I booked a parcel from Kolkata -700075, dtdc office at Santoshpur Avenue. The date was 10/04/2017.

Tracking number: K95296761

The parcel reached Mumbai in 3-4 days and they called the receipient to take it from there office. Unfortunately the receipient couldn't take the parcel because the place Kandiavali (dtdc office) was much far from Borivali.

The parcel was supposed to return back to me.
Instead they delivered it at some other place and the tracking says delivered. Its very much understandable that they did proxy on website and hence my parcel is lost. Its been a month and still my parcel didn't return to me.

    This is with ref to the packet which i have booked on 5th may 2017, vide docket no. Z22975544 from delhi to mumbai, the consignement has reached mumbai on 8th may 2017,
    Dtdc didn't informed us about the consignment, where as it should have been delivered today. Address is clearly mentioned in the parcel.

    Looking forward for your help in this respect.

      Dear sir,

      We are sorry to state that one of your delivery boy just dropped an envelope on our doorstep on 05-05-17.
      The severity of that envelope was known when we opened the envelope on the next day. It had a cheque of considerable amount.
      We made a telephone call to the dtdc office near to our office, but no remedial measure was taken.

      Now, we feel hesitant to send couriers through your company, if you not respond and ensure us of such incidence not ocuuring in future anymore.

      A37669702 its the courier I am yet to rcv. Sent on 28th Ap. Reached Hyd Hub on 29th. Since then it's just roaming from one hub to other. If you can't deliver in time, better shut down your company. You completely lack customer service. And for what purpose you make us pay??? It's 3rd may and still no sign of my parcel.         Dear sir, one of cousin booked a cover at Kurnool to deliver it at anantapur by paying all your applicable charges. Now at anantapur your courier people simply making a call to the receiver and asking him to collect at your DTDC office. What kind of service is this? If you have any delivery problem at the given address, you simply inform at booking point. With this we will decide to book or not?

        My dtdc courier number Z21240515 has not been delivered but the status shows delivered .
        I called the r t nagar branch but they also said its delivered .kindly look into it and get my courier delivered.

            I booked parcel at Hubballi on 04.05.2017 vide bill No. V37616705 to deliver it to Kolkata on 06.05.2017. It was assured at the time of booking that the said item will be delivered on 06.05.2017. For that Rs.280/- have charged. But till 07.05.2017, the said item did not delivered. This delay makes a huge loss to me as well as mental stress and agony. Please look into the matter and arrange to pay compensation to the loss.

            I am Santanu Sutradhar residing at Railway Quarter No. 1484/A, Type-II, Railnagar, Gadag Road, Hubballi-58020. I booked a parcel vide CN No. V37616705 from DTDC Office, CBT, Hubballi on 04.05.2017 with assurance that the said parcel will be delivered on 06.05.2017 to Kolkata. For that purpose Rs.280/- was charged. But as on date and time the said parcel did not deliver. I have to suffer a huge loss and mental stress and agony due to timely non delivery of the said parcel. Since I suffered huge loss, mental stress and agony, it is requested to arrange reimbursement and compensation.

              My consignment (#z[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 6th may 2017, but i did not receive it. And when i tracked it today, its showing to be delivered on 6th may evening but not to me.
              I tried calling at the customer care number but no response is there.
              I want my product to be delivered any how.
              In the delivery summary it says delivered to someone called singh and relationship is family, but i have got nobody called singh at my house. It is definitely being delivered to wrong address and the problem is these courier delivery guys don't even check the id proof of the receiver. I want my parcel and get this rectified at dtdc's end.

              On 25th April one of my vendors booked a courier from jaipur to bangalore. It's been right days and the package is still in jaipur. Did dispatch the product to bangalore. It's pathetic. I was expecting the courier in one week. But till now they didn't even dispatch from jaipur. When will I get it to bangalore.

                Is intimated that consignment no v35031617 booked on 02.05.2017 and recieved on 06.05.2017 at dtdc jammu. The content was missing in the packet.
                I have insured the content in the box for rs 40000 and duly declared the items on waybill.
                Please look into the matter otherwise i will take legal action against dtdc

                My one 55 250 mm canon lens is missing in the box. The box was also got tempered when i went dtdc jammu for collecting the parcel. When i asked dtdc personal about that they said may sale tax personal opened it.

                I have heard about that dtdc is a theif and always content missing in their parcel when they deliverd but i ignore and choose it.

                Finaly i saw that dtdc is actually a theif

                I am warning that return my 55 250 mm lens otherwise i will lodge my complaint to pmo office and take legal action against you and all your concerned staff.

                I have spent 3500 for booking the parcel and insured it for rs 40000 what is the fun of all that
                You theft my 55 250 mm lens which costs 10000

                  Fraud fraud fraud dtdc!!!

                  1) i had dropped a courier at infocity, gandhinagar, gujarat from gandhinagar to indore. The tracking id was v37225407, which was marked in national plus plan and i was charged accordingly, the lady sitting at the shop committed me that the courier would reach by the next day. The courier was sent on 03-05-17. It reached after 2 days, the dtdc authorities/customer care/service / the franchisee sitting at the infocity office denied any sort of responsibility. The franchisee owner named m. R shaikh, dtdc channel partner was very rude and did not take care of anything. Dtdc should take the franchisee from him or else the name of dtdc will be spoilt more.

                  2) i also dropped another courier on[protected] in very urgent mode infocity, gandhinagar, gujarat, with tracking id - e73500063. This was again marked in national plus mode and the lady and the franchisee owner committed me that this order will surely reach the same address in a day.

                  Today i tracked the status, and it says "weekly off" which should not be applied (According to the franchisee owner) when the address is home address and mode is national plus.

                  I was charged heavily both times. Now, the courier contained papers for release of my bike. Now the railways are charging a penalty of 200 + 10/per hour from tomorrow onwards[protected].
                  I called the franchisee owner and he rudely replied that the courier can't be reached before monday and nobody will be responding you before that.
                  I, being a customer, is this appreciated from dtdc?? Now the railways will be charging in total of around 1500/- based on the committed time, which is also not at all guaranteed.

                  All people of dtdc are fraudsters.

                  What kind of service is the customer care service are providing when your contact us page is not at all loading. All dtdc people are fraud.

                  Please look into this matter with utmost priority and refund me the entire courier charges, as per dtdc policy if delivered late + the total railway charges which i will be bearing because of dtdc and hs enterprises.

                  I should get 100% refund as per the plan and the delivery time mentioned. Please look into this on priority or i will escalate to legal authorities to get my refund back against the franchisee owner of dtdc at gandhinagar, gujarat and the dtdc authorities.

                      After tracking the courier, it shows that package has been received at Jaipur Hub on 30.04.2017 and is out for delivery but has not reached here yet.

                      The courier contains documents whose requirement is time bound. It is a humble request to look into the matter and get the courier delivered as soon as possible.

                        I had booked a 39kg parcel from pune to kolkata with the consignment number: d31660268 on 29/04/17 from dtdc. But i was not able to track them on their website. So when i called up the franchise (Shop no. 4, silver nest, near icici bank, hotel shri krishna chowk, viman nagar, pune, maharashtra 411014... Phone:[protected] they told me that my item could not be shipped as it was having some liquid item in it. When i had gone to the shop with the parcel he checked some of the item, it was having some liquid which was some medicine and he told that it would not be a problem to ship it with that liquid products. So he agreed to ship. But after one week only when i called them up they are saying that since it is containing the liquid item it could not be shipped. They did not even bother to inform me the same also. Only when i called them up i was informed about the issue.
                        Also they are telling me that they can ship only after removal of all the liquid products in my package; and i have to go and collect those liquid items from their shop. I had ordered the shipment only because i was getting transferred to kolkata from pune and i am in kolkata now. Who is going to deliver me the leftover items?
                        I did not expect these kind of service from dtdc. If i had be informed about the issue i could have brought these things in my flight.

                        I want these items urgently and its already delayed by one week. Please look into the this serous issue.

                          I had submitted a parcel for urgent delivery (in the next 24 hours) from New Delhi to NOIDA on 03 May 17 at 10:30 AM to DTDC branch in Ber Sarai, New Delhi. On receiving assurance of the same I booked the parcel which was assigned consignment No Z21340831.

                          However, at 6:00PM on 04 May 17, the parcel has still not been delivered. On enquiry at the branch (Mob No. [protected]) I was told that the parcel had only been despatched from the Branch office on the morning of 04 May 17 i.e. a full 24 hours after having been handed over, whereas it was to have been delivered by then.

                          This is extremely lackadaisical performance on part of DTDC staff, without the slightest of consideration for the customer. It reeks of bad attitude and poor performance. Moreover, the customer care numbers given by them do not respond and the customer is left to fen for himself/herself.

                            On 04th may 2017 at 1:34pm from ahmedabad anandnagar branch mr. Deepal [protected] delivery boy said that please pick up ur parcel, so i approached his manager mr. Jigar [protected] to deliver it on our address. Our address is avadh corporation 2, sudarshan colony, nr. Mayurpankh society, sattellite, ahmedabad. We regularly gets parcel from dtdc only and parcel is also picking up from this address then why this time they saying to collect parcel from anandnagar branch?
                            Both are saying that you have to come & collect parcel as it is under non-serviceable area. I was surprised that sattellite is in heart of ahmedabad and how come it would be under non-serviceable area. From anandnagar branch to our office is hardly 2km away. Then mr jigar said that this area is not under our branch we will transfer it to appropriate branch then delivery will be done. I agreed on that so i asked how long it will take then he said 1-2 days. He added that we regularly do 5000 parcels, if any by mistake is misplacing than what would be issue, i said that if mistake has happen then rectify it & deliver on time but mr. Jigar refused to do so.
                            This kind of service is demotivating us to use dtdc as courier partner.
                            I was getting materials on time but at this time due to any members mistake we have suffered in receiving materials. We regularly uses dtdc for sending reports and materials to & fro bangalore. But now, we have to speak to head office regarding this matter.

                            Request you to please get this parcel deliver till today evening, as we are running out of materials sent.

                              This is Raktima Barai. One parcel bearing tracking no. D33810651 was booked on 2th April from Joypur at my adfress 1635, Madurdaha, 3rd Floor, Kolkata -700107
                              It is very surprising that it has received at your Kolkata Hub on last Saturday. But till today (4th May) is is not delivered.
                              In earlier I sent a courier at Himachal Pradesh. Even after two months it does not reach to my customer.
                              I ship my shipment through DTDC in a regular nanner.

                              This type of service is totally unexpected.

                                We have dispatched one lot containing cheques of different bank on 28.03.2017 from Indian Overseas Bank, Mayapur to Indian Overseas Bank, Nabadwip but till date it has not been delivered.

                                We add that while following over phone or calling at branch we r getting same kind of reply either it has been delivered or we have to check it with the delivery boy.

                                Further after long follow up they have submitted an acknowledgement copy which does not contain any valid signature and seal of the bank

                                It has been more then one month and customers are asking for release of fund.

                                This is really a serious matter which may expose us to the financial loss.

                                We can not expect such kind of service from such a reputed brand.

                                We need solution o urgent basis.

                                  I have a courier from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad with reference H72948915. When delivery time the courier person didn't call to alternate number when I am not respond to my number & went back without delivery. Secondly, it was cheated by DTDC Kukatpally (KPHB Branch) personnel or other branch of DTDC. Because, they opened the pack by cutting one side & they checked in side goods​. It was question about believing of DTDC. Request you please investigate, where & when the package was cutted. Photos attached.

                                    I had couriered the PAN application to NSDL on April 07, 2017 and the AWB number is M49398163. NSDL maintains that they havent received this document. The DTDC website says that the document is "In Transit". When i was chasing the agent where i booked the courier, he came back with POD where this AWB number was handwritten in other printed doc. Since NSDL is saying that that they are to receive this consignment, unless your website clearly states that the delivery has been made, i am not able to take this up with NSDL. Pls act on this on an urgent basis.

                                      I sent a parcel on 21st April to be delivered to Poland. I am unable to see any tracking details after 25th april. This is very critical document. I was charged 1800, but still it is not delivered. consignment ref no:N97681962.

                                        A spectacle was despatched vide above cn no : z22701460 by vision express rohini delhi on 27.04.17 & were in constant touch with dtdc.
                                        My self at receiving end is shocked to see just now the remarks on 02.05 17 "door / office closed" while from the last 3 days not moved anywhere as spectacle is more important for me.
                                        Delivery boy giving you wrong information as there is no sign of his approach to my residence.
                                        Please look into the matter & take appropriate action against the culprit lying and cheating to dtdc & client both.
