This complaint is on DTDC, vikarabad.I got a marriage card by DTDC today 2/12/2016 on the name of V SAMBA SIVA RAO. Always these guys are saying courier boy is on leave and asking to collect the parcel or card . This happened many times with me. They are just sending a message asking to collect. Pod number v27415761 booked from cochin on[protected] evening through dtdc plus, till this time it is not delivered (today[protected] pm) kindly resolve this issue otherwise we will initiate the legal proceedings as well as from reciepient side also.

We had booked a consignment on Sunday, 07th Feb 2016 to Tenkasi (Tirunelveli District), Tamil Nadu.

Following are observation on the poor customer Services offered :

i) Consignment is booked on 9th Feb 2016 - No reasons or logics attached to the same.

ii) On checking on 10th consignment is sent to some other destination (Coimbatore), instead of sending to Tirunelveli.

iii) Customer Care executives do not share relevant information, on being checked but instead they mislead with wrong information about the consignment.


Please confirm a response clarity on this with the present status of the consignment.

Courier is not yet delivered even today Friday, 12 February 2016.

Ms/ DTDC gives false commitments of delivering a consignment within 48 hours.

Such false commitment to the consumers should be seriously viewed and they should be penalized.

Dear Concern,

A courier was sent from Delhi-NCR to lucknow from my office with Cosign No. Z80663341, i haven't received it yet but while i was checking same on DTDC tracking site it shows same has been delivered, and recipient is shown my landlord who even do not stay here(He lives in Mumbai).

Please provide solution on immediate basis as that contains some critical/confidential documents.

It's a case of fraud and irresponsible behavior, please treat same accordingly.

On 07.02.2016 i had sent some medicines, one mobile charger and one wrist watch vide consignment no. K85354606 & K85354607 from Kolkata to Shillong. It was received on 11.02.2016 with plastic cover damaged and wrist watch not found inside the packing box. other items found as it is. Please register a complaint for the same and suggest me for further action.

I have sent a important document (lick policy ) from Bangalore to Delhi through DTDC on 2nd February. The consignment no is B28336301. The address was correctly mentioned. After 4 days on 6th February, the document was not delivered and on 8th, the status says RTO and the reason states no such person (nsp) in the address. The person was staying in the address for more than 20 years. When I checked the local office, I was told that the address is written wrongly, which is also not true. After chasing, finally the document arrived on 11th feb, which clearly shows the poor service and un reliability.

DTDC returned My order item yesterday, I contact with courier service in Perambra, Kozhikode District, kerala 673525 but their behavior was very bad, they told me they try to contact with me one time and send it back because of their busy.And he threaten to me "you Can't do anything against me".so please take action against them.last one week I was waiting for this product to start SBI Banking(Through CSC, Under Govt of india).so it is so bad for me.

I couriered a product on 16th Jan from Delhi to panipat from DTDC courier service. Till today which is 10th of February the courier is not yet delivered, neither the customer care number is not respinding to my calls. When I am tracking my product it is displaying as product dispactched for delivery.

I have posted the application form on february 3 to guntur .but it has not been reached till date.also there was no proper response from the customercare regarding my courier. that application i've sent is very important for me.

i request proper senior authority to take approriate action to resolve the issue.

I have booked a courier by dtdc from Bhagalpur to Kolkata on 14th jan 2016. It had 2 t-shirts. Due to some reason it was returned to me on 2nd Feb 2016 .when I opened it there was only one t-shirt other was missing. My brother sent a courier from Ahmedabad through DTDC on 18 jan 2016. after some days when I cross checked, they said that their vehicle has been seized by the sales tax. However, currently it has been released. now when I'm asking for my phone they are saying to pay an unnecessary penalty of 7320 Rs.
I request you to take suitable actions on concerened issue and respond at the earliest.

This is with regards to the Consignment Number - V26646075.
I booked this item from Bangalore for Kolkata last week, I was told that it will be getting delivered by Monday 28th Dec. Since it was taking time I decided to call back on Wednesday 30th December. I called in the afternoon and I spoke to Arijit and was asked to call back in the evening around 5pm which i did, then came the surprises.
Firstly: I spoke to Arijit and I was informed that the shipment which arrived from Bangalore is broken and that is why it has not been shipped yet. Then call was handed over to Yamini, she told me that the item was badly damaged and she has sent the photographs to there Bangalore counterpart and waiting for their response and I specifically mentioned dont deliver the damaged item. She confirmed that it will not be delivered and will sent photographs of the item to me via email. It will be not be sent without my consent.

Secondly: On 31st December came to know from Paromita, the shipment is out for delivery and they are shipping the damaged item, now when i asked that as per telephonic conversation it should not be delivered and i should receive the email with pictures, I was informed that they dont have the pictures, and their Bnagalore counterpart has asked to ship the item.

And Moumita called the Receiver and bluntly said that it is broken and nothing can be done, I mean firstly; damage has been done by them and without showing any sympathy or empathy which are basic customer handling skills they were saying this to the customer.
Now they have mentioned there on the delivery details that " Not Received " where as they no where mentioned that they damaged the item and that is why it was accepted ( they themselves called and informed that). Then it was said that it will be shipped back and as per the website the consignment is with Domlur branch in Bangalore and i have called them at-least more than 50 times but no one received the call. I wanted my consignment back at there were some personal things.
They even stopped replying to the emails. Honestly, I swear I would never ever use DTDC in my life and will definitely share this experience with my friends and colleagues.. The number given on website was[protected], where you can only here phone ringtone instead of human voice. Its been more than month.

My consihnement no M25277095 booked from Mumbai to reach ramgarh jharkhandon 5 Feb 2016 showing no sign to track even they don't give reply to mail it was very urgent product with presription of doctor attached these guys are simply careless they don't care anything about the parcel for god sake avoid doing any transactions with them

I sent a parcel on 31 jan 2016 from Bangalore to Allahabad which was supposed to reach in a span of 4-5 days but till date it has not been delivered.

Need urgent help on this.

I had booked an important and emergency document from Ahmedabad on[protected] vide doc number A33743823 to SIVAGANGA IN TAMILNADU.. Till date it has not been delivered. the tracking system in their website is also not working, moreover no proper response from customer support by landline and mail. request to kindly trace and deliver.

My courier partner has send me the courier on 1st week of Jan. It's in margao office from 18th Jan which is still not delivered to me. When I spoke to the concern person they replied me saying it won't be delivered to you, Do what ever you want. If my complian iz not rectified in 5 working days I will take dtdc to court
