I have done one courier of important documents (receipt of Railway parcel) on Saturday (25.03.2017) from Aurangabad, Maharashtra to Nagpur, Maharashtra and while sending the courier i asked to DTDC person to expected time of delivery. She told me monday (27.03.2017). But till today ie (29.03.2017) courier status showing in Trasit. Also when I call to Aurangabad dtdc asking about my courier they are not properly responding to me.

The important documents in the courier is that receipt of Railway parcel which is already reached at Nagpur on Sunday (26.03.2017) and after (27.03.2017) they are charging late fee to me on per hour basis from Tuesday (28.03.2017). Also please let me know who will bear the late fees charges.

I had to give my PS4 to a guy in Bangalore I had given my product to the DTDC guy but due to some circumstances within 2 hours I said him not to deliver the product and send it back to me. The guy confirmed it he send the mail to Bangalore officials that the PS4 must not be delivered but still the product was taken from the Bangalore location within 4 minutes it has been days I was told to send a mail but I still got no rply .. where is my product??

I have ordered an product from amazon bearing order id[protected] and name rozinur rohman. When the courier came i was in the college so they went away. When i call them to deliver they told me to take it from the office...They knew that the time delivery boy came was college time but also they came at that time. They are not interested in their jobs. I just want them to do their job correctly otherwise I will complain to higher comsumer complaints..please reply to my message.

I was send one corrier from Bangalore to delhi, the date of 24/03/2017 .trac no is B42859068. but still this document reach the correct address.i check track no it showing deliverd some simran.nobody know anything about this corrier.I cant contact from here to delhi branch because its no is not reaching .my important document is inside .pease find it out and delivere exact address.

I sent a courier in Feb 14.courier returned in Feb 21.till now I didn't received the courier. they first told to go to madiwala.the person there told me to go Bommanahalli.there they told to go singasandra.i visited twice singasandra.i visited thrice to Bommanahalli.one male staff scolded me to get out.the manager disconnected the call while I am speaking itself.This is worst customer service i ever faced.

Hello this is my tracking no Z15199609 I am really disappointed with yourll guys service there is parcel that I have booked but due to insufficient details it is now been returned and its already 6 days and still not received, still stuck in Delhi and only that but also online tracking no system is also ridicules it dose not show proper information at all and yet still no sufficient answer fro you guys its really frustrating and now really hope you guys can help me out as soon as possible.

In DTDC site while tracking it shows shipment got delivered on Fri24th Mar'17 at 19:26 but actually it's not delivered to me, I have opened a case[protected] with DTDC, I need to know the reason whom they delivered to on yesterday, I have received shipment today ( 25th March ) itself after many follow up's with DTDC, Concern here is the unknown person signed and mentioned as self on yesterday and received moreover in site it shows it got delivered on 24th, There are many chances to misuse incase it is not delivered to me, Very poor service from DTDC Hyderabad customer care service, I tried many times to get a chance to speak them, In case o[censored]rgency what needs to be done?

My friend has booked the DTDC courier at Thu, 16th Mar'17|19:33 Hrs having consignment no. (R[protected] from DTDC office, CALICUT, KERALA to pondicherry
. Yet the parcel has not been delivered. I called calicut centre many times . But he always gave me some excuses. The parcel had CPU -Intel Xeon E3-1240 at 3.20GHz CPU which cost Rs 9200/-. Even though I sent too many mails to DTDC customer support but they didn't gave me response. Please do something about this matter. Since 10 days I am getting online status as the parcel is in DTDC calicut office.This was the first time when I sent parcel through DTDC and my experience with you is really really bad

My shipment number is V36695130, its booked on 20th march 2017 but still I didn't received, if there is address finding issue then there is my two mobile numbers noted why I didn't get any call from DTDC service?? tracking status its showing ATTEMPTED.! can I know witched kinds of ATTEMPTED done by your facilities?

Courier no. D32613253 booked from panchkula to vadodara on 9 mar 17 not reached till now. on tracking from last 7 days it is showing vadodara . but your local office did not deliver . while contacting on phone no.[protected] more than 30 times mostly they dont attend . or says today will be delivered from last four days. this is 2nd time i experience your very bad service. Please loook out the matter

This is regarding a package that was sent from Chennai to Gurgaon taken from our premises on 21st March. The tracking has not been updated properly and nobody is able to give an update as to where the package is currently. This is a very important package and needed to be delivered on 23rd Mar. Request fast action to deliver the package and update URGENTLY

Greetings my name is Srinivasa Rao Chepa, i got a shipment through DTDC, Aramex India sent this to me, as they have received this shipment from international destination. The shipment AWB: H59966829. After got the confirmation i contacted DTDC, VIZIANAGARAM office and said that i got a shipment, sent by Aramex, and they said no shipment arrived and if we got, we should inform you, but they got it on 10th March, 2017. But they did not check it or attempted to call or deliver it, finally i got connected to Aramex and make sure when they shipped it and they said they sent it on 8th March via DTDC, then i went to office and find it and got it. What kind of service DTDC providing is a big question to me, of course, it is not first time to happen like this. Such a bad courier service i have seen in my life time.

Recently before 2 days my brother couriered a phone via dtdc from mumbai..bt today i received d parcel but unfortunately when i opened d parcel the box was emty and der is no phone in d box. at that time my brother enquired dtdc mumbai branch but they are saying we couriered it...then how can i receive an emty box...hows its possible...d most worst courier experience yet...kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

We Dr. Reddy's team had sent courier documents from our Miyapur unit to Vizag FTO 7 unit, Duvada. As these was important document we had requested express courier. DTDC team confirmed to our Admin team that, courier will be delivered in 3 days before audit at site. but DTDC complete failed to deliver before audit, we tried to investigate but there was not at all proper communication from DTDC. Tracking details were not at all in line with actual status. When our person personally checked with Vizag DTDC team then DTDC people stated digging and addressing issue. Further one DTDC person committed that courier will be delivered immediately after audit, BUT till TODAY 23MARCH courier is not delivered. When asked to DTDC delivery person of Duvada area, very arrogantly he replied that security not allowed to deliver. so it is returned. As per practise he should have contacted one of contact person for clearance. Very very poor service and no etticuates of talking to client who is paying for service. We are having corporate contract for courier service which now definitely will be needs to reconsider.

My wife has approached DTDC Nagpur medical square nagpur to courier important court documents to Jalna, Maharashtra on 8 march 2017. At the time of courier they said it will be delivered in 48 hours, but after 7 days we got message that shipment not delivered due to non availability of service, They should have checked before sending shipment. After that they did not return courier and again sent to same address. Its now more than 2 weeks, our documents are still in air. I have lost my date with court and so much of monitory loss as well mental trauma.Those documents were related with adoption.My Consignment number M47684095. Please guide me to sue the case against them in court asap.

Recently i couriered a document from chennai to trichy. Itr reached trichy 5days before, but still now the courier is not delivered. If i contact customer care, they are responsing that the address is out of area so we cant deliver to the specified date. And i said to return the courier, but till 3rd day the courier is still in trichy office.

Very worst in customer service. Giving you 0% rating comparing other courier customer service.

I have booked a consignment no. Z18225224 on 14/03/2017 with DTDC and it was assured to me that consignment would be delivered within 3 days, but, after passing of more than 8 days consignment is not delivered. DTDC services is very poor even after my regular persuance in Delhi, Indore, Jabalpur, and Rewa, DTDC Offices my consignment coulod not delivered till date.

we hope a faster delivery but, these courier services are showing negligence in proper delivery their duty.

DTDC Service is very. i hope you will take my concern in your cognizance and make best efforts to improve your services.
