I had couriered 2packets with docket No. Z17921940 to Roorkee from Ambala as it was a urgent packet and already shared with your delaer, I given this packets to your authorized dealer at Sarafa Bazaar, Ambala City, his name is Mr Pankaj sharma who has taken the courier.
Now as per my telephonic discussion, i came to know the courier was in lucknow and cant able to deliver in next 3days even now tell me where i be wrong and i been the part of pathetic service from DTDC. I am never gonna use this service again and even not evn recomend it.
I be very sorry for using this service. But as DTDC has a renowned name but the service is really poor.

My self Vinita Choudhary and I live in Ranchi Jharkhand, Just now i have received a call from DTDC local (Lahkothi, ranchi ) vendor (Phn no. - [protected] ), as i am a working girl so i was buzy in meeting hence i couldn't attend his call but, immediately i called him back and that person talked very rudely that why i didn't received his call started shouting at me, as this is completely unacceptable behavior, and also without my confirmation he return back courier as the same confirmed by him and disconnected the call.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and i expect your reply as soon as possible.For any further communication please send me mail as mentioned below.

I sent a letter from Bangalore for delivery at 33 Gopal street T nagar on 3rd Feb but it is not received by the addressee so far.

Its already one week i have submitted my documents for delivery. Is this the service you do for your customers. Why the hell you people are charging 90 bucks for this delivery and taking one week for delivering. If i call to the anantapur branch office even they are not responding properly. Its better to believe in post office services instead of these * services.

We send medical bill cover by dtdc post as on 10/01/2017 to bangoluru add but my caver will not reach that place and not return to me till now please gave me explanation to this complaint i gave the complaint local markapur dtdc courier but they didn't responded to me .Please return to me

I havnt recived my courier from 10 days.I had tracked it, found that it had recieved in bowenpally, secunderabad on 1st jan .I haf tried to contact agent of bowenpally, but he had not recieved my phone .Even coustomer care had not responded.courier was inportant and urgent to me.Very poor service dtdc

Document booked from cochin to Tirupur T. N - distance if 240kms. Docket number R 25144261 on the 9th Feb 2017. Tracking status shows in transit till today. It's already been 5 days since the document has been dispatched.

Local dtdc office reply is that we will check and call back everytime. Very bad service and poor response system.

Please look into the matter and arrange to get the document delivered ASAP.

H59322330 is my courier tracking number, it's been showing that courier has arrived on 7th February but still i didn't received it. I'm trying to contact the dealer but his phone is unavailable.

it's my exam materials if you get delay in sending, it will be problematic for me.

I ordered through Archie's to Hyderabad madinaguda on 9th Feb 2017. On 13 th when I checked dtdc tracking, it is showing status successfully delivered, but I didn't received the courier, tracking no is X19345395.kindly Check & deliver it successfully. It's a valentine's gift for my husband. It is showing status successfully delivered even though it is not, please check it once and kindly do the needful. Even receiver address is not showing correct. Receiver address is flat no 206, Sree Sree towers, Sreekar hospitals backside, mythrinagar, madinaguda, Hyderabad-500050

I booked my parcel with dtdc on 7th Feb for ponda Goa(403401).it was my father birthday gift so wanted it to reach on or before 10th Feb but dtdc is so shameless from 10th Feb it is panjim set out for delivery.from panjim it only takes 40 mins to reach my address which 40 mins dtdtc people were not be able to travel till today.And to inquire more i called at ponda office they gave me [protected] this number this delivery guy is hopeless he picks the call and says its been delivered on 10th Feb it self and doesn't bother to understand my problem and after that he will ask the address and just cut the phone, u call him n number of times he wont pick .
very poor service and highly irritating n nonsense staff members
Thank-you dtdc for spoiling my father gift
Will never be using dtdc for anything in future.

we are regularly follow up with the local service provider, even all kind of detail we have already gave him but no satisfactory answer we get.

I, Deepak Kumar Choudhary have received a packet of courier (Consignment No. K[protected] in my address Delhi which was send by my brother Pankaj Kumar Choudhary from kahalgaon (Bihar) through your courier service. My brother was kept Rs. 6, 500 (1000x1, 500x11 Old currency) in the above packet. But when i opened the above packet the said amount Rs. 6, 500/- was not in the packet, that means the said amount has been stolen some one of your courier service.
Therefore, i have requested to find the said currency and send me as mentioned address or call me on [protected].

Dear sir,
K93490819 consignment number was booked from Patna . The consigment never reached . When contacted on [protected] DTDC patna office incharge he never replied correctly . He said it was stolen . Our consigment was valued INR 28500.
very rude and unprofessional . We contacted patna office in charge Mr. Karunesh but he never responded positively. He simply said it was stolen . but how and when he did not answer .
This has damaged our reputation apart from loss.He further said that dtdc is not liable for loss of consignment . Do whatever u want .

this guy named karunesh from patna never respond to call as i have called 100 times but he didnt bother to pick up even a single time my consigment was received from mumbai for patna almost 20 days have past and no response from their side who is responsible for such delays and loss incur to me.

I had ordered some item ebay on 03.02.17. And the item had been dispatched through DTDC courier and was about to be delivered on 06.02.17 and I recieved a call from DTDC delivery boy in the afternoon as I was not at the address I asked him to deliver it after 5pm in the evening or on Saturday. But when I checked the the status it shows it had been delivered at 3.15pm. I was not at home at that time as I was in office. I would like to know to whom it was delivered. Airway bill no is X20382704.

DTDC courier service have taken out one article from delivery packet without informing the customer about this and at the time of weight they even have not told about any problem relating the article.When the product was delivered the article was missing.I want my article back and money which they have taken for the weight of that article.And after I have called them for explanation they have not given any answer and they have stopped attending the call.There was very bad response from there side.

I ama ARUN KUMAR i was courier a bag on date of 16 jan 2017 from Nasik to Shadnagar 509216. CN NO. P40053646. At the time of courier my bag, i was ask to your staff, how many days the courier will take time to reach that address. They are said it will take 2-3 days.
But now it is 4th week. Till now i dind't my courier. Thats important to me.
Why you company is playing with me, i call to Nasak branch but they are not approchaing my calls.

Whet ever it is if i did't get my courier till today evening, then i will diffently aproach the COURT.
I mentally & Heartly hearted by your service.

DTDC branch at cathedral road is delaying uncondtionally to reach me with parcel with AWB Z15037200. The following parcel from ebay from Delhi reached chennai in 1 day but it is getting delayed in Cathedral brach of DTDC unconditionally though it had reached there before 2 days. No one is responding my calls and they are rude once they connect. They are unable to update the status though it had reached near my location long back when I see online. Please help me to get it today. I had waited long and had been humiliated enough by DTDC employees.

They have my product for 5 days with no action. They are not picking up my call mostly and are rude. I have sms from ebaby that it will be delievered by 9 to 10 feb. Now u cannot postpone the date. Very bad ebay. you should make just one call to the right person in DTDC and have it delivered in 10 mins. I will close my ebay accunt if they don't take action.

Our one parcel was booked by DTDC from Bangalore to Nashik (Maharashtra) The tracking site shows material has been delivered where as it has not been delivered and DTDC Delivery person says it is been sent to head office and at head office there is no trace of the material.
we are not able to understand where this material is, Please Provide the delivery received copy so that we can come to some conclusion its more then 15 Days we are trying to trace it.

My courier was delivered from Q.No. 44, Sec 3/C, Bokaro, Jharkhand on 7th Feb, 2017, reference no: K93479715, to be delivered at K19/15, Gali no: 14, Paschimi Gonda, New Delhi(PIN:110053). When I tracked my courier today, "MIS route" was written in the delivery status. The courier content is very important. What kind of a courier service is it! Its not the first time I am suffering because of the default in delivery of your service. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and deliver it to the correct address.

E. 560087 (Varthur, bangalore) to 560078 (Jp nagar, bangalore) on 6th feb 2016. Immediately i got a auto generated mail from them for receiving the complaint with case number 05650091. Then after i keep writing mails to them for status update but i got no response from them. I even called customer care for the same, there too i got nothing but disappointment.

Your team members didn't make a call to me and no one come to my home to deliver the courier no C72541002. If I check the status of the parcel through tracking system online, the status is "Receiver Shifted"

How can you update the false status without contacting the person and attempting to deliver at home?

AWB: Z15986615. From TARN TARAN to JALANDHAR

I parceled some important item from Tarn Taran to Jalandhar which needed to be then carried to Canada by the receiver of the courier.
Unfortunately, due to lack of professionalism in this courier service, they did not deliver on time and even after 8 days, it is still not delivered and is lying at Jalandhar facility since the last 5 days. Now the person who will be carrying this item to Canada has boarded his flight.
This is what the disappointment I got after trusting and paying this courier service. Hence, the courier company needs to pay compensation for this.
