A parcel was coming through DTDC courier to Balasore, Odisha, 756001. I have order with name Subhashree Behera. But It delivered to Someone named S.Singh. I didn't get the product. And courier boy couldn't tell about the product. Product tracking number is "X16053692". Take strict step against this. Apart this when I received other product some parts are missing from the packaging. I request you take immediate step against the courier service....

A dtdc courier supposed to be delivered at our address was kept by the company. When asked they said your office was closed on Saturday 26 the December but they didn't even tried to deliver the courier on Monday(28/12/15) that is working day for all offices. When I tried to contact the courier agency they told us that they visit once a week only to deliver the couriers to our place....

One of my parcel which was booked on[protected] vide docket no Z78731675 for Pilani, Rajasthan from Delhi has not delivered yet and neither the courier company could able to trace out the product. There is no update since[protected] when tried to track through their site. Hence, it is requested to look into the matter and order the courier company for compensation of Rs. 5000/-...

We are highly suffering due to worst delivery system by Nyaykhand, Idirapuram, Ghaziabad(U.P.) Franchisee. DTDC has the worst tracking system. My friend made a courier to me and provided me the tracking ID. I tried to track the product which was dispatched on 24th December 2015. The tracking details showed me the status on 17th November 2015. Moreover, if you track it on dtdc.in you won't get proper details at all. And if you track on dtdc.com, if you will get partial information, where as courier made through blue dart has perfect tracking system...

I sent my parcel from Hinjewadi DTDC on 21st Dec. 2015 and the estimated date to reach that parcel was 24th Dec. 2015. However, the parcel was urgent and was looped in Pune then Nagpur and again then Pune. Although when that cleared up, the parcel is now looped in Bhopal and Indore.
