I have booked a letter from Azadpur Delhi to subroto Park Delhi vide AWB no. 17901056 dt 21 Feb 17. Item was undelivered on 23 Feb 17 due to security not permitted. The letter is not returned to me till date in spite of many requests from dtdc Azadpur booking office from which I sent the letter . The behavior of booking staff at dtdc Azadpur office is rude and abusive. Letter contains important documents. Kindly take appropriate action and intimate. My undelivered letter may please be returned to me.

i had booked courier from DTDC from jodhpur to Gurgoan but on 4th march 2017 courier was delivered to wrong to address but no one was there to lissen my query on 5th march 2017 not even single executive.On 6th march 2017 i had visited the franchise office but they r rude to me.They r not not interested in listening my query.We trusted and send our deligated document through your courier.
Such mistake is not bearable.
Now I cant trust to DTDC any more.

We received the consignment "D30939827" on 28/02/2017 at 4:00PM at House no: 66, Pratham Vatika Bulnglows, Bopal, Ahmedabad-380058.

When we opened the box, we found that some of the items were missing from this box. The missing items are
1. Two sweet boxes
2. Cashew nuts packet.

We have booked a consignment from Delhi to Lucknow on 03rd Mar 2017.
The shipment has not received till the date. I was told this packet will received by next day evening. I do not understand why you people committed wrong to me. I have already told its an urgent courier. On your tracking website is still showing they have received this consignment by 06th Mar 2017. Why you people are so irresponsible. There is no use to send the courier by Plus service. Booking a courier from DTDC was the biggest mistake of mine.

I am very sorry to say that if you are doing your JOB like this. You will gonna loose the every customer day by day.

The courier service has been always good for me but. Few days ago i bought something from honkong and, the courier people were so rude to me because i refused to show my identity. And i didn't do so because i can easily confirm my purchase at ebay by their verification, they were too rude and they said "we won't deliver do whatever you want". First of all the delivery guy provoked me he said if he is not gonna deliver again i have to go to their office and collect it.. But i have also for extra $ for the shipping. Plus he was doing an argument that he needs an id proof i said him to deliver the other day so i could keep my documents ready but he said if he is not gonna deliver again since its a very hard work for him.. And the courier people were yelling at me and telling me that they won't deliver my product.. I want some immediate action please? And yes i want my product anyhow.

The consignment Number B40960823 addressed to Palayampatti, Aruppukottai, Has been sent from Bangalore at dated Thu, 23rd Feb'17|21:37 hr.

The person who used to deliver the consignment at aruppukottai called my dad and he told my dad to come and pickup, as my dad told he just now came from that location he told he will be delivered by evening but not delivered.

And today When my dad reached there he got a message like the consignment was returned due to there is no such address.

What is happening with you people, I paid the Amount to deliver to the proper address not to come and pickup. and before i book the consignment i double checked with your employees whether there is service to that area or not.

Now if my Consignment is not delivered by Tomorrow, You are going to face a legal action from my side and i will surely sue the people who booked my consignment.

I will lodge a police complaint and will take this to media if the consignment is not delivered.

I sent courier to "56 the mall w5 3ta londom uk" but dtdc india delivered courier to "richmond bc canada". I have orally requested them many times but all in vain after that i wrote mail to them in spite of this they did not revert to me. Now dtdc campany are saying that they updated wrong on internet and person refused to get the courier which they are misrepresenting to me.

Dtdc company totally fraud company in india. They deals only on domestic level. At international level dtdc company have not any its own platform or network. My courier tracking reference n 97431356. Still now status showed wrong delivery address.

I send a courier on 24/12/2016 vide Ack. n. Z12317079 but till date my consignment has not been delivered. I have visited 3-4 times to know the status of consignment but he always made lame excuses saying that the server is down. Futher I made a visit on 01.03.2017 and than he said that time limit to trace is within 60 days from the date of delivery of consignment and therfore he did not provide any help regarding the same.
I have been visiting the office regularly, therefore you are kindly requested to look into the matter asap otherwise we have to take this matter in Consumer Forum.

It is very easy to charge Rs 870 for the courier charges and then drop it in the dustbin. I warned you to pay me the cost of books+ courier charges immediately. I am giving you 2 days time else charges of lawyer who will file suit in consumer court +Inconvenience charges will also be added and you persons have to bear the consequences. Today when delivery person called me regarding the delivery he told me he cant come to my address because his bag is too heavy to carry in lift.
as my shipment took this long to reach me so i went to him for the pickup.I had to take a break from my office to go to him.
When I reach him he is already talking to someone on his cell phone.
I asked him to give me my package.
He replayed rudely.
I also check his back it was jut few kilos and he told me it has 70 -80 kg of weight.
I told him I am loosing my working hours in office please do it fast but he is not listening to me at all.
So I took the package and went to my office and I told him when you get free come to my office and take my signature.
then he started shouting and starts abusing.

and he never came to me for the signature.

Now I am asking
Is this kind of behavior is acceptable?

Dtdc took money from me for my order from delhi to ahmedabad and then didn't contacted me. When I called them then they told me that they cannot deliver to the said address and asked the new address. I mailed them 4 times and they did not responded. I again called them then they just listen my complaint and cut my phone. When I asked them to allow me to talk to their higher authority then they refused and again asked me to mail the new address. This is definitely violation of basic rights of a common man of india and needs to be solved

I sent some of my important documents through DTDC. The status says its recieved. But its not deliverred in my address. Even after taking unlimited follow ups there was no update. When I went by my self to the nearest DTDC office.
They denied that they have any documents with the reference.
After showing them all the evidence of the tracking history they agreed to cross check in the office, Guess what!! the document was found lying in the corner of their office.

One Parcel Booked from DTDC, Tribeni (Hooghly) to Siemens Ltd, Thane-400708 Vide Consignment No.D30590982 on 8th February 2017 But the Parcel returned back from DTDC Mumbai on 2nd March 2017 to Tribeni without delivery to the concerned party. No communication made through phone from DTDC to the sender before returning the package.

My suit was v costly and if thia kind of thibgs will happen v cannot trust these services any more kindly look into the matter and refund me with the damage charges

A courier was booked on 23 Feb 2017 from Kolkata to Bangalore . The reference no. is K94430425. Till date ie 01 Mar 2017 1835hrs, the courier has not delivered, However problem is not here. We tried calling all related people of DTDC since morning but no one responded except one lady. The complete details are as under

a[protected] : HEAD OFFICE. A lady called Swati picked up phone and asked us to call the branch number[protected].

b[protected] : Since morning more than 500 calls given on this number. but number kept coming emgaged. SURELY THE HANDSET HAS BEEN INTENTIONALLY TAKEN AND KEPT OPEN.

c) We again contacted the HEAD OFFICE and agian spoke to Swati. She gave another number [protected] Mr Mahadev, Branch Person. He was given atleast 300 calls . RING WAS GOING BUT HE DIDN'T PICK UP BETWEEN 1300 HRS TO 1830HRS. . But in between one odd call was found engaged that means HE DELIBERATELY DIDN'T PICK UP CALL. EVEN SMS WAS NOT REPLIED

d) We NOW contacted HEAD MR TULSI RAM, MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. THIS GUY COOLLY SWITCHED OFF HIS MOBILE. WHAT A BOSS

e) FED UP SINCE MORNING, WE GOT ANOTHER number Mr Ramesh, mobile [protected], He was found out of station.

I WITH THIS MAIL PUT ALL OF YOU ON NOTICE, THAT IF THIS COURIER GETS RETURNED, PLEASE BE REST ASSURED THAT I WILL WITH ALL ABOVE EVIDENCE WILL NOT HESITATE EVEN ONCE TO GO TO APPROPRIATE FORUM AND SEEK RELIEF APART FROM PUTTING IT IN SOCIAL, PRINT AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA.

A Courier was booked on 21 Jan 2017 from Bathinda to Yashwantpur Bangalore. The consignment was required to reach well before 31 Jan 2017 to be worn on a special wedding occassion.

Strangly on 27 Jan 2017, while tracking the courier, we saw that the courier was actually shipped only on 25 Jan 2017 and not on the day of our booking. With all available numbers and frantically calling people at Bathinda and Bangalore, the courier was delivered on last day ie 31 Jan 2017. I raised complaint with DTDC on their email [protected]@dtdc.com, for serious investigation. Till date they have not responded.

Such is the management of DTDC. I advice all to refrain from such pathetic company.

11 days over and yet not delivered a valuable courier which was sent from delhi ( netaji subash place, near max hospital) to kerala on 16/02 /2017.. Went to this courier office 2-3 times.. They only have a word that "we are sending lots of courier from here and we dont care for a special courier".. So where gone the customer value.. Now recently i got an information that my courier was dumbed in somewere parcel office in kerala and they dont know much about it. Worst service.
