Hello,

My name is Vivekananda Gopal and I live in Military road, Marol, Andheri east.

On Sunday 12thFeb, I had dispatched 2 parcels [V33622319, V33622320] to New Delhi through your Sunday package from your DTDC centre at Military road. I repeatedly confirmed with the executive Mr. Sukhveer Singh Choudhary, whether the parcel will reach Delhi on 13th Feb during working hours or not. On which I was assured that the delivery will happen on 13th Feb by afternoon. He also charged me with a Sunday express fee of Rs. 1300/

The tracking showed me that the parcels were delivered on 14th Feb, instead of 13th. But the executive kept on insisting that the parcel must have been delivered on the 13th and that the tracking systems are not reliable.

This was a very important parcel to me, that had to be delivered to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights [NCPCR] on 13th Feb.

Please give your feedback on the same.

The above is my booking reference number. It was booked from Mumbai on 7th Feb. 2017. When I checked online tracking it is returned back. The courier person didn't come to my residence address before he returned it.. My contact number is on international roaming as I have come abroad on an official trip. Kindly check and get back me the parcel immediately.

I want to submit a complaint for customer care representative neelima at NY location. Such a rude person when she has to solve a issue. Without addressing the need threatening to keep the money as charity and teaching the customers about how they should be qualified when I was passing her the message of third party(ups) involved in sending the claim for lost package and their message for rest of the claim coverage responsibility of dtdc. Instead of finding any detail was in rush to cut the call in rudest way. Worst client service I had ever. Such a waste of money and time.

Dear sir This my courier no V34050225 my frd put the courier to Chennai branch Feb 18(Chennai to Dindigul) at present ididno't recive my courier i ask to chennai branch he say courier bag was missing sir inside 30 Courier Still please wait some day he answer. i am so sad i didn't see this worst service in my life .Viewers please don't put your couriers in DTDC

It's very very unfortunate to say that your current service is very much unsatisfactory and unprofessional to the customer. Your service is far from promise.
I have to courier very important documents by your prestigious courier service from Kolkata dtdc Centre to Bolpur, West Bengal and they assured to delever the next day and therefore suggest me for dtdc blue service with higher charge.
But they have failed to do so and they are also not cooperating.
So it's my urgent request to take necessary steps to deliver my courier as soon as possible.

We had booked consignment to MSRTC Amravati by following consignment No., but we are informing you that till following consignment no. is not delivered.

As per our search by L. R. No. / Consignment No. through your online service, Consignment has been delivered as on 05.10.2016 and receiver name is Mr. Nagesh.
But there is no one in the MSRTC Amravati office known by the name Mr. Nagesh.

We are trying to sort out from one & half month ago by your branch Amravati, Maharashtra, Mrs. Sarika Madam[protected] & Mr. Vaibhav Sir ([protected]).
But till we didn't getting any conformation or detail related receipt.

The whole means we are losing here our complete invoice,

Complain against - bimal saha courier & cargo service
A franchisee of dtdc courier

We, saraswati print factory pvt. Ltd. Delivery items through m/s bimal saha courier & cargo service. After delivery, courier service company refused to handover us original pod before bill clearance. 1 week after receiving of payment, they providing us few scan copy pod and rest till remains with them, which is not acceptable.
Hope action will be taken against them and we will get our original pod soon.

Hi team,

a packet was delivered by Mr. Sanjay Bajaj with the ref# D32905390 to Praveen Nasa. Keeping Jean, shirt and wrist watch on 17/02/2017 from delhi region. however when the packet reached the delivery address in gannaur. we found that wrist watch is missing.

This is ridiculous that your own employees are doing such bad activities. the wrist watch's price was 15000. Mr. Bajaj sent the gift to his relative.

If I don't get any revert within 24 working hours I will sue against your company. will raise a complaint in consumer court and city court.

I have sent a parcel of Mobile Phone through DTDC Shilpa Park, Kondapur on 11th Feb. The parcel got booked on 13 Feb, Till 17 Feb it is showing as in Transit, But after 17 Feb, till now it is showing as 'Received at Facility- Gorakhpur'. but it is not going forward. So I contacted DTDC Shilpa Park, Kondapur but they didn't give me any detail then I contacted DTDC Gorakhpur, They Said they didn't receive any package with that tracking Number. I am providing all the detailed documents.

Then on my own i went to dtdc company in srinagar but according to them they hvnt received that parcel here due to turmoil and according t them that parcel wz sent back to company
But i wz in contact with company and i m in contact with them

Tracking no 17928389 a product of ebay online shopping on date 4-02-17 i refused this product from my near branch baramulla and the srinagar branch peoples update it as deliverd the product when ever i contact them they didnt help me please ebay will refund me my money when dtdc gonna update that this product this not dleiverd please tell your branch manager to update there this product is not deliverd please help me

My tracking no. is V34298571. My courier was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, 18/2/2017 via dtdc plus. It is still undelivered on 20/2/2017 after many calls asking for the status of my package. I have been calling in the Magarpatta office, PUNE since morning. The delivery guy is extremely rude and unprofessional and used profanity while communicating after continuously trying to contact him. True caller shows his name as ABHIJEET PISE and his contact number is [protected]. I would request you to hire staff that atleast has the ability and the decency to communicate politely. I was charged according to the 'dtdc plus service' but it appears dtdc is not capable of providing such a service. Kindly communicate the current status of my package and deal with your above mentioned staff so you don't lose customers.

On 09.02.17 i have sent a consignment to tc 76/456, mulakkampilly house, anayara po, anra-58, trivandrum 29, kerala via tracking number b 39536464 from dtdc courier service, near fish market, belgaum. Through online tracking, i came to know that it was received back to the hub without delivering at the customer premises.

My complaints are as follows

I) dtdc, belgaum, didnt delivered the service at all

Ii) a total time delay of 11 days has happened. Eventhough phone number o[censored]ndersigned was mentioned on the address, no attempt was made from dtdc to inform the customer. Myself was applying for ksfe application form, and a financial implication of rs 10, 000 happened due to that. I want the compensation from the compant
Iii) staff at dtdc, fish market, belgaum mis-behaved today around 7pm, when i went to enquire about the same, citing that address was incomplete. Please note that i have sent the courier from this agency only, but noone while taking the courier has mentioned about the same, they simply took it and gave receipt
Iv) complaint form (Hard copy) was not at all available at the office. They gave the lame excuse that such facility is not available, they were also not willing to accept the written complaint which i gave in paper, and instead told to write in a book, which have no serial wise numbering of complaints

I have sent courier with tracking no.Z09219843 from head branch of DTDC located at Civil Lines Allahabad (U.P.) on 25.01.2017 to Bareilly (U.P.) but the same was never shipped at Bareilly. I have tried contacting Allahabad branch but the attitude of Mr.Dubey is very unsupported and non-cooperating. No one picks the no. provided for the branch and even if it is pick up the staff makes excuses intead of finding/tracking the package.

Of all the big and small courier services available in Allahabad, this has been my worst experience of service. Such a big company with such disgusting service is a real shame.

Hi,
I have been contacting the DTDC Kolathur branch on numerous occassions to track my consignment which i have not received till date.it was booked on 8th February from Coimbatore by seller "Just Grow" and the DTDC tracker shows that it was delivered to some security gaurd named Sampath in the building.On enquiring he has completely denied having received it.So i contacted the DTDC office for the DRS copy but the DRS copy only has the security gaurds name but does not have his signature or his contact number.The contact number mentioned there belongs to me.This clearly confirms the the delivery boy knew our security gaurds name and has forged his details however did not have his contact number so he has written down my number which is already available with them.Hence i need this to ve investigated and my consignment to be tracked and delivered asap as i have already paid for this consignment to the sender.

I have verified the tracking status and found that the package is last dropped at ludiyana from jalandhar. Thereafter the tracking status is not updated.
I've contacted Amazon customer service they said that have contacted seller after 3 days the got mail from seller saying that due heavy weight the delivery has been delivered.

I am very upset with dtdt service in chapra (Pin 841301). I had sent one important document by cn no k93686010 dated 6/2/17 from agartala. Which was expected to receive on 10/2/17. But the courier service had delivered it on 13/2/17 to some one else. After so much complaint they told that it was a mistake and then they told to receive it from their office on 18/3/17. They told they will not deliver it to my home although it was their mistake that they delivered wrongly. Is this your service and ethics to talk to a senior citizen?. And also my time was wasted. Is this your insured service??

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing today to complain of the poor service DTDC.
My retailer has already booked and sent my package V35227138 from Bilaspur on 15th February along with all the necessary confirmation. After checking at the local DTDC Munirka office today, they said that it was still at Bilaspur and still pending. It has been already 4 days and the package is still in transit and has still not left Bilaspur. Please kindly resolve this issue.
