. 2 parcels send on 10 june, 2017 (Z26640067 & z[protected] one is to kerala and other to bilaspur but they had not reached there till now and i am not able to track them also. The owner of franchise is now saying they r lost. I send parcels thru india's best courier service but i am sorry to say that it is not best bcz after complaining at their head office i didn't get any reply.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number i01745124 on june 15, 2017 at your m/s new global courier services 5/6, divider road paith aria near mahadev mandir, shatabdi nagar, delhi road, meerut branch. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within two days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.

I had sent a parcel using DTDC courier service(CN no. P[protected] on 21st May, 2017 from Pune to Cuttack which contained some very important documents. They had assured me that the delivery would be within 3-4 days. As of writing this it has been almost 25 days and the parcel has not been delivered. I had called their customer care service (which rarely gets connected), mailed to their official email id, visited the branch from where I had sent the package, called many contacts including different managers but the only response I get is we have mailed your concern and it will be sorted out, which has not yet happened. The most unprofessional service I had even experienced, they even don't have the courtesy to call back and inform about the status of the issue. I would definitely never use their service ever again and also would recommend my near and dear ones to do the same.

Worst experience ever. Didnt expected this from a logistic brand like this. I sent brand new cloths from mumbai to cuttack for my relatives and family for the occasion of my marriage on 7th june 2017 which got packed by the courier center in goregaon sv road which was not delivered and lying in the in cuttack godown untill we took information of the center address and my brother visited their and collected the parcel of 14.8 kg. Later when he reached home and checked the shipment it is filled with local cheap sarees and old torn blankets. 80% of the cloths are replaced with these useless stuff. This is a serious breech of trust of the people who trust this companies as a trusted courier partner.

Need justice on this.

I send a courier on 26/05/2017 of 30kg from kota to brajrajnagar. My cn no. Is d35077476. Till date i didn't receive the courier. I traced my courier & called to the courier company. There is no response from the company. The telephone no. Is coming busy every time. Also i received one call from the company & asked to collect the courier from around 16 km from my house.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Hello my name is shashi kumar from palampur hp, the parcel with tracking number z24636002 booked from 7 june 2017 delhi to palampur (Hp) pin code 176061 and is not received till date. The parcel is not received at its destination. Now the status showing as a tag of not delivered/no service from pincode 176001. Why the parcel is not sent to 176061 from 176001 from 5 days? Given below pkt was courier on dtd 23-5-17 and shows delivered on dtd 25/5/17 but till date, it is not delivered to the right person/ address ..i.e.
Dtdc slip no. Z26844533 dtd 23/5.
After complaning, its franchise shows
run sheet of delivery which is [censored]e. Just see all signs of the reciever on the sheet are same and the hand writting / singns has made by the same person.Just see all signatures S, H, i, e, f all these are same.

I recently got a text from this company saying my order could not be delivered due to no service. The payment for the product has already been made and all formalities of payment from my side have already been taken care of. Kindly rectify this issue as i have already made a payment for the order (Order no. X[protected] or provide a refund for the product which was purchased from amazon.in.

I had couriered a loan document through dtdc on 2nd june. Till now it has not reached. I called customer care multiple times and i am not able to connect even after waiting for 5 mins. After 4 times, when i could finally connect, the lady told she is checking and would get back to me within 20 minutes and never got back.
I went to the dtdc office. They gave me a number of a person belonging to pune (Desitnation), and the person over there told me he has not received the consignment.
I have sent a mail to dtdt customer support. Have not got any update from them too. But they have created a case# 06567942 even though there is no update from them.

A conservative estimate of my loss because of this is anywhere between[protected] rupees which include -
1. Franking cost for the loan document
2. Travel cost to procure the document from bank, and bbmp office and dtdc office
3. Courier cost
4. Loan decrement document if i have restart the process again it would take another 15-20 days which is 1% of my loan interest extra for a month.

This excluding the leaves i had taken from work. Please refund the loss i have incurred because of this.

We have booked 3 pharma drums from vizag to shamshabad vide docket no. D34432303, so after rigorous followup & collected at your dtdc office only two pieces, one is pending, and they are saying it is present at uppal branch.

Kindly note it is pharma material, we need it is on top urgent basis.
And why like this happened.

And never ever seen this type sevice at dtdc

Myself karishma, i have couriered my packet on 13.06.2017 through dtdc to the following address :

Please note that one item handed over to your delhi durgapuri office on 17th april 2017 vide your docket number z21616862. Address given is ranjith c/o santhosh kumar, pallivadakkethil, enthu post - 691526, pathanamthitta district. Nearest dtdc office of enathu is at adoor. While tracking, last week it was at tiruvalla -50 km away from the destination and now it is showing undelivered. While talking to the tiruvalla office, the person receiving our call does not have proper answer, simply saying, i don't know.

Please trace the item and inform me the status, as well as arrange to deliver the item to the addressee at the earliest.

Hello sir/ma'm, i did the courier at this address via dtdc: balarama bldg bandra kurla complex bandra east mumbai 51 and tracking id is: z25557017. But they didn't search the place and they didn't make any call also with our person or at our contact no.. They didn't take any action and sending our material back to our address. Dtdc service is worst. When we do courier through another courier then it is beneficial for us. Dtdc is very expensive than others and its workers are very careless. My contact no. Online tracking status is showing "shipment is delivered" but it is neither received by anybody in my home nor packet is reached at the local dtdc courier facility. Kindly enquire the same and let me know the time when i can get my document.

Dtdc is not provide a satisfactory delivery. My urgent documents related to college were not redelivered after sending mail and many mails to dtdc site. The service charge were taken by me was rs/- 350. I feel very unlucky to choose dtdc to sending the documents.
The customer care were also not sending any mail regarding this after informing them. My mail number is v37461312.

Hi,

I'm the receiver of shipment z20856373 which never received to me. On the dtdc portal, the status is successfully delivered.

When i complained about the same to dtdc, they shared the drs copy of the same and which clearly shows that it was delivered to someother person. They raised a case for investigation but did nothing for 15 days.

After 15 days, they send me the same drs copy on email and closed the case.

My shipment is lost, they are unable to track it. The date when they delivered it, my door was locked and nobody was at my home. Now when i'm asking to whom you delivered, they are not able to find it.
