DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It is the regular practice of DTDC Courier on delivery. Most of the time they ask customer / Consignee to collect the Parcel from their office and treat the customers as fool. We are paying money for deliver the product at door step of consignee. Not in your station. If they do the same again and again means file the complaint in Consumer court.
