I returned product I bought online. DTDC ROHTAK, has to pick it up, I received a call on 08.03.2016, Tuesday for pick but no one came. On 11.03.16 Friday I called DTDC, & asked them for pick up, they said they have no one to pick up, you yourself have to come & drop. I went to drop but then they refused to take it as they lost token no.

Every time when they received the corrier just called and told that collect the corrier . They never diliver the corrier at home . Please do the needful this time they will dilver the corrier at home.

Docket no - Z79571066 courier not yet delivered even after reaching the destination city. On calling the personel says they deliver to the destination only in bulk. Such a renowned courier CO offering such aweful service. Please look into the matter ASAP . regards sahil Manchanda [protected]

My mother booked a parcel with DTDC courier on 5th March 2016 from Trivandrum to Delhi, airmail. This got delivered on 10th March. No one is taking responsibility of the item delivered late nor giving any reason. When opened we find that rat had made a hole in the carton and ripped 2 packets. These guys did a tape over it so that it not visible from outside. Not only that, 2 packets and a jar have been found open. This was not by any rat because the opening is made by a sharp material such as blade. All items are edible and hence someone tried a bit midway. Also at the time of booking this weighed 4.5 kg however when we received its jus 3.95 kg. No wonder items are missing inside. I have taken pictures of the box and condition of the items at the time of delivery. I asked the delivery boy to come and check the items to which he responded that his duty is to deliver and not to check what's in the box or its condition and that he also cannot take it back. Firstly the item which was airmailed got delivered after 5 days and second I need compensation for the items missing and that which were not taken care while transit. And the bigger question is how can someone really trust these guys while sending a parcel. This incident has truly brought shivers down my spine and possibly may think of some other mode of transportation in future, atleast not DTDC

It is frustrating to state that CN no. B29771001 has not been received by
the recipient and the the status shows delivered.

These are medicines that are costly and were not available at my home town and I had to send those to my parents in Jamtara, Jharkhand from Bangalore. We got that couriered on 26th Feb 2016 but it has not reached even after these 12 days.

DTDC at Jamtara say they have not received this package and it is somewhere in Patna and sometime they say they have no idea where the package is. Mails to DTDC customer support team are not being answered.

Can someone help locate the package get that delivered to the correct recipient please!

I sent a courier of clothes from Zirakpur, Punjab to Burdwan West Bengal; it was a pick up but they opened the suit cover and took the hanger out while packing it without informing me, now how is that ethical? They opened up my personal stuffs in order to repack it. I want a full refund, NOW!

Sir I sent parsal to my brother from Varanasi to vadali but my parsal was not reached and the not informed also.
I sent my parsal on27th February and today is 8th march 10 days over but my parsal not reached and I talked, but the saying yor parsal is returning and they not refunding my money

I parcelled a package in dtdc plus on the 4th of march from Jalukbari dtdc. The package was about to be home delivered in Sonari. But till 7th of march it did not get delivered. When i enquired they said they can't deliver it at doorstep as they don't have their delivery boy available. All such nonsense disheartened me greatly as they have charged from me the cost of plus. After much request they delivered the product at night and when the product was received, it was totally damaged. Please take some action.

I pvrd prasad have booked a parcel with consignment number D26853322 in DTDC plus service on 02/03/2016 which costs 270rs and assured delivery with in one working day. the receiving party was waiting for the parcel since 03/03/2016 but not yet received the parcel. we have provided the address so clearly with mobile number, but the delivery was unsuccessful even after following the dtdc courier people and it is untracable with the given consignment number. There was no intimation from dtdc till now about the article. we were frustrated with the service and are here to lodge a complaint against them and for necessary action.

this is abhijeet, sent the doc from delhi to rohtak on 25th feb F09419815. it is not yet received by the concerned person. it is still in transit and no response from the company.

I am Himateja and from Ongole there was a courier which was sent for me to Bangalore.
Consignment number is V26844390 which has been sent on March 2nd 2016.
It was supposed to get delivered on 4th March 2016. On top of that charges for this courier is 700. When we enquired at the place from courier was sent, they are telling that we will get it tomorrow (08.03.2016) and when we call the courier service number [protected] they keep telling that courier boy in in Global Village tech Park back gate since morning even when I called at 4:00 PM on 07.03.2016. This has to be taken very seriously where both the receiver and sender offices are not in sync.

People in both the offices or the person who picked up the call when called to this number [protected] are so negligent that when I called they are not even asking for the consignment number and telling that my courier will reach within 1:00 PM. It is now 3:00 PM and no one contacted me yet for courier.

DTDC lost my parcel from amazon weeks ago and has still not returned the money.
They are unnecessarily delaying the process.

Sent a courier through DTDC courier services on urgent services on officially tender document with consignment number P35843756 from Barshi to Mumbai on date 22/01/2016. Tender submission last date is 30/01/ 2016 at 1 PM. But courier not delivered on time and no present status of my courier when I connected the Mumbai office and Courier service Barshi I didn't get any proper response from them, Please help me on to me to recover my working on this tender and company loss and justice against harassment from courier service...

I have not received the above referred mail sent to me. Document tracking shows the item was received by AK Baopal on 23 feb 16 and the contact no also mentioned([protected]), when contacted some other person replied and told he has not received any such mail. why the mail to be handed over to any one without relation and not on proper hand. Do the needful and reply. My mobile no is [protected]

I have courier one packet for srinagar location about 20 days back but this packet is not traceable and delivered till date.

I have already logged a complaint on their website, but not response has been received.

Such a disaster service was not expected from them.

Many couriers are coming day by day. Only dtdc couriers does not provide good and fast delivery, a courier from chennai takes more than 15 days to deliver!!! pathetic!!

your karunagapally branch service is too bad.. Many of the times our employees need to visit your branch for picking up parcels. Sometimes we work like your delivery boy!

too shame for a well reputed company like dtdc.

A consignment was sent in favour of my freind

The same was sent on 27/11/2015 from Delhi but still it is showing as in transit.

I have send mails to DTDC customer support but still the response is awaited for last 10 days . Please resolve .. Consignment no is z74369678 .

I am very fed up on this . Please help...

MY product was shipped on 11th of Feb and still not received there is no updation in system, No Reponse from DTDC since last 10 days its 3rd of march already, now they are asking for Rs. 3250 penalty on order of 5199 Rs just because seller dint give them invoice however No online seller ships anything without INvoice
