I had couriered a new pair of Nike shoes to an address in ahmedabad via your courier vide CN number Z30214688 on 3rd March. However instead of shoes an empty pickle jar reached the home in Ahmedabad. I have made many complains to the DTDC branch who collected the courier from my house and Ms Reshma there keeps on saying that she is speaking to the authority. Today however she has told us that the head office is not responding to her and we should do whatever we want to! This is a serious internal problem and DTDC should be reaching a resolution on the matter without further delay. I request you to either buy me a pair of the same shoes or refund amount 5500 for the same. I have had enough and I have made many calls. If I do not hear from DTDC I will proceed with police complain and lawsuit. Please find attached images of shoes, jar and dtdc slip.

A packet addressed to : P. Noorul Ameen, 7/128-A, Opp. New Mosque, Main Road, Thiruvithamcode, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, reached Nagercoil office of DTDC on 09.03.2015. However, the said DTDC Nagaercoil Fanchisee was reluctant to deliver the packet to the address mentioned on the packet. He shipped the packet to his counterpart at Thuckalay, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. On 11.03.2015, one Sajith from the Thuckalay DTDC Office called over phone [protected] and again asked me to take delivery from the office of DTDC, Thuckalay. I am away from the said address and nobody else is available to collect the packet from his office. Hence, I asked him to deliver the packet to the address mentioned on the packet. He was so adament that he spoke harsh words and said "either you take delivery from my office or I will have to return the packet to the sender". It is the duty of the DTDC company to appoint reliable and amicable persons as franchiees. Otherwise, customers will be suffering a lot. Kindly do the needful to get the packet delivbered to my address mentioned above and also on the subject packet immediately.

My problem still not solved as my courier not received at the address mentioned on mail and What kind of service do you give, my courier its not being delivered, what the kind of services its being 8 days my courier not received yet and its being travelling to different cities and vendors are not responding talking properly no update and i get a message of problem resolved.

Its a companies important document and its being not delivered yet.

I will do a complaint in court and will take this higher authorities.

Z48082773 is being sent to gaziabad to hapur and its has to be sent to west delhi hari nagar.

I did a courier on 10th February from Narsapur(A.P) to Manjeri(Kerala) its not delivered and not returned to me, They were saying it was missed the item is MOBILE PHONE COST AROUND 15000/-.Their response is very bad, I had the courier receipt mentioned as mobile phone in pack Tracking ID--D21436504 Please help me to solve this issue..

As follows the evidence of my packet set to Tamilnadu from Greater Noida, now the status is neither the packet is delivered, nor returned, and NIl response from thier consumer care over phone, even after sincere follow-up.
The packet is more important as i've important document in it.
The follow is the mail communication, still no response from DTDC couriers.

Hi, I couriered a consignment(Number V[protected] on 9th Feb 2015 through DTDC plus from Gurgaon to Mumbai. They charged me 210 rupees. DTDC PLUS charges extra for delivering the consignment next day to the destination else guarantees a full refund. My consignment didn't reach Mumbai on 10th Feb 2015. 10th Feb was last date for document submission. If you cant be able to deliver then why do you people commit? Even it has not been sent from Delhi till 10th Feb 2015 and the courier centre is refusing to refund the money. Please help as DTDC mentions the delivery of goods on 2nd Business Day using DTDC PLUS service. This courier with Consignment Number- H40317700 was booked on February, 26, 2015 from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. Its been 12 days, I did not receive the courier yet. To my surprise, this consignment is showing as DELIVERED in your website tracking page- http://dtdc.com/tracking/tracking_results_detail.asp

I have courired a smartwatch through DTDC courier service on 4th march 2015 from MUMBAI Chakala office to Noida. The tracking id is (consignment number) V21856653. I am checking from 4th march to till date but the tracker on DTDC website always shows INTRANSIT status of the courier. It shows that it has reached NOIDA branch on 6th march 2015 at 4AM. But it has not been delivered yet. I am trying to contact DTDC customer service from then but there is no reponse from their side. I called there number 33004444. The girl who picked took my complaint and i was given a number "00108917". But still that has not processsed further. I have tried calling all the numbers on DTDC branch in NOIDA but none of the phone is available. The girl who talked to me on phone on 3300444 gave me two number and told me that these number was of managers of noida branch which are as follows "Mr, Mahendra [protected]" & "Mr. Ravindra [protected]" . The first number was wrong number and second was switched off. This is total harrasment by your organisation. I have booked one envelope at DTDC Okhla Phase-1 New Delhi office on 2.3.15, C/N No. Z51058078 to Patna, today on 10.3.15 still the envelope not delivered by DTDC, I am regularly following upwith DTDC Delhi office aswell as their Patna office, not getting positive response, every time they give me vague answer. This kind of hoorible service not expected from DTDC, I doubt that the top management is aware of this kind of activities, I feel pity for this Company, if they do not improve their service level and attitude of employees and associates, the company will be out of business very soon. I was supposed to get a courier on 25th Feb. I am writing the complain on 10th March. I have no information where my package is . Whoever I talk to, they refer me to a new number. I got this number and he said he is one of worker of DTDC. Then number is [protected]. He had very rough language and disrespected the languages I spoke. His indecency is the example of behavior that is not expected from any person.

hello concern, I am using DTDC service on regularly basis and I am finding that the drivers in the bus do not stop at stoppages, Some times they stop at red lights, some time at stoppages especially at noida where I stay.Its trouble for me to seat in the bus in such a manner, The red AC bus drivers drive as if they are the owner of bus and can do anything and can stop anywhere, please explain them that its a public transport system for public. today the worst case happened i was waiting for the bus at sec 12, noida stadium stoppage, but the bus did not stopped there, the bus was having very few passengers, it went ahead and stopped at red light, i ran from behind to catch the bus, but the driver despite noticing me running from stoppage to red light, did not opened the gate of the bus, I tried knocking the door of the bus, But he never listened.i just noticed the number of the bus DL1pc 8335 at sec 12 noida stadium around 4:20 PM today 9 march 2015. Kindly take some action for it and stop this kind of harassment to the passengers. Thanks

I Anil kumar Kuppili sented a document courier with Demand Draft docket No. H40321445 dt. 25.02.2015 addressing to The Vice President, Kanoria Chemicals, Parwada, Visakhapatnam -531019.
The said courier is returned back and the DTDC parwada office Representative mobile No. [protected] contacted me and said courier is returning and same delivered to you within 2 days.

Till now the courier not reached me and the said person not lifting the phone.

Kindly take the necessary action in this regard.

We have booked courier on 28 February, 2015 tracking number Z48961460, This courier is not delivered yet. We are very disappointed with your services. After that we also send same courier on 05.03.2015 tracking number Z49046154. But it is shown at online site in transit. For the first courier already 10days passed still packet is yet to deliver and the second courier is also not delivered. I really don't understand that how much time you will take to deliver the courier form Delhi to Noida . They also not update the online tracking system.We have not face this problem first time . Please improve the Courier services.

I have booked one dtdc courier on 28 February 2015, the Courier booking Tracking No.: Z48961460 for Jangpura to Noida, It is still not delivered. We have face this problem many times, this is not a first time when the packet is not delivered at time . We are very disappointed with your DTDC Courier services. I Never seen this type of services . They also not updated online status at time.I really don't understand how much time these guys are going to take to deliver the Courier in Delhi to noida. After that we have send the same courier twice Parcel booking Tracking No.: Z49046154 on 05.03.2015 for Jangpura to Noida but it is also shown in transit . Please improve your services.

I have booked dtdc courier service on 28 February. it is still not delivered. I opted for lite express service. They charged me 270rs for 1kg packet. I will say this is worst service. Already 10days passed still packet is yet to deliver. Seriously waste of money. Please improve your service.

This is PANKAJ from INDORE city. I needed to ship a parcel from INDORE to JAIPUR on urgent basis for which I gave the charges for urgent delivery to the CONSIGNER. The BAIRATHI colony branch executive mr.SANDEEP took the wrong charges and lost my parcel. DTDC really dissatisfied with its service also they AIN"T returning my charges and even the parcel. The executive says he only knows how to book the parcel and he is not concerned where the parcel is. I really need a strict action against them. The courier i sent on 4 March from Bangalore to Raipur was supposed to reach today on 7th March but it has not reached till now. More irritating is the fact that tracking details are wrong showing date as Jan 21 2015 and the status has remained unchanged since 5th March evening. No customer care phones numbers are being answered. I have been trying for 2 days now.

on 25th feb a dispatch has been made from delhi to warangal with consignment number D21707672 when we can expect the delivery track says its dispatched but till now did not received any info complained many times no action taken

Sent Courier on 2nd March 2015 from mumbai to bangalore by express mode and expected to be delivered by march 3rd, but did not recieve till march 5th and courier people from bangalore are not responding properly, tracking number is v20968097
