Dtdc courier service is very slow ajmer to jaipur courier time 4 to 5 days

Myself yusuf khan i posted an emergency courier to pune. He (Ashwini kumar) the dtdc guy told me it will be delivered within 10 days and now its more than 3 months and the courier is still not delivered.
I even went to pune dtdc office but they didn't respond me anything about it.

-i booked a courier through dtdc consignemnt id m51839717.
-i booked this on 19 apr 2017.
-at the time of booking they told that for booking 140 rs and your area is villege so thats why we need 60 rs extra money so total 200 rs we charging.
-my villege is hiramandalam in srikakulam dist. When it reach to courier hub in srikakulam they return from main city. They told reason out of service area.
-but they charged 60 rs for villege but they were not goto village and simply return from main hub and it came to my place where i book after 25 days.
-they told they will not give my money back and ask for re booking for re booking they took 150 rs extra from me again.
-i paid 150 extra and re book my courier again.
-here i want why dtdc charge extra allowence 60 rs and took extra money for rebooking.

— please make this request as serious and i want justice for my money

I ordered a product from droom.com and it was prepaid order. I received a tracking number z10332095 and my pin code is 462030, i'm continuously tracking with awb number on dtdc's website. Till last late night status was "in transit" but today 09-june-2017 status is showing "successfully delivered" but me or my any family member don't get any courier even not any courier boy came to deliver the product.

Cn no is d34331313. My parcels are not delivered. They were dispatched from durgapur west bengal on 2nd june 2017 but it's been 1 week but the parcels are not delivered yet. Didn't get any update from dtdc as well. No phone calls were answered when tried reaching customer complaint number. I want to know why and i want my parcels to be delivered by tomorrow.

Date of incident: 01.06.2017
A parcel was booked on 29.5.2017 in bangalore to kadapa, andhra pradesh vide shipment no. B4477658. The dtdtc track history shows that the parcel was delivered to the addressee on 01.06.2017. But the parcel was not delivered to the correct address in kadapa, andhra pradesh. Please identify the parcel where it was delivered and deliver it to the correct address.

I have couriered using DTDC Courier Lite services on June 1st 2017 and it has reached Bangalore June 3rd 2017 but even today (June 9th 2017) it has not reached the receiver.

Additionally, I have to pay very very high for such bad service. And when I call their customer care numbers no one is picking up the call. On their website if you log any issues there is single ticket number no matter what you log it assigns the same to everyone. This is not at all acceptable

I am really aghast at the pathetic services dtdc is providing to their customers of late. One example being myself and the rubbish services your local agents are rendering to their customers. I strongly wish to lodge a complaint against balaji link, kolkata, garia gardens who does not even bother to give us waybills when we book our consignments through them and gives us false commitments and words. If you people can keep such agents as your back bone then we can very well understand how much service oriented you people are. And i being an ex blue darter and overnite express person have always believed that your words of commitment reveals the type of services you render to your customers. Mr. Bhaskar bose of balaji link lies through his teeth and everytime finds excuses of his failure in some way or the other. If my grievances are not addressed immediately then i would further lodge complaints to the consumer forum and ombudsman as i cannot pardon anybody who sits back while i suffer business loses because of lies and false commitments.

I sent my passport to my visa agent in Delhi, vide CN no V37150314, on 03/03/2017 (registered as on 04/06/2017) from Imphal headoffice of DTDC. They wrongly wrote the mobile number of reciepient adding an extra digit making an 11 digit mobile number. While tracking on net, consignement was registered as originated from, Guwahati on 05/06/2017 & destination pincode was written as 110001 instead of actual 110068 & out for delivery from 06/06/2017 onwards till 08/06/2017. There is no response in the customer care number of South Delhi. I visited DTDC Imphal office on 7th & 8th June, requesting for immediate delivery of the same. The staff there were very rude and bluffed me that the consignement was delivered on 7th but refused to provide me the delivery details instead gave me the name and mobile number of their delivery man & online tracking was shown as successfully, delivered on 07/06/2017. The consignement was delivered only on 08/06/2017, 2-30 pm and around 4-00 pm, I was handed over the delivery details without the time & date of delivery.

Myself lavanya fro kadapa. I got a parcel from the person called kalyani. The dtdc courier office boy/girl at kadapa office had made a call to me. But in my busy i didnt notice their call. When i track my details in net about my parcel, it was shown that the parcel has been delivered. But i didnt got the parcel. I approched the office at kadapa and they said that we called u and u came and took the parcel. But i or my relatives didnt went to the office to take the parcel. So they given my parcel to some one else. I asked them to give the data for whom they delivered wrongly but they said that they dont have any data. Please recover my parcel. Myself shaik jabir, i posted an emergency courier to my secundrabad bowenpally, as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 20 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is d33832113. Even i i called lots of time to bowenpally dtdc office he said he will return the product to me within 2 days but now its almost 15 days he is not responding my cal even not responding to the dtdc office in giddalur from where i posted the courior. Plz give me my couriour with safe hands and take action on that fraud

I have sent a courier to my friend in rajkot. It contains two items which are very important for us but by the time it reached him, one of items was missing. We also found that the box which he received was not the actual box that i have packed in. The couriers has completely changed. Weight of the courier is also changed in the slip and in the items list they have mentioned only one item name. Please look into this issue and clear it as soon as possible.

I didn't receive courier but it is updated in system as received.

I called many times dtdc nadi wala bangalore branch and called customer care also but no one lifting the phone.
I mailed also then also no proper response

My cargo has important ayurvedic medicine along with the prescription but i have not received it yet. It was sent from pune on 27 april 2017 to ranchi, jharkhand. I was supposed to have it in april end but today is 7 june and the ranchi dtdc today says we received it on 23 may. Still no one called & there no is not reachable, or busy. I have a broken leg and now on bed rest but your employees, mrs sunita from ranchi dtdc says i have not given any phone no or address so we didn't contact. Such a rubbish from an incompetent courier company with only 1 star rating. Courier no. P41176100

The courier was arrived at the local facility on 31st May, wednesday. The courier people contacted me at the evening saying they were unable to deliver, but they didn't contact me once before reporting the unsuccessful delivery. They told me that they will deliver the next day since it's too late (They had the option to contact me before that, but they didn't). They delayed the delivery again and post poned to monday. It's 6th June Tuesday and the delivery is way past the arrival date. I tried contacting the courier people, not once did they respond.

I have sent the courier on17.5.17but they didn't deliver it for 2weeks so a asked for return of parcel (28.5.17) but parcel has not reached me yet. It's quite irritating me. I'have also enquired the courier office manager but he is not responding to me. So i kindly request you to return the parcel as soon as possible. As per myself the service in dtdc is not that much worth of telling

A very Important delivery on above Mentioned number was out From Pune through DTDC and to be delivered on 31st of May. It's already 4th of June. When Contacted first Time they said, They'll Inquire and tell me, But they didn't. Upon calling to Office now they neither Receiving the phone nor giving me any Clear consent. When I checked the Website it's Showing My Consignment has already been Delivered while Actually there Came No delivery. (Photos attached)
I want My Consignment tomorrow no Matter How. Kindly work it out Fast, Losing it isn't Affordable for me.

Dear sir/ma'am,

I couriered 4 items from kharagpur, wb to sumerpur, rajasthan on 20th may, 2017. I received courier on 2nd june, 2017. One of my box was open from side and a 2.1 speakers worth ₹ 5500 were missing from it. The box was very well packed. The other boxes were absolutely fine. Someone has intentionally stole the speakers as the whole speaker set (Woofer + 2 satellites) is lost and none of the other items are missing. The box came defective at sumerpur dtdc branch, i checked through video recordings. Also the condition of metal trunk was very bad after delivery. It was a new metal trunk without any deformations. It was broken from sides & backside and deformed from top. Total weight of items was 38 kg at the time of sending and i received only 33kg. This could be confirmed through the last attached image, where the sumerpur branch dealer has done the entry after weighing all the items. I have attached pics for the reference. Let me know if you require any other information. I want immediate enquiry over the issue. And complete recovery of my items or equivalent compensation as per the current price of the speakers. I'm absolutely unhappy with the service.
