I called the DTDC office but they are not responding properly and my documents seams to be delivered to unwanted person. Shipment was booked on 4 march from Gurgaon sec -4 DTDC branch for Kolkatta and it is being conveyed to me after repeated visits to sec 4 branch that my shipment is lost. Kindly provide me the refund of my product.I have declared value of the product in the invoice submitted to DTDC branch.
