My courier which was despatched from begumpet to US is missing. Courier was delivered in Kathmandu. I don't know how can someone send a delivery to Kathmandu when the address clearly states UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. To chase my application I need to contact a person named Kishore who was assigned to chase this courier. He is a ridiculous irresponsible person who doesn't care about customers. now comes our hero name Nagarjuna the manager of dtdc begumpet who is the boss of Kishore too.. His number is [protected]. I can't understand how can dtdc make such a disgusting irresponsible irritating person Nagarjuna as a manager .. he answered my call and lied many times and gave a fake tracking id too.. He always says call me in 10 minutes but doesn't answered my call.. Called him more than 50 times no response I have all the call recordings of this person. Hope DTDC shows some concern to thier customers and take action against such a lazy and fraud staff.

My friend has booked the DTDC courier having consignment no. (Z[protected]from DTDC office, Rehari Jammu, J&K on 19th Jan 2016 to Plot 128, Sai Raj Residency, Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084. Yet the parcel has not been delivered. I called to Jammu DTDC office( sham lal contact no. [protected]) many times . But he always gave me some excuses. The parcel had so many precious things cost around Rs 10000. Even though I sent too many mails to DTDC customer support but they didn't gave me response. Please do something about this matter.

I have sent my cargo from United Kingdom-London to Chennai on November 22nd 2015.
The tracking details were not updated till January and I was able to see the tracking details only in January 2016.
When contacting the customer service I was told that the cargo is misplaced after so many calls and queries from my end I have received an update saying it is lost in the Chennai flood.
But I was not provided any proof for it.
It reached Chennai on November 30, 2015.
No of pieces 2(33KG)

I have requested for remaining left outs of my things for which I did not get any answer though.
Finally I have requested for claims and I have got a response from DTDC Chennai saying I should contact the origin office from where the cargo was sent.
After several chase ups till 22nd Feb 2016(Today) I have not received any response from DTDC UK.
I have provided the estimation of my valuables and I am not sure what is the procedure to get the claims and when I will be receiving the claims.

Kindly please take on this issue.
Please try to provide me some update whether I will be receiving the claim atleast.
I am not sure whether the cargo is really damaged in flood.

I had book a courier from vijayawada to visakhapatnam on feb 15th 2016, but till now 22 feb 2016 i didnot recived my courier. i went to the office and i asked there .. they are saying that your product was missing my consignment num is V27757323

I have sent a parcel to my regular client on 06/02/2016 By DTDC Courier By Air of about 2KG, usually the parcel gets received by my client within 3-4 days after dispatch in there address, but this time its a long time since he didn't receive the parcel, Tracking Number is (K[protected]. I have called a lot of time to DTDC Office about the parcel but they didn't give me the correct status about the parcel yet, they asking for wait 2 -3 day we will reply you but they won't, after that i have post the complaint in DTDC Twitter Page and also sent email to customer care support but no positive result from them. i am uploading email and twitter copy image So Kindly Help me out ASAP. thanks and regard.

I have booked the courier B29836781 on date 13th/Feb/2016. Still no information regarding the same. trying hard to talk regarding courier but whenever someboday picks the call after giving the Ref no . they will simply disconnect the call without giving any information. Looks like they have missed by courier and now not ready to talk regarding the same.
Dont know what to do. Please take appropriate action on the same.

Percel with AWB No.X14867783 is not delivered in 63 days and the customer support of DTDC is ignoring about the matter.Tracking status shows the percel is in taratola, kolkata, I contacted with this courier centre, They are telling, your percel is not arrived yet in this centre.please make a arrangement so that it will be delivered as soon as possible.

Dear Sir one cover booked on DTDC vizag on 15feb pod no. H62405352 and today is 20th feb still i didnot received cover i enquired in dtdc office they are saying that we are shifting office so it was delayed that is not the right answer for me kindly take action against them. My payment will delay due to their negligence.

I booked a consignment on 6.2.2016 vide Receipt No.H62256861. But the consignment not delivered at Hyderabad so far. The consignment has been booked at M\s. Ravi Agencies, Vijayamahal Centre, Nellore-524001. Three days back when I called the concerned person of DTDC, he informed that the consignment ha already delivered, which is not at all correct. Today i personally visited the DTDC of Nellore Branch, but no responsible person is available there. It is understood that the consignment has been returned without delivery and kept in the Office . They not at all informed me the present position of the consignment. I never expected this type of negligence on the part of DTDC. Now I decited to claim compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000\- as detailed below: Rs.120\- actual amount and Rs.120\- for my personal compensation, the remaining amount of Rs.99, 760.00 should be remitted to Tirumala Thirupathi Devastanam, Thirupathi for the Free Meals Scheme under proper receipt in favour of M\s DTDC. Item tracking status shows but i didn't receive item i raise a complaint yesterday but you didn't reply and calling but you're not attend call thats not fair

My brother has sent me an item 1 week ego through dtdc couriers and item is received in near by courier office but response from the office is very poor, they are not even attending the call from number and by calling from different number they are telling we will deliver in 1/2 to 1 hr but from last 2 days they telling the same thing...

I ordered "Philips IN-MMS 2550F/94 Multimedia Speaker (Black)" (Item ID:[protected] on 04-Feb-16. and it was to delivered on latest by 6th or late by 17th Feb. Its been too late and i have not received till now. I tried to tracked online but its still shows Kolkatta on 12 th Feb . I dont know where is it now and it must not take so long. Help!!!
