The package is not traceable for three days and tyour useless team is so casual about it

My package is lost by jhansi team. Santosh - manager of jhansi region response was as follows - "log a complaint, if i get your package i will update or i don't know i cant help u logged a complaint we will see"

Such a bad customer response. It was critical document and dtdc team lost it.
And after that no response and bad communication. Worst experience till date. I make sure i will take this up legally if my package is not received

Couriered from ajmer on 1st dec 2016. It was supposed to deliver to ghaziabad by 3rd dec 2016. Today is 5th, no trace of the package.
Ajmer office says we sent it, ghaziabad office says we don't have it. This is ridiculous and leads to harassment of customer. The package has important documents including marksheets.
Resolve this asap.

I, kanai lal biswas used dtdc courier service on 16-nov-2016 to send an urgent document from kolkata to pube, having tracking no. k91836192. the delivery address was:

Flat no. b-401, serene spaces, (madhuban builders), gat no 778, gade wasti, bakori road, wagholi, pune 412207

Why this package was not delivered and returned to origin with anf (address not found) status? india post and other courier services successfully delivered packages to the same address without any issues.

Dtdc also informed me that the delivery mobile no [protected] was not reachable, but the recipient (mr. rajib biswas) received call on mobile [protected] from dtdc pune on 21-nov-2016, and he verified and explained the delivery address. still the package was returned to origin. i demand immediate inquiry on this issue. the package contained urgent document which needed to be delivered before 21-nov-2016, which you did not deliver at all. i demand compensation for the losses that arises from your non-delivery and i also demand return of the amount that i paid for the delivery.

We have send bank loan documents through DTDC Courier from Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) to Bangalore ( Karnataka) with clear address along with receiver Phone numbers but they have delivered to different address and unknown person with out informed to receiver.

we have couriered 01st December 2016 and DTDC commuted to deliver next day ( 02 December 2016 ) by evening for this service DTDC charged Rs. 200/- and its called DTDC Plus

when we try to reach DTDC customer care Vijayawada (customer care Ph: [protected]) they unable to response properly

we unable to understand how they can delivered to third person with out informing to concern person (Receiver )

I would like to raise my complain with regards to my package lost with DTDC courier services.

Package contained a mobile phone-YU Yuphoria YU5010A(Black+Silver).This was purchased on Amazone.in on 5 October 2016 for my father birthday.This phone was couriered paying courier charges (Rs 400)from DTDC on 7th of November from Whitefield DTDC center, Bangalore office, to the destination –Assam (Digboi) which was supposed to reach on (9th Nov 2016).
Astonishingly it has not yet reach to the destination till date (2 December 2016)!!!
When I followed up with the Whitefield DTDC branch where I courier my package, and a lady told that she dont have any information but will inform me once she has any information, when I tried to follow up with her again she said that she has no information and gave me the DTDC manager number name (Mohan Raja).Well I must say this guy doesn’t even know how to talk with the customer nor to dealt with there problems. However after long follow up of 1 month on 30th November DTDC manger (Mohan Raja) says that my package was lost and someone has stolen the entire courier bag, which was mind boggling news for any customer!!!

Somehow I kept my disappointment aside, I call the manager and ask what would be the next procedure, he ask me to send the phone bill in an email, when I send the bill they come up with a story that they will pay me back only Rs 2000 .When I ask the reason why?. As the bill clearly says that the phone cost is Rs 4, 499.

I should say the customer service is pathetic and unbearable and very rude.

Please help me out to resolve this problem ASAP by refunding my entire money along with my courier charges or else i need to approach Consumer court.

I had my consignment : v33975364 to be delivered to mankapur, i had posted this on sunday evening with paying extra for express service. Extra as in 280 rs. Which was supposed to be reached on wednessday. However, it did not reached on friday as well. On contacting the customer service they had forwarded my call to one of the managers named lalitha : she slammed the call on my face telling to contact from the place u had couriered and would be delivered on next wednessday.
I should have used indian speed post instead all this BS services. Moreover, they dont have manners to talk. I wanted to file a complain against that lady.

I sent my courier (B[protected] on tuesday 27th november 2016 (Screenshot attached), it reached delhi on thursday and on the same day an attempt was made for the delivery which was very impressive, but unfortunately my courier did not get delivered because the area i sent the courier to was our of their service area. I want a refund of my courier
So below are the pointer where they went wrong:

- the information could have been given to me at the time of booking
- the same information could have been conveyed to me at the time of delivery.
- i wrote an email to them and they replied to me that the courier should be back in the shipment (Origin) office within 2-3 days (Screenshot attached) but today is 2nd december
And i haven/t got my courier back it's been 5 days now and i have no clue where my courier is.

So a strict action should be taken against as it was supposed to be delivered on time which did not happen. This is pathetic when you pay for good service and you don't get it. I also tried calling on following number and no one picked up the phone,[protected], [protected].

This is the worst courrier service ever. Parcel send from bangalore on 20th october to jalandhar has not reached till date. Even tried calling various customer service centres like ludhiana, jalandhar, bangalore several times but all the complaints fell into deaf ears. Not only have i called but have also emailed several times and no reply or help has been recieved.

With reference of tracking number - z96513792 in this connection awb has been shipped 18th november 2016 and destination is bangalore but still as of now not yet delivered almost all 13 days over.
Regarding this i was large complaint on 23rd november 2016 to customer care (Complaint reference #[protected] and after that continuously follow-up with the bangalore customer care service but crazy people were start saying that different answer each time.
Even they was unable to trace the aforesaid shipment track. First time they told shipment is in delhi but destination address is kerala state so that communicated with them and address changed that time shipmen was still at delhi this was happen on 23rd november.
I were wait more than 3 days and traced online, shipment arrived to chennai as per online trace result, after that connected customer care for shipment, i had shocking answer, and even they are not able trace the shipment and they have no more information about the courier.

Consignment number D[protected] which is send from Pune to Cochin
(Emergency spare for generator) is still lying at chennai hub for the last 5 days., reason unknown. Please deliver the cargo immediatly. Due to this we are suffering and facing huge losses.This is totally unacceptable and not expected from a reputed organisation like DTDC.
Your immediat action will be appreciated.

What kind of sick joke are they playing on the costumers.i ordered and item online which was to be delivered from DTDC and it over 2 freaking weeks that I haven't got my item when I contacted the seller they informed me that DTDC has given false info saying that they have delivered my item when I didn't even get a single phone call or any attempt to deliver my item and whenever I call the helpline number no one answers and just hangs up after a minute! Pathetic costumer service.dtdc are liers and thieves!

Im vivek... i have sent an envelope with important documents through dtdc from khammam, telangana on 23 rd of november to hadapsar Pune... online tracking shows it got delivered on 25 th... but it has not been delivered till the current date... whats wrong with DTDC... How Can a reputed courier n cargo service act so irresposible... what is the solution for this...

A parcel in the name of me ''Pooja More'' was registered on date 22.10.16 from panipat with consignment no. Z06574617. It was ought to reach berhampur by 27th october. but was by mistake forwarded to chennai instead. n reached berhampur on 3rd november that too after complaining about it in berhampur branch. and as i was out of station n the parcel delivery was too late so i told the person concerned over phone to return it.
but the thing now is that it havent reached the origin yet. neither the office staff of Berhampur (Orissa) branch are responding to our complaint. rather they are just yelling on us when asked about it. and according to a staff member the parcel is still there in the berhampur branch only. The Panipat(Haryana) branch concerned person Mr. Ravi is also not at all responding to our calls or msgs. I am very much dissapointed frm your courier service. one more parcel of mine Z03507447 which was booked on 18th october 2016 has also not reached its destination cuttack yet n it cannot b tracked even. I am suffering a loss of Rs.2500 due to this negligence of your staff.

I sent a courier back to flipkart seller as a return order via dtdc cargo. The product is not recieved to the consignee. I tried to contact dtdc customer care for providing me the proof of delivery with signature of the consignee and the adress mentioned. I sent several mails but they didn't responded well. I even tried calling them but they always keep my call on hold

I purchased some medicine from a site & they shipped it through DTDC it was shipped by them on 18th nov, it reached raipur on 20th nov & suddenly on 24th nov even without trying to deliver the shipment DTDC returned it. My waybill no is Z02788731. Dtdc showed that it was out for delivery. And after some time the showed that the shipment is being returned.

Hai sir, iam nithish kumar. I couriered a product on november 9 th, 2016. Tracking num-h57497670. He gave me a trcking number. I have to send the product to chindawara. Iam tracking my order. The product sent to chindawar. But it is in chindawara. When i track the order is in transit. But the product is at at destination. So, please send the details when the product will be delivered.in how many days the product will be delivered.

I have sent a parcel from dtdc sharaki branch bangalore on october 26 to imphal but till now i didnt recieve it and after waiting for a long time i was informed that it is returning to the sender and after waiting for a week again they are telling me my parcel has been lost. When i ask for refund they are asking to come tomorrow and here tomorrow never dies. I have exhausted going again and again and wasting my time.

I buyer medicen in online shopping.they booked them in dtdc service.the receipt number isB36795144.i tracked the I'd and I saw that it is out delivery on 18th.but still I didn't got that parcel.i make the call for the person who is managing dtdc service in our region.he is not responding.iam facing this for 5th time.here in vetapalem, Prakasam district the service is not good.
