Our consignement No. B30323690 i sent on 18 march from south end circle, bangalore to Koramangala, Bangalore.but date updated wrongly and date of delivery also wrong pls check and make the correction.

I am vinay kumar working in igl, kashipur. I had sent my wife medicine on 14.12.2015 from kashipur through dtdc courier with tracking number z68928133 to east delhi where my family is residing. But the medicine not reached the destination and on your dtdc website it has shown delivered. I had talked to dtdc customer care and they had given delivery boy number but no satisfactory answer had been by delivery boy and neither from delhi and kashipur dtdc officials.I had followed regularly this matter for 1-2 months but all my efforts gone in vain. I had suffered financially and mentally by this incident. Please tell me how can i get justice as a citizen of india and in future no such incident would be followed by dtdc.

My tracking no is N94649513. I got my packet just now. But wen I begin to open packet it was tempered and also didn't get the original documents/bill sent with this packet.
I started calling the guy who delivered me packet but it seems he has intentionally switched off the phone.
Kindly look into the matter and help me to find the solution ASAP.
If you cannot suggest me kindly help me to find exact channel to sort it out.
I am waiting for two days and hope that I won't need to go to Consumer Court.

Dear Sir

I have courier a document from Jogbani, Araria, Bihar to SALKIA, Howrah, West Bengal on 9th March 2016 and the documents has reached Howrah on 10th March but still now it is not delivered. The courier contains urgent document.

Kindly raise the complaint and do the needful.

Hi,

This is with regard to the courier number Z79990149 with DTDC.
This courier was sent from Noida to Bangalore on 13 Feb 2016.
According to the website it said out for delivery on 15Feb 2016. Even to this day we haven't received the packet.
I got a call from customer care number on 23 Feb 2016 asking if my courier was delivered as the status still showed out for delivery. The person who called said he will enquire and call me back but to this day I haven't received any call. No one answers their phone calls or emails. It feels as though they don't have a customer support. Kindly help.

Awaiting the courier but they are took 85rs for single A4 sheet from Chennai to Vijayawada

Its very disappointing for me that same city courier also haven't
reached after 3-4 working days. I tried calling to Customer Care center also mailed them provided Sender and Receiver address details also but they are so careless to reply even.No Proper tracking of order I have wasted full day, in checking website. I have messaged on given number [protected]. But no response ..!!! It is better that i physically go and deliver the packets.I have posted then to DTDC Rahatani, Pimple Saudagar. I tried customer care number but no use.
I contacted to receiver of courier, told me have not received after 4 days.
kindly investigate this issue as all are important docs.If non delivered make them to send it ASAP. As receiver is waiting for same and timely delivery is needed.

Started from delhi on 11th march and still havnt reached jammu
Tried ur agent in delhi, very old guy, promised that this would reach on 14th march..
Following my packet i rang the customer care, they gave me number of jammu branch [protected]
Some extremely rude and ill mannered lady answered my call who disconnected my phone stating that im not educated enough coz i told her to speak to me and not chit chat with co employees.. to this s replied that her colleague and branch manager are more important than a customer. she literally said those words to me and disconnected phone.
Spoke to the branch manager mr vikas.
Who was called by this girl as 'idhar aao isse baat karo' this is the way ahe called her branch manager.. was that really the branch manager??
This mail is only to bring to ur notice the employee attitude.. probably my laat courier with dtdc..
It was hasn't reached the jammu address yet(16th march 1245pm)... courier was done on 11th march at 10am.. very disappointed with everything

Dear Sir/Madam,

We sent a courier through DTDC from St. Marks road bangalore 560001 to Shimla Himachal pradesh 173212 in DTDC PLUS consignment with secure packing. However, after delivery of the package to the destination we found that the product inside the package is missing. Here is the tracking No: V28357498 the value of the product in Rs.5392/- We have faced the same kind of issue in DTDC many times but it is no use. As it was in secure packing we can assume that it is from DTDC courier the product has been miss placed or theft. Hence, kindly investigate this matter and provide us the reimbursement of the product value.

My parcel with tracking no z78883936 has not delivered after 1 month though it's showing it's lying in dtdc ghaziabad office since feb 16, 2016.after various calls and emails they r not responding me .even they stop picking my phone now.plz take a serious action against it.

I have to file a complaint at consumer forum against dtdc courier They delivered one of my package to someone else. I have attempted to inform them. But there is no response from their side.

I returned product I bought online. DTDC ROHTAK, has to pick it up, I received a call on 08.03.2016, Tuesday for pick but no one came. On 11.03.16 Friday I called DTDC, & asked them for pick up, they said they have no one to pick up, you yourself have to come & drop. I went to drop but then they refused to take it as they lost token no.

Please do the needful this time they will dilver the corrier at home.

My mother booked a parcel with DTDC courier on 5th March 2016 from Trivandrum to Delhi, airmail. This got delivered on 10th March. No one is taking responsibility of the item delivered late nor giving any reason. When opened we find that rat had made a hole in the carton and ripped 2 packets. These guys did a tape over it so that it not visible from outside. Not only that, 2 packets and a jar have been found open. This was not by any rat because the opening is made by a sharp material such as blade. All items are edible and hence someone tried a bit midway. Also at the time of booking this weighed 4.5 kg however when we received its jus 3.95 kg. No wonder items are missing inside. I have taken pictures of the box and condition of the items at the time of delivery. I asked the delivery boy to come and check the items to which he responded that his duty is to deliver and not to check what's in the box or its condition and that he also cannot take it back. Firstly the item which was airmailed got delivered after 5 days and second I need compensation for the items missing and that which were not taken care while transit. And the bigger question is how can someone really trust these guys while sending a parcel. This incident has truly brought shivers down my spine and possibly may think of some other mode of transportation in future, atleast not DTDC

It is frustrating to state that CN no. B29771001 has not been received by
the recipient and the the status shows delivered.

These are medicines that are costly and were not available at my home town and I had to send those to my parents in Jamtara, Jharkhand from Bangalore. We got that couriered on 26th Feb 2016 but it has not reached even after these 12 days.

DTDC at Jamtara say they have not received this package and it is somewhere in Patna and sometime they say they have no idea where the package is. Mails to DTDC customer support team are not being answered.

Can someone help locate the package get that delivered to the correct recipient please!

I sent a courier of clothes from Zirakpur, Punjab to Burdwan West Bengal; it was a pick up but they opened the suit cover and took the hanger out while packing it without informing me, now how is that ethical? They opened up my personal stuffs in order to repack it. I want a full refund, NOW!

Sir I sent parsal to my brother from Varanasi to vadali but my parsal was not reached and the not informed also.
I sent my parsal on27th February and today is 8th march 10 days over but my parsal not reached and I talked, but the saying yor parsal is returning and they not refunding my money

I parcelled a package in dtdc plus on the 4th of march from Jalukbari dtdc. The package was about to be home delivered in Sonari. But till 7th of march it did not get delivered. When i enquired they said they can't deliver it at doorstep as they don't have their delivery boy available. All such nonsense disheartened me greatly as they have charged from me the cost of plus. After much request they delivered the product at night and when the product was received, it was totally damaged. Please take some action.
