DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

There was an urgent courier sent through DTDC from Bangalore to Coimbatore last month (March-2017). From DTDC site it says parcel was successfully delivered, but I have never received it.

In spite of several calls and follow up with customer care, there has been no proper response to this.

It has been more than a month and this is disappointing. Tracking no: B42030178.

I have sent a parcel on 31.03.2017 from DTDC Jorhat to Assam University, Silchar. The parcel contains some important documents. But, it has not been received yet in the destination address. This is very very important for me and the DTDC Jorhat and Sichar office can't provide any solution to this issues. Please look over the matter as it is related to someone life....

Package contains some valuable insurance claim papers and packed on 31st March. I parceled a gift box from Delhi on 04.04.2017 to Bangalore. It contained 4 items.
1. 2 sketches
2. A Paper Box containing pictures.
3. A towel wrapped in a gift paper.
4. A John Player's Navy Shirt wrapped in a gift paper.
The whole box was wrapped in a red Spongebob gift wrap.
First of all, the box that was delivered on 06.04.2017 was a different size of box wrapped in a Chota bheem gift wrap....

Today is 6th april and product dd not recieved yet.

I had couriered a product to Amazon seller for return. I had self shipped it. I had couriered it to the address mentioned by Amazon for return but the product has not been delivered even after 1 months now . The address was correct but they are mentioning as insufficient address and neither have they sent it back to me if not delivered. I have emailed to DTDC Inquiry many times but they are not responding.

I had booked a courier by DTDC on 1st April 2017 from Bareilly, UP consignment no.V35126539 for Ranchi by paying the express charges (almost double of your regular charges) on the assurance that it will be positively delivered on 3rd April 2017. Its been more than 48 hours and is not delivered, moreover today being a holiday the delivery is further postponed! Terribly disappointed. The AWB Number is K95435796 for DTDC Courier. They are sitting with the consignment which is a religious bracelet since the 30th of March 2017. The customer service never picks up the call and I am still waiting for my parcel. I wrote to DTDC on their FB page too but they have not replied yet. I have no choice but to register a consumer complaint.

This is not the first time DTDC is doing this. The last time they kept my check...

my courier was comming from delhi to lucknow but when i received the courier i found that some items was missing then i called to that courier office delhi from where it was sent. that courier agent misbehaved with me and he told that he is not responsible for that.
so what i understand that if i send anything with dtdc courier, if courier receives successfully then good and if not, then also good???

Please go through screen shot of the mail attached. Tried of following up so many times on multiple numbers & all possible ways no 1 is contactable & helpful. Really had a very bad experience & pathetic service ever seen. Issue is still not resolved & no 1 is interested. The sender & buyer have both stuck because of them.The product is neither delivered nor returned yet. Please Help!!!...
