DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have send an air courier on 27/12/2016 at hyderabad. Its tracking id is d31480904. It should be delivered at sector-80 noida by 31/12/2016.
It's been showing that the courier is rejected because the receiver is unavailable and shop is closed etc., etc., but the shop remained open 24*7 and there is always a security guy to collect these kind of parcels. I would like to know the delay as soon as possible. Other wise you will be facing legal action. Be prepared.

I have ordered an online product from www.magikbox.co.in consignment (M[protected] on December 30, 2016. The item is not yet delivered but the tracking status says it is delivered on January 2, 2017 5:48 PM. I have tried calling the DTDC Hyderabad office, but they aren't answering the call.

Kindly look into this issue.

We send several couriers through DTDC everyday. On Dec 23rd I sent a packet from Haridwar to Meerut. I didn't get any update on the packet till 27th Dec inspite of making several calls to local as well as regional office.

So finally I had to go to the local DTDC office and inquire about the packet. The person in charge at DTDC office agreed to show us the CCTV footage of the day when packet was dispatched. In the video we could see the packet being stolen by one of DTDC employees at other branch.

Name of the person who was caught steeling the package is Sunil who was employed at the Rishikul branch of DTDC in Haridwar.

The person caught in the video was then talked to by the DTDC manager and he admitted to steeling not only that package but several other packages in the past.

This packet was very important for us as it contained several samples that were to be used for manufacturing. This incidence has caused severe damage to our organization.

I have pleased to inform you as consignment booked from hyderabad on 21st Dec'2016 to my address as Ch Venkataramana, 19-4-12, Shirdi Sai Nagar, Gunadala, Vijayawada - 520004 with consingment no.H57890248.

I have received call by mobile no:[protected] from dtdc, Vijayawada on 22nd Dec'2016 informed has to deliver to address but location not identified. I had clearly replied the address and told him that given to my daughter at home due to I am in tour at that time. After 10 minutes he called me again to unable to find the location.

We regret to inform you that we find out as delivery boy not visited the location and called me from another place. I have been trying to get him but didnt pick my call and have been trying to get status from hyderabad, Vijayawada and Banglore also but nobody pick my call since 23rd Dec'2016.
I didn't get neigther my consignment nor information till to now.

I requested you to as take action to deliver my consignment immediately.

Myself dr. Mannu singroha, i sent a packet of some important papers having shipment no. Z09646381 on 22/12/2016 from dtdc booking office luckmow to panipat was not delivered to my friend at given adress. Date of delivery was upto 26 december 2016. From last 28/12/2016 i was talking to some persons working at senior posts in your dtdc network but no one tell me where my packet is??

I am writing this regarding my courier (baby product) from Patna to Varanasi on 12th December. When I checked the DTDC website it says the product has been delivered on 19th which is absolutely wrong. No one has received the courier till yet or on 19th December. And when I am contacting Patna customer care number nobody is picking the call. Its very ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.

You mentioned in your previous mail that supporting team of yours is looking into the matter, are they seriously? If yes then why I haven't received any mail regarding my complaint? Answer me why your courier delivery guy haven't delivered my product at the mentioned address? Where is my product now ? Are you guys going to solve it or not? Its been more than ten days the courier has been dispatched and not delivered to its respective address, do you think its a joke?

DTDC is really disgusting and worst courier service provider I guess. You don't even reply to a mail not even pick customer's calls. I don't know what is going to happen.

Now do something and looks into the matter seriously. At least give a reply or call me.

My curier no is z05390493. And i did not recieve my curier within last 3 months i m going to police if my curier didnot recieve in 10 day. There is a important document if found please call me [protected]. So that was courier from delhi to patna, my address and contact no is right but i haven't recieve my curier... Please help me. The company was saying me that your courier was returned from here but the delhi, dtdc was saying courier not returned yet

Consignment number V32685639 has been sent to Mysore from Hyderabad on 24th November. According to the tracking details, the courier has reached Mysore & updated till 28th November, but it has still not been delivered and lying in Yelhanka branch cargo in Bangalore, observed as per tracking details . Upon calling the DTDC several times, no one picks up the call. I even emailed their customer support. Still no response. This is highly frustrating and very unprofessional on their part. Please loom into the matter.

Please return back my parcel.

I booked a courier on 22Dec2016 in DTDC Bellandur Branch with tracking ID V33979764. They assured me that the shipment will be delivered by Monday or Tuesday (ie 26th or 27th Dec). Today is Dec 29th. I went to the office two times but they are still unable to track the product. I have tried to contact their customer helpline number but unable to reach them. There is no system in place. No professionalism. I even wrote emails with details of the consignment number (V[protected]. The case number is 05359815. I have not received any reply from them. No customer care phone number provided in their website is not working.

Very very disappointed with their service.

The responsible personnel should look into this matter.

I had purchased online in http://woodlandworldwide.com vide order no.7683 which was couriered in DTDC vide AWB No-X19279206. I have not recieved the parcel and your status tracking in showing as delivered successfully delivered(Please find attached tracking status). The courier person has not called me before delivering the parcel and also the name of the receiver is not mentioned in the receiver status. How can a logistics company as big as DTDC be so irresponsible to hire people who do not check the person's identity before delivering the parcel.

I am really sad with such type of lethergic service and would complain on consumer court online.

Kindly get me the parcel or refund me the value back. My contact number is [protected]. I am also attaching the bill for your details to refund my account. Please do not force me to take any serious action and hope you would solve the issue at the earliest.

Why was customer support email not working (css.[protected]@dtdc.com) it will rejected by your server when I was mail my complaint, is this benchmark customers support and service?
Why your people not given any update from 26/12?
I want my courier by 30/12 otherwise DTDC CARGO LTD have pay for that.

I have sent a parcel(B[protected] to Ahmedabad on[protected] but still it is not delivered[protected]. I tried to contact Mr. Tyagaraj ([protected], Manager of bangalore office) but he is not responding properly and he is not receiving my calls. None of them are not responding properly and not giving the valid reasons. If they are not able to deliver then they should return the parcel back & refund the money immediately. I lost almost Rs. 200 for knowing the delivery status & communicating with irresponsible fellows. From past one week they are playing game. Worst customer service.

Dtdc used to be one of the most trusted and providing solution to users requirement.

I have lot of faith so i have sent consignment no.[protected] of house hold utilities from bam (760001) to bangalore (560068). The consignment consists of wooden furnitures.

But when i received the consignment most of the items were in damaged condition.

I want you to take quick action against this damage (Attached screen shot) and pain caused asap.

My courier no z08910606 is delivered by hissar hariyana on 9 november 2016 to vijaysingh arihant nagar jasol via balotra dist barmer rajasthan 344024 mobile no [protected], [protected] this courier is not received till date 27/12/2016. My documents are very important in this courier. Courier is not proper reply. So i will take action further time.

With due respect I want to bring to your kind notice that a item was booked by me at DTDC Kanpur for deliver from Kanpur (U.P.) to Gurgaon (Haryana) on dated 20.12.2016 under DTDC Express Limited with consignment No. D31592281. Today on 26.12.2016, the seven days has passed but the items could not reached by the evening of today. It is very sad and highly objectionable. It was most urgent so that the item was booked under DTDC Express Limited. The person can reached by walk within seven days because of it is a more than enough time.

In this context, at office of DTDC Kanpur I got a mobile No. [protected] (Mr. Alok) of respective contact person/franchise (what ever you called in your system) of Gurgaon and did call to him. He cut down the phone without complete of my talk and thereafter, I did call six times but not attended by nonsense man. I did not got any response either by Kanpur or by Gurgaon till 10:00 PM of today. I think the DTDC Express Limited had misplaced or stolen the item. The act of DTDC Express Limited is shameful.

It is, therefore, requested to kindly take necessary action at your end and please inform me the action taken as early as possible because of the items are costly and very urgent matter.

Hi, I wish to inform you that DTDC is most worst cargo &, courier service provider in india now . As I booked a courier on 20 dec 2016 from delhi and now it's 26 december 2016 it is still not delivered to destination at Dholpur 328001 . DTDC dosen't have proper pick up and deliver points else they are collection courier from customers . I feel that is the worst service I have seen ever .

This is connection to the consignment no: D30746225. It contains mobile device which was couriered on 18th Dec 2016 and has reached KANPUR head office on 21st Dec.
But we have not received the courier yet. When I called the customercare of DTDC kanpur, I was told that the mobile has been misplaced. The mobile is Redmi 3S(Gold, 16GB).
Now I want complete refund and courier charges. I have also mailed to your customercare mail id but received no response.Kindly look into the matter. and advice me for further correspondence.

I have booked an order online via onlymobiles.com on 19th of this month, on 20th of this month they dispatched my order through dtdc courier under awb number x18681610. The product arrived on delhi air hub on 21th since then it was stucked their till now, it has to be delivered on 23rd of this month. But unfortunately today is 26th dec the product is not delivered yet, i have lodged a complaint on dtdc portal vide case no 05356147 but no one took the pains to resolve the issue, kindly look into the matter. And advice me for further correspondence.
