Dear sir,

I am k. K. Roy, an employee of emc limited place of posting at chapra, bihar and my complain is that on the 15th nov-16 one parcel vide bearing your consignment no. Z01456612 picked up from our emc delhi address on 8th nov-16 for delivery to our chapra address (As the address is attached in the packet) and on the 16th nov-16 it's shows the status as delivered at chapra on 16th nov-16.

But i am the actual receiver of the consignment and for this i am writing this complaint as because never i have received this consignment or any body of my office staffs from dtdc chapra branch and for which i most afraid because the consignment bearing few numbers of blank cheque (S) of my company.

The DTDC courier service is very poor service, they always delay in delivery. I always have a bad experience with this courier service. This time my courier reached their [censored]house on 17th of Nov, 2016. When I called them on 18th they told pick from the [censored]house yourself at 10 am and I have gone at 10 am and i told them my AWB number B37013454, they wait me for one and half and after they said that they misplaced the courier and come next time. So you are requested to take strict action on them so that they should improve themselves.

I would like to appreciate DTDC team and management regarding offering wonderful services all over India.

As the era is changing rapidly every one is opting for online business and Indians have started trusting online companies. Logistics play a major role in delivery of product on time and in good conditions .

We have opted DTDC service as our logistics partner. We have been in regular negotiations with local franchise for COD options, but they are not aware about how it works. We would like to have this options from DTDC kindly update us on this issues and contact this number [protected].

From past few months your franchise members are providing best service, but have to train on more ethics and also delivering on time. Suggestion: supply them little larger bags to carry document or product like ekart, delhiivery, amazon, big basket because in coming few years your company will be doing double the business as few small online startup companies may need your service, like us.

Kindly improve your infrastructure and also the look into the matter of your delivery boys behaving rudely.

I have attached a few images of my product that have been damaged. Waiting for your response on this.

Past few days, from north India we are receiving (9th this month) complaints of rudeness, misguide and damaged product delivery by your franchise guys, for which we are not responsible after double packing the product. Mostly bends, due to small bags they bend them, even though clearly mentioned stickers are applied ( do not bend). We are not responsible for this and we cannot afford to replace every such damaged product.

We would be more happy if you update us.

DTDC Taliparamba-Kannur-Kerala is not delivering the Currier at the mentioned address saying that " i[censored] want the packet, go and collect from the office" . the mentioned address is just 1km from their office. Airway bill number is Z06561503. sender has made the full payment for door delivery.dtdc taliparamba have received the courrier on 11 November, and they didnt even call me till i call them yesterday 16 November 2016 by tracking the Airway bill number. I had taken up the matter with their customer care yesterday it self, but they just provided a ref no for the complaint (the case number is[protected] without any solution till now or even call me.

Yesterday i was told at the dtdc mumbai center that the courier is with courier boy and will be delivered by today.
But today i received a call that i need to pick the courier from the dtdc center.
It was told while giving the consignment that it will be delivered by at max 3-4 days. But today its the 8th day as well as it is not delivered and customer is told to pick it up.
Is it a way of treating the customer??

Im very disappointed of dtdc service. I did sent my important education paper to my hometown on 2nd nov 2016.. My paper is unable to track nor not received at given addess nor not returning... Im so regret to sent my parcel to dtdc service because of these im facing many problem in my aducation.

This is to inform you that iam a regular customer of dtdc courier service.. Toady i got a call from your samrala branch (Punjab) office... Name of the employee was dharmpal... Iam soory to say that he was very rude i just asked him politely to deliver the courier to concern address as it is mention on the courier.. He refused to deliver and told me he will send it back...

Mahabubnagar DTDC called and said that they are coming to deliver it on Wednesday, 09 Nov 2016. After that all of sudden, I did not get any update on this.

Today, I was checking the status (online) and surprised to see that my courier has been sent back without trying and reaching my home.

This is ridiculous and I am not going to accept this. Please respond to me immediately or I will be escalating it to higher level.

I was trying to connect to dtdc customer care regarding one urgent document that has been sent from delhi to pune on 15/11/16. I want to know the exact status of the order as i was confused when i tracked it on website.
I have called on pune dtdc landline no. I had waited for almost more than 10 minutes to talk to customer care but suddenly after 10 minutes they disconnect my call. I have wasted my mobile recharge money on them but got no result.
I am really disappointed with the waiting time as well as with the call disconnection issue.
Please call me on my no. [protected] as the document was urgent and i need to know the tracking status.

Sender was booked lap on 05-NOV at Gwalior city in DTDC courier and I got tracking online at 11-NOV only.. When I asked to courier guy why it get delayed means he saying that it was not booked with insurance for 6 days continues same reply from him but the sender was booked on 05-NOV with insurance only.
These 6 days gap was this issue will get happened of changing the laptop.
So please take this as an serious issue and let me know what happened exactly.

i was supposed to receive a courier which was packed and sent to me as a gift pack, it was containing a few urgent documents, a cellphone, a charger. when i received the courier today the cell phone was missing from the packet. and the packet was ripped off and sealed later on which is evidently a person can understand after seeing the package content.' we have already asked the person at the dtdc center whether we can send a cellphone through courier or not and he replied with yes, hence the situation is so bad that i cant even express. its very shameful and disrespect for a courier company like dtdc. hence i would also like to inform you that i will take legal step if do not get the right solution. thanks

My packet has been delivered on 14/11/2016 but my accessories inside are missing.

I have put 2 bundles of food coupans inside the packet at the time of packet submission but i received only one coupan bundle and one is missing.
It cost me at rs 5000/- per bundle.
I want my missing coupan bundle back anyhow.
I am very angry... Please help

My courier is from pune to khopoli (Khalapur - maharashtra). I tried to all the concern team - the tracking record is also not reflecting in the system - i tried to connected the raigad team - the people are very rude, they do not know who to talk to customers, they do not pick the phone & if they do pick they do not respond. After investigation they told me item is not yet delivered.
So far they havnot responding my calls.

Since I was relocating to another country I had a couple of items shipped from Bangalore to my home town of Kalimpong, WestBengal. The consignment included a Reebok Aerobics Stepper (INR 10000), an iPhone 4S (broken screen), a lock and two cushions.

When the consignment did not reach the destination even after a month, I made numerous inquiries and was told that it was still in transit. I had to leave India after that and had my brother follow up with it but we have yet to receive the package even after a year. I have no idea where it is and no one at the customer service is able to help me.

I would really appreciate if some one looked into the matter and did the needful. Attached here is the receipt of the consignment.

I booked a shipment from Hyderabad to Lalganj azamgarh(276202-pin) on 4th November when I call at hyderabad no one pick up my call, when I call -[protected] no one pickup call again I got mobile no-[protected] he picked up and hold my call and when I again try he cut the call . Today is 14th November I did not get any update regarding my shipment. I sent a mail to dtdc but did not reply. I will certain proceed to consumer court if i didn't get any update

This is supposed to be the most reliable and hence most expensive service for couriers. I booked it on 8th November 2016 and its been 6 days and it is still not delivered while i was assured that it will be delivered latest by 10th or 12th. What is the point of paying so much when even the customer services are pathetic. they DO NOT PICK UP CALLS, DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THE CUSTOMER, THE PARCEL DOESN'T REACH ON TIME AND THE NUMBERS THAT THEY PROVIDE ARE INVALID. The birthday is way passed now, how is it even going to matter if it reaches the person. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE, JUST SHUT IT DOWN.

I have been sent a parcel of saree from hyderabad on 24. oct. 2016. Till now it is not deleivered to me. My address 211 A, MGR Nagar Thirunagar Colony, Palani, Tamilnadu- 624601 and Consignment no. H56876303. Tracking information saying its on transit and my courier office person does not know whether he received the parcel or not.Please help me get the product its of worth rs.2500.
