I, Deepak Kumar Choudhary have received a packet of courier (Consignment No. K[protected] in my address Delhi which was send by my brother Pankaj Kumar Choudhary from kahalgaon (Bihar) through your courier service. My brother was kept Rs. 6, 500 (1000x1, 500x11 Old currency) in the above packet. But when i opened the above packet the said amount Rs. 6, 500/- was not in the packet, that means the said amount has been stolen some one of your courier service.
Therefore, i have requested to find the said currency and send me as mentioned address or call me on [protected].

K93490819 consignment number was booked from Patna . The consigment never reached . When contacted on [protected] DTDC patna office incharge he never replied correctly . He said it was stolen . Our consigment was valued INR 28500.
very rude and unprofessional . We contacted patna office in charge Mr. Karunesh but he never responded positively. He simply said it was stolen . but how and when he did not answer .
This has damaged our reputation apart from loss.He further said that dtdc is not liable for loss of consignment . Do whatever u want .

I had ordered some item ebay on 03.02.17. And the item had been dispatched through DTDC courier and was about to be delivered on 06.02.17 and I recieved a call from DTDC delivery boy in the afternoon as I was not at the address I asked him to deliver it after 5pm in the evening or on Saturday. But when I checked the the status it shows it had been delivered at 3.15pm. I was not at home at that time as I was in office. I would like to know to whom it was delivered. Airway bill no is X20382704.

DTDC courier service have taken out one article from delivery packet without informing the customer about this and at the time of weight they even have not told about any problem relating the article.When the product was delivered the article was missing.I want my article back and money which they have taken for the weight of that article.And after I have called them for explanation they have not given any answer and they have stopped attending the call.There was very bad response from there side.

I ama ARUN KUMAR i was courier a bag on date of 16 jan 2017 from Nasik to Shadnagar 509216. CN NO. P40053646. At the time of courier my bag, i was ask to your staff, how many days the courier will take time to reach that address. They are said it will take 2-3 days.
But now it is 4th week. Till now i dind't my courier. Thats important to me.
Why you company is playing with me, i call to Nasak branch but they are not approchaing my calls.

Whet ever it is if i did't get my courier till today evening, then i will diffently aproach the COURT.
I mentally & Heartly hearted by your service.

DTDC branch at cathedral road is delaying uncondtionally to reach me with parcel with AWB Z15037200. The following parcel from ebay from Delhi reached chennai in 1 day but it is getting delayed in Cathedral brach of DTDC unconditionally though it had reached there before 2 days. No one is responding my calls and they are rude once they connect. They are unable to update the status though it had reached near my location long back when I see online. Please help me to get it today. I had waited long and had been humiliated enough by DTDC employees.

Our one parcel was booked by DTDC from Bangalore to Nashik (Maharashtra) The tracking site shows material has been delivered where as it has not been delivered and DTDC Delivery person says it is been sent to head office and at head office there is no trace of the material.
we are not able to understand where this material is, Please Provide the delivery received copy so that we can come to some conclusion its more then 15 Days we are trying to trace it.

My courier was delivered from Q.No. 44, Sec 3/C, Bokaro, Jharkhand on 7th Feb, 2017, reference no: K93479715, to be delivered at K19/15, Gali no: 14, Paschimi Gonda, New Delhi(PIN:110053). When I tracked my courier today, "MIS route" was written in the delivery status. The courier content is very important. What kind of a courier service is it! Its not the first time I am suffering because of the default in delivery of your service. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and deliver it to the correct address.

I would like to register a complaint against dtdc courier for not delivering my parcel yet. I have raised a request to dtdc for pincode change i. E. 560087 (Varthur, bangalore) to 560078 (Jp nagar, bangalore) on 6th feb 2016. Immediately i got a auto generated mail from them for receiving the complaint with case number 05650091. Then after i keep writing mails to them for status update but i got no response from them. I even called customer care for the same, there too i got nothing but disappointment.

Please do the needful to get my parcel asap.

not received the delivery till the time and nobody picking the phone yours Both branch. So kindly do the Needful to get the delivery of the consignment quickly, and take the action against those branches who are not responding the customers call. Hope u will call back and will give the status of delivery.

Your team members didn't make a call to me and no one come to my home to deliver the courier no C72541002. If I check the status of the parcel through tracking system online, the status is "Receiver Shifted"

How can you update the false status without contacting the person and attempting to deliver at home?

Can you prove me what you updated in the status?

AWB: Z15986615. From TARN TARAN to JALANDHAR

I parceled some important item from Tarn Taran to Jalandhar which needed to be then carried to Canada by the receiver of the courier.
Unfortunately, due to lack of professionalism in this courier service, they did not deliver on time and even after 8 days, it is still not delivered and is lying at Jalandhar facility since the last 5 days. Now the person who will be carrying this item to Canada has boarded his flight.
This is what the disappointment I got after trusting and paying this courier service. Hence, the courier company needs to pay compensation for this.

I gave 2 books to DTDC gandhinagar, ghaziabad on 4th feb 2017 and was promised that the package will be delivered by 7th feb. Today, i.e. on 9th feb I got to know that the package is still not reached its destination. On tracking online I found that the package has reached the kanpur branch on 6th but haven't moved since then. It is only 4 hour journey from kanpur to kannauj (the destination). This is pure treachery and trust shattering incident. The package contained books which were to be send for exam preparation. The exam is on 10th feb and my sister has no book. The books cost more than 2500. What kind of false promises this company is into, I do not know, but this has lead to serious damage to someone's education. My next step would be to go to consumer court or some higher tribunal if my complaint is not resolved as soon as possible.
You people should atleast have a proper mechanism to get things done in time.

We send a Mobile Handset through courier service of DTDC lite, Dombivli, on dated 3/2/2017 to Ahmadabad.on 8/2/2017 next party receive only Charger of mobile phone.
when we send a courier they cannot ask anything about inside item, even cant weight of that box and took a charge of 160/- rupess and simply write on paper in pencile.
Today i got a call from other party that they will receive only mobile charger and weight is written on paper is 0.65kg.
so i immediatly call my courior service provider Ashwini enterprises, dombivli and told him that i lost my mobile, only get charger to other party. he talk very rubbish way with me and not ready to help. saying that do whatever you want.
so kindly request you to please assist me to get my mobile back.

I have sent a parcel on 12.12.2016 through DTDC, RT Nagar, Bangalore office. Tracking Id - B37270300. Delivery failed and the parcel was returned from Mumbai of 05/01/2017. Till date I have not received the parcel. Return address and phone number were clearly written on the label.
Whenever I am contacting the franchisee for help, they will ask for the addresses and ask me to send email. No one is providing any kind of help to fix this issue.
I am regular with DTDC for last 5 years and also with this particular RT Nagar, Bangalore office. But nowadays service is very bad. No help can be expected from the Franchisee. Worse service.

When I am trying to see the tracking history the consignment had gone through Guwahati Hub. I don't understand If it is for Kolkata, then why routed to Guwahati hub.

My reference number is[protected] and my party booked it on 29th of January from Delhi. On the tracking record it shows that the material reached Guwahati on 4th of february but till now i have not received my consignment. There is no response at your Guwahati Office also. I requested them to deliver the Material today evening anyhow & they promised to do it also but till now i have not received. I am really sorry to say but from next time i will never trust Dtdc again. Your service is not at all satisfactory .
