The insurance policy of my car couriered by my father from my home town, Jawali, District Kangra, H.P. to my office, Dehradun on dated 18th april'2017 but still not dwlivered.
The tracking number mentioned on receipt is Z09991327, but no data found on tracking by this number. On enquiry from DTDC Jawali they behaved in every un professional and unresponsive manner.
I shall feel obliged if you are kind enough to explain me the reason not to deliver my policy on time.
Kindly take it on priority as that was the original copy.

Dear sir,

I have bookig courier on dated 11.04.2017 to kendujhar but till now not received from your end. 5 to 6 time visit jeypore (Koraput) dtdc office but he has no response. This a private organization if you are not delivered the destination place why you are booking courier.

Kindly give the reply for delay service.

I have couriered my stuff on 24th October 2016 to the destination Hariyana but due to some problem courier could not delivered. Sir, as I came to know by your Guwahati office representative that my stuff has couriered back to Dimapur on 25th Nov 2016 but still I didn't get my stuff back. I had tried a lot to communicate to Dimapur Dtdc office several times and still trying but could not retrieve information about my stuff.
S it my humble request you to please interfere and resolve this issues at the earliest.

This complaint is against DTDC. I could not track my consignment (H[protected], It was mailed 3 weeks ago. I have complete set of my original documents. No number in their listed customer care numbers is working. None of their executives is giving correct information and they hung up multiple times on me. An aweful service! Never trust DTDC else you will be doomed for sure. Going to file a case in consumer court today.

Worst Service Ever!!!
I had sent a courier from London UK on 12th April 2017 which had 30 kgs of goods and that has not been delivered yet.
No one ever responds to the emails or calls in dtdc UK or India.
I have been tracking the courier and it shows it is lying in Bangalore since 21st April and is out for delivery, they have been updating misleading status.
They gave one single call after 100 emails and said they will be delivering it on 25th April, it's already 29th April today and there have been no updates.

I have not received any information regarding delivery of my consignment as the Tracking has stopped on 24.04.2017 15.07 hrs stating DRS (Activity)prepared (Location) Midc Mumbai, there is no delivery report so far till 29.04.2017.
There is clear deficiency of service in this matter. My all efforts to contact all phone numbers given as customer care number failed as either they were wrong or not available at all. My Mail sent on27.04.2017 aklso remains unattended so far.
You are requested to reply and resolve the issue immediatelly.

My consignment number p41181050 was sent from pune on 31st march 2017 which is not yet delivered.
I raised complaint in dtdc with reference number 06209028.
Today 28 april 2017 i got a email from dtdc customer support as below.

"we deeply regret to inform you that consignment number p41181050 has not been traceable yet. Our sincere apologies for the non delivery of the shipment & any inconvenience caused. However our quest will continue to locate the same. But in the interest of time, to take further decisions at your end, we are declaring the shipment as lost in transit."

Are they serious? The consignment has very important confidential documents which can't be recovered. I need the consignment to be located as soon as possible.

I was sent a courier from greator noida authority beta sector on 22nd april.
And he said that courier will be recived to your relative on tuesday.
But still i am waiting that why courier was not recieved there.

Vide aforementioned consignment, i have sent one micro oven to the following address :-

Mr. Manu, your’s choice, jkavil kadavu, muncipal complex, kodungallur-680 664, trichur district, kerala (Mobile no. [protected]).

This package has been received at the destination on 17.11.2016 at 9.20 am. Soon after delivery of the material, the delivery boy has immediately left the location. On opening the package, the product (Microwave oven) was found in totally damaged condition.
While booking it was clearly stated that the material will be sent by air cargo but it was sent by road mode by dtdc courier, though i have already made the payment of rs.1980/- towards the charges for air cargo.
Even i had paid the hefty amount against the product insurance while booking the consignment.
This matter has been brought to the notice of dtdc courier service (Singrauli as well as renukoot branch) many times through telephone, e mails etc but all went in vain. They have seemed to drag on the matter unnecessarily.
Though, i have been assured by the courier service provider that you matter would be sorted soon since last 5 months but nothing positive happens till date.
When will i receive my claim still remains a big question mark???

My consinment no. Is m50291625. I hav tracked my courier yesterday. It was supposed to be in kurukshetra but it is lyimg in chandigarh. It is very important documnt. Take the required action as soon as possible nd revery me back. I have posted it from thane and none of the numbers is reachable. I m in great trouble and this is all your fault. Take action and post the letter at right place.

The person who was supposed to deliver my parcel wanted to get away with the parcel. He came to my address and used abusive language with my mother and did not hand over my parcel. He even kept the parcel in his bag and said that we will never get it. After a few minutes i recieved a message that the parcel is delivered at my place. I dont know what fake details he gave on the reciever's form. But my parcel is still not delivered and he has updated the status of that parcel as delivered. He should b fired immediately.

Dear sir i ordered cosmetic for my mother from paytm.com on 12th april on the address 164 civil lines lalitpur near maheshwari academy, 284403 the mobile number i gave was unfortunately not working. The tracking id is z20786804. I got a delivery confirmation on 18th april but i or any of my family member didn't received. I had to follow up raise a complaint on 24th april i raised a complaint, to which i got a call from nearest centre that they had delivered the parcel to maheshwari academy and he was ordering me to come and collect from his office which i refused. I have been facing this issue with the courier for quite since a while i have been complaining for the same. Once i ordered the cover for my car and i had to go there to collect it. Please consider this complain as not only i but many others are aslo affected by this.

My sister had booked a package containing a back brace belt for my mother for her back pain. This package was to be delivered to her in Patna - the address was completely detailed with phone number and everything.

The airway bill tracking number is Z20566540 and it was booked from Delhi to Patna. When I checked on the DTDC website showed it as being dispatched to Pune - seems that the counter clerk does not know the difference between Patna and Pune or the Pin code from 800001 which is for Patna and changed it to 411001 which is for Pune.

I called the Pune office and told them about this improper dispatch and they asked me to write an email explaining the issue. I also mentioned to the service representative Kshitija that my mother would not be in Patna after the 26th April and will be in Mumbai and since now it is already 24th April there is no way that they can deliver it to her in Patna.

I gave them the address for Mumbai so that they can transfer the same there. I received an email from the DTDC customer service - Moumita Sanyal that the package has now been sent to Kolkata (which I fail to understand) how did Mumbai now become Kolkata.

This is utter carelessness of DTDC and complete disregard of the customer's complaint and cause for concern. It has been 5 days now and the package is yet to be delivered to my mother - not withstanding the fact that she will have no relief from the back pain for which the package (the back brace belt) was sent.

The DTDC customer service is taking a nonchalant attitude and has not taken any concrete steps nor are they taking any action against the erring employees who caused this entire issue in the first place.

Despite having made 3 phone calls and written two emails, the DTDC customer service has failed to act in the right manner and is simply passing the buck from one place to another and not ensuring that the package is delivered to the place where it was supposed to be.

A two delivery has already crossed 6 days and when it will be actually delivered is unknown.

I would like to make an complaint about DTDC Kozhikode office. First of all they asked me to collect the parcel on monday even though they regularly collect parcels from my office which is only one kilometer away from my home. After asking them to deliver it to my office, they still haven't shown up two days later. My consignment has been sitting there for 2 days. I called to enquire, no one's even picking up the phone in the calicut office during office hours. Is this the quality of service that we should expect from one of the leading courier service.
The people in calicut office haven't shown any degree of professionalism and i am deeply dissappionted in the service. I would certainly think twice before sending important and time sensitive couries them.

I am an online seller and dispatched a consignment to my customer. #z10557122, the status online is shown as delivered by it is not handed over to my customer.
Its been more than a month but courier people are not able to give me the details of the person who collected the parcel.
Everyday i am making 5-10 calls, sometimes they pick up and ask me to call again and later they stop picking the call.

Need name and phone number of the person who recieved this parcel

I am living far from my house. As i wanted to bring some home made sweets via DTDC courier. My brother had paid a premium amount for the sweet and that courier yet not delivered till 15- apr-2017.

1- basic manner how to talk to the customer not knew.
2-talking like i am wasting his time.
3- he must be drunk.
4-how to behave how to talk not known to him.
5- abusing me to receive the courier after i left office at 7pm.
6- i have the conversation recording with me, already send that to all the grievances, hopefully got some positive outcome.

I am a victim of DTDC fraud, where the company employee have stolen/mis-routed the parcel not only once but again and again. If you go to their website, http://www.dtdc.in and click on Feedback, the page does not exist. Also, if you call on any of their customer services numbers (Jaipur, Delhi), no one picks up or disconnects the call.
Today they have apparently mis-routed a very urgent parcel that was paid for as a premium service, and the company representatives do not either apologise or accept any responsibility.
Please do NOT send courier via this irresponsible company!!!
