My courier is from pune to khopoli (Khalapur - maharashtra). I tried to all the concern team - the tracking record is also not reflecting in the system - i tried to connected the raigad team - the people are very rude, they do not know who to talk to customers, they do not pick the phone & if they do pick they do not respond. This is the very bad customer handling way. My courier number is d[protected]. My contact no - [protected].

My family members delivered item to srikakulam to snapdeal heyderbad.
Item is not yet delivered. So i requested for proof of delivery.
After investigation they told me item is not yet delivered.
So far they havnot responding my calls.

It is pending form apr-2016

Please help me on this.

Since I was relocating to another country I had a couple of items shipped from Bangalore to my home town of Kalimpong, WestBengal. The consignment included a Reebok Aerobics Stepper (INR 10000), an iPhone 4S (broken screen), a lock and two cushions.

When the consignment did not reach the destination even after a month, I made numerous inquiries and was told that it was still in transit. I had to leave India after that and had my brother follow up with it but we have yet to receive the package even after a year. I have no idea where it is and no one at the customer service is able to help me.

I would really appreciate if some one looked into the matter and did the needful. Attached here is the receipt of the consignment.

I booked a shipment from Hyderabad to Lalganj azamgarh(276202-pin) on 4th November when I call at hyderabad no one pick up my call, when I call -[protected] no one pickup call again I got mobile no-[protected] he picked up and hold my call and when I again try he cut the call . Today is 14th November I did not get any update regarding my shipment. I sent a mail to dtdc but did not reply. I will certain proceed to consumer court if i didn't get any update

This is supposed to be the most reliable and hence most expensive service for couriers. I booked it on 8th November 2016 and its been 6 days and it is still not delivered while i was assured that it will be delivered latest by 10th or 12th. What is the point of paying so much when even the customer services are pathetic. they DO NOT PICK UP CALLS, DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THE CUSTOMER, THE PARCEL DOESN'T REACH ON TIME AND THE NUMBERS THAT THEY PROVIDE ARE INVALID. The birthday is way passed now, how is it even going to matter if it reaches the person. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE, JUST SHUT IT DOWN.

Why s ur service so pathetic. Wat dies this mean not delivered. Am waiting for this courier from a week and now it shows mus route.. Wat am i supposed to do.. This s not the first time am experiencing this. Last time u guys lost my courier.. This time mis route. I need this courier in a day or 2 days time.. Kindly check wat u can do on this.. I will never use dtdc again if i don't get my package in 2 days time.....

I have been sent a parcel of saree from hyderabad on 24. oct. 2016. Till now it is not deleivered to me. My address 211 A, MGR Nagar Thirunagar Colony, Palani, Tamilnadu- 624601 and Consignment no. H56876303. Tracking information saying its on transit and my courier office person does not know whether he received the parcel or not.Please help me get the product its of worth rs.2500.

This complaint is regarding the consignment number r23886342.

The courier was sent to south indian bank, christ campus. However the dtdc sg palya branch people delivered it to christ university.

When asked the sg palya dtdc branch people they were arguing in an unprofessional savage manner. Very poor service and very bad attitude by dtdc sg palya branch.

It seems the dtdc madivala and sg palya branch people do not know how to use telephone. They attend the call saying a "hello" and put the receiver down.

Two complain

1. I send courier through DTDC courier service to katihar Bihar (Tracking no B[protected] ..I see that it has reached to Guwahati. How come. When pin code is correct ..when address is correct ..how it has reached to other destination. Can you ensure that it reach to KAtihaar, Bihar?
2. I was talking to a your customer care representative by name Samya ...she was not ready to take. Complain. I waited for 12 min and then she was not ready to register the complain at all. When i explained her..she is saying she will check with local office. As a customer i am already saying that it has gone to wrong destination..she is not ready to listen and she abruptly disconnect the phone. How irresponsible is your customer support? Can you please take some action against ur unruly employee?

I have received a parcel from jbl store through dtdc, but due to diwali festival i wasn't available for which i get a call from dtdc. I clearly mentioned that i wont be able to collect the parcel for next 8-10 days for which in reply the dtdc person told me to drop a message regarding the same so that he will keep the parcel aside and i can collect the parcel whenever i am available.

But today i went to collect the parcel the female available at the desk asked me about the courier number which i was not having as the parcel person didnt gave me that information. So, i requested her to check the parcel by name but she denied to do so. I gave her that parcel person's contact number and name and she talk with the guy and also told her the location where the parcel is kept.

But she was so lazy to find my courier and denied to give me the parcel and told me to come later.

Very poor service to customer.

I had send a parcel on 5/11/16 at 11 am from teliyargang allahabad to rajajipuram lucknow and till date the parcel has not been delieverd yet. It consist of woolen clothes of a newly (1month) baby and is soo urgent and had made asked the dealer to deliver it on urgent basis but sorry to say that the services provided are very poor. Even after calling (Mr vivek -[protected]) several times no positive response was there. The details are as follows:

I had sent a gift parcel on 26th October through DTDC from Gurgaon Sector 46 branch. That parcel contains goods worth rs.4000. The consignment no. is Z00981354. It has not reached the destiny. On your website, it is showing as returned. I have been following up with contact person [protected]@[protected] for this parcel since 29th. But it seems he is just passing his time by giving some lame excuses. I have not received the products back. Now he has started ignoring my calls too. Please look into this at the earliest, or else return the money of the goods couriered.

I booked a gift packet for my fiancee on 26 Nov on prime time service and still delivered to him I asked Dtdc agent to give me return they r only giving excuses and the parcel is missing !!! I want immediate solution, , , and the behavior is very irresponsible not giving statsifying answer only making fake excuses kindly solve my prblm immediately very bad response till now and never book any parcel from ur company

Complaint against DTDC lost of Material (AWB.no.Z[protected]

This is to inform that yesterday I have received a courier from Phagwada (Punjab). When Package opened and found one qty of ladies suit received short. From phagwada dispatched Total qty of ladies suits are 03(three) but received/ found only two suits instead of three ladies suits. As per consignment weight of the package was 1.88kgs but receiving end weight found only 1.320kgs. photographs of the package are attached for your ready reference please.

Sir, on 15/10/2016 i had booked one parcel bearing Consignment NO.K90048907 Addressed TO SAREE MALL, 3011, NEW SARDAR TRADE MARKET, 5TH FLOOR, BLOCK NO.33 TO 43, PUNAKUMBHARIYA ROAD, SURAT-395010, GUJRAT, INDIA. But till date the parcel has been delivered as noticed from online tracking. but the receiver has not received. So i am very much in need of the POD of my parcel for further necessary action which is being refused by the courier agent.

Kindly, look into the matter and expedite.

We are truly disappointed. It was an imp document, last week of Oct it had been courier to Kunnur. On receipt they written kanpur rather than kunnur. when i tracked last status it was showing of 1st nov its at banglore hub, n then to till now couldnt get the status of the document, where it is. it was treuly an imp document misplaced because of DTDC.

Kindly Do needful ASAP. Want my document back or to get delivered to right person.

Company is unable to provide proof of delivery. Courier was sent 2 months back.i have been following up with them for more than 1 month now. But no response from the company. The consignee is saying that they have not received the courier. I am so helpless i do not know what to do. Case no. #03595621 is my complaint id. Even though the website is showing that the item has been delivered but it has not. That is why they are unable to provide...

This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I have opted for DTDC Plus service because o[censored]rgency of the courier to be delivered. on 02/11/2016 consignment number (V[protected] I had gone to the bhosari office near landewadi. the staff has informed me that if i opt for dtdc plus the shipment will be delivered in two days that is on 04/11/2016. Today is 06/11/2016 and still the courier hasn't been delivered. when i called their office staff has given me the wrong information that the courier is at wagodia ring road my friend who was suppose to receive the courier has gone to wagodia ring road's office and they said that they have not received any courier. The head of bhosari office when i contacted he was not concern about the parcel being undelivered he mentioned that i m in goa and let me enjoy my leaves. such a cooperation this dtdc guys give.

I would like to register a compliant reg the delivery of the parcel which I have couriered through DTDC. The status of my consignment # C70284178 shows that the parcel is not delivered due to Wrong/Incorrect address. I have provided the correct address and also a valid mobile number. The recipient did not even receive a phone call. If they feel that the address is not correct then they should have called to the provided number and verified the same. I want the parcel to be delivered at the earliest. POOR SERVICE!!
