I had booked an important and emergency document from Ahmedabad on[protected] vide doc number A33743823 to SIVAGANGA IN TAMILNADU.. Till date it has not been delivered. the tracking system in their website is also not working, moreover no proper response from customer support by landline and mail. request to kindly trace and deliver....

My courier partner has send me the courier on 1st week of Jan. It's in margao office from 18th Jan which is still not delivered to me. When I spoke to the concern person they replied me saying it won't be delivered to you, Do what ever you want. If my complian iz not rectified in 5 working days I will take dtdc to court...

My consignment Number: M29310854 received Dibrugarh on 1st February, 2016. But no one cared to deliver my pack to my office. It contained some sample crucially need for my research work. Due to your carelessness I had to suffer a great some. I obtained your customer care numbers for Dibrugarh ([protected]), Guwahati([protected]) and Delhi([protected]) and dialed them, but no one was there to pick up the phone. I even found one mobile number...

One courier vide C/n No. Z80522754 was dispatched from Mohan Co-operative Area (New Delhi) to Rajouri Garden (New Delhi) - locally on 3/2/2016 and it is not delivered till date (end of the 5/2/2016).

I am trying to contact their Naraina Branch since morning but regret to say that they are not picking the call. Worst services I have even seen in my life.

today till 05/02/2016 parcel not delivered in kolkata nor it found ..
Where is my parcel

I suppose to receieve courier from Gurgaon to Bangalore.
I booked the courier on 1st Feb 16.
But today is 4th but still the status showing in transit.
Worst and third class service experience from DTDC.

Here after I will not use DTDC service for sending any documents.

After seeing too many complaints which was not resolved, I don't see any use in writing this email. But still I would like to show my distress, regarding my consignment not delivered. The courier was dispatched from Trivandrum Kerala, it has reached chennai porur DTDC branch on 30th Jan 2016. I was confirmed from Kerala office saying that it was dispatched by DTDC courier. She had to wear it on 28 Jan for a party. She was so disappointed that she wanted a refund of that set from me. I lost my client due to negligence of dtdc service....

Consignment no-K84146800, send from Guwahati, Assam to Boudh, Odisha on 19th Jan, 2016. It has been 15days now yet the consignment is still not delivered. It has been in one centre for 4-5days. Unexpected delay in delivery from DTDC. Customer service is very poor. Even after repeated mails, no action is taken and furthermore, mails are not even replied to....

I sent an important document( original) from cochin on 9th january, 2016.

When I tracked my parcel, it reached INDORE APEX on 13th january. Today its 1st Feb and till now my Courier didnt reach to destination. When I called them they said its missed by them. How they can be so irresponsible. I have sent important documents and either I want it back or find it and send it to the destination immediately.br...

This is just not done, very disappointed. With your service. I parceled a photo frame to bareilly, and it was broken. I bought bubble wraps and thermocols and gave it to the person in your dtdc office, kalkaji. They dint even used bubble wraps. For you its just a thing to deliver for customers they mean so much they believe in you, that you will carry and transfer their best things to their loved ones distant apart, this is so foolish...highly...

Courier booked on 22nd jan 2015 at Basaveswarnagar Positive health Clinic to be delivered near Nagadevana halli, Bangalore. Courier not received till now ( 28th Jan 2015. 26th Courier team called and checked about the address. Yet to receive ( medicine was sent )...
