I am gaurav koshyari from haldwani . on 18 feb 2016 i said one of my friends for courier as he was going to market that day . he made the courier from dtdc courier company . the material which was sent for courier was consisting of two pendrives packed in a light box and then wrapped with a thin cotton cloth . they measured the weight and it came about 260 gm . according to weight they took 180 rupees from my friend which i paid him later . the courier was sent to the address "askiitians, B-147, 1st floor, sector 6, noida" . when i got my material back i checked the weight of the material it was just 80 grams. i was shocked and suprised . the material was just the same, so the weight should also be same . but it was not so.

the courier charges was about 180 rupees and also including the net charges, inconvience and the most important the time which got wasted due to all these things i want a total refund of 500 rupees.
i have atested the photos of the bill and material.

My Consignment no. is H52832377. I had to send my documents to University in Dimapur in order to receive a certificate from them in a timely manner. Hence I opted to have my important documents sent through DTDC, Tolichowki, Hyderabad branch. Since 15 Feb the consignment status still shows in transit. I have called to DTDC branch number of time and each time person said, we haven’t heard anything from Guwahati branch and will let you know in couple of days and the same thing has been repeated several times. However, I still don’t see any change in the status. I have question for DTDC, are you going to solve my issues of admission in case the courier with my important documents doesn’t reach to university???

My courier docket no K85082068 from Lumding Assam to Baddi Himachal Pradesh delivered in wrong address by DTDC delivery boy.
On dated 26/02/2016, I had watch my docket status online. Then I see docket is delivered on 25/02/2016. But i have not found my courier. After more correspondence with DTDC faculty, they had told me your courier delivered in your address to your company security staff by company seals. Till date I have not received my courier.

After this i have received call from one unknown person, he told me dear unfortunately your courier delivered in my company address. Please collect same from me. So kindly look into the matter & revert back.

I have bookedDTDC Courier to send Lenovo tab on 02/02/2016 and it has reached destination in two days with empty box . i have complained regarding this on same day itself but till date DTDC is just doing time pass and telling me that we are doing all the necessary things to return Money which was quoted while booking courier.

My docket number is D27095364 from raipur to noida booked on 18th feb. Is under held up status in dtdc naraina office in delhi. Since 22nd feb. I have sent my invoice to all the relevant department of dtdc under heldup.[protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com, css.[protected]@dtdc.com & [protected]@dtdc.com. but I haven't got any success yet. Kindly help in delivering the product as soon as possible. Or help in getting the full refund of the product cost rs. 1519 + the courier charge rs. 700.

My friend has booked the DTDC courier having consignment no. (v[protected]

TO ALI.M, CALICUT, KERALA
. Yet the parcel has not been delivered. I called to BANGALORE office many times . But he always gave me some excuses. The parcel had so many precious things cost around Rs 320/-. Even though I sent too many mails to DTDC customer support but they didn't gave me response. Please do something about this matter.

It is submitted that two packets were sent through DTDC from Mumbai on 28th January 2016 vide consignment Docket No D26061229 and D26061236. The packets were delivered us on 24th February 2016. Taking near about one month is not understood. In spite of repeated follow up the same were not delivered in time and sent to us from Bhawanipatna, Distt-Kalahandi (Odisha) by bus and we collected the same from Lanjigarh, Distt-Kalahandi (Odisha)-766027, Bus stop on 24th February 2016.

Scan copies of the consignment Notes are attached for your ready reference.

Please do the needful to avoid such inconvenience in future.

Reg complaint no. 01000697 I got an SMS on 25th at 1353 hours which was inadequate.
The shipment had been delivered on 25th at 1230hrs.
But your SMS sent at 1353hrs. does not mention so.
Very very poor performance of DTDC.
This kind of delay in information is not expected from you.
Also the shipment reached Madurai on 23rd but delivered on 25th. DTDC???!!!
In future I will go to some other Courier. Thanks but no thanks

I have sent a courier through DTDC courier services on urgent services on officially tender document with consignment number V27078674 from Ghaziabad to Raipur on date 16th Feb 2016. Tender submission last date is 25th Feb 2016 at 1 PM. But courier not delivered on time and no present status of my courier when I connected the Raipur office and Courier service Ghaziabad I didn’t get any proper response from them,

Please help me on to me to recover my working on this tender and company loss and justice against harassment from courier service.

I send one parcel of weight 5.200 kg on dated 08.10.2015 through DTDC courier docket No. D23840657 for my 8 years son at Near Shiv Colony Distt.- Panchkula 134102 (Harayana). it was reach their on dated 15.10.2015, but it was near to 2 kg weight parcel and in open condition our family not accepted that parcel and return to him.
When I ask to courier person they are saying that I have complaint but we are not getting any response from company. He told me that submit your materials bill so, that we will do some things then send all bill to him, but still he did not give me any answer of my problems and right now he did not pick my phone.

My courier which was despatched from begumpet to US is missing. Courier was delivered in Kathmandu. I don't know how can someone send a delivery to Kathmandu when the address clearly states UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. To chase my application I need to contact a person named Kishore who was assigned to chase this courier. He is a ridiculous irresponsible person who doesn't care about customers. now comes our hero name Nagarjuna the manager of dtdc begumpet who is the boss of Kishore too.. His number is [protected]. I can't understand how can dtdc make such a disgusting irresponsible irritating person Nagarjuna as a manager .. he answered my call and lied many times and gave a fake tracking id too.. He always says call me in 10 minutes but doesn't answered my call.. Called him more than 50 times no response I have all the call recordings of this person. Hope DTDC shows some concern to thier customers and take action against such a lazy and fraud staff.

I have sent my cargo from United Kingdom-London to Chennai on November 22nd 2015.
The tracking details were not updated till January and I was able to see the tracking details only in January 2016.
When contacting the customer service I was told that the cargo is misplaced after so many calls and queries from my end I have received an update saying it is lost in the Chennai flood.
But I was not provided any proof for it.
It reached Chennai on November 30, 2015.
No of pieces 2(33KG)

I have requested for remaining left outs of my things for which I did not get any answer though.
Finally I have requested for claims and I have got a response from DTDC Chennai saying I should contact the origin office from where the cargo was sent.
After several chase ups till 22nd Feb 2016(Today) I have not received any response from DTDC UK.
I have provided the estimation of my valuables and I am not sure what is the procedure to get the claims and when I will be receiving the claims.

Kindly please take on this issue.
Please try to provide me some update whether I will be receiving the claim atleast.
I am not sure whether the cargo is really damaged in flood.

I have sent a parcel to my regular client on 06/02/2016 By DTDC Courier By Air of about 2KG, usually the parcel gets received by my client within 3-4 days after dispatch in there address, but this time its a long time since he didn't receive the parcel, Tracking Number is (K[protected]. Hi All,
I have booked the courier B29836781 on date 13th/Feb/2016. Still no information regarding the same. trying hard to talk regarding courier but whenever someboday picks the call after giving the Ref no . they will simply disconnect the call without giving any information. Looks like they have missed by courier and now not ready to talk regarding the same.
Dont know what to do. Please take appropriate action on the same.

Percel with AWB No.X14867783 is not delivered in 63 days and the customer support of DTDC is ignoring about the matter.Tracking status shows the percel is in taratola, kolkata, I contacted with this courier centre, They are telling, your percel is not arrived yet in this centre.please make a arrangement so that it will be delivered as soon as possible.
