i had booked parcel on 24.03.2015 thru DTDC plus courier from day and courier services (authorised franchisee dor DTDC ) sector 26 chandigarh. concerned person Mr Pandey assured that ther parcel will be delivered on 26.3.2015 if i book thru DTDC plus services. as my parcel contained temerature sensitive product i opted for plus services my docket no is v21681134 dated 24.03.2015 . i have been in continous follow up with mr pandey the owner of franchisee in sector 26 mob number [protected] he has not been attending my calls since i first complained on 26.03.2015, then i called on land line[protected], where is office staff asked to wait till 27.03.2015, even on 27.03.2015 i could receive an satifactory reply from them, then i approched mrs anupama bakshi ([protected]) she assured me that the package will be delivered on late evening 27.03.2015 but it didnt, i called again on 28.03.2015 and i was assured for delivery by 10.30 am, again it falied, the again i was given time of 4.30 pm again the parcel was not delivered. she asked me to talk to Mr R.s pandey in delhi ([protected]) for the same he also said the same thing that we are working on it its stuck somewhere then mrs anupama gave number of mr garish in nagpur ([protected]) he also said that we have not received any parcel till date 28.03.2015. i have been harassed mentally for past 3 days, i have benn visiting DTDC offices since 26.03.2015 but neither the franchisee owner nor the local head office incharge mrs anupama bakshi could locate the package. i am suffering a huge loss with this as the parcel had temperature sensitive product which is of no value now as the temparature in the thermocol box can be mainted for 72 hrs maximum. kindly look into the matter immediatly and find a solution.

Hi My name is Akash Kumar and my Wife Mrs Kuheli Sarkar booked courier from DTDC on March 22nd 2015 from Inderpuri Nariana New Delhi to deliver a Cooler from New Delhi to Raiganj West Bengal. Consignment number for courier is Z37487896 we paid him Rs 2100.00 cash but till date we haven't received our cooler. Me and my wife tried to take status many time each time he said it will get deliver in one to two days and now it has been more than a month. and how he is saying he have booked the cooler with different courier agency and given the no.for that and said to contact them not us. We also contacted Akosha team for this issue they also regestired complain with DTDC complain no. "2216186" still we havent received any response. DTDC Docket number : B19739264 If you track the docket number, it has reached Rajajinagar on 27th 8.14 am but whole day it was not delivered. However till now it is not delivered. This is really not the service expected from DTDC. Pls. look into this matter and make sure these kind of delay will not be repeated again.

i post one parcel from awadhpuri bhopal to varanasi. through one of the known courier services called "DTDC". i posted that on[protected], till today's date[protected] my parcel hadn't receive at the destination location. i tried to track the details but as per the tracker my consignment has been reached to one of its franchisee in Delhi apex, Delhi on[protected], for 11 days it showed the same status. Dear Sir, I would like to inform the concerned authorities about failure in timely delivery of my package (Consignment No- Z[protected]. It was booked on 26th Mar 2015 in morning from Selaqui-Deharadun. The staff person there assured us that it will reach the destination on 27th Mar 2015 but unfortunately it didn't reach there. The consignment was addressed to a government office, and now tomorrow i.e. 28th mar 2015 being Saturday it will be close. So the package can be delivered on Monday only. I also try to contact your Khirki ext. branch, but nobody answer my call, also one time a person asked me to message my Consignment no. but he didn't respond afterwards. Grievous Complaint : Against DTDC Couriers Dear Sir, I had booked two packages containing Tender documents addressed to vide Way Bill Nos : V21578778 and V21578779 on 21st March to be delivered to Ms GAETEC, Vignyanakancha, Hyderabad, 560059.. The Franchise staff Mr Pundeshwar at 18/19, Scindia House, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001 checked and accepted the packages. On tracking, to my surprise, I found that the packages are being returned to origin saying that there is 'no service'.. This is appalling service as we lost the Tender acceptance due date and were not allowed to participate past the due date. Had we been advised that there is no service to this area I would have opted for alternative means. We had submitted the Tenders along with Bid money of Rs 350, 000 as Bank Guarantee. Please advise what action will be taken against DTDC who has caused this lost opportunity, time and money as well as to us and how DTDC will compensate for the same. Letter booking Ref No- Z49772795 it is showing delivered on 23/3/2015 but not received to me . It was in my name & mobile no was also written on letter still not delivered in hand of addressee. Dear Sir / Madam, This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by DTDC. The consignment no. is M16817116. From the tracking, I could understand that the parcel was "Out for Delivery" on Mar 25, 10:38 am. However, I did not receive the parcel even after 36 hours. The customer care told me that the package was in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. When I called the Malleshwaram branch, they started arguing that the door was locked, though I was out of office both the days and spent the days in my apartment. When I called their blatant lies, they started misbehaving and hung up the phone. Till now, the package has not been delivered. Please consider adequate steps. i post one parcel through one of the known courier services called "DTDC". i posted that on Thursday[protected] last week, till today's date[protected] my parcel hadn't receive at the destination location. i tried to track the details but as per the tracker my consignment has been reached to one of its franchisee in Bangalore on Monday[protected] Morning since then it was showing Out for Delivery, for three days it showed the same status. On Wednesday[protected] night it showed that the parcel was delivered after confirmation i got to know that it was actually not delivered at the destination. Meanwhile i was trying to connect to the customer care and that Franchisee which has got so many bad reviews on Just dial for their irresponsibility but no one bothered to pick my calls. i am so pissed off and helpless i do not have any idea what to do and whom to contact now. Sometimes its not about the money its all about the intention Purpose emotions. i am mentally harassed just want to know what the heck is going on with my parcel. And the staff member assured to deliver the packet within two-three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but a delivery boy misbehaved with my wife and gone without delivering the courier, I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. My parcel has been dispatched on February, 02, 2015, the status shows as delivered on Feb, 06, 2015 10:50 AM, but i have not received the parcel nor received call at least, my eBay customer was supposed to return an item he purchased from me (iPhone 5S), it was dispatched through DTDC on February, 02, 2015 to Amreli Docket/Airway Bill Details: H40537864 After getting information from ebay, I approached and called several times your local agent. On investigating this matter with DTDC office, I came to know that it was delivered to a hotel called "Hotel Angel" in my city and it was not a parcel it was an envelope. Worst worst worst service from DTDC the above consignment were is reached to Bangalore on 20 march 2015, Still not delivered to kolar. From Bangalore to kolar it is hardly 60 Km from 20th it is pending. If i call customer care only phone is numbers is provided but there is no of that phone numbers. Almost i lost 100 RS for calling this numbers. Please check and update the status at the earliest. PH:[protected]

I made a courier from Noida to Bangalore on 16th Mar'15 by awb no. Z50828769. But as per the receiver it has not received to him. My courier with tracking Awb no F08877361 was booked on 22nd Jan 2015, a Bangalore to Bangalore courier it should have reached in one or two days but it has not reached me till today 24mar.Even the tracking has not been updated since 24march.Repeated calls to dtdc helpline and respective counter nagavara has not helped as they put the calls on hold and don't return for any help. My complaint no 00164357 was lodged on 23rd march but the package has not reached even after 2moths . please help...

My courier with tracking Awb no D19665804 was booked on 12 march, a delhi to delhi courier it should have reached in one or two days but it has not reached me till today 24mar.Even the tracking has not been updated since 13march.Repeated calls to dtdc helpline has not helped as they put the calls on hold and don't return for any help. My complaint no 141753 was lodged on 17 march but the package has not reached even after 12 days. please help
