Hi All, I am really upset that the cited consignment has been incorrectly delivered to the incorrect address. I have gone from pillar to post to request everyone involved to receive the details as to where has the shipment been delivered to. The shipment contains my degree certificate which is very very important for me. I have been requesting to at least let me know the address to where this has been delivered, so that I can go and collect it myself. But I am still waiting for this detail. The online tracker doesn’t even show the address or the name of the person to whom this has been delivered to . I am very annoyed and feel harassed by this commotion. Please help me out with this. I am Chinmay Routray. I just want to file a complaint against DTDC courier branch office, Lado Sarai and Chhattarpur, New Delhi. These branch have employees who not only misguide people with false information, they also misbehave when you try to complaint. The incident is about my consignment number Z46569696. I placed an order on 25th of February at about 7 p.m. 2015 to send some important medicines to the address provided below: Madhusudan Routray At-Kajala, Post-Tinimuhani Kendrapara, Odisha, 754211 I also provided the mobile numbers. The dtdc employees, told me that the shipment will be dispatched right away on the same day through air courier service. I am sorry but I did not keep any proof of this dialogue. But they convinced me that it will be delivered on 27th to the provided address. I trusted them as courier service means fast delivery of goods in less time. Hence, I placed the order by paying Rs.100.00. When I tracked the order on 27th of February, I could only see that it has not yet dispatched from Delhi at all. I immediately called their South Delhi office to about the same and complaint them that why its not yet dispatched. The lady on the other side of the phone said that, its at the Naraina center and will be dispatched on 27th. I complained why I was lied about it being dispatched on 25th? She just bluntly said, they are not responsible for that. It's the Lado Sarai office staff who are responsible. I told her that I am telling them because, they are the corporate office and the number was provided on the site for any inquiry and complaints. She just said, go and complaint at the Lado Sarai as they (corporate office) are not responsible for this. And now it's 1st of March, 2015, the consignment is not delivered yet. The pathetic thing is, when you complaint with them, their attitude is like as if they never bother about any complaint filed against them. And its true. Because, there is no authority or regulatory body in India, who can accept complaint against these courier companies. When you file a complaint with consumer court, they just tend to extend the judicial process causing inconvenience to the general public. I have attached the online tracking status taken on 1st March, 2015 in the morning 9 a.m. The tracking doesn't show complete info. In the tracking service, you could see that the packet was first sent to Chhatarpur, then Sadar Bazar and then to Naraina for dispatch. This is the reason the delivery is delayed.

I am the consignee for shipment number V21490673, which was dispatched in my favour on 26th February by Bhavana Studio Guruvayur. This is an item of value to me in the sense that it was required to reach me latest by 28th February to be of any use to me. Accordingly the consigner informed me that he had booked it by DTDC plus so that I can get it by next day, but I see in the system that DTDC has accepted it as a Zonal Blue. The shipment was dispatched by DTDC Trichur 8.30 pm on 26th after having been booked at 7.30'pm. The shipment has reached Chennai by 01.30 am on 27th, but has been delayed at Chennai till 11.47 pm on same day. Again it is showing dispatched from Vijayawada at 04.19 am on 28th, that is today. As such shipment being of great importance to me, I kept aside all engagements and stayed at home to receive the same. By noon I visited the nearest DTDC Franchisee office, that is M/s Vashishta communications to enquire about shipment, and they informed me that the day's shipments had arrived, and I could expect my item only on Monday. Afterward Intried contacting Kakinada DTDC sub branch at all provided numbers namely[protected], [protected], [protected]. The first and third numbers are indicated as not existing and second number was not answering. In exasperation, I called up Chennai helpline for Blu at [protected], where a lady accepted a complaint and promised to call back. Shortly I got sms from DTDC stating my case was accepted as no. 00070763. Having got no response from Chennai till 6 pm, I called up again and was informed that I had to call up Vijayawada as the last location was showing as Vijayawada. I called up both the indicated numbers, namely [protected] and [protected]. Both numbers did not answer. I also tried to contact Cochin Customer care, but there was no answer. At 8 pm I went personally to Kakinada Sub Branch, who informed me that the item will be delivered on Monday only. All the while the system data indicates that shipment has not budged from Vijayawada. The sub branch also informed that though system shows dispatched at 04.19 am, actual dispatch will take place by tonight only, and even though item will reach Kakinada on tomorrow, 1st of March, I will get delivery on Monday 2nd of March only. When I asked them why they did not take my calls, there was no answer. If the shipment is delivered on Monday, that will mean that DTDC will be taking nearly four days to deliver a shipment that was promised to be delivered in 48 hours. Further there is no one to attend to calls even during working hours at Vijayawada, Cochin and Kakinada. I recall that an earlier shipment C57038875 sent to me by Datalogistics, Chennai in December 2014 also met with a similar experience, DTDC did not take any action on that as well. In comparison a Blu Dart shipment from Mumbai which came as an ordinary shipment reached me in 48 hours flat. My city is the district head quarters and is we'll connected, really there is no excuse for the delay. I raise this as a grievance and will be accepting the consignment under protest on arrival, reserving my right to take you to consumer court, with the consigner joining me as plaintiff, if you do not take action to my satisfactio Mohandas R. I have initiated a courier from mumbai to chennai. Before initiating i asked them how long will it take, they lied tat it will take 4 days and it took 6 days and the courier was thrown out at road. They didnt deliver to concern person and navi mumbai kopar khairane office customer service is the worst i have ever seen. And tracking of dtdc is ridiculous. You cant understand the msg mentioned at the tracking status. Dont courier with dtdc your parcel wont be save and worst delivery

I did a courier to Balasore, Odisha from Uttam Nagar East, Delhi on 27th dec 2014.After that i tried a lot to track but no lost. I had visited several times to the corier center to track my parcel but their service and response was pathetic. Tried to reach helpline numnber for delhi dtdc but they said they can not help if tracking number is not populating at their end. Now 2 months have been passed and I think I lost my parcel.Also mailed them twice thrice but no resoltion has been provided. DTDC Tracking id : Z41635114 Kindly help me. Which has been Sent From Chandigarh to Jaipur The the Packet jhas been Lost by DTDC From Delhi to Jaipur I have contacted the DTDC Jaipur, Delhi, And CHD offices... I had ordered for a mobile screenguard from peopleskart. Was informed that DTDC would be delivering it (tracking no.X[protected]. On the I receive a mail and an sms saying product has been delivered when I didnt receive anything. Upon calling DTDC the man at the other end asks me my order number. Dear Sir, This has reference to the delivery of a consignment note No- D21524146 against a used TV (Television set) was booked by DTDC courier Sonari Jamshedpur on 20th Feb 2015 to the addressee Mr.Debasis Dasgupta, Aryabarta Flat No-402 DBC Road, Jalpaiguri.West Bengal. Please note that the consignment was received on 27th of Feb 2015 with damaged/Broken condition. Sir, I had to receive my passport via consignment no V20767464 from ambala to pune. Even when it is written on top in bold letters "most urgent" the courier person didnt bothered to call me when at my doorstep and didnt deliver it in my hands. To make the matters worse he handed it to someone else and i never received any delivery confirmation call or information. Being worried that courier not received i tracked it on Internet where it said that it had been delivered day before yesterday, i panicky called the customer care to know the where about of my passport. The person to whom it was delivered 2 days back gave the packet to me today. Although it is a mistake on both your's as well as the person who received it, I am highly disappointed by the careless attitude of your serviceman who doesn't know that he must call and hand over the parcel to the RECEIPIENT ONLY if the document is EXTREME URGENT

Dear Sir, As i have order an item from infibeam and my shipping adress is at Sutrapda. And on 26th of february 15 courier party from Veraval calling me and said that i have to collect my courier from veraval. As I have mentioned my shipping adress at sutrapada then why i have to collect my courier from veraval??? Courier party says that they are not delivering to my adress as there is no courier facility available. Then i want to ask you if facility not available then why courier party taken my order from site to deliver me ??? And for your kind information here in my city sutrapada there is already dtdc courier office is here. So please kindly do needful. Waiting for your positive reply.

Shipment came on 24th feb 2015.. but till now didint get my parcel. Parcel is having some important doc. They are saying that they called me but i same that i wont be available..but truth is i didnt get any call from DTDC. Am ready to take my parcel from DTDC office itself, but they are unable to track my shipment.

Hi Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i have used a DTDC courier service to courier my laptop from Hyderabad to Ranchi. But when i have received the Laptop delivery at Ranchi, I found it damaged. So i have complained the agent regarding the same. And its been almost 3 weeks and i didn't get any response from him. I have paid the Insurance amount to the courier too. I couldn't connect to head office also. Kindly let me know whom to contact and resolve this issue as early. Its very bad to see this kind of service from such a big brand name like Dtdc. Its been 3 weeks and I still didn't get any response from the Customer Service department.If its not been resolved, I will make this issue viral in social networking sites. I was under the impression that DTDC was one of the better courier services. Well, I was wrong! A courier was sent to me from Delhi on Friday, 20 Feb. I kept tracking its status only to find it changing from ATTEMPTED to OUT FOR DELIVERY over a few days. Today, day 6, I called DTDC, and was informed that they had attempted to deliver the envelope three times but the door was locked. I told them this could not have been the case, since it is my mother's residential address and she is always at home. A few hours later, the envelope was delivered. When I asked the DTDC representative who delivered the envelope about the alleged three previous attempts, he admitted that no previous attempts had been made. So not only is DTDC inefficient (a courier to take 6 days??), but it is also dishonest in its dealings with its customers. I will not use DTDC if I can help it.

I had sent a mobile phone from DTDC couriers in january 2015. It was an iphone and the phone being expensive I took no chances at all and sent the product through secure delivery and also insured the product. Earlier I was under the impression that DTDC was one of the good couriers in India, one you could trust, but after this I do not know what to say. When I gave the phone for delivery they said it would be delivered in 2 days time but after a week when the product did not reach the destination I went to the DTDC office and they very simply and coldly said to me that my phone was lost. It contained all my details and important stuff. As i had insured the product I filed a claim. They said to me they will call me back after 2-3 days but when again they failed to do so I had to go back again. I am tired of visiting their office again and again and every time they say me the same thing that they will call me but this leads to nothing.The tracking on their website shows "DELIVERED" but it has not been on the address i gave them. First they don't deliver the product i gave them and lose it even though it was sent through SECURE service, and secondly they don't give me the insurance on the iphone. weighing 3.700 kg sent from Delhi to Shillong on 10.02.2015 through DTDC Office, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. Consignment reached Shillong DTDC Office on 13.02.2015. Samsung Galaxy S5 phone has been reportedly missing on the way via Delhi to Guwahati and the weight measure show 3.400 kg, 300g short of the Original Weight when sending from Delhi.

I am very sorry to inform that on 21.02.2015 I booked an envelope ( Very light weight) to Pune from your Gwalior (M.P.) office. The consignment number is V[protected] in the name of Mr Shashank Jain. Your Gwalior booking office assured me that the envelope would be delivered positively on 23.02.2015 and charged Rs 240/- as special freight charges. It was an important envelope containing papers which have to be submitted by the evening of 23rd Feb. To my surprise the envelope didn't reach to its destination till 24th Feb. Later it was delivered in the noon of 25th Feb. Due to this delay I have suffered with a great loss because the last date of submission was over. Dear Sir, Please note i had booked my parcel from dtdc from mumbai to Dibrugarh on 19 feb 2015 for a air cargo... 1) They openend up my shipment without informing me. 2) They sent the parcel in 2 different section without telling me. 3) They dispatched the shimpment from mumbai on 21 Feb 2015 4) They sent the shipment by surface after giving me Awb receipts of Air. 5) They changed my airwabill number and din't inform me.
