I had sent a gift parcel on 26th October through DTDC from Gurgaon Sector 46 branch. That parcel contains goods worth rs.4000. The consignment no. is Z00981354. It has not reached the destiny. I booked a gift packet for my fiancee on 26 Nov on prime time service and still delivered to him I asked Dtdc agent to give me return they r only giving excuses and the parcel is missing !!! I want immediate solution, , , and the behavior is very irresponsible not giving statsifying answer only making fake excuses kindly solve my prblm immediately very bad response till now and never book any parcel from ur company...

Sir, on 15/10/2016 i had booked one parcel bearing Consignment NO.K90048907 Addressed TO SAREE MALL, 3011, NEW SARDAR TRADE MARKET, 5TH FLOOR, BLOCK NO.33 TO 43, PUNAKUMBHARIYA ROAD, SURAT-395010, GUJRAT, INDIA. We are truly disappointed. It was an imp document, last week of Oct it had been courier to Kunnur. On receipt they written kanpur rather than kunnur. when i tracked last status it was showing of 1st nov its at banglore hub, n then to till now couldnt get the status of the document, where it is. it was treuly an imp document misplaced because of DTDC.

Kindly Do needful ASAP. Want my document back or to get delivered to right...

Company is unable to provide proof of delivery. Courier was sent 2 months back.i have been following up with them for more than 1 month now. But no response from the company. This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I would like to register a compliant reg the delivery of the parcel which I have couriered through DTDC. The status of my consignment # C70284178 shows that the parcel is not delivered due to Wrong/Incorrect address. I have provided the correct address and also a valid mobile number. The recipient did not even receive a phone call. If they feel that the address is not correct then they should have called to the provided number and verified...

I have received a courier that has been damaged very badly [LED SAMSUNG TV] . Very upset to see my TV broken . I am shocked to see this kind of service. This was not a satisfied delivery. This order reached the destination (TRIVANDRUM ) on 20th OCT 2016, and even after 2 weeks I am still waiting to get this delivery at home. On 3rd, NOV 2016 your website tracker mentioned 'Delivered' !!!

i have sent a courier through the DTDC services on 6th October
which is still not delivered once i checked the information with the consignment no it says reciver is shifted which is not possible i am in touch with the person
& moreover its still not back at origin, kindly give me an right update its been almost 4 weeks i have sent this letter from noida sector 127 to sector 5 noida only

This is tracking site for my courier. This courier is from Surat and already returned once for not delivering at destination. The courier company claims to have come for delivery. These guys never came.

Now again we have tried but again these guys havent yet come. No customer support, they never pickup calls.

They have my number but i am affraid they will not...

I did a courier on 20 Oct from Navi Mumbai to thane(it's an intercity courier) but even after 15 days it's not been delivered and status is showing my parcel is in Srinagar city(Jammu and Kashmir State)
I complaint many time but nothing has been done till date, I tried corporate office number but both numbers are unanswered.
I have never seen such an irresponsible response from a courier company like DTDC

I have sent a courier from patia, bhubaneswar to bangalore-560066 having consignment number - k89360355 on 25th october 2016 and it promised me to deliver within 3-4 days but till today, 3rd november 2016, it has not been delivered. firstly, it was to reach bangalore, but it reached panjim, goa on 29th october 2016. then i called several times to them, then it was shipped from there, but it is yet to be delivered. kindly take proper action....
