Consignment no-K84146800, send from Guwahati, Assam to Boudh, Odisha on 19th Jan, 2016. It has been 15days now yet the consignment is still not delivered. It has been in one centre for 4-5days. Unexpected delay in delivery from DTDC. Customer service is very poor. Even after repeated mails, no action is taken and furthermore, mails are not even replied to.

I have order a book through amazon on dec 9 2015.The book was sell by bookwin
Bookwin send my book through dtdc courier on dec 26, 2015 by your dtdc centre airport apex, delhi book was send on dec 27, 2015 at 12.00 am and reached guwahati super franchisee apex, guwahati on dec 29, 2015 at 07.56 pm.

When i check my book (Order) on amazon the expected date is 22 jan 2016, but upto 30 jan 2016 no information was given to me, when i contacted the bookwin(Seller) gave me tracking number of dtdc courier and i check in your website and know the status, but from guwahati super franchisee apex, guwahati side they never call me contact me. I personall call them then they search my parcel and i personally collect the parcel from that franchisee. My tracking no.- z80144080. After collecting parcel they upload the status as delivered.


I have a very good feelings about dtdc but such behaviour is not expected fromdtdc. So i hope from dtdc youtake strict action against this franchise i..E., guwahati super franchisee apex, guwahati.

So, for better service you have to take action for such francisee, though a very small issue for you but it affect your reputation in the market.

I sent an important document( original) from cochin on 9th january, 2016.

When I tracked my parcel, it reached INDORE APEX on 13th january. Today its 1st Feb and till now my Courier didnt reach to destination. When I called them they said its missed by them. How they can be so irresponsible. I have sent important documents and either I want it back or find it and send it to the destination immediately.

This is just not done, very disappointed. With your service. I parceled a photo frame to bareilly, and it was broken. I bought bubble wraps and thermocols and gave it to the person in your dtdc office, kalkaji. They dint even used bubble wraps. For you its just a thing to deliver for customers they mean so much they believe in you, that you will carry and transfer their best things to their loved ones distant apart, this is so foolish...highly disappointed. Will never recommend anyone. The reciever got it broken, that photo frame.
I want some reimbursement. I can take it to consumer court as well.

Courier booked on 22nd jan 2015 at Basaveswarnagar Positive health Clinic to be delivered near Nagadevana halli, Bangalore. Courier not received till now ( 28th Jan 2015. 26th Courier team called and checked about the address. Yet to receive ( medicine was sent )

My courier no "C65734469" booked on 14-Jan from Thoraipakkam, Chennai to Anna Salai, Chennai. With in city.
Today 28-Jan, 14 days passed still it is not delivered.
Even I raised complaint "01452175", customer care not responding properly.

Shipment reached my destination location in 2 days from booked date.
Sadly it was never delivered and returned stating "CONTINUOUS DOOR LOCK".

I got no calls from the courier service, and no one picks up the call when I try the customer care. The reason stated by them online is absolutely absurd because 3 other shipment from another courier company got delivered in those days. And there was a person available at the address at all times.

After some 10-12 tries to reach the customer care on the 3rd day one guy picked up the call luckily. When I gave the reference number he said he cannot track that shipment and gave me another contact number. But the same drama again. No one picks up that line.

I would have collected the shipment personally from their office if at least I knew the office at which the courier had arrived. Unfortunately the address mentioned in the DTDC website did not yield me any results.

Pathetic service which really wastes your time and money. Extremely irritated and disappointed. Will never use this courier service ever again.

A consignment was sent to me from Delhi on 21st January. I am staying in Kolkata. DTDC's website is showing it is in Cochin now. Consignment number: Z80348363. When will I receive it?

CN No. K82340219 booked on 14/1/16 from Sambalpur to CGO complex, New Delhi, which is not delivered till date. This is too much urgent and time bound. Now, My carrier is in dark. Pse same be delivered to right addressee by 27/1/16 otherwise I will take legal action against your company.

It’s been 25 days since the parcel(consignment number : D[protected] is missing which is sent from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Case# 01343924 is also raised on 4th Jan 2016. Got a reply on 18th Jan 2016 “We are really sorry for the inconvenience kindly wait till tomorrow we will share the DRS copy” after 14 days of writing to you customer care. And after that nothing.

Tried coordinating with local hub (Madiwala, Bangalore ) and delivery center(Bommanahalli, Bangalore). And that is a pure wastage of time as according to them, they don’t know what happened to the parcel.

Tried calling to customer care and I think you are aware of that your customer care phone numbers are not working.
What’s wrong with DTDC service? You people don’t even reply to mails?? Don’t lift the calls?? I have never seen such pathetic service form such a reputed company.

Consignment was sent from Allahabad to Pune Tracking ID: Z73398604.
Consignment left at Jan 07, 2016 from Allahabad and reached at Pimpari Pune Warehouse on Jan 12, 2016. I followed up with DTDC many a times but consignment is not yet delivered. Same is attached as well.

Please take an action to get it delivered!

Wrt consignment number K84193098 and K84206053 sent from Tura to Bomdila, consignment has not been delivered till date. More than 5 days consignment is in Tezpur. If it continues then I would suggest to stop making people fool with your third day delivery commitment. Now I do not requier the item any more. You have charged Rs 1100 and now you need to compensate for my loss. Else I will defenitely escalate the same to higher lavel. Treat it as very seriously.

My product is booked dated on 19/01/2016 through ur corrier company ( AWB NO M[protected]but till date I have not received my parsel. So plz solve my problem immigatly.

I had sent a food parcel to my fiancé from Nagpur to Banglore through dtdc and the parcel was not in the same quantity the laddos and chiwda both were been taken out from the boxes.
Very poor service 😡
It was my first time to use DTDC service and i am very dissatisfied. Wouldn't use the service again and will definitely spread the word.

Also it was a airline delivery which was promised to be delivered in maximum 3 days took 4 days.

a shipment was booked from delhi, by Velocis System to be delivered to Siddik Ali, Assam on 7th of january. it has not been deliverd yet. We have talked to your concered distributor many time, still there is no action.

This parcel was booked on January 11th and it has not been delivered yet. Despite of me asking the Franchisee owner and calling the consumer support number of DTDC 100 times, they always gives me unsatisfactory answer and are abusing me.

I spoke with the owner of DTDC Franchisee when i booked this parcel, he said he can;t do anything and i can complaint to anyone.

DTDC Team- I am marking this complaint to you, Also filing a consumer court case and also marking this email and writing formally to Prime Minister's Office directly. I need either my packet back or else it should be delivered ASAP.

I am also taking this complaint to to the Social media and will ensure the all the consumers of DTDC should be aware of this.

I expect a response from you urgently. That packet has some very important documents which i need ASAP.

It's been above 2days where an important paper has been sent.. No proper response from them.. And also the Destination office of my courier is always closed..
The courier sent by me is just 150km distance from Orgin to destination.. but not yet received..
No proper response for the publics &and also the Destination office of my courier is always closed..
And also registered complaint in DTDC website.. but there is no response from them..
Cost of the courier is very high then the other courier service for a single paper..

Sir, my order with tracking no v21975436 has reached Tirupati on 12th of this month and from then onwars, there is no progress in the status of my order...It is not yet delivered to me...It has to be delivered to SRIKALAHASTHI with pincode 517644...It is very disgusting for such a delay...please look over the matter and respond promptly and take quick action...
