I have received courier from my office bangalore.When i open the cover there was no sodex coupons 2500/- stolen.They cut the cover at back side and pasted with dtdc cover.Consignment number B37570713.

This courier was receiver at[protected] at eveining and when i open the over ther is no sodex coupon 2500/.This cover was cut at back side of the cover and closed with dtdc plaster....

The worst courier service! I had a courier from Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore. It has reached the Bangalore Whitfield branch on Saturday (22 Oct, 2016) according to tracking history, but not received my courier. The customer care doesn’t pick the calls, works completely like a Fake company. No responsibility towards the customer. I sent some of my educational documents to my parents in kolkata through dtdc one day delivery but after two days also they didn't received the parcel. On 18-Oct a DTDC courier was booked for pick up from my office in Mumbai to Ghaziabad. It has been 6 days now and I was told today by DTDC customer care that parcel was for delivery from Mumbai to Mumbai and it is undelivered.
They are asking me to call the franchise MF1366 and ask them for update.
They say their phone dont have outgoing so they cannot do anything on this case.

We pay money to courier for delivery up to home not they are call and collect your parcel.

Parcel booked on 19/10/16 in chirala to nizampatnam and it shows in tracking 20/10/16 delivered, it is not reach home.Than I call that people on 23/10/16 @ evening 5 PM, they say it is with us you come and collect, what is this ?
Feel it is useless service...

I had taken DTDC courrier service for sending my moms medicines. They charged me with their premium service promising the product will be delivered by next day.Its been 3 days and the product is no where to its destination. I booked a courier on 12oct2016, which was promised to be delivered in 3days. However it's still not delivered till today 22oct2016. No one picking up call from DTDC customer care, I tried all there numbers.
My consignment number is H53402894

It was to be delivered from Hyderabad to Chhindwara (MP).
Very poor services from DTDC, it happened 3rd time with me....

The above shippment was booked on 21-sep-2016, and we have contacted customer care, booking center, warrangal branch and all we get is "parcel is missing"

On average we booked around 130-140 parcel every month in dtdc, avenue road, bangalore branch, average, 2-3 parcel will be missing or damage every month and because of this...

In gondia city i had booked 1 parcel on date of 17th oct 16. But Parcel not deliver till time . When i am trace that parcel. Dtdc online system they show booked date 18th oct 16. This thing happen evry time please take action. And still they not deliver Dtdc pepole said to me ho jayega na kahi bhage ja raha hai kya. This type language use to that bloody people . I have used DTDC Currier service on 27th June 2016 to send my parcel. Consignment number # B30332146 which is not delivered because they were unable to locate the delivery address. This status was updated on 11th July 2016.

Above documents booked on[protected] from noida sector 48 branch have not been received by me at po - dariba, distt rajsamandh, rajasthan, so far after passing 12 days. why your service has slugished that a customer has to suffer mentaly and physically. these dtdc misdeeds should be checked seriously by company seniors. l;ease educate your courier staff about the urgency of this business. kindly get my parcel asap....
