DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Dtdc is very costly courier service and the courier was not handling proper way. It just like a wastage of paper. I have delivery to instrument to solapur that instructions is medical and over the box we have mentioned handle with care. But delivery time box was too ugly and damaged both sides. The inner instrument is bend that cost is 50000. So you doesn't satisfied the customer so why u preferable that courier service. When that item having insurance with dtdc it can be handle proper way otherwise it can't be perfect or usual delivery for customer. It's very danger to customer.

I had sent courier from Kalwa (Thane) on 15th April, 2017 Vide No - M50035638 of very important documents which were supposed to be reached at Kandivali on Monday 17th April, 2017.
Same was not received by Tuesday, when called on customer care no it was informed to me that courier was mis-routed and will reach tomorrow at earliest.
On Wednesday when courier was still not reached they informed that it was returned undelivered whereas no person had actually went to deliver it. My family was very much there at the residence through out the day.
Delivery boy said he delivered another courier to our neighbor, when enquirer about surname of neighbor delivery boy disconnected the phone.
i requested them to deliver the same on Thursday by 12 noon but after lot of follow ups it was delivered at 2 pm.

I need complete refund of amount as it was delivered tooooooo late and also company should pay the compensation as it was financial document which also resulted in damage of reputation.

[protected]. he is impatient, he talked with me very rudely and threated me that he will not deliver the courier to me.

please take action for the same as soon as possible.

One consignment under cn no. K95271055, dated 12.04.2017 was booked from lake gardens to jaipur. At the time of booking it was assured that by 15.04.2017 the consignment will be delivered to it's destination but the same has not been delivered as yet. On my personal approach on 17.04.2017 at lake gardens enquiring non receipt of consignment by the addressee. It was informed that by 17.04.2017 the consignment will be delivered.

However, till writing this complaint the consignment has not been delivered to the addressee at jaipur. The matter has been taken up with your lake gardens as well as manager shri chandan dutta. It has been informed by your manager that 48 hours will be required from lodging the complaint to track the consignment.

It is really surprising that one urgent consignment which is booked on 12.04.2017 from kolkata to jaipur needs so much time which is not giving a good reputation of your courier service.

May i request you to look into the matter immediately and arrange early delivery of the consignment to it's addressee at jaipur and confirm me about the same.

Dear sir,
With reference of docket no. Mentioned above, please let me know the status of delivery of item to our customer.
We had it booked on friday, 14th april, 2017 in your one day delivery express service.
Till time you have not delivered it. Please explain & deliver the goods immediately as my customer is getting suffered due to non-availability of sent spares for our machine.
Should we go to consumer court for the same?

I booked parcel through DTDC from bangalore to kerala on 6th April 2017 . Parcel number is B41842147. Today is 18th april. Not delivered still now. Tracking shows that it reached kolenchery on 9th April. After that no information. When I enquired no response from your office. I request to take immediate action and deliver my courier within 2 days.

Today I tracked my DTDC courier package, It is showing delivered but i didn't receive any courier till now. Even I didn't receive any call from deliver boy. Can you please track my package and deliver to me its highly important package and urgent also. Please suggest me regarding this and make sure why i have not received call from the courier guy.

As mentioned in the above subject the tablet which was sent from Bangalore to Madikeri which I collected today. But when I saw the packet it was tite open and being bit by rats. When I ask them I got rude answer and they told me it happened to be tore from the main office. Pls rectify it or else I m going to the consumer court.

I have booked a packet to deliver at navimumbai on 11th april at your habsiguda, hyderabad office. The consignment no. H00004742. I have visited several times in your office in habsiguda but was in futile.

Since the packet was a very very important and urgent one, i requested your office to take utmost importance in delivering the consignment in time. You have charged rs.120/- also for that small packet.

Since you could not deliver the packet intime, i request you to compensate me for the heavy loss incurred. I request you to pay me rs. 10000/- as compensation as you have badly failed to deliver the document to the consignee.

Courier (ref : C74211721, KM Ramachandran, Plot no.60, Ragavendra Garden, Perumalpattu -602024) which is posted to me by 02-04-17 and same is received by Ambattur branch.
After few days i got a call from the branch and said that, the address which is mentioned in courier is not covered by DTDC coverage then I advised to delivery to my office address at poonamallee and the same is agreed the branch too.

But till today i am not received the courier and call (Ph [protected]) to concern who is called in the last week but he never pick the phone to respond. then I sent a sms by today and DTDC concern replied to contact the office number[protected] .based on that I call to that number but she responded as the courier is already Return to orgin place.

Really i got disappoint, and I dont understand why the peoples are working
like and it is completely insensible.

I need a prompt response on this since there is no mistake from ourside, while Booking the courier, they have taken the booking and contact person also given clear information...then what is the problem.

Please ask them to deliver the courier immediately

i have not received my packet which booked on 07th april-17 from Mumbai for gurgaon and my acknowledge no-M37453827 and when i call to customer care they not respond clearly also tell that we have seen that guragon deptt has mention address not found, informed to that in this address we have received many courier thru your service and for this packet your delivery boy call me to pick pocket from my office when i ignore to collect from ur office he mention that address not found, pls look into the matter, All courier service deliver material & packet in this address easily inspite of DTDC. If you have not get service so why you book same in same pincode and address.

I send 5 items to my friend in Bangalore of 4.08 kg from delhi and he received 3.18 kg packed parcel.
This is second time i m facing this problem continuesly.
Its very shameful on dtdc part that such a reputed company has such bad sevices.

We booked a speed delivery in dtdc blue. With reference v35535439 to raigarh district, mumbai, maharashtra from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. We were promised that it will be delivered within 2days. But the consignment was blocked at vasi due to no service to raigarh and we were not informed regarding the blockage. We tracked down the consignment and realised later. This was a really irresponsible act. We must at least be informed by the dtdc people. We requested to return the consignment back and received after 8working days. We were very dissatisfied with service. Don't depend on dtdc for urgent delivers.

DTDC tracking number B43528808 has my important university documents.
Their website status shows this has been delivered, however, Addressee HAS NOT received it.
I try to call their Hyderabad customer care number 100s of times, but it is unanswered always.
I am extremely dissapointed with DTDC service.

Kindly check the exact location of the courier. IT HAS VERY IMPORTANT EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS AND I WILL BE DEVASTATED IF THEY ARE LOST!!
