This is regarding a package that was sent from Chennai to Gurgaon taken from our premises on 21st March. The tracking has not been updated properly and nobody is able to give an update as to where the package is currently. This is a very important package and needed to be delivered on 23rd Mar. Request fast action to deliver the package and update URGENTLY...

Recently before 2 days my brother couriered a phone via dtdc from mumbai..bt today i received d parcel but unfortunately when i opened d parcel the box was emty and der is no phone in d box. at that time my brother enquired dtdc mumbai branch but they are saying we couriered it...then how can i receive an emty box...hows its possible...d most worst courier experience yet...kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible....

We Dr. Reddy's team had sent courier documents from our Miyapur unit to Vizag FTO 7 unit, Duvada. As these was important document we had requested express courier. Recently i couriered a document from chennai to trichy. Itr reached trichy 5days before, but still now the courier is not delivered. If i contact customer care, they are responsing that the address is out of area so we cant deliver to the specified date. And i said to return the courier, but till 3rd day the courier is still in trichy office.

Very worst in customer service. Giving you 0% rating comparing other courier customer...

I have booked a consignment no. Z18225224 on 14/03/2017 with DTDC and it was assured to me that consignment would be delivered within 3 days, but, after passing of more than 8 days consignment is not delivered. DTDC services is very poor even after my regular persuance in Delhi, Indore, Jabalpur, and Rewa, DTDC Offices my consignment coulod not delivered till date.

The shipment consisted of medicines and without checking the rules at the destination, DTDC accepted to deliver medicines and took the payment. Finally it was sent back by the destination. Receiver did not get the package and sender lost all the money.
Furthermore, DTDC uses DHL to make international shipments, so they never have any clear shipment delivery information.
DTDC customer care and employees are extremely incompetent...

I've couriered a non document item from greater noida uttar pradesh to ghaziabad uttar pradesh and it has not yet delivered.. The tracking details are also not updated. It's. Been too long as I've couriered the item on 17/3/2017 and it has not delivered till this date. It's a very expensive item and has to be returned or delivered to the destination as quickly as possible.

My father dispatched my important document on 18.03.2017 by paying Rs. 280/- o[censored]rgent charge vide docket no. V36527254 from Muzaffarpur and your DTDC personnel promised us at Muzaffarpur, Bihar that it will be reached at Shahjahanpur, U.P. on 20/03/2017 but till now I have not received my document.

Got a call from DTDC Chamrajpet office (Bangalore) asking for my address to deliver a package. Surprised to know that the shipping address mentioned on the package is not sufficient for your guys to do the job. He kept asking me for the address over phone (And I dont have the full address ready with me over phone).

I kept asking him about the shipping address on the Courrier package itself. He disconnected the phone saying...

On 20th I received my parcel consignment no.K94953481But unfortunately my parcel was not in a good condition when delivered to me, rather a medium sized hole was present at the side end of the parcel as if some one has done this with a view of peeping into the stuff inside the parcel.As a result some of my documents were missing through the hole made in the parcel
So it is requested to look into the matter as I have faced huge damage...

my brother sealed with white plaster, but i received with brown plaster.

I trusted Dtdc Blindly. Finally i fooled....

Courier was opened and products inside the courier was two 2 packs of chocolates and a pen one pack of chocolates was opened and pack was left over only with few and the total pack was resealed .
If this is the condition how can we have a trust with your company and it is not a small courier service and you people do such things. it is not even containing a delivery slip with the pack of courier and it has only one sticker with barcode...

I have book a parcel of nearly 1.500 k. g. on 7th march for ghaziabad and till date its not yet received and they have lost somewhere in gurgaon. my track no is a35988183. this cause me a great loss, because of this misplacement i have lost my order and in fact got a credit note of 30, 000 rs from client side because of stoppage line there. now who is responsible and heat they can do to resolve this matter....

Many time i am calling to your custome customers care executives. They are telling different thing who is telling it is bhubaneswar and who is telling it is in delhi.
