Sir,
consignment no. D29565548 was booked from Mittal at Ambabari Jaipur. It could not be found on
tracking from date of booking and and not delivered yet. Though it was booked for air courier and I
have paid Rs 870/ . The package contains books worth Rs 4000/ only.
Please intimate me urgently about whereabouts of the books?

I have tried my best to avoid litigation but your employees appear irresponsible. I contacted mr
Upendra who assured me for payment of courier charges + lost book cost. Mr upendra left the issue for
your courier agent who in tern asked me to come every third day at his shop for further development..
Now, I have no option but to take legal action against you.

THE PACKAGE CONTAINED 4 no. books costing about RS 4000/ only
It must be resolved immediately.

With reference to case number 02818997, I am to inform you that I opted your air courier to get the book delivered within 3 days as assured by the local agent. As you have failed and my books get lost in transit, you have to compensate for the cost of books (About Rs 4000) and your courier charges amounting to Rs 870 totaling to Rs 4870 and compensation amount. I will move the matter to consumer court if not resolved within 7 days. I will also send the matter to times of india and Rajasthan Patrika and Dainik Bhaskar.

Sir,
It is very easy to charge Rs 870 for the courier charges and then drop it in the dustbin. I warned you to pay me the cost of books+ courier charges immediately. I am giving you 2 days time else charges of lawyer who will file suit in consumer court +Inconvenience charges will also be added and you persons have to bear the consequences. Definately I have the original voucher the scanned copy of which will be submitted to consumer court in time. For what you are asking it? What is the use except trying to keep me busy unnecessarily? I have already provided you consignment no. which is enough for you. Rest you may ask from Mittal at Ambabari your local agent.
