I have booked a consignment on 3rd March 15 having docket number P31335008 for delhi. After waiting for a long time I checked the status and I found that it was returned back to Pune on 14th March stating that person not available. Though it was undeliverable at the destination but it should be returned back to me as it is having some confidential document and can be misused. After n number of phone calls I am unable to track my document. Even I have visited the DTDC shop and they told me that you will be intimated and will call you back. I have already in loss for not getting the document delivered and don't want any further delay related to this. Please help me with this or let me know where should I go for further action. AWB no. H40356214 which was posted through DTDC on 17th MARCH 2015 and now online tracking shows it arrived in KOLKATA on 19th MARCH, where is my post ?? Since last two days I am trying to call 33004444 but by god grace no one is bother to lift the call. I am worried about my post via I need it as soon as possible. Morning, I left voice massages, mail & feed back but no reply. It all those system is working at all ??

As per the online status, my consignment H42467122 is delivered from delhi 19th March 2015 to udaipur. But still it is not reached at udaipur. Present status was not updated. Please provide me the reason of this delay and the time upto which you will deliver

I booked an order on BookGanga.com which was shipped on Mar 16th with tracking number P31258135. The status of the shipment is "delivered" on DTDc website. However, I did not receive the shipment. I did not receive any call from the courier person either. When I called the DTDC office (Pimpri, Pune), my calls were not answered. The bookganga.com person was told by DTDC that the shipment was received. But I re-checked and re-confirmed that it was not received by anyone. hello, i have couriered one parcel from bangalore to bheemavaram on 25th Feb. it didn't get delivered but in the system it is entered as delivered. the dtdc office here in bangalore Beml gate said that they cant do any thing. I am trying to speak to the bheemavaram office people. Even sent a person to meet them. They said the parcel haven't delivered as they received it as a damaged one. when I asked them when I can get the parcel back they have no clue about it and not interested in knowing it. when I call them they say we will get back to you in half an hr but they never come back. when I call them they don't reply. my consignment number is - D21508858. I have given a written complaint 2 weeks back.

I order plants as a surprise for my folks' birthdays last weekend but sadly the online tracking states that my order reached the Air Cargo facility at Yelahanka (DTDC) on 19th March when I was clearly instructed during my online payment that it would be delivered within two days. It's been three days no and there's no response and delivery! Should I take this as a fraudulent transaction and Sue the company who shipped my order or the firm from where I placed my order? Really depressed...was planning on surprising my plant loving folks but I'm surprised by the apparent unresponsive team and non-delivery of an order!!!

Hi sir/madam This is to bring into your notice, the DTDC local offices and transportation medium is handed over to goons and thieves. Now there is no guarantee of safe shipment deliveries. This is regarding consignment number z47964537 booked in DTDC registered office at 77 B Block Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan 335001 on dated 9th March 2015 to Gwalior MP. The shipment status shown on-line (delivered on 12th march 2015), whereas packet was not delivered, in fact after a long cat mouse race, the customer had to run several times to Gwalior (Chetakpuri office). One opening the packet, items found missing from the packet. Ganganagar officials are not listening to us and complain in Ganganagar office. I am not sure, in today network enabled world still I have been insisted to lodge complaint in Ganganagar office. As today(15th March), I am in Bangalore. As per the online status, my consignment B16939135 is reached Ranchi office yesterday at 9:45 AM on 20th march. But still it is not delivered to my location in Harmu. It is posted from Bangalore on 18th on Wednesday. This is totally . I was assured that it will be delivered on Saturday afternoon i.e. today. I need to take some serious action against this as it was utmost important to deliver the item today. I don't know what went wrong but it will make us suffer too much due to your insincere behavior. Please provide me the reason of this delay and the time upto which you will deliver the consignment.

I called the DTDC office but they are not responding properly and my documents seams to be delivered to unwanted person. Is it you guys stupid or new in business, don't you have mind why they playing like stupid. Sending between chennai to kolkata. Parcel is from guwhati then why they keep sending between chennai to kolkata. Is it joke or what.

I am fed up with your service, i need my parcel and delay charges as well. If you not pay then i ll registered case on your company.
I knew you not gone answer my this complain.

Waiting for your reply, if you have really good service then prove it don't just gave false commitment to customers.

Dear Sir/Mam, ( i have ordered 2 set in one order n 1 set in 2nd order) I ordered books from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India(ICAI) and my order is confirmed. ICAI Sent The Delivery that was Received by Ludhiana Office of DTDC ( Near Preet Palace) on 7th March, 2015. But They Neither Made Delivery At my Home nor They Gave any Phone Call for the Intimation. I was Waiting For My Books for Many Days. Many Times I need to call ICAI, Delhi regarding this Issue, but as per their Saying, " Books had been Sent", I tried to make Contact to DTDC many times but Result nothing. For the Sake of My exams that are going to held in May, 2015 I need to get the Photostate done of these books from Monalisa (near National Road, Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana) Which cost me Rs.560 Each for 2 Set (Total 2 Sets(total Rs.1120( but i paid Rs.1100/-) ) and For 1 Set of different books Rs. 780/- . i need to file a claim with ICAI for this amount but they denied because its not their fault but its a fault of DTDC. Atlast on 19th I Need to Visit Ludhiana Office Of ICAI for getting the POD number to trace the books then I got the POD number after wasting my time for 2 hours on Phone n on bike. Then i visit your DTDC Store on 20-March-2015 I got my books on that Date. ( i have ordered 2 set in one order n 1 set in 2nd order) Now i want to File A claim For the Books for Rs. 1880 for the books Rs. 100 for the petrol charges for the date ( when photostate done ) Rs. 150 for the date when ( we get the delivery at Your Office ) Rs. 150 for the Phone calls PLUS General damages under Indian Contract Act, 1872( Section 73) for the Sake of Proof I am sending u the POD numberrs n YOUR delivery number . When i called him, he is not responding properly and he told door closed.But My Wife was in home and there are 15 families are staying here. He haven't call to my mobile also. Hi, i am ayyappan, from Kollam i ordered on product in ebay, and i paid the amount including shipping to home delivery, "its take care of DTDC", i ordered on 16th march, today i got a call from "Kollam pallimukku DTDC office", i have to go there and collect the product. They are telling like no home delivery... why its happened!!!

Hi, This is in regards of my documents which were sent by me using DTDC blue courier service on[protected]Tuesday). I had to send some really urgent documents to my home town NANESH NAGAR MANDSAUR(M.P), So I courier them through DTDC blue courier service. They assured me that the consignment will be reach to its destination by next business day and explained me the premier service for instant delivery. I have paid them the charges which are way more than the usual charges( INR 250) in hope that those important documents will be reach to my home town maximum by yesterday ( i.e.[protected] :Thursday) as the status on the courier portal is shown as it will be delivered by[protected]. When I enquired about the same from their office, their behavior was so rude that I think they don’t even have basic manners on how to speak to the customers. They treated me like I was offered the free service. Now as the documents loses its value now and there is no use if they reach there, I am going to file a case against the DTDC blue courier service in consumer forum.

Hello There I have booked a consignment thru DTDC from Bangalore to Guntakal on March 17th . Guntakal is just 288 km away from Bangalore and the DTDC person told that will take 2 business days to reach the destination . So ideally it should have reached latest by 19th evening. However today is 20 and still the consignment is in Transit. When I checked on DTDC online tracker the consignment has reached to Kurnool which is no where connected to Guntakal route nor near by . After multiple follows up, calls the kurnool DTDC office agreed to send the shipment to guntakal. We are not sure when the kurnool DTDC team will dispatch and when the consignment would reach to destination. This is totally not acceptable at the first misrouting the shipment which is followed by causing delay in delivery and taking premium charges I was under assumption that DTDC would be faster and reliable. Now with my experience I should say i am totally wrong . Now i am getting into position to recommend DTDC to others thinking what happens if the documents are very important and on urgent basis. Consignment No. V21536477 Date: 18/03/2015 Two passports were sent using Premium service from Kolkata on 18/03/2015 evening. It was sent using the Premium service. The parcel was supposed to reach Gurgaon Sector 48 by 19/03/2015 evening or latest by 20/03/2015 morning. It's 3pm now and it stil did not reach the destination. The customer is roaming in different offices of DTDC in Gurgaon as the parcel is needed very urgently. Its a shame for the company that they ahave charges arounf RS. 415/- for this assignment and falied to deliver on time. This act of is bitterly deprecated and I claim a compensation for this.
