1.) i had shipped 2 boxes of books from hyderabad to amritsar.
2.) one box was forwarded to local delivery courier and one box was returned back, citing vague reasons.
3.) local delivery stocked that box for around 1.5 month, till a local enquiry was made & box recovered after visiting him, till then one box reached back hyderabad after 20 days of dispatch & dtdc had no idea where other box was.
4.) even more worst, i had spent 1500 rs and they have practically non existent customer care, branch head doesn't have any authority's contact to complain to, the email [protected]@dtdc.com doesn't reply to their own branch managers forget about normal customers.
5.) practically non existent customer care, think twice before shipping something, these have 10 centres in a single city but they have no single mechanism to address complaints, no customer care, no higher management contact, practically no one you can reach out if they do a blunder, except for eating branch head's head and trust me he is as helpless as you.
6.) all is fine till you pay their extravagent price and your item gets shipped.
7.) if something goes wrong, they won't refund and you have no way to complain. How can you trust such a service which offers no way of issue redressal, has zero accountability for their service

A parcel in the name of kavitha c pillai was sent and dtdc person from peroorkada trivandrum kerala branch called me. When i confirmed my availability at home at special armed police quarters, peroorkada, the person informed that no home delivery and i have to go and collect the items. When i asked him why should we pay you then, he had given the phone to another guy and he said he is not working in dtdc and the one called is his friend etc. Such an unprofessional approach, i never expect from dtdc. They did not deliver to my home which is not even a kilometer from their office. That persons number is [protected]. Even at haripad branch of dtdc, they have done the same. And dtdc expects persons to come to their office and collect items but they charge us home delivery fees. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

Dear sir,
I am ritesh raikwar from ratlam. I have found dtdc courier and cargo is the worst company in my life. At first its parcel delivery service, i booked a parcel (Book) to deliver from bhopal to ratlam on 23 may 2017 but still i didn't get my parcel deliver. Second almost on all the customer care executive numbers no one is responding and if some one response they give some useless issues and and talk arrogantly. I have called dtdc indore which is the regional office of madhya paresh, and their the person on the call talk very rudly to me and disconnect my call. I am hopeless now.

A material booked on 24.05.2017 from farakka murshidabad west bengal for kolkata 17 and the same arrived at kolkata branch on 25.05.17 but up to today i.e. 30.05.17 the packet not delivered though I contact the kolkata office twice and every time they said that it will be delivered today. So it mean I shall have to make another path to receive the same.

Dtdc courier my consignment was sent on 25th may 2017 through dtdc from patna to hyderabad, but still i didn't receiving my parcel.
On the cosignment my all original bills and my child birth certificates are there which i have to claim for reimbursement before wed 31st may 2017.
Medical bills around 30k, if i din't submit the bills before wed 31st may 2017, there is no use and i loose my money. Really disappointed and never expected this kind of a response. If this is the service provided by the dtdc what happens when we have some more requirement? Did i make a wrong decision to choose dtdc courier and waste my money already?
Somebody called me today from hyderabad dtdc office for query, i asked her to pls take this on priority and track my consignment and deleiver it before the submission date, as it's already late.
But i din't get any call after that and when i tried to call there is no response.

Let me know if i loose my money who will be responsible for that. If i loose my money due to dtdc, i have think about it to go consumer court as this a big amount for me.

Pallavi Enterprises- Bogadi, Mys (DTDC courier) asked me to come and collect my parcel from their office- they never tried to call me or deliver it to me directly. on asking the owner- Rajish as to why the parcel wasn't delivered to me directly, he gave a ridiculous reason.. an argument ensued, he spoke really rudely, almost raised his hand, used abusive language to a friend who had accompanied me. DTDC never replied to my complaint. its been 5 days now since I have emailed to the company's customer care. pathetic service, even worse staff. the guy should be kicked out of job to have treated us like that.

On 23rd May 2017 I had booked a courier from DTDC Kharadi, Pune for Vasudevanallur (Tamil Nadu). It was a regular delivery with proper box package containing books, cloths, pen-drive, shampoo, conditioner, electronic trimmer, spare batteries (value of the contents Rs.5000-Rs.7000). The total weight of the package is 8 kgs. I paid Rs. 1100 for the delivery charges. I had requested to send the shipment by Air. I checked the status of the delivery as on 24th May the package is showing to be received in Chennai (Tamil Nadu). After 24th till today there is no status update on my package. I have been calling multiple people in their offices sitting in Pune, Chennai, Madurai. So far I didn't get any answer to the status of my package. I had raised a complaint on DTDC website (Complaint Ticket #[protected] so far no reply for them. I have notified them on their Facebook & Twitter accounts still no response. Today is the 29th May a week has passed and still no clue of my package location and delivery status.

DTDC courier is taking customers for granted. There are playing with customer money, time & energy. I am yet to receive any reply form DTDC on my package. Worst service

Booked a doc from Howrah WB to Thane MH 401105, on 18th May 17, till date... it is lying in status Out for delivery since 23rd May 17 till now, i.e. 28th May 17. Just dont understand, whoever is out with the packet, is he lost his way or the shipment, for 6 days all the way in Thane only? Called up Mira Road and Bhayander sorting offices, and outlets. None could help, but behaved badly and wanted me to know that it is not their responsibility. Called up the complaint helpline, but they themselves are helpless with the wrong data they are viewing online, and they themselves are confused to give me contact details of their channel partner, who is having the consignment in possession. Feeling really helpless. Shame on yourself BRAND DTDC. None even called me up till date, to say about the actual status of the shipment.

Hi, I booked an article bearing CN No. V[protected]Weighed 912 grams) with DTDC Bankura (PIN Code 722102) on 25/05/2017 in the morning under National Blue Express Service for Rs. 474/-. Article was bound for Kochi (PIN Code 682019). According to the National Blue service agreement, It should be delivered within Next Business Day that means on 27/05/2017. The tracking record shows it is still lying with DTDC Kolkata office as on 27/05/2017. Within this period, there was no holiday, no natural calamity occurred either in booking area or at destination nor even in the path between. So, why should anyone pay such high price if they cannot keep their service agreement? I could send my article by Speed Post or by any other service provider with much less expense. Now, I want my paid price back along with the loss I incurred. Please help.

The issue was also brought to Dtdc office from the items were send and informed that he has already send mail to concern to resolve the issue earliest also conveyed regert .

Got a courier few minutes back. Very shocked to see the broken pieces.

Very disappointed for the following reasons :

1. Being fragile, (porcelein material), care was not taken to mention "Handle
with care" or any other caution on the cover.

2. While handed over, the sound of broken pieces was heard and the gift wrap was appeared to be not intact, i.e like a repack. If checked and heard the sound why it is delivered in the same state? So what is the assurance the company is giving while delivering the product?

Dtdc the worst ever possible courier in india. They handle material like gunny bags throwing the packets. I watch it every day from my office. More over their customer support never answers the phone. Complain mails to their support are just ignored. They have never delivered a packet i sent but updated the website as delivered and then don't care to take any action. Thousands of people have complained on the net but they care a fig

I have experinced worst service from DTDC. I mailed some urgent important documents from Ludhiana to Dakor. DTDC individual accept it with Cn. No. Z96946665 now it is stucked in transit from last 10days, it is a very important and urgent document. None of dtdc customer care is responding even they are not sending it in RTO. Please take action immediately.

University send me a courier vide consignment no.Z22436387, but delivery boy not contact me or try to find the address or never call me on mobile number which is mention on courier, and write a comment" shifted' but we are living still in same place. I contact with customer care number and email but till date no reply or call from there side. Very third class service of courier company and also customer care team.

I have never seen such a worst courier company as this. Its about 4 months that i had courier a watch from margoa dtdc to bangalore on 17 feb 2017 and its been not yet deliverd every time i go to office i get a very poor response i had registered one complaint and even though nothing has happened. Really this is very disappointing. Even a govt post office doesn't do such a thing like this so called international couriers

Previous week i ordered one bag through flikart and that taken by your courier.
But your delivery man (He is from payyoli branch calicut) is not deliver to me my product he is actually cheat me beacuase he told me one day i will deliver to you tommorow itself but he is did not deliver to me he is compleatly firgot about my courier. So i suggest you for please dissmiss that types of deliver mans in your company otherwise you have to face somany complaints...

I have sent courier from bangalore to my home town karimganj consignment no d33756305. I had tracking details which says that courier reached last silcher and after that it didn't reached karimganj. Now i had received text from dtdc that they had delivered my courier, but we haven't received any. I want full details about my product as soon as possible.

I shipped a product via dtdc on april 28th 2017 but it has not been delivered as of today (23rd may 2017). There is no response to my several e-mails. Also the twitter account of @dtdcindia is not responsive. Called them several times but everytime they are pushing to the next day, saying the product will be delivered the very next day. They are confessing that they received the email but they do not want to reply to it.

If someone can help me to get the nodal officer contact or any other escalation contact.

This is to inform about bad and uncultured behaviour from a dtdc courier outlet at Puthumana tower Pala.
I had made a call two dayss before for enquiring about a parcel and then a lady tell me that nothing arrived and if anything is there wil call. And i didnt recieve a call .and today the same person made me call and harshly tell me that she informed me two days before that a parcel was there.
Actually the thing happend is i am the person call them.

I am sorry to inform dtdc that now am feeling hesitate to send parcels via DTDC.please train your executives.I had met wonderful n pleasing services from DTDC Pala near hdfc bank pala, dtdc trichy, dtdc trivandrum.
