Hi, I have dispatched 1 handset Moto G worth 13000 on 5 jan 2016 from Noida sec 3 to Allahabad with consignment Z74967571. When i went dtdc office they are not taking any responsibility and saying you Mobile was not dispatched....

Dear DTDC, I have lost my mobile phone rs. 18000 thousand through your courier service. I have sent this packet on 8 Jan 2016 from Gurgaon near bus stand brach to patran. But receiver found compltly vacent box and EMI papers also lost. Please help me to search my mobile. It was worst experience with your courier service. Please contact me through [protected]....

Hi, i had sent My old phone to Kolkata for my wife through DTDC Vide docket no-V24019681 Dated 29/09/2015. I had also paid 2% for Insurance towards 4000/- value (Docket Enclosed). Same consignment lost by DTDC they confirm it after lots of followups. after that they asked to fill claim form to get insurance claim amount. i had filled claim for insurance amount on 16/10/2015 (Enclosed form). till now i have not received claim amount...

Hello, I am obliged to write this I am not at all satisfied with the false commitments DTDC makes. On[protected] I had booked an urgent parcel with AWB No: V27401469 from Pune Hinjewadi Branch and which was supposed to be delivered by yesterday[protected] as per commitment made by the employee in DTDC while booking the parcel. I went your one of the office located in Marathalli to courier my mobile, office owner was packing my item and while packed, in sudden i asked him about rates. He told 1325 for 250 gms mobile packet. I denied and he told you have to pay 150 rupees for cancellation now as he has created on receipt. However he doesn't show me the DTDC standard rates.
