My dtdc courier tracking no k95467938 is delivered a different place. I booked for destination pin 302006.
But delivered in different pin 302001.
Also i see that designation place showing shahjahanpur.
I booked for jaipur (Pin 302006) in rajasthan. But delivered at pin 302001.
Also showing destination place shahjahanpur.
Please note that it's actually complete error. Conflict. Different destination place. Different delivered place.
Actually complete error from dtdc side.
Actually it's delivered in complete error. Already i complain to regional office email dtdc at guwahati. But no respond my email. Also i already more tried to contact customer care with different cantact no but customer care not able to reach.
Now i helpless. Please help me. I want refund the amount. Also i want my letter back as it's delivered different place.
Please help for letter back to me. I also refund my money.

I didn't receive my parcel yet which was send from Kolathur Chennia on 7th April 2017 with tracking number C74680284 after 8th April 2017. There was no update in tracking view and when we call to Chennia they response nothing they took our call and not responding just to waste our call.And when try to contact in Delhi they didn't pick calls.. What kind of services you provide when you don't even ready to listen customer quiries.I will suggest it's better send your parcel through postal service at least in any case they response.
Worst experience ever .

My sister couriered me 2 books through DTDC courier from kolkata saltlake sec 2 office on 30th march 2017. after paying 460 rupees she was told that it will delivered within 3 days in pune. when it was not delivered within time she went to dtdc office but they assured within 2 days it will be delivered. but it was not delivered. today she went there so their employees was totally ignoring her. told her that it was her mistake. nothing was wrong with the address and contact. then she talked to some higher authority what they told it was more shocking. they were completely lying some time they told the address was wrong. some time they told contact was wrong, sometime told that they delivered the product, or they called me but i didn't response. the address is commerzone IT park, yerwada, pune, Maharashtra 411006. I am not mentioning the company name it is top most it company in India.one of them told no such company exist. they also told why didn't he buy books from pune? instead of helping her they were mocking her and started making fun.and told they will not refund any single money. the package was not delivered to me or not returned to her, they were refusing to refund her money. and instead of helping they were embarrassed her and were lying continuously.
the CN No of the courier is K96112796 and i am attaching the bill as attachment.

The worst kind of services​ given by the DTDC courier. They taking 7days (Apr5th to Apr 11th) to delivery the product from Pune to Yavatmal the consignment no is P[protected] And also send the parcel to wrong person). Pune to Yavtmaal only 612km by road & its taking hardly 6-7 hrs.

Due to that i am lossing my important bussiness deal. But they didnt stop at there they did a huge Blunder. Before the product is received by the person they showing at wrong information on online (2days ago product will received) & they send the parcel to wrong person in wrong address. When I started inquiry about this, the customer care services person of pune office, Nagpur office & Yavatmal office they didn't co-operate me. Particularly the franchise given by the DTDC in Yavatmal the person delivery the parcel totally misbehaving me. They didnt give me particular information. Next time I can't ever pick DTDC courier service in my life.

Number h59855094 on 14march2017 from Hyderabad to Bangalore
it was delivered on 16th march 2017 to wrong address. but they not replying me properly. i called them to Hyderabad office and bangalore office till now there is no update. yesterday i went to the dtdc office where i sent the deleivery they asked me one more week time. every time i went there they are saying the same one week or two days. but there is no proper responce till now.
i lost nearly rs17500/- loss because i am sending all the original bills to claim from my company they asked me sent before april 1st 2017.
but not gone in date.

please help me how to get it from dtdtc plus .
i got all the proofs with me (emails, phone calls, snap of my courier, courier slip)
Dtdc customer service is too bad and not providing proper respond.

This is the very dissatisfied condition for me from DTDC.

Kindly consider my complaint and provide me a solution for this problem.

I had booked consignment from dtdc courier ltd on 07 apr 2017.consignment reached to hebbal bangalore by 1230 on 08 Apr 2017.but consignment not delivered till 1300 hrs on 10 apr 2017.I had paid 330 rupees for that consignment .they told us it will be delivered on 08 apr 2017 .kindly tahe action against defaulter.my consignment number is -E73491641.

Courier Reference Number Z15788016, excpeting this parcel from 5/03/2017 for the following adress MR. Prasanth # 13/5 vidyanagar cross janatha quaters Bangalore north 562157 . have not received this confidential envolep till date. kindly have it checked and please deliver it fast on priority.

I sent a courier specifically asking the basic/normal package. The lady at the counter confirmed the delivery to be in 5 business days. Since then, i am getting repeated calls from two ladies for payment of balance amount as the shipment was sent through air (Which i never requested).
This is pure harassment.
The reason cited is - "she's new and did a mistake". My instructions were clear and am not going to shell out additional money for mistakes done by dtdc employees.
Please have this rectified.

Hi,

There was an urgent courier sent through DTDC from Bangalore to Coimbatore last month (March-2017). From DTDC site it says parcel was successfully delivered, but I have never received it.

In spite of several calls and follow up with customer care, there has been no proper response to this.

It has been more than a month and this is disappointing. Tracking no: B42030178.

There is no defined escalation matrix and hence I am not able to move this complaint further.

Absolutely pathetic.

I have sent a parcel on 31.03.2017 from DTDC Jorhat to Assam University, Silchar. The parcel contains some important documents. But, it has not been received yet in the destination address. This is very very important for me and the DTDC Jorhat and Sichar office can't provide any solution to this issues. Please look over the matter as it is related to someone life.

Package contains some valuable insurance claim papers and packed on 31st March. But once it reached kolkata not able to track its current location.Multiple times we have called customer service but not able to get any help from them.They are such worst service provider ever. I am waiting for the paper to claim insurance and time left very less, but yet no sign o[censored]pdating of current situation. Consignment number is k94866571. please help here.

I parceled a gift box from Delhi on 04.04.2017 to Bangalore. It contained 4 items.
1. 2 sketches
2. A Paper Box containing pictures.
3. A towel wrapped in a gift paper.
4. A John Player's Navy Shirt wrapped in a gift paper.
The whole box was wrapped in a red Spongebob gift wrap.
First of all, the box that was delivered on 06.04.2017 was a different size of box wrapped in a Chota bheem gift wrap. Second of all, the condition of the paper box delivered was pathetic. And third, the gift box containing the shirt was a Peter England checkered shirt.
I would like you to kindly see to the matter ASAP.

I am Abhijeet from Noida working in PAYTM as i was waiting for my courier to be delivered as soon as possible and to my knowledge it has to be delivered till 4 or 5th of this month and i have checked that it has been dispatched from Kanpur on 3/4/2017 and as i have confirmed from the DTDC office Kanpur they suggested me that it has been delivered on 5th April but on 5th i have not received any consignment, so i called the local delivery boy of noida DTDC office he confirmed that he called me on 5th but i have not got a single call yesterday and in the DTDC tracking tool it is mentioned delivered on 5th, so i called him today to deliver the consignment and he delivered the consignment today in my office, so it is very irresponsible from DTDC Courier Company i faced this issue first time so i request you all to improve your services and focus on customer needs.

Bought product from ebay on 31st march 2017 and the seller shipped it on 2nd march 12:00 pm.
Today is 6th april and product dd not recieved yet.
When added on tracking site they say the AWB No. Is invalid and no details are available.
When tried to contact with the courier service they do not recieve calls.

My gifts were delivered unpacked today to Pune, and the shirt that I sent is missing . It's a horrible experience .
I will never recommend DTDC courier services to anyone . There is a trust factor attached when we chose your service, you do not value that.

Only later did I hear from a friend about his bad experiences for choosing DTDC. Atleast now I know why I should never be choosing your service.

I request you to please find the missed item and return to me ASAP in case you could do any help to the damage done . In fact I should be asking you to refund me my missing gift's amount . So unprofessional
you guys are, and upon that you want to boast that you are the best.

I had couriered a product to Amazon seller for return. I had self shipped it. I had couriered it to the address mentioned by Amazon for return but the product has not been delivered even after 1 months now . The address was correct but they are mentioning as insufficient address and neither have they sent it back to me if not delivered. I have emailed to DTDC Inquiry many times but they are not responding.
