Respected sir/madam,
I have order a book through amazon on dec 9 2015.The book was sell by bookwin
Bookwin send my book through dtdc courier on dec 26, 2015 by your dtdc centre airport apex, delhi book was send on dec 27, 2015 at 12.00 am and reached guwahati super franchisee apex, guwahati on dec 29, 2015 at 07.56 pm.
When i check my book (Order) on amazon the expected date is 22 jan 2016, but upto 30 jan 2016 no information was given to me, when i contacted the bookwin(Seller) gave me tracking number of dtdc courier and i check in your website and know the status, but from guwahati super franchisee apex, guwahati side they never call me contact me. I personall call them then they search my parcel and i personally collect the parcel from that franchisee. My tracking no.- z80144080. After collecting parcel they upload the status as delivered.
I have a very good feelings about dtdc but such behaviour is not expected fromdtdc. So i hope from dtdc youtake strict action against this franchise i..E., guwahati super franchisee apex, guwahati.
So, for better service you have to take action for such francisee, though a very small issue for you but it affect your reputation in the market.
