I would like to appreciate DTDC team and management regarding offering wonderful services all over India.
As the era is changing rapidly every one is opting for online business and Indians have started trusting online companies. Logistics play a major role in delivery of product on time and in good conditions .
We have opted DTDC service as our logistics partner. We have been in regular negotiations with local franchise for COD options, but they are not aware about how it works. We would like to have this options from DTDC kindly update us on this issues and contact this number [protected].
From past few months your franchise members are providing best service, but have to train on more ethics and also delivering on time. Suggestion: supply them little larger bags to carry document or product like ekart, delhiivery, amazon, big basket because in coming few years your company will be doing double the business as few small online startup companies may need your service, like us.
Kindly improve your infrastructure and also the look into the matter of your delivery boys behaving rudely.
I have attached a few images of my product that have been damaged. Waiting for your response on this.
Past few days, from north India we are receiving (9th this month) complaints of rudeness, misguide and damaged product delivery by your franchise guys, for which we are not responsible after double packing the product. Mostly bends, due to small bags they bend them, even though clearly mentioned stickers are applied ( do not bend). We are not responsible for this and we cannot afford to replace every such damaged product.
We would be more happy if you update us.
