I am lakshmi([protected]) have to recieve a parcel with consignment number B37189192. My parcel reached Hyderabad and showing it at Gachibowli. Deliver boy(contact no:[protected], name:sai) has called me and asked address. Later for 4 days he told he will send today. But till now it didnt reach me. later he stopped picking call. I called gachibowli office number([protected], ) a lady picked and told she will call back but she didnt. After that when I called, I got call waiting but she didnt picked nor called me back. Please look into this and make my parcel reaches to me. Please do to action on such careless people. Moreover DTDC is not doing service for free. Hope staff will value others time also.

This compalin is regarding Fair Deals Gas agency in Sant Nagar. These people are just too clever . I have applied for a gas connection without stove and with one cylinder only for which they had registered my complain. On the very next day they were supposed to visit my place for verification of Gas ( whether it is as per standards or not). The person had told us that report can be asked by us within 24 hrs in their office. I had called them continuously for 2 days for which they reply that the report is not updated. On the third day they say that i have already a gas and a cylinder, hence they can not provide me new connection.These bloddy dogs dont know how will a person live if he will not cook food by any chance.

these people just know how to waste customers time and nothing else. Now i have to again waste my time for new connection with Indane.

My AWB no M43270867 was sent from hdfc bank to new panvel and was delivered to hdfc bank pen branch and was delivered from new panvel on 30th December 2016 which hardly take 2 to 3 days it is been 10 days A courier has not reached yet which contain important document Requested if not sent I personally get it from a dtdc courier office.

I sent a courier from Bengaluru to Mangaluru on[protected].
On[protected] i noticed item delivered as per their online tracking system.
But when enquired actual receipient(to whom i sent the courier) hasn't yet received it!
I wonder how can they miss to deliver even after metioning contact numbers of both sender and receiver!
When enquired with DTDC customer service & Mangaluru DTDC courier office they simply told "this Consignment Number is not valid (which their own acknowledgment receipt shows)".
Their online tracking system showed contact number of the person who received the item, but found that it was an invalid number when tried to reach.
Worst service ever.

Sir/Madam, I want to state that my couple of consignments addressed from kolkata to Srinagar, J&K. bearing consignment NO.s: 32368120; 32368126 had been held at Delhi Airport since a week and yet the same has not been dispatched from there due to which i had already suffered a lot and now further delay can result into an irreparable loss to me.I had already registered a complaint in this regard bearing case no: 05435088 but I didn't received any feedback from you till now. Please look into the matter and get back to me as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, the doc number Z13378135 booked from Faridabad on 5th Jan through AIR mode, but till not received, already given mail to customer care, but no response, Local agent also roughly speaking like you can complaint anywhere we will not afraid, due to this delay we met huge loss (around Rs 1 lack ) we need immediate action against this and resolve the issues

I had ordered a course from Byju's, Bangalore to Kottayam in Kerala.

This had reached the Kottayam DTDC office on 7th Jan 2017. I had got a call from the office between 1pm and 2pm to tell me that I should come there to pick up my courier, as their designated delivery guy was on leave. I told them that a courier service provides 'doorstep delivery' and not not pick up by the customer. Then responded by saying that the delivery is only possible on 9th January 2017, as it was a Sunday on the 8th.
In the evening I got a call from the Bangalore office confirming the delivery. It was during this call that I got to know that the status of delivery is already marked as 'Delivered'. The person on the line, Naveen[protected] assured me that the delivery will be made by 1pm on 9th Jan.
However, today being the 9th of Jan, and despite having made almost 10 calls, including conference calls with the Kottayam DTDC office and Mr. Naveen, I'm yet to receive my package.
Today, in the calls I made, I was first told (at 1:00 pm) that the delivery guy will decide his route of delivery and not me. Thereafter, I was told (at 2:00 pm) that delivery executive is on his way and just about to reach. It is now 2:35 pm.
This has been the most unprofessional, lying and deplorable courier service.

As mentioned above the original dkt shows dated 14.10.2016 but the same is used to consign the packet on 3.01.2017 from gurgaon to yamuna nagar with all cuttingdkt dt.14.10.16 presented fod rs.500.00 for mere 3kg small packet ggn to ynr consignor static system electronic to sandeep enterprises yamuna nagar. Cheque refused by mr. Lamba yamuna nagar agent took cash. Original documents not delivered
It is a case of misappropriation of funds and fraud with the customer.

I have booked a courier for University from Mysore to NYU, US on 02.01.2017 paying 295 for 4 day service so that it reaches on time and I can get the admission. But still it is in transit. What is the benefit of paying such a huge amount if DTDC cannot send the courier in the said time. who will be responsible if it does not reach the destination in proper time and i lose the opportunity. Kindly let me know asap

My sister has send a parcel containing cosmetics items and other gifts items from ghaziabad to Andhra Pradesh( khamman district). Consignment Number Z08607648 but when i open the parcel there were old clothes instead . on the transit someone has stolen the items. please take action on DTDC courier . we trust and used the service but the service is only stealing our items.

I have done one courier (Shipment no. D[protected] from mumbai to indore on 2nd jan'2017. Agency name and address : chandan ([protected]) plot no14, vijay nagar, western express highway near virvani estate, goregaon (E) mumbai, mumbai - 400063.
Having sarees total 9 in number opted home pick up and courier got delivered to indore on 7th jan'16. But when i have open the box i found 1 item missing in the parcel i have received. When i have talked to the collection agency in mumbai he is refusing to accept that something is missing and i have said that courier boy didn’t have given me exact weight and nor he asked to exact number in the parcel and when i have contacted them he said that do whatever you eat we will return you missing item. It looks that 1 got stolen by courier guy in between. Requesting managment to have attention on this and this is such a shame for suc h a big company to have these kind of acts, where pick up boys steal something in between and customers left in no where and no soulution just to accept the fact that i am just a fol and cannot do anything accept to bear the loss... Need senior management attention on this intervention and justification. Dtct being a reputed company, this kind of acts does not suits you.

Sorry to say but your courier service along with your staff are awful & respectful. I had ordered a parcel with consignment number M44136367. The parcel waa first delivered to Panjim. I went to checj out but they said it waa already delivered to your address. When I tried to contact them they said we'll look into the matter but later they switched of their phones. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers. It's really upsetting. I hereby request you to please look into the matter & take the necessary action

Dear Sir,

I want to draw your attention regarding an incident that I have recently faced with DTDC courier services. It was an awful experience with them and seems they are making unethical business here.

This is regarding my DTDC Consignment Number: K93750785 and
DTDC Case Number : 05224976

There are lots of reasons associated regarding my grievance-

1. The office staff checked the recipient address with pin code and confirmed that it will be delivered there at earliest possible.

When the expected delivery date passed I came to know that delivery failed as destination is a non serviceable area.
And this decision has been taken in a location (location have different PIN code from destination PIN code) which is 70.2 Km away from destination.

I think they should take this kind of decision before taking the assignment not in middle way. I lost many days for this although it is a urgent delivery.

2. When I asked for refund (courier charges) they said it is non refundable and then they returned my product to me.

3. Forget about home delivery, my expectation was courier guys at least will reach the area having destination PIN code and will ask us to get it from there but sorry to say this has not happened. No comopromisation happened from them.
So,
why did they take my assignment?
why did they calculate the courier charges, generates bill, took money from me and confirm that destination area is a service able area?
Later refuse to return money stating destination area is non serviceable area.

4. The worst part is DTDC *customer service *,
To get proper justice, I had written a mail to customer support and Case Number : 05224976 had been auto/system generated for this.
But the support guy (Pradito Mukherjee GTACCU) made a fun of this. In spite of regular update (proof attached) the guy close that case stating 'no update from my side'.
Which is not the actual case. He was intentionally ignoring my mails.
I have no undelivered mail information in my G-mail box.

4. In last 7-8 days I continuously tried to reach our regional DTDC customer support office (DTDC Kolkata)

Sir/madam, I want to let u know that Dtdc services in srinagar are very poor as a consignment of mine bearing tracking NO. D32368120 has been held at Delhi airport since two days and the concerned authorities at karan Nagar are revealing that they have no information regarding same which is very unfortunate and unacceptable...please look into the matter and get back to me as soon as possible.

A parcel has been sent from VILEPARLE (TEJPAL ROAD) - MUMBAI to Bhopal on 28th December 2016.
Tracking number of parcel is M45202508.
It was my online order and my customer is not accepting that she received it therefore i have to submit proof of delivery to higher authority.

Extremely poor Quality Courier Service!!! If this is "Ïndia's most Preferred Courier Company", then India is solely lacking in quality couriers!!! Go for FEDEX or DHL anyday!!!
I sent a 1 page international courier from India to Australia on 30.12.16 (Reference Number: N[protected] which I was advised would reach it's destination within 4 working days, namely 3.1.17. Tracking the service online showed that 6 days later, my courier is still floating around India, only to them be advised by their "'Online Support Agent Rocky" that it will reach Australia another 6 days later - basically 10 days after it was sent! When asked for DTDC Customer Service Manager's contact number, our dear support agent Rocky did the disappearing act! Customer reviews online for DTDC Margao Goa Branch (above Mabai Hotel) are extremely poor - they don't respond to phone calls, make false claims of delivery dates & times & ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!! Sat in the office for 2.5hrs demanding for a refund - was rudely spoken to by their so called customer service rep! After constant questioning was told a whole bunch of lies which was fortunately spotted & identified. Finally obtained my refund when I refused to leave the office. The Margao Goa DTDC franchises are a BIG Joke - The Indian Postal Service is faster! These dodgy franchises needs to be shut down!!!

So unless you've got a stash of money to throw around, don't need your parcels to be delivered on time & generally don't care if they are delivered at all, enjoy poor customer service & don't mind their customer centres that don't answer calls, then by all means DTDC is the way to go!

I've been continuously sending mails to get my consignment as when it was tried to be delivered at the first instance, nobody was available at my home. I didn't get a call regarding the same. Now, from the past one week I'm trying to contact the people through phone/mails, but either they are not responding or putting things onto the other person. Please help me to get to know when can I get my package. Case Number 05413120 has already been opened for my concern in case you want to know the complete history. Please let me know how would I get my package.

Dear Sir,

Today i received a docket no.D29530430 via DTDC courier service and the packing of the box is not in the condition as it was packed by the person who dispatched it. The packing tape was shaky in condition and after that I demand it for open delivery but the courier boy refused to do the same so I put the remark on POD i.e. TEMPERED PACKET RECEIVED..SHORT QUANTITY RECEIVED (POSSIBILITY).
Please look into this issue and resolve as soon as possible.
