Dear sir,

My brother has booked a parcel for me from pune to chamba himachal pradesh under consignment no. D31673975 on 6th dec. Now the parcel has blocked by manager of dtdc pathankot, punjab. He is fooling us with lies and not receiving calls.
Please help in this matter and let him teach that how to deal with consumers.

Sir, i have sent an important documents to my muthoot finance bogula branch from your dtdc courier office in salugara (Wb) 734008 on dated 07th dec 2016 but the consignment delivered to the address on 14th dec 2016.
We are paying the such a high price for sending courier from dtdc just to ensure it reach at earliest but if it takes 8 days in same state its got no meaning and problem to us. Please note my complain and do the needful...

It's going to be 1 year still am not getting my parcel from guwahati super franchisee apex which was sending from 13 august 2015. L&t finance given responsibility for courier services at our branches but deesa branch having issue for your services your courier boy is not come on regular for pickup and whenever we call for courier they are not given properly answerer and your responsible person is told me i have not time and you want to our service you can call me before 5 pm so what your service? I am not happy your service and this is big issue...

DTDC had made the mistake of not declaring the goods at the border check post and he did not even bother to generate Form 8FA. Due to their negligence the S. tax authority has send notice demand of 40200/-. Documents attached....

I have done a courier on 8th December Thursday From Bangalore to Bangalore.
I Had written From address(PTP, Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore) and To address(Whitefield Bangalore).

Instead of delivering to To address, dtdc people have delivered to From address only, which is very pathetic. How can they deliver without seeing which is From and To address. Now they are telling i have to resend again by collecting...

I have sent a parcel on 5th Dec 2016 from Bangalore - whitefield road branch, which was to be delivered to Nunna. On website I see its delivered on 7th Dec, but actually not yet delivered. V33955027 is the consignment number. I have tried to call the branch number provided by customer care but no proper response from the branch guys. Can you please help....

Day 6:Today 13/12/16 5pm after 5days 6hrs my courier has reached the destination.That too with great audacity delivery office of saltlake(No Ph no [protected])ask to come and collect the courier from ofc without even attempting a delivery.When it has been denied by the reciever, delivery person comes to reciever's door and shouts that attempt has been made on monday 12/12/16...

my father send me some of my very important document through DTDC courier and cargo service which has arrived to jalandhar on 9th of december 2016 morning but still the courier has not been delivered to me yet it is very important for me to get them by tomorrow i called the customer care no. but they are disconnecting my calls. it has been 4 days now i am very dissatisfied with the service of DTDC my consignment no....

Shameful service. Does not show timely updates. My package from Tirupati showing still in AP since 7 days. No ETA provided. And customer service numbers unanswered.

Don't know how can such a service provide is surviving in the market.

And this is not the first time. each time i used DTDC its the same.

Why no courier people calling us before delivering an items, this is really irritating.

Recently i have ordered cheque book from a bank whereas this people never informed me about the item delivering date whereas they returned the item.
Why the delivery person not calling, it will hardly 10paise to make a call.
