Consignment No - N95697621 The consignment had a book which was sent to an address in Pakistan to Ahmed Rashid. DTDC had charged Rs 2930 from me. But Ahmed Rashid was also charged Rs 600. Kindly return the money to Ahmed Rashid. DTDC did not tell me that an extra amount would be charged from Ahmed Rashid. Please let me know the action taken at the earliest possible. Otherwise i will have to explore legal options.

I sent my imp document via DTDC service (KUNAL MARKET, Chaphaker chowk) on Feb 27, 2015 but still courier has not reached at destination. When tracked online, it was returened due to incorrect address. I called both officeses (To and From) they are not helping at all.. They are not even providing updates on my case No. I am tired of calling them as I am currently outside India.

1. Pathetic customer service from you guys. a. It took Customer Service 5 days to reply back to an irated customer for a mail marked ‘IMPORTANT’. b. Unprofessional way of handling a query. c. No phone call from you guys even after asking so. d. Unavaiability of Customer Service on phone. [The phone wasn’t picked for 10+ times] 2. Even more pathetic experience with respect to courrier delivery (Sent: 11:30 AM, 30th march, 2015 & Received: 5:00 P.M, 4th April, 2015). It took your organisation a whooping 5 business days to handle the parcel post: a. Constant reminders; b. Uncountable One to one interaction with the local representative; c. Numerous Calls[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[pr...⇄ d. Charging INR 595 for a delayed service; and e. Fake and faulty promises. i. The local represntative promised of delivery sureity the next day on 30th March. (This never happened even after paying INR 595) ii. The local represtative mentioned that we do not have any other service apart from dtdc plus. (I can however find other services too.) iii. The local represntative primised the delivery sureity again on 2nd April. iv. It was this date when the delivery did happen, probably because I refused to leave the office untill I have written sureity regarding delivery. The local representative thus promised me to mark me in an escalation mail ([protected]@ymail.com) which never hapenned on 4th April. It was an unimportant item that was part of the package. Had it been a crucial stuff (Say a medicine); I reckon, patient at the other end would have died waiting for dtdc plus service to respond and behave likely in above mentioned pointers. 3. There is a service Notify Me in your website which shouts of dropping a text message post courrier delivery. – I haven’t received any text message. 4. I was even asked to pick the courrier manually from Faizabad Franchise on 4th April. Is this what I paid for? Now, since there doesn’t seem to be any difference in DTDC PLUS and any other postal / courrier delivery and the servic has been comparatively troublesome, kindly let me know the way to get my money reimbursed. Hello, I have a consignment(X[protected]. As by online tracking its showing that it was out for delivery since Saturday in Faizabad(224001) .But 6 days has been passed & Still I haven't received it. On contacting to the Local help desk they are unable to give any satisfactory answer even most of the given no are not functioning. Pls look & help...

hi, my product (dotzot tracking id:[protected] is not received yet...but it shows that it was delivered on 2 dec-14... i repetitively write for the same thing to customer care executive...but they not properly reply every time when i drop a email...your customer care executive call me and asking the same repetitive questions...they even not knowing my query/problem...after such long time... today the first male executive can not able to answer my query...he simply hand over to lady who started conversation with "what is your problem/query?" what the hell is going on over there?...if you are not able to resolve the said infront of me...and better to drop me a email...then i will go to consumer court for the same matter.

Sir I send a item throw DTDC Courier on[protected] at 1000 Hrs at Amity University Jaipur. I received a call from DTDC Courier Jaipur that collect your item from office, we will not give you at your address given on this, because this 20 KMS away from our office. When I booked, why they told me that we can't give on this address. He told me that if you will not collect todey, we will send it back. I face so many problem.

Our bangalore office has sent a very important courier by DTDC courier service having my contact number mentioned in the address through docket number B19210241. But this courier has returned without even informing me and our company will lose a big business due to the non delivery of this urgent courier. We are going to start a campaign in our industry to not to use DTDC service because of so poor service by DTDC karnal office (Near vegetable market) . Sir, I had sent courier from Chandigarh to Noida on April 2015 consignment no Z45391995 and till date it is not delivered to the destination.Even after continous follow up they are not entertaining me with the update. Please do the needful as i am having some important document in it.

As the DTDC is giving assurance for fast delivery of courier services. I am disappointed with the service we are getting at Nandurbar. It is kind request to company don't collect the courier by giving false commitement of 24 hrs to 48 hrs delivery to customers towards the places anywhere in India where your Franchisee does not exist. So that the customers won't be harassed for 8 to 10 days.

I have ordered a pair of black formal shoes but you have send the wrong order as the shoes which I had received does not match my ordered shoes so I launched a complain for the replacement but again I received the wrong order so now I'm launching the complain for the refund and I have sent the shoes to you address with the required email such as necessary bank details and the complaint details(as advised by the costumer care).But now also I'm reciving the message saying that they have not yet received the product.

As per online information, the courier is for dispatch delivery from Monday 30th March, My mom has been in home from last days just that we do not miss the courier but still no response. I had called all possbile numbers given to me from different DTDC offices but unfortunately, still i do not know the status, I need my courier, tell me how do i do?

DTDC consignment number A31285899 not deliverd from long time while status shown deliverd. The courier dispatched from Surat at Date 24 March 2015 and till now Courier not deliverd Delhi. Current address is B-796 New ashok nagar Delhi 110096.

Hi, This is regarding my shipment no. H42873070 which was shipped from Guntur on March 31, 2015 to Cochin. The shipment had arrived Cochin DTDC Apex on the very next day, that is 1st April, 2015, but it took another one day to reach the DTDC facility in Kakkanad. ​ This shipment being an urgent one for me, I had checked with the sender whether it will reach me latest by Apr 2, 2015, and upon confirmation he had shipped it well on time. It shows the lack of service quality by DTDC, where it took more that a day to reach the facility which is just 15km apart. I had been tracking the shipment since yesterday morning, and was trying to connect to DTDC customer care number from today morning, but nobody was there to answer the call. If customer cannot reach on the customer care number, why the hell such a number been kept on DTDC website ? Finally by 4pm today, I got the DTDC Kakkanad SEZ number, and came to know from them that the shipment has went out for delivery, and I would get the shipment latest by 5pm today. I double checked with them and made my point that the shipment is very urgent for me, but still they didn't bother to inform the delivery person about it. I, not being got any call from anybody till 5.30pm, called them again, and they said that the shipment has returned back to them. They says, they have contacted me, but I didn't get any calls. I have call forwarding enabled on my mobile, and missed call alert in case if I miss any call due to network issues, but nothing had happened. And still they say, they have contacted me. The lady from DTDC Kakkanad SEZ, to whom I spoke wasn't even allowing me to speak, and not listening any of my points. Ref: V20011431 Sent on 11th Feb 2015 from Pune to Delhi not delivered to consignee and insurance for value Rs. 2000 was bought in the event of consignment getting lost. Its being two months now and concern person is saying that there no answer from Head office. Please look in to this matter and arrange my insurance money ASAP.
