My father dispatched my important document on 18.03.2017 by paying Rs. 280/- o[censored]rgent charge vide docket no. V36527254 from Muzaffarpur and your DTDC personnel promised us at Muzaffarpur, Bihar that it will be reached at Shahjahanpur, U.P. on 20/03/2017 but till now I have not received my document.

Your online tracking system is also fully failure.

Please arrange for quick delivery at my Shahjahanpur address.

Got a call from DTDC Chamrajpet office (Bangalore) asking for my address to deliver a package. Surprised to know that the shipping address mentioned on the package is not sufficient for your guys to do the job. He kept asking me for the address over phone (And I dont have the full address ready with me over phone).

I kept asking him about the shipping address on the Courrier package itself. He disconnected the phone saying that he is going to return the package.

The tone of voice in which he handled this situation was totally unprofessional. He was totally rude over the phone. I felt like I am dealing with a low-class service company. Such level o[censored]nprofessionalism is not expected from a service like DTDC.

Please do what is needed asap to get this rectified.

urgent attention!!

This is to bring to your kind attention that I booked a consignment with dtdc courier services on 6th march 2017. My consignment no: was K94492870. It was booked on priority basis and had documents and certification of extreme value. The committed date was mentioned on 9th march 2017 early afternoon if it misses 8th march 2017. The consignment was to be delivered in gurgaon.

It pains me to state that when I was tracking on the shipment on 11th march, it came to my knowledge with utter shock that it had reached guwahati instead of gurgaon where it was scheduled to reach by 9th march under all circumstances. I was in dismay with sheer negligence of dtdc when they casually said that the places are similar.

After my persistent follow-ups as well as many of my colleagues following up it was delivered on 17th march 2017 late evening even when my clients were following up with dtdc. The concerned people Mr. Gopal (#[protected]) & Mr. Shankar (#[protected]) utterly ignored my prayers and were highly ignorant to my plight. Their irresponsible behaviour was unnerving.

I had to apologize profusely to my clients for the delay in the receipt of the aforementioned documents in addition to which, I am asked to pay a fine.

I would now suggest you in all earnestness to pay me a compensation of 1 Crore rupees for the business loss, defamation and not to mention the undue mental agony and torture that I faced. I would also need a letter of apology, failing which I would have no option left but to go to the courts and take extreme action.

I firmly believe that dtdc with all its goodwill would not prefer its name getting ruined in the market.

Need an urgent reply and a quick resolution to my problem.

Dear Team, I booked one Parcel to my Son at Kumarhatti solan via CN No. D34018068 on dated 15/03/2017 from Ankleshwar location. Said parcel weight 6 Kgs and its contain all food article.
Its delivered to my son on 20th March ???
2 days late, and I surprised when he convey that its had less articles as
500 Gms Pistacho
1 kgs Walnut
5 Packets of Goodday & other food items.
I need immediate revert after inquiry why and how its happens.
I will raise this case after 24 Hrs as on 23th 12 noon to Consumer forum and ON AIR after that dead line.

On 20th I received my parcel consignment no.K94953481But unfortunately my parcel was not in a good condition when delivered to me, rather a medium sized hole was present at the side end of the parcel as if some one has done this with a view of peeping into the stuff inside the parcel.As a result some of my documents were missing through the hole made in the parcel
So it is requested to look into the matter as I have faced huge damage due to loss of my important documents.

My brother has sent an mobile to me through your DTDC from Chandanagar, Hyderbad.
Courier number is V35714324.
Before packing the mobile taken snaps.
after i m receiving please see the 4th pic.
my brother sealed with white plaster, but i received with brown plaster.
packing also changed.
I trusted Dtdc Blindly. Finally i fooled.

Courier was opened and products inside the courier was two 2 packs of chocolates and a pen one pack of chocolates was opened and pack was left over only with few and the total pack was resealed .
If this is the condition how can we have a trust with your company and it is not a small courier service and you people do such things. it is not even containing a delivery slip with the pack of courier and it has only one sticker with barcode : H69688257.please take necessary action against this issue.

I have book a parcel of nearly 1.500 k. g. on 7th march for ghaziabad and till date its not yet received and they have lost somewhere in gurgaon. my track no is a35988183. this cause me a great loss, because of this misplacement i have lost my order and in fact got a credit note of 30, 000 rs from client side because of stoppage line there. now who is responsible and heat they can do to resolve this matter.

Kindly check all details and return my cd player. Its very costly. The courier is from mumbai to bhubaneswar. Returned my product assp. Many time i am calling to your custome customers care executives. They are telling different thing who is telling it is bhubaneswar and who is telling it is in delhi. The courier is despatched from mumbai in 17 th feb. And reach in bhubaneswar in 23 rd feb. But still now i have not received received my product. That is not good. It's consignment no is m34646410.

I had booked a courier from dtdc greater noida office (Nf 536, alpha 1, greater noida) on march 3, 3017 to be delivered at dlf phase 3, gurgaon. The consignment number was z09393045. Although, the online tracking system showed that the courier had been delivered on march 7, the recipient did not receive it. I have been following up with dtdc since march 8 by calling their gurgaon branch and then their franchise located in nathupur, owned by ashok and himanshu sethi, who had delivered the courier. The franchise staff (Jyoti, the telephone executive and guddu, the delivery boy) had been making new stories everyday about the courier not being delivered. At first, they said that since the recipient was not available at their home (On the first floor of the building) and their mobile number was not reachable, the delivery boy delivered the courier to a lady living on the second floor (Apparently a family member). This is untrue because a. The recipient was at their home the entire day and nobody from dtdc visited them, and b. There is no lady living on the second floor of their building.

On communicating this to the staff, the next day they made the excuse that the courier had been wrongly delivered to the second floor of the adjacent building and they will collect it back and deliver to the correct address. I repeatedly told them that these documents had to be submitted by 11th jan in the office and so requested them to treat the matter on priority. At last, i started following up with the franchise owners in the hope of expecting some fruitful results but to my disappointment, the father, ashok sethi, started shouting at me and even abused me on the phone. Thereafter, a staff member from the franchise named lalan prasad called me up and apologized and said that he will personally take care of this matter and resolve it. On march 11 morning, he said that he is unable to find anyone at the address where the courier was supposedly delivered and said that he will ask one of the owners, himanshu sethi, to get in touch with me for future action. On march 11 afternoon, himanshu sethi called me up and was sounding very cooperative saying that he has deployed a boy at the delivery location for the entire day to check if someone can be contacted and will get back to me in a 2 hours. However, in the evening, when i called him to follow up, he also started shouting at me saying that since i am the sender, he is not liable to talk to me. He said that he is wasting him time talking to me and that if i wish, i can go ahead and file a complaint in the court and he doesnt give a damn about it.

It has been fifteen days now and still there is no trace of the courier. I have missed the deadline for submitting the documents and so my company is going to deduct money from my account.

I am surprised at the irresponsible, highly rude, and in fact, misbehaving attitude of these people. Dtdc should have a strong compliance check in place to see who to give their franchise to. If a client calls up with a problem, instead of providing a solution for a fault that is in fact committed by the, the father-son due start misbehaving and shouting and even abuse, especially even when they are dealing with a female customer.

It has been my worst experience ever and i would never again want to use dtdc service for sending documents.

Services are worst. Your representative is updating false status on site. Consignment not delivered and he has updated as delivered. Since last two days he is asking us collect the parcel from his office but not delivering it at my address though it is just 1.5 km from his office. We called him several times but always says that boy is on the way. Just guys are spoiling you name. You must take strict action and immediately cancel agreement with him.

This compliant is with reference to the above consignment. We had booked this consignment from kolkata on 8th march 2017 to mizoram university. After trying all the wrong phone numbers of dtdc mizoram published in your site, finally we goggled and got the correct numbers[protected] and [protected]). 17th march finally could contact the person from dtdc, on enquiring he said that they have received it but cannot send it to the customer. But when i said that this was booked till the customer mizoram university, they said they dont send there any more but when i told them that earlier we have used their services for the same customer, when once or twice a week they go there to supply. When i told them this, the person said they no more do this. When i requested that you take some extra and supply, he said will take rs. 300/- to supply. This is really ridiculuos. Firstly if you dont have service at the customer end you should not have accepted my parcel. And the person representing your company at mizoram so rude and bossy for what? Charging extra also like this... This is unlike dtdc...

I have booked a courier by speed service and it cost me 500 .but after 3 days I haven't received the courier. But in the dtdc courier website tracking it is showing delivered. How it can be possible. Yet I have not received the product and in the tracking details showing me it is delivered. Please take a further action towards them.Mumbai to sultanpur 110030

My segment K95082651 stay in Delhi already 1 week in transit and dont move what's going on with your service I can't reach line always busy very poor service in first post office made mistake gave wrong receipt now second problem who can help me with my segment! Please help me and find what's going on why me parcel stay in transit where will get my parcel?

This is Tejesh Kumar. S from SpAArC, Bangalore. We received a package from DeMaCr, Bangalore on 14-03-17. It was delivered to us by DTDC (Sarakki). The delivery boy sent by them has responded very rudely to the recepients of the package. Please look in to the issue, and try to train your delivery personnel better. This would otherwise put a black mark on your company.

I have booked a shipment from hyderabad to bangalore on 8th of march.

And i have been charged Rs.200/- for fast delivery. I have been told that my shipment would be delivered by 9th.

But it is still not delivered and today is 15th march. And the last status was updated as of 9th march online. It was an urgent delivery.

This is really disgusting service. I never expect this kind of service despite of paying 200/-.

And the customer care really sucks. They never respond to my call despite if calling so many times.

This is regarding dtdc consinment no - z14556772 dated 11.1.2017. From - raj kumar pandey, pci ltd. Rail spring karkhana sithouli gwalior (M p) to, mr, s k sharma, m/s, p p c limited. Plot no - 300. Sector - 6, imt manesar gurgaon.

The above document was not received at the dispatched address.

But consignment status on dtdc website sowing that the document is received on 14.1.2017, which is not right.

Attached scan copy of delivery run sheet, which dose not show proper evidence of receipt.

The consignment had very important official document enclosed in it.

The matter needs to be sorted out urgently.

They never call .
They never even come . Lying all the time .
