A very Important delivery on above Mentioned number was out From Pune through DTDC and to be delivered on 31st of May. It's already 4th of June. When Contacted first Time they said, They'll Inquire and tell me, But they didn't. Upon calling to Office now they neither Receiving the phone nor giving me any Clear consent. When I checked the Website it's Showing My Consignment has already been Delivered while Actually there Came No delivery. (Photos attached)
I want My Consignment tomorrow no Matter How. Kindly work it out Fast, Losing it isn't Affordable for me.

Dear sir/ma'am,

I couriered 4 items from kharagpur, wb to sumerpur, rajasthan on 20th may, 2017. I received courier on 2nd june, 2017. One of my box was open from side and a 2.1 speakers worth ₹ 5500 were missing from it. The box was very well packed. The other boxes were absolutely fine. Someone has intentionally stole the speakers as the whole speaker set (Woofer + 2 satellites) is lost and none of the other items are missing. The box came defective at sumerpur dtdc branch, i checked through video recordings. Also the condition of metal trunk was very bad after delivery. It was a new metal trunk without any deformations. It was broken from sides & backside and deformed from top. Total weight of items was 38 kg at the time of sending and i received only 33kg. This could be confirmed through the last attached image, where the sumerpur branch dealer has done the entry after weighing all the items. I have attached pics for the reference. Let me know if you require any other information. I want immediate enquiry over the issue. And complete recovery of my items or equivalent compensation as per the current price of the speakers. I'm absolutely unhappy with the service.

Hi, my associate booked an article bearing CN No. R24920314 with DTDC Trichur (PIN Code 680684) on 30/05/2017 under DTDC Lite Service. Article was bound for Bankura (PIN Code 722102). It is 04.06.2017. The article is still lying idle in Chennai for past four days from 01.06.2017 to today, 04.06.2017. Within this period, there was no holiday, no natural calamity occurred either in booking area or at destination nor even in the path between. So, why should anyone pay high price if they cannot keep good service record? We could send my article by Speed Post or by any other service provider with much less expense. Please help.

I have buy a item of computer hardware from ebay. Then item has been shipped on 02 june 2017. I have found airway bill number from ebay and i track this courier dtdc and i have seen origin is banglore but destination is agartala - 799001, but destination is wrong, but my destination is imphal (Manipur)-795001. Please check destination pincode is wrong of airway bill b44629730. True destination is imphal - 795001

Not only this they show delivered courier.. But i am not receiving the same.
This also effecting my work &. My company business...
New example doc. No. P41405674 dt.31.05.17... But till today time 4:30, i don't received the same... What to do.

Some of your delivery boys not ready to call given phone nos and they are delaying consignments unacceptable reason such as 'security not allowing to go inside, your phone is not ringing, also your area offices not keeping perfect track record, this consignment actually reach Nasik on 1 st june and I myself went your Ashoka Marg office and ask the staff they straight told a instant answer consignment not reach but delivery boy told me he came yesterday and security didn't allow to go flat so why they didn't call there is 2 phone nos...Pls enquire about the subject and make perfect service.

Hi team,

I had sent a courier from 560050(bangalore) to 831011(jamshedpur) via DTDC and all items were received except one lipstick which went missing from the box. I want to register this issue as a complaint. Please address to my query asap. I have sent this courier on Monday.

The box contained medicines and few cosmetics in which one lipstick went missing. This is something weird as this has never happened with me since I frequently use DTDC courier services.

I got a cheque book from hdfc bank and they mailed to my permanent adress with bank registered mobile number. They called me to confirm and asked address. I explained route map and again the person hand over phone to another person. Again i explaind same route map. And i wanna tell him that handover to my parents as i'm not there. Suddenly he shouted on me why you have given your phone no if you are not available here.. Like he started shouting with some bad words and he asking me to send my parents to office to collect. Is thiis is the way to speak with customer. Now my father has 65+ yrs old. If not, is that the way. Here always behaves like this with all the customers. This is not first time for me. They won't give minimum particulers also if i go there for enquiry. Thats why amazon and flipkart like services are growing well. They know how to behave with customers.

Helo, my name is pankaj, i dispatch a parcel from delhi on 2nd may 2017 n tracking no is z23433086, reciver don't get any call from courier n doesn't they deliver courier, then they send it back to delhi, then again on 23 may i again pay courier charges n send that again to same address n now tracking is z25431589 still they doesn't deliver courier it showing 27 may out for delivery, but they haven't delivered yet, n when i call them on ur given no on website, no one is answering my call they are not picking call i tried 100s times, n i'm able to visit store, so plz help me to deliver my parcel

D34199809 not delivered, pathetic BBSR customer care service. Consignment laying at CTC office since 28th May. When contacted the branch head promise to deliver by 4pm on 1st June but failed to do it. Instead of apologize for the same he told us to collect it from there hub if we want the consignment. When collected come to know that the goods are meant for someone else are very different from the original one. In short it's a transit lost. From this it is very clear that the people are unprofessional in there job. Unable to provide a basic service what they're meant to be. The product lost in transit is of Rs.15, 500/-. The service level is pathetic from pick up - delivery. They don't have a proper customer care to register such kind of customer complaint. Hence request you to help me to deal with & a prompt response. Hopeing to learn at an earliest.

1.) i had shipped 2 boxes of books from hyderabad to amritsar.
2.) one box was forwarded to local delivery courier and one box was returned back, citing vague reasons.
3.) local delivery stocked that box for around 1.5 month, till a local enquiry was made & box recovered after visiting him, till then one box reached back hyderabad after 20 days of dispatch & dtdc had no idea where other box was.
4.) even more worst, i had spent 1500 rs and they have practically non existent customer care, branch head doesn't have any authority's contact to complain to, the email [protected]@dtdc.com doesn't reply to their own branch managers forget about normal customers.
5.) practically non existent customer care, think twice before shipping something, these have 10 centres in a single city but they have no single mechanism to address complaints, no customer care, no higher management contact, practically no one you can reach out if they do a blunder, except for eating branch head's head and trust me he is as helpless as you.
6.) all is fine till you pay their extravagent price and your item gets shipped.
7.) if something goes wrong, they won't refund and you have no way to complain. How can you trust such a service which offers no way of issue redressal, has zero accountability for their service

A parcel in the name of kavitha c pillai was sent and dtdc person from peroorkada trivandrum kerala branch called me. When i confirmed my availability at home at special armed police quarters, peroorkada, the person informed that no home delivery and i have to go and collect the items. When i asked him why should we pay you then, he had given the phone to another guy and he said he is not working in dtdc and the one called is his friend etc. Such an unprofessional approach, i never expect from dtdc. They did not deliver to my home which is not even a kilometer from their office. That persons number is [protected]. Even at haripad branch of dtdc, they have done the same. And dtdc expects persons to come to their office and collect items but they charge us home delivery fees. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

I am ritesh raikwar from ratlam. I have found dtdc courier and cargo is the worst company in my life. At first its parcel delivery service, i booked a parcel (Book) to deliver from bhopal to ratlam on 23 may 2017 but still i didn't get my parcel deliver. Second almost on all the customer care executive numbers no one is responding and if some one response they give some useless issues and and talk arrogantly. I have called dtdc indore which is the regional office of madhya paresh, and their the person on the call talk very rudly to me and disconnect my call. I am hopeless now.

A material booked on 24.05.2017 from farakka murshidabad west bengal for kolkata 17 and the same arrived at kolkata branch on 25.05.17 but up to today i.e. 30.05.17 the packet not delivered though I contact the kolkata office twice and every time they said that it will be delivered today. So it mean I shall have to make another path to receive the same.

Dtdc courier my consignment was sent on 25th may 2017 through dtdc from patna to hyderabad, but still i didn't receiving my parcel.
On the cosignment my all original bills and my child birth certificates are there which i have to claim for reimbursement before wed 31st may 2017.
Medical bills around 30k, if i din't submit the bills before wed 31st may 2017, there is no use and i loose my money. Really disappointed and never expected this kind of a response. If this is the service provided by the dtdc what happens when we have some more requirement? Did i make a wrong decision to choose dtdc courier and waste my money already?
Somebody called me today from hyderabad dtdc office for query, i asked her to pls take this on priority and track my consignment and deleiver it before the submission date, as it's already late.
But i din't get any call after that and when i tried to call there is no response.

Let me know if i loose my money who will be responsible for that. If i loose my money due to dtdc, i have think about it to go consumer court as this a big amount for me.

Pallavi Enterprises- Bogadi, Mys (DTDC courier) asked me to come and collect my parcel from their office- they never tried to call me or deliver it to me directly. on asking the owner- Rajish as to why the parcel wasn't delivered to me directly, he gave a ridiculous reason.. an argument ensued, he spoke really rudely, almost raised his hand, used abusive language to a friend who had accompanied me. DTDC never replied to my complaint. its been 5 days now since I have emailed to the company's customer care. pathetic service, even worse staff. the guy should be kicked out of job to have treated us like that.

On 23rd May 2017 I had booked a courier from DTDC Kharadi, Pune for Vasudevanallur (Tamil Nadu). It was a regular delivery with proper box package containing books, cloths, pen-drive, shampoo, conditioner, electronic trimmer, spare batteries (value of the contents Rs.5000-Rs.7000). The total weight of the package is 8 kgs. I paid Rs. 1100 for the delivery charges. I had requested to send the shipment by Air. I checked the status of the delivery as on 24th May the package is showing to be received in Chennai (Tamil Nadu). After 24th till today there is no status update on my package. I have been calling multiple people in their offices sitting in Pune, Chennai, Madurai. So far I didn't get any answer to the status of my package. I had raised a complaint on DTDC website (Complaint Ticket #[protected] so far no reply for them. I have notified them on their Facebook & Twitter accounts still no response. Today is the 29th May a week has passed and still no clue of my package location and delivery status.

DTDC courier is taking customers for granted. There are playing with customer money, time & energy. I am yet to receive any reply form DTDC on my package. Worst service
