A Courier was booked on 21 Jan 2017 from Bathinda to Yashwantpur Bangalore. The consignment was required to reach well before 31 Jan 2017 to be worn on a special wedding occassion.

Strangly on 27 Jan 2017, while tracking the courier, we saw that the courier was actually shipped only on 25 Jan 2017 and not on the day of our booking. With all available numbers and frantically calling people at Bathinda and Bangalore, the courier was delivered on last day ie 31 Jan 2017. I raised complaint with DTDC on their email [protected]@dtdc.com, for serious investigation. Till date they have not responded.

Such is the management of DTDC. I advice all to refrain from such pathetic company.

11 days over and yet not delivered a valuable courier which was sent from delhi ( netaji subash place, near max hospital) to kerala on 16/02 /2017.. Went to this courier office 2-3 times.. They only have a word that "we are sending lots of courier from here and we dont care for a special courier".. So where gone the customer value.. Now recently i got an information that my courier was dumbed in somewere parcel office in kerala and they dont know much about it. Worst service.

My Courier package consignment number D32330318 carrying plastic item was returned to me after 25 days in transit. The package was sent by me to my home which did'nt even reach my home and returned to me after completely crushing it. The not so delicate plastic items were crushed under heavy load. I was charged 270 INR and now I am not refunded anything for this loss.

I have couriered one delicate show piece (made up of silver and glass)using dtdc courlier service having cn no. K93168683 from Kiit square, bhubaneswar, Odisha branch.
As adviced by the courier person, i paid extra 530 rs for proper packaging and delivery of the item. It was a wedding gift for one of my friend.But after delivery of the product, my friend found that the gift was in completely broken condition.

Please note that the gift cost was approx 3000 rs and i paid extra 530 rs for packaging to the courier person.

But its really shame and sad to say that the courier was not as per the expection for which i have to embarrassed before my friend.I would say this is the worst kind of service i experienced from DTDC.

I would request the team to look into their service and refund me my money which was wasted due to thier bad service.

We have sent a Packet to Mahatma Gandhi, CLP Jhajjar Power Limited, Near Jharli, Khanpur, Tehsil-Matenhail, Jhajjar, Haryana, PIN 124142; on 18.02.2017 (CN No. Z[protected], which is still roaming at Rohtak since last few days. It has not delivered to the destination.
It is an important packet related to payment. We have called at Rohtak at Phone No.[protected], could not get any satisfactory reply.
We would like to get the packet delivered at destination immediately, else we seek onother option to get the time delay & damages recovery.

I don't prefer sending parcels through DTDC because of 3 really bad experiences in past. This 3rd time I was again forced to go with DTDC as there was no other option again. And the result is after 5 days .After my putting request they found my packet. Packet was at designation .But no delivery attempt in 5 days.

one more issue I had booked fast service on 27/02/2017.fast service is delivered within 2 days. But I am trying to check the status.it is showing no data available.

Customer Service is really bad. They don't care about your problem. Disrespectful and Bad mannered staff. What is the use of having branches all over India when you can not provide service. I will call it worst of all courier services.

I had sent one parcel through DTDC Courier vide AWB No. F10186606 on 04th feb, 2017 at Srinagar Kashmir. I had clearly written mobile no. of consignee on address. DTDC Chamrajpet, Bangalore did not contacted the consignee. When I called consignee, he visited DTDC office at Bangalore to collect the packet. But he was told that the said packet has been sent for delivery. Unfortunately, the courier boy did not delivered the parcel. The parcell was returned from bagalore, and is struck at Delhi hub from last one week. I contacted DTDC Customercare several times, but in vain. DTDC is a fraudulent company looting the customers who fall pray to their scam.

On Feb 16th 2017 from your Yamlur branch i have couriered 3 big boxes which costed me 7000 INR, i was informed that it will be delivered on Monday Feb 20, 2017 however it was not delivered which was accepted, late delivery do happen. however DTDC ppl delivered on feb 24th 2017 and when we open, lots of things were broken.

i have specifically informed that there is a Microwave so handle with care.
however Microwave was clearly damaged which looks like someone dropped the box from height and lots of other stuffs are broken which is unacceptable .

attached are the pictures and i would need some action on the same.

I have couriered a box of shoes on 18th january through dtdc person- Mr. Kamal from my company and also paid the courier charges.

It had to go to nagrota, kangra(HP).
Tracking history shows that its been delivered. But it has not yet delivered on the required destination.

Inspite of calling to dtdc hub, ambala and other franchisee.All the concerned authority are playing blame game and telling different stories.
I ahve been chasing for the last 1 month now still my courier has not been delivered.
Tracking status shows successfully delivered but still concerned people are not telling the receiver's name and address.

This is a carelessness of the company in not delivering the expensive courier and not responding back inspite of complaining.

I couriered 5 photo frames from Nashik to Panvel through DTDC courier Satpoor branch Nashik on 11/02/2017.
DTDC client ensured me safe packing, handling and shipping while taking consignment. But the 2 of 5 frames were badly damaged when those were received by client.
I was charged 800 INR for the shipment of 5-6 KG approx including packing.
I asked the explanation from DTDC representative but he is avoiding to speak about.

My AWB no is Z18324931 . It is showing that my shoes are successful delivered.. BUt i haven't got my shoes yet.. Then how come it can show that it is delivered.. Please check through it as soon as possible. It is showing that someone has signed and taken the delivery.. But no one has done so.. You might have delivered that good in some other address.

Dear Team,

We sent one courier from your E 28, Hauz khas office from which we have a corporate tie up for courier service. Since yesterday your site is showing as delivered successfully but the parcel has yet not reached the destination.

Nobody is helping for the same. If we have to do follow ups for every courier sent, then its difficult to work with DTDC as there are number of courier service providers in the market.

Urgent Action required else we will wind up all the tie ups in all ICICI bank branches.

Dear sir / madam,

We are facing problem in getting samples through dtdc. Also it is requested to please use any other courier company rather than dtdc because their services are very poor, till today we did not get the signed counter samples.

I am in regular contact with them and it is very difficult to contact them immediately after trying so many times they are picking up the phone calls and after receiving call they are telling that they will let us know after some time

In-spite of providing the tracking number to them.

This is absolutely ridiculous.
Your early action in this regard shall be highly appreciable.

Consignment reach at Destination on 13 th Feb but it is undelivered due receiver Busy, When receiver call back Dtdc Employee behave rudely and Even not tell from where consignment Arrive. and not ready to reattempt the delivery thats why receiver denied delivery. when receiver denied delivery after 10 Days even consignment not Reached back. Because of this i had heavy loss of time and money also i harassed mentally.

Case: Non delivery of registered mail and zero response from customer care. Desired resolution: Request of fund

Background info: I am a foreign national from Germany who traveled in India in January 2017. I lost/forgot my national identity card in a Mumbai hotel in January 2017. The hotel concated me and I decided to have the document delivered to my home address by registered mail. The hotel used DTDC services and sent me the copy of the delivery slip. The whole service did cost me 3000 rupies.
Problem: The letter/parcel was submitted by the hotel to DTDC on January, 16th, 2017. Until today, the letter has not been delivered to my home address in Germany. The DTDC tracking system is showing a rerouting of the letter for two weeks within various Mumbai DTDC facilites. The display of the tracking system ends January, 24, 2017 with the sentence "returned to sending station". (The hotel has not received back the letter ). I have registered a "case" with DTDC by email addressed to their customer service online on January, 25th. I received an automatic reply from DTDC with a case number (Case number[protected]. Since then, I have never heard from them again. I tried to contact them by email, using their alternative enquiry/feedback email-address = no reponse. I called their Mumbai branch several times = nobody ever picked up. I tried to contact them through their live chat function = dysfunctional/nobody responded.

As I had to legally cancel my national identy card by now due to unclearity of its whereabouts, I am interested by now in a refund of the 3000 rupies for a non-existing service. Unfortunately, I have to say based on my experiences up to now that DTDC comes across as highly fraud and utterly unprofessional.

The recipient says they didnt receive the product.

Regarding this, I have called your cx care numbers & emails.
But no response at all.

The product was a nova trimmer.

On seeing the add, I contacted the seller mr. Rahul Roy .
He said he is in need of money as his uncle is admitted and hence selling his phone. Presently, he is at Calcutta with his uncle.
He told me to transfer 50% of the amount.
I transfered the amount once he shared the courier details. The phone was dispatched the same from kolkata through dtdc courier services, kolkata on dt.-21.02.2017 wide docket no.- V10125342.
Mr. Rahul Roy told me that he has given phone to DTDC courier and they will dispatch the phone on urgent delivery basis along with its insurance. The courier charges of Rs. 1, 270/- to DTDC for special courier.
After the courier was handed over, I even spoke with the DTDC Courier guy if had received the courier. The DTDC Person's mob no shared was [protected]
But the courier is not traceable now.
I have already transferred the amount of Rs. 11, 250/- via IDBI bank account details mentioned below.
