Hi Team,

This is almost my fourth email following up for my consignment number : D31992276.

Firstly, there needs to be serious check on the delivery process as its way beyond the promised date for the shipment. I was being informed that it would take 3 days for the shipment to be delivered which was supposed to be 21/12/2016 and its still not delivered by now.

Secondly, none of the customer service representatives have been helpful or even courteous, infact they tend to raise the voice when we ask them questions about the shipment. Looks like the people working for DTDC are way too frustrated with their job.

Please make a note of this person : Ms. Deepa that I have spoken to this morning. She introduced herself as a Trace Agent and may I let the higher authority in DTDC know that she is not supposed to raise her voice and shout at the customer. If you lose one customer, you lose every other person around us. Why would a customer service staff need to be so furious instead of helping the customer. I would request the higher management team to sincerely train your staff on behavioral skills.

Unfortunately, its been a sad experience with DTDC and I hope that you all would take the customer feedback on a serious note and work towards better customer service experience.

I sent a consignment on 19 December 2016 from Jorhat to Greater Noida West. It was promised to be delivered by 21st latest. It is 24th today, and the whereabouts of my consignment is unknown. The customer care agents have been abusive and demanding extra payment for delivery saying they don't deliver in the said address normally. This is the number of the representative I was talking to: [protected]. Not picking up calls from last two days. Just to make up for their mistake they updated the consignment as out for delivery yesterday at 3.15 pm. I am wondering what means of transportation they use that it requires a day to deliver from the time it has been sent out. Moreover, most of the numbers in the dtdc website are invalid. I don't know whom to approach. I feel thoroughly helpless as there is nowhere I can even complain. The customer care numbers given are either not working or not picking up any calls. This is daylight theft by employees of an organization. Please help

I have sent a courier to chennai on 21st december and gave 3700/rs for the same, but we got all things damaged.
Now just want to know one thing who will be the responsible for the same i sent some goods (Approx 29000/-rs) but all are damaged.
So i need my whole amount with courier charges right now.

I am Reciever of Consignment No. M43159508 by DTDC, which is arrived from Nagpur to Mumbai. On Saturday (17th Dec), delivery was attempted by DTDC, but, not possible due to my unavailability. But, I am available now since Monday(19th Dec), and calling daily on DTDC Customer support no. [protected] to deliver immediately, but didn't receive the parcel yet (till Friday (23rd Dec) evening).

The pacake which was booked by my father from trivandrum thambanoor outlet of the courier on 16th dec 2016 had promised to deliver the courier on 19th of dec 2016. Invoice is attached. Its not delivered yet and there is no tracking data for the item either on the tracking page. When we checked with the local office they were behaving very indifferently and status was provide. Pls help. The package had medicine and such bad customer service from a company with high levels of service quality promises is pathetic. Especilly its so insulting for elders to face such irresponsible attitudes from ur service centers or franchises.

Some items in one box booked for delivery from sodepur, kolkata to jagdalpur, chhatisgarh on 20/12/2016. On tracking it is found that the item reached at jagdalpur (Cg) and accordingly a call received at about 1000hrs on 23/12/2016 from mobile no. [protected]. Due to not yet delivery upto 1500 hrs on asking with mobile no. [protected], the individual has very rudely informed that he is busy and not speak with me. The behaviour of person of your courier service is very bad. Hence, my opinion is courier services may not be provided through this type of personnel. The items booking at a cost of rs. 1, 500/- for its quick service /delivery and not late of delivery.

Sir my order Z13194851 from delhi (study iq coaching class) to chennai (divyam pg, nehru nagar, thoraipakkam (600097) was not delivered to me, i have not received it but in the tracking portal it is showing delivered . neither are they picking calls nor replying to my mails ... the courier contains product of high cost so please kindly look into the matter ..

I have a complain against Sanjeev of DTDC office noida who has kept my courier no. K92324120 with him from 16 Dec and not sending that courier to me. I called him many times and his reply was that I will send it today only but he is playing with me and I don't know what is his problem... I have not seen such a worst service in my life and an idiot like him. Now he is not picking up my phone and the item is with him only..

Hi Sir,

I made an international courier which costed 7K and the cost of the package was 20k. However DTDC made an error in typing the address and the package was delivered to a wrong address.

I have been following up with DTDC from the last two months to reclaim the package or to deliver the package to the right address, but there is no action from their end.

Still I am not getting the same But today during tracking the same I have found that already it is delivered at sodepur on 19th nov. How it is possible?

Courier is already in deliver office.. its around 1km away from address where it should courier.. courier guy denied to deliver due to incomplete address. However, he can send me courier photo on whatsapp that it has incomplete address. But not ready to deliver in 1km distance.
I asked him to call me once you reach at sight.. he said, "DTDC sight pe jake customer ko call nahi karati". Is that so? Dont you call customers on provided number???

Its disgusting service . If you people not welling to call reciever once to confirm and without confirmation you denied to deliver and reason stated incomplete address. And that courier is in office frm last 3 days. Is it work?

This is with great disappointment i have to bring to your notice
the negligence in the distribution service of DTDC.Being a bostful customer of your excellent services i generally prefer DTDC.

This time i was supposed to find my consignment asap through your service that was booked from Meerut(U.P) on 13dec 2016 to be delivered to Vadodara.

I tried checking it status via online tracking and was shocked to find an incomplete update status (pl: find attached the snapshot with mail) on 20 dec 2016.I then called up Ahemdabad DTDC presence office and from there I was told that it had already reached Vadodara on 16 Dec 2016.They had given me Vadodara distributer's number that was never picked.It has still not being delivered by the Vadodara distributer.

My request to you is that kindly do something in this matter or atleast refund the money taken for the service.We as customer are the backbone of your enterprise.We feel cheated even after trusting and paying heavily to get our consignments in time the services from DTDC are absolutely questionable and the seriousness in delivery in time is not there.

We have booked a parcel through DTDC courier after finding pin code of delivery from their franchises for the pin code. DTDC is booked the parcel vide docket no:H70059827 Dated: 13.12.16.

Parcel is not delivered the following pin code which DTDC website is mention in their web site, it is totally cheating to the customer. DTDC is collecting the money from the customer and returning back the parcel to customer to re book again, I want the my full money what i paid to DTDC with time delay. I suggest if there is no service for the area, then why DTDC is showing the pin code in there web site, it is legally cheating to customers.

Take necessary action on it .

My client has given the product on Dec. 09th 2016 to dtdc courrier. But not yet received my item. If I tracked also, it shows only 10th Dec status. Even that's from Adyar, Chennai to Tondiarpet, Chennai. Even I called also, they are asking only sorry sorry. But no improvement. If they delivery by walk also, it will take only one day. Very worst they are.

Delivery boy took the parcel one day before which I need urgently and he did not deliver the item.. Visited dtdc office two times... I called him more than 100 times one time he answered and said he will deliver and switched off his mobile...courier boys those who couldn't deliver in time should be removed from job... Next time onwards I will not use dtdc... Poor response even after going twice to the office... Im getting very angry.. I need my product urgently... Im an entrepreneur... Worst service ever

I have submitted 3 packets (225gms x 3) to be sent to different places at usa on friday (09 dec 16/1900hrs) to mr. Anil kumar [franchise of dtdc, sri sai enterprises, 7-81, santosh nagar complex, santosh nagar hyderabad, 500059 (M anil kumar, [protected], [protected])] and paid rs. 3600/-. I was promised the internal reference numbers (Docket num) of the 3 packets would be sent to me by sms on 10 dec 16/ 1650hrs. Most of the time he did not pick up the telephone and when ever he picked up he kept on telling me lies saying that he would be sending the sms in next 5 minutes. I could not go to him personally since i went out of station after i handed over the packets to him.

Finally when i got fed up and sent a person to his office on 16 dec 16 he has handed over two docket nums of 2 packets and said he would send an sms of the 3rd packet in 30 minutes. When he failed to do so i have sent another person on 17 dec 16 then he has handed over the 3rd docket num.

When i have seen the status of the tracking i came to know that he has processed the 2 packets with internal ref num n97478773 and n97478209 on 16 dec 16 and n97312024 on 17 dec 16, i. E. He has processed it after a delay of 8 days. This delay has caused problems in reaching the admission applicaition to usa with in the designated time. I failed to understand how can such a criminal offence can be pardoned.
I have high regards of the dtdc services which i regularly utilise last 10 yrs, the above mentioned franchise, do not have professional dealing and are spoiling the names of the courier company. When i checked with my colleagues they have similer experiences as i faced and advised me to go to blue dart in future.

Hence, i want to bring it to your notice the mentioned dtdc franchise is providing a fraudulent service and such irresponsible and unfaithful franchise should be dealt accordingly and the licence to be ceased.

We have sent the new portable wet grinder on 5/12/2016 with POD no :Consignment no:D31979629 to Kolkatta, and it was delivered to the given address today by your DTDC @ kolkatta, and opened the consignment and it was found that the product was broken, and it was not handled properly by DTDC.So pls kindly clarify on this irregularity on delivery of this damaged consignment..

It's been long since the order was placed but till date i didn't recieve my product. Order was placed on 25th of nov, i don't think any courier partner takes so much time in delivering a product. I have given complaint to customer care but i didn't find it helpful. I want necessary action to be taken on the matter. Consignment number provided below.

My brother has booked a parcel for me from pune to chamba himachal pradesh under consignment no. D31673975 on 6th dec. Now the parcel has blocked by manager of dtdc pathankot, punjab. He is fooling us with lies and not receiving calls.
Please help in this matter and let him teach that how to deal with consumers.

Sir, i have sent an important documents to my muthoot finance bogula branch from your dtdc courier office in salugara (Wb) 734008 on dated 07th dec 2016 but the consignment delivered to the address on 14th dec 2016.
We are paying the such a high price for sending courier from dtdc just to ensure it reach at earliest but if it takes 8 days in same state its got no meaning and problem to us. Please note my complain and do the needful so that in future we don't face such late service.
