Hi, This is regarding my shipment no. H42873070 which was shipped from Guntur on March 31, 2015 to Cochin. The shipment had arrived Cochin DTDC Apex on the very next day, that is 1st April, 2015, but it took another one day to reach the DTDC facility in Kakkanad. ​ This shipment being an urgent one for me, I had checked with the sender whether it will reach me latest by Apr 2, 2015, and upon confirmation he had shipped it well on time. It shows the lack of service quality by DTDC, where it took more that a day to reach the facility which is just 15km apart. I had been tracking the shipment since yesterday morning, and was trying to connect to DTDC customer care number from today morning, but nobody was there to answer the call. If customer cannot reach on the customer care number, why the hell such a number been kept on DTDC website ? Finally by 4pm today, I got the DTDC Kakkanad SEZ number, and came to know from them that the shipment has went out for delivery, and I would get the shipment latest by 5pm today. I double checked with them and made my point that the shipment is very urgent for me, but still they didn't bother to inform the delivery person about it. I, not being got any call from anybody till 5.30pm, called them again, and they said that the shipment has returned back to them. They says, they have contacted me, but I didn't get any calls. I have call forwarding enabled on my mobile, and missed call alert in case if I miss any call due to network issues, but nothing had happened. And still they say, they have contacted me. The lady from DTDC Kakkanad SEZ, to whom I spoke wasn't even allowing me to speak, and not listening any of my points. She finally had disconnected my call by asking me to post a complaint if I have any issues. Regards, Neelesh E K +[protected]

Ref: V20011431 Sent on 11th Feb 2015 from Pune to Delhi not delivered to consignee and insurance for value Rs. 2000 was bought in the event of consignment getting lost. Its being two months now and concern person is saying that there no answer from Head office. Please look in to this matter and arrange my insurance money ASAP.

i posted a dress worth Rs 2100 to be delivered at bhiwandi. I was returning the new product purchased online from theclosetlabel.com i posted it on 19th march. They claimed that it will take max 4 days in delivery but its not yet delivered after 13 days. There is no considerable response from their customer support email id. call centre keep telling one more day. It was really urgent for me to deliver the product at the right time. But they are not able to do so. They cannot even track my product . I will be losing my 2100 rupees as well as the courier charge. Their staff are also not willing to help

i want to complaint about dtdc service in jaggaihpet they were performing in worst way and this was concluded on the basis of the costumer service by means of their reply to the customer and my courier had reached them at least by a week and they didn't even communicated me about the arrival of courier and they even returned it and i am very much dissapointed because of the service and i hope you rectify it

Dear Committee, First of all I would like to know how much value does a customer means to you????? Your service has been very pathetic when the delivery has to be in south. I have send one courier on 10th March 2015 with docket number Z47980317. The delivery address is Dr. Shamima Hussain, Scientist-D, UGC-DAE CSR, Kalpakkam Node, Kokilamedu-603104.It has been around a month and the delivery is not yet done. what the hell is going on ?????? It was an important delivery and you are not even bothering to deliver it. Your service is really sucking the customer brains. Pathetic service ever seen in my life. Furthermore, one of your deliver boy with mobile number([protected]) called me last week to have the extension number of the recipient. Still after that the parcel has not been delivered. When will the parcel be delivered ???????????Else atleast do the favor of returning back the delivery.

My consignment was sent by Peopleskart with docket number X12213042. Since 1.5 months the status is showing as "In-transit". I am regularly trying to call on given numbers but no one is responding. Suddenly the status is changed to "Delivered" This type of negligence is not expected from DTDC. Request you to deliver the consignment.

Hi Team, We have posted a courier on or before 25th march from patna to ranchi. Till 31st March we did not get any update. On 31st when we started tracking courier, we came to know delivery on mentioned address is not possible. ISSUE: 1.DTDT should confirm the detailed address of delivery and accept the courier only when delivery is possible else inform customer that they need to go to DTDC office and collect. 2.And in case of this kind of issue before customer calls DTDT office should call and inform about the courier detail. 3.The behavior on call of the office staff was not at all acceptable (Ranchi main office) 4.Service of DTDT in small towns are too bad, company need to improve on this. How you hired the people, they don't know how to speak with customer, We come to you because your market name and your past services, But now a days your some people speak very rudely something like they don't want customer, if you cant manage this things please tell us we will go with some other options.

I Rajender Malik had booked a consignment (CN No - H[protected] from Secunderbad/Hyderabad to Gulbarga on 28 Mar 2015. As per your web site the shipment is still lying at Hyderabad and your Uppal office as well as Begumpet office are unable to trace it and it seems they have lost it. It was an important consignment and its not reaching at destination is resulting into financial loss each day, that too huge. Dear Sir/Madam, Finally had to write you when got to a helpless situation when I was charged abnormally again and again, Charged Rs. 600/- for a parcel (2.7 Kilogram) from Hyderabad to Kolkata, when spoken to the support team at DTDC on[protected] the lady who answered the call said yes this is abnormally charged And it was committed the parcel will be shipped to kolkata will be by air ways And the parcel will be received in 2 days time This is not the 1st time I am facing this problem, I have reported this to DTDC several times on their support number And the consignment number is H43151299 for your reference I am just a common man and sincerely need your help Thanks, Prasanta Samal

My name is Srinivas from Gudivada.My friend booked a parcel from Nellore containing of 2 items one is Pen, other is Key Chain sent from my Closest friend.I received Pen but Key Chain is Missing.On 28th Mar'15 my friend sent parcel from Nellore to Gudivada and on 30th Mar'15 at 10AM I went to the DTDC Office, Gudivada and they opened the bag and they found my cover and handovered it to me.I took it to the home and opened and found Pen only Inside and a special Key Chain from Special person was found missing.I was very much discouraged and felt very sad about the DTDC because I only suggested to my friend to send by DTDC, otherwise my friend would have sent through Professional.Please look in these matter seriously it was not lost in Gudivada office because while opening the cover I was there, but it was lost some where in Nellore or some other.DTDC had made me and my friends mind disturbed so please kindly look into these issue and respond me as early as possible.

this is to inform for your local office and agency where Courier started from Delhi. Courier started from delhi on 26th march and till now 30th March didn't reach Hyderabad customer location. Such a worst service by DTDC as they said parcel will reach Hyderabad on 28th March and even after calling many times in Hyderabad local office First no one is responding numbers and i tried atleast 50 times today but no respond from any of office and even main office. [protected] number mentioned on DTDC site and after struggling 3 hours from morning one branch responded and given Banjara Hills branch number and after calling 10 times no one responded from this branch also. I sent a courier from Track On same day to Delhi that delivered on 28th march and the way call center responding it also very excellent. Such a worst and unprofessional service by DTDC. And even i tried Bangalore Head Office no response from there also.DTDC opened 100 office in one city but none of your branch giving proper response even though when courier as so important for me. HI, I had a shipment shipped from Trivandrum on 5th March 2015 (tracking number R[protected] through DTDC Courrier Service. This never reached me and I have been following up this from past 3 weeks. The shipment showed ‘delivered’ without any contact number on their website. the signature was just ‘R’. This shipment was worth Rs3040. I never got anyone answer the Bangalore offices of DTDC when i tried calling. I have been trying their madiwala office number. The sender contacted the Trivandrum office and they followed up and I had Mr Harsh (head for Kerala and Tamilnadu) call me more than a week back. He promised me he will check the issue and got back saying the shipment is missing in Bangalore. He said if I dint receive the shipment by 20th March the money would be refunded. Since 21st March I have been trying to contact the manager. However, he doesn’t answer my calls. Please help. Thanks Reshmi

Hi DTDCI have sent a parcel from Bangalore (PIN[protected] Karnataka to Kannauj (PIN-209727) UP, On 24 Wednesday, The DTDC person promised me for the delivery within 3 days, Parcel should have reached within 3 days.Why it is not getting delivered within time ?Why DTDC does not care about time, I had 3/4 times bad experiance with DTDC, I will never use again.Please make sure the delivery by Sunday 29th 2015, else I will make a legal action.your disgusting services always frustrates the people.Nikhil Trivedi[protected][protected]@gmail.com
