Day 6:Today 13/12/16 5pm after 5days 6hrs my courier has reached the destination.That too with great audacity delivery office of saltlake(No Ph no [protected])ask to come and collect the courier from ofc without even attempting a delivery.When it has been denied by the reciever, delivery person comes to reciever's door and shouts that attempt has been made on monday 12/12/16 5pm, but nobody was available, which was practically a false statement.If he has really attempted then why he has not called in reciever's no??Idt was written on the consignment.
Even all these also not happened so easily today.Morning onwards I had to call various dtdc centers of reciever's pincode area.With God's grace a lady give a no of the center(given above)who delivers in reciever's locality.I had to request, practically beg him to trace the courier.

Day5:Finally i got the package no H57156857.Package not delivered to the address even after 96hrs, not called even consignee.But in tracking it shows out for delivery.Wao!!!Finally I again write to customer support that means you.But no action and today 6pm when it is already delivered you give me a mail its ofd at saltlake branch.Gr8!!!So quick!!!
DAY 4:No consignment no with me for tracking.Repeatedly contacting the service center person wher i have made the courier.Why and how?For the ans read below.

This is extremely serious fraud of dtdc courier santosh nagar(Name of service center person-anil, No-[protected])
I have gone to make a courier to kolkata from above centre on thursday 8/12/16 11am.Courier containing important documents was addressed to Sikha Patra, kolkata.The service person has taken the courier without providing any bill which indicates the consignment no.He has stated that his bill book is finished and so Sms will be sent to customer's mobile no by evening 7pm of that day, once the consignment is lifted from there.He has provided only a small white paper where to and from details of the consignment, amount are written and put a stamp of courier center with ph no.Since I have done no of courier from that center and have seen the sms system, i have believed him.
But ridiculously no sms has come by that day or in next 48hrs, nor the courier has reached the destination within the time, i.e 10/12/16.In between I have tried to contact that service person on his no(provided by him in the white slip), neither he was lifting the ph nor [protected] no or hyd head ofc no.Since i dont have the consignment no i am not able to track in web too or not able to send mail to custmer care.Today 11/12/16 when again i have called the service person, he has lifted and simply acting "how come it happens"like.Still he could not provide the no.
I warn dtdc to take immediate action (if required sack them)on the two service persons mentioned with no, else i ll make this mail in social media or in all customer complain forum and spoil your name.I ll take all agreed ppl comments and mail you.I hope still if you have face you ll apologise.

Since the consignment contained important documents and photograph.You have made fraud documents out of that.I want my money should be given back for this harrasment, delay by 3day.I again warn that i am a defence emplyoee and will go any extent against you

my father send me some of my very important document through DTDC courier and cargo service which has arrived to jalandhar on 9th of december 2016 morning but still the courier has not been delivered to me yet it is very important for me to get them by tomorrow i called the customer care no. but they are disconnecting my calls. it has been 4 days now i am very dissatisfied with the service of DTDC my consignment no. is Z08511482,

Shameful service. Does not show timely updates. My package from Tirupati showing still in AP since 7 days. No ETA provided. And customer service numbers unanswered.

Don't know how can such a service provide is surviving in the market.

And this is not the first time. each time i used DTDC its the same.

I am going to file complain in as many Web forums as possible.

Why no courier people calling us before delivering an items, this is really irritating.

Recently i have ordered cheque book from a bank whereas this people never informed me about the item delivering date whereas they returned the item.
Why the delivery person not calling, it will hardly 10paise to make a call.

I AM HAING RECORDING OF HER.

SHOULD I GO AND LODGE FIR AGAINST DTDC RAIPUR EXECUTIVE??
IS THIS THE WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER?

I WANT HER TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY OTHERWISE I WILL STOP GIVING BUSINESS TO DTDC AND MAKE SURE NO ONE USE DTDC.

This is the third time it is happening to me. My wife had ordered some things online which the seller shipped with dtdc couriers. They are now holding the parcel at their godown and demanding that she collect it in 3 days time or it will be returned. If they knew they will not be delivering to my pin code, then why did they agree to the delivery in the first place?
The people in the office are extremely rude on phone and will simply slam down the phone and not listen to customers.

Hi i have booked one courier from delhi to mumbai from DTDC on 6th Dec'16 ( courier no. Z[protected] and i mentioned that it has electronic oven inside so please take care it.
on 8th Dec'16 i got the delivery in broken pieces.
i have called customer care, one girl picked the picked ( i forget her name) and she was very rude, after several arguments she given me the number of local take care of DTDC in mumbai, name Ibrahim ([protected]).
i am trying his phone since 8th of Dec'16 however he is not responding and every time cuts the phone.

Looking for refund for the product and courier charges.

No customer service and solution for customer from such a big company..

A painting by Manoj Maurya was couriered from Mumbai to Jaipur on 5th of December with the promise to be delivered by 7th eve. But even after receiving the parcel by Jaipur Office on 7th Morning, its 9th and my parcel is still not delivered. It was so urgent but even after contacting in Mumbai-Jaipur office, my parcel wasn't taken seriously. I am badly annoyed. The painting was sent to be exhibited in a show at Ravindra Manch, Jaipur. DTDC service is poorest and my money has been wasted in trusting your service. Contact asap.

Since it was my doughter medicine.its been 24hr but i have not recipe yet

Dear Sir / Madam,

My this Consignment no N96386099 was booked with all proper papers and the whole package contained only cloths as gift items which was entirely packed in front of the DTDC Agent’s collection centre shop at Tinsukia, Assam, on 26/11/2016. The package reached the destination on 05/12/2016 and was lying there at the customs for three days and the Receiver when contacted the local delivery point at Papar, Sahab, Malaysia, was informed that the Package needs to be PAID some customs duty and to be released, so today the Receiver had to travel a long distance to the Airport, pay around 65 RM and had to release the Package.

Now I send such packets every year, Christmas cloths, but till date never it happened that the receiver had to PAY and get it Released. When I have completed all the required formalities and paper as was asked me to submit, my query is why did the Receiver had to pay to release the package this time.

Can I be please clarified. I am attaching the Invoice Copy / Declaration Papers / the Receipt of 2016 and also the receipt of 2015. An early reply will be appreciated.

Sir here I want to bring your notice, one consignment was sent from vizag, the docket number is H67619723. It reached Hyderabad and returned back to vizag. We dont know the reason. Address was clear and contact number also there not even consulting the consignee item was returned. Please tell me the reason why it was happen?

Sir/ Madam,

I, ASEEM KULLU, sent some books and documents through DTDC courier to Pondicherry from Korba, Chhattisgarh. The consignment no. is D30219536. The books were well packed in a cardboard carton and the carton was wrapped with two layers of duct tape over the single layer of tapes and strings, to ensure that the box can take the impact it may endure during the cargo.

But when the carton arrived, the entire carton appeared intact except for one of the edges on the carton which appeared to have been intently cut by some person with a knife or blade. The delivery man had no idea of the damage.

I seek compensation along with the explanation of such an irresponsible behaviour from the part of DTDC.

I don't know how many of the documents from the carton may have been tampered or misused, and I seek a compensation that equates the loss and/or misuse of personal information which was in those documents.

Kindly look into the matter.

I have sent an courier ( c[protected] from chennai to chennai ( same city) since i have some other work and don't have time to deliver. I have booked on 1st december and it was not delivered since now. It was almost a week. I hope 1 hour will be sufficient to deliver. I feel very irritating after knowing that it wasn't delivered even after a week. I have booked a case too (case no.[protected]. No actions was taken for that also. I would have give less than minus 10 ratings if they allowed me to rate in negative. I suggest everyone not to go for dtdc service since they would experience most ridiculous experience

I had placed courier order on 3rd December and when i traced it it was showing delivered on Monday, but its friday today still i havent received my courier. i urge you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

The worst courier service in INDIA same as Professional Courier,

This company don't have a proper map how to send the parcel & from which way to delivered the parcel within India, it always takes a long route & takes more than 7-8 days to delivered where if we send a courier to USA it gets delivered within a week.

They should reroute all their maps

I am fad up with the service they charge a lot & don't provide the prompt delivery every time.

I have send a document through DTDC sevice. Earlier I have already sent documents to the same address through DTDC. Sometime they are saying document will be delivered and sometimes they are saying it will be returned. Really disgusted with the service..Not sure whether package will be retuned or delivered. Tracking no is K91848616. Please someone have a look into this. Thanks.

I had booked my courier containing a watch worth rupees 3000/- via DTDC service on 11th Nov 2016 with docket no Z02164148 to Hyderabad.
As per the online tracking details courier had reached Gachibowli (hyderabad) on 14th Nov and till date it's status is "In Transit ".
They did not ask me about the content while i was handovering the packege to them and later on claimed that i should have pre informed them about it.
According to the DTDC service as i was couriering an electronic product without pre informing them, consignment is stuck at investigation level and will be delivered in few days.
After few days they informed me that consignment is misplaced and could not be tracked, hence could not be delivered.

I am unable to lodge official complaint against them, as none of their customer care number is responding.

The package is not traceable for three days and tyour useless team is so casual about it

My package is lost by jhansi team. Santosh - manager of jhansi region response was as follows - "log a complaint, if i get your package i will update or i don't know i cant help u logged a complaint we will see"

Such a bad customer response. It was critical document and dtdc team lost it.
And after that no response and bad communication. Worst experience till date. I make sure i will take this up legally if my package is not received

Couriered from ajmer on 1st dec 2016. It was supposed to deliver to ghaziabad by 3rd dec 2016. Today is 5th, no trace of the package.
Ajmer office says we sent it, ghaziabad office says we don't have it. This is ridiculous and leads to harassment of customer. The package has important documents including marksheets.
Resolve this asap.

I, kanai lal biswas used dtdc courier service on 16-nov-2016 to send an urgent document from kolkata to pube, having tracking no. k91836192. the delivery address was:

Flat no. b-401, serene spaces, (madhuban builders), gat no 778, gade wasti, bakori road, wagholi, pune 412207

Why this package was not delivered and returned to origin with anf (address not found) status? india post and other courier services successfully delivered packages to the same address without any issues.

Dtdc also informed me that the delivery mobile no [protected] was not reachable, but the recipient (mr. rajib biswas) received call on mobile [protected] from dtdc pune on 21-nov-2016, and he verified and explained the delivery address. still the package was returned to origin. i demand immediate inquiry on this issue. the package contained urgent document which needed to be delivered before 21-nov-2016, which you did not deliver at all. i demand compensation for the losses that arises from your non-delivery and i also demand return of the amount that i paid for the delivery.
