Hi, I have waited so many days for my order to delivered to my home. The consignment which i order from Amazon website and they have given a expected day of delivery. And expected date cross but still not received so, finally i went to DTDC Imphal, Thangal Bazar and i enquire about my order so they gave me a mobile no and directed me to collect my stuff from DTDC airport (which is around 15 to 20 km from home). Document booked from cochin to Tirupur T. N - distance if 240kms. Docket number R 25144261 on the 9th Feb 2017. Tracking status shows in transit till today. It's already been 5 days since the document has been dispatched.

Local dtdc office reply is that we will check and call back everytime. Very bad service and poor response system.

Please look into the matter and arrange to get the document delivered ASAP....
