I had booked a courier from dtdc greater noida office (Nf 536, alpha 1, greater noida) on march 3, 3017 to be delivered at dlf phase 3, gurgaon. The consignment number was z09393045. Although, the online tracking system showed that the courier had been delivered on march 7, the recipient did not receive it. Services are worst. Your representative is updating false status on site. Consignment not delivered and he has updated as delivered. Since last two days he is asking us collect the parcel from his office but not delivering it at my address though it is just 1.5 km from his office. We called him several times but always says that boy is on the way. Just guys are spoiling you name. You must take strict action and immediately cancel agreement...

This compliant is with reference to the above consignment. We had booked this consignment from kolkata on 8th march 2017 to mizoram university. After trying all the wrong phone numbers of dtdc mizoram published in your site, finally we goggled and got the correct numbers[protected] and [protected]). 17th march finally could contact the person from dtdc, on enquiring he said that they have received it but cannot send it to the customer....

I have booked a courier by speed service and it cost me 500 .but after 3 days I haven't received the courier. But in the dtdc courier website tracking it is showing delivered. How it can be possible. Yet I have not received the product and in the tracking details showing me it is delivered. Please take a further action towards them.Mumbai to sultanpur 110030...

This is Tejesh Kumar. S from SpAArC, Bangalore. We received a package from DeMaCr, Bangalore on 14-03-17. It was delivered to us by DTDC (Sarakki). The delivery boy sent by them has responded very rudely to the recepients of the package. Please look in to the issue, and try to train your delivery personnel better. This would otherwise put a black mark on your company.

I have booked a shipment from hyderabad to bangalore on 8th of march.

And i have been charged Rs.200/- for fast delivery. I have been told that my shipment would be delivered by 9th.

But it is still not delivered and today is 15th march. And the last status was updated as of 9th march online. It was an urgent delivery.

This is regarding dtdc consinment no - z14556772 dated 11.1.2017. From - raj kumar pandey, pci ltd. Rail spring karkhana sithouli gwalior (M p) to, mr, s k sharma, m/s, p p c limited. Plot no - 300. Sector - 6, imt manesar gurgaon.

The above document was not received at the dispatched address.

But consignment status on dtdc website sowing that the document is received on 14.1.2017, which is not right.

even though Address is correct . Contact no is correct

They never call .
They never even come . Lying all the time .

I have booked the courier from your company to send the it from new delhi to Amritsar location. I got the receipt of the courier and consignment number .but when i track my courier its showing is return back to delhi How this possible if the address is for Amritsar location.

I have received a courier via DOC number V[protected]containing IPAD) from Roche Products India Pvt Ltd... The IPAD inside parcel was damaged... As per company, the parcel was insured... I came to know only after I opened the parcel... From outside it didn't appeared that the parcel is not intact...

Docket number B41143511 Name Greagory Pareira dt 4/3/2017 till date not delivery. your staff said addres is no service. same booking same addres on booking (1.3/1/2017 DOC B39268942, 2. b[protected]. 24/2/16, doc s40714216, this are consigment is deliverd, but 4/3/2017 is not consigment not deliverd. Your staff said addres is inclmplet, i have given same addresh every time.

Sir i have booked a parcel of 7kg from delhi anand parbat for ludhiana on 9-3-17 vide docket no. V35184189.
While booking the person namely k k jha assured me that in urgent booking the parcel will get delivered next day between 10am to 4pm and asked me to pay rs1240/- instead of regular parcel of rs 450/ approx.
So due to urgency i booked the same paying 1240/-

Dtdc customer service is the biggest poor service.i have complained to the madurai regional and mailed them no use.they never track. Money waste .the agent is the best agent of madurai.so one is ready to answer me or question...

I the victim of your Bokachoda Courier service Haldia Township Branch, Why are
you open in such Branch.They deliver our courier Haldia to kolkata no such time
limit, already gone 3day and no **** tell us when it deliver.
Think it's your entire DTDC service so why you are open this type of service, pls close your company .I process civil court against Haldia Township Branch.

Courier Person need to deliver courier at the door step, if he is facing any kind of problem he need to contact the customer.
But courier person (Anish, [protected]) neither bother to deliver the consignment nor to communicate with the consumer.
after a huge followup he was talking rudely and force to come to office and collect the consignment....

Track record showing "SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED", but my daughter is yet to receive the letter till now. I have telephoned to [protected], telling that they have delivered. On the site of DTDC s it is showing that the parcel is delievered on 7-march-2017 on the recievers address i.e 554 ka/4 arjun nagar sujanpura road alambagh lucknow pin code 226005, but it has not delievered and they have sent it back and they are saying that nobody lives at the recieving address, which is uncceptable...
