Below is the detail of my courier and it was supposed to received at Gurgaon SP-infocity but Gurgaon delivery guys was saying as it is around 10 km away from my current location and it supposed to send by some nearby branch so I am not going to deliver this packet and then I re-route this packet to Delhi address. Item in packet was costly and no of item was 3 but time of delivery it was found 2 items. I co-ordinate with DTDC Chandigarh guys he was saying sir we can’t do anything as delivery guys is not DTDC guys. So it can be happen and even he was saying you must be informed us that this packet contains costly items and no of items. Then we can pay special attention to that courier. Otherwise we are not liable for any loss. Even when I say “I am going to drop the mail against you to your concern department and in FIS concern department to stop further dealing with DTDC services” he was replied ok sir you can do whatever you want. I was surprised by that people behaviour even though he gave the information that package weight is found different in from Gurgaon to Delhi re-route process. Its purely poor performance of a private service by you and i did a mistake sending this post through DTDC instead of the govt service. There was a product that was not accepted when it was delivered at my residential address as no one was available at home however the product (worth INR 9900) has yet not been returned to the company cause of which they are not processing the refund. Below are the consignment details Z44178513 Kindly return the product to company asap so that they can process the refund of INR 9900. I've been writing emails & calling on your customer care number from last 1 month but failed to receive any response from anyone. PLS help as its a huge amt & i'm stuck cause of poor & pathetic services from DTDC. I shall look ahead to your reply.

My courier order no. [protected], tracking no. 40004483 not deliver at my delivery address. They call me to collect my courier from DTDC office. Even my delivery address is in city. Please rectify the problem otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer forum. Contact no. [protected]

This is absolute courier I ever seen. The people who packed my passport their said it will take 2 working days to reach Delhi. But it's already been 3 days and it's showing up its been dispatched from morning but it hasn't been yet delivered. Due to this failure of delivery I am not able to reach my visa on time and I am going to miss my flight. It's not correct on your part to take extra charge for speed post and delivered like just any other. And just ask your representatives to answer calls I hell out of here calling from this morning but no1 is der to answer Hate hate this bloody courier I never recommend this bull courier

My P&G products order nos are S01167681, S01181442 . When I track this two orders, it show Delivered, but I can not get none item . When I ask this problem on my local DTDC courier office, they miss behave with me . I am very disappointed.

But 1 Item is Missing in the parcel worth Rs.5000 which is so important and So Costly a Puma Jacket worth Rs.5000. it is a big letdown. I booked for delivery of gift with Archires order no. AL[protected] for delivery of gift at Tumkur, Bangalore on 14th feb 2015. Archies sent the said gift by DTDc courier n cargo services on 13th Feb via AWB no. X[protected] but I am very disappointed to know that the same has not yet been delivered to the address inspite of pakage is lying at tumkur for the last 3-4 days. We have tried calling up the tumkur office no but no one giving straight answering. They are passing the buck to one another. Pl get the same positively delievered at the address tomorrow. Courier [Docket] No.Z46930856 was booked for Allahabad on Friday evening. Till Monday it was shown 'In Transit' as Lucknow; by Tuesday it became 'inTransit' at Lucknow. Today the tracking report shows fake delivery : "Delivered" at 5.00 pm whereas it had not been delivered till 19.45 hrs.

Consignment No V20711815, which was sent from Mainpuri, U.P on 8th Jan 2015. But courier has not delivered yet to the recipient, Mr Abhishek Dixit. Courier box was containing Mobile phone, on enquiry i got to know that Mobile has been stolen from the box. I have talked to mr Amit Jain, Branch manger in DTDC and there was no solution from his end till now. There is very harsh and pathetic behavior from the end of DTDC. please resolve the issue and tell me the way out to resolve it.

Hello, I send a parcel containing chocolates from Hyd to New Delhi, But the chocolates I send are missing from the parcel and this happened 2nd time. I already contacted the DTDC Malaviya Nagar New Delhi but the didn't respond positively. The packet I send from Hyd was weighing 730 gms but when delivered to Addressee it weigh only 540gms. Till now there is no update on the return status/refund of Tracking No: R16301701 .We dispatched our package on 26-Dec-2014 through DTDC courier service from Kerala to Chattisgarh. As of today its been 55 days !!! From January 2nd 2015, we have been contacting various branches, customer care .But there is no response .Also its been 15 days since I raised the complaint in DTDC Facebook page . Same story here .For the initial few days I got response like we are checking with channel management etc .Then I was told to email further details in personal .From then on there is NO RESPONSE AT ALL from #DTDC . I want my package returned or refunded or else I will take up the matter legally .

This was sent on 10th of FEB and was booked under LITE EXPRESS SPECIAL. Bloody hell that DTDC charged so much but did not deliver it yet. Customer care contact numbers for that NOIDA branch never respond the calls. I want to be delivered at the earliest.

Hello, I had booked 6 couriers from Bangalore, 4 to Udupi district, 1 to Shimoga and 1 to Tumkur on 11 February 2015. As of now, only one courier has been delivered - to Shimoga. Can you please explain how this is even possible? Indian Postal Service delivers faster than this. Why should I send something through "Courier" if this is the kind of service and turnaround I get that too at 6 times the cost of a normal post? When I called the customer care, they were clueless about the couriers and told me that the couriers are delivered but not updated on the website tracking. When I called the franchise at the particular locations, they say the courier was returned because the address was not found. Why is there a phone number listed on the courier? I did not receive any call to confirm the address. This is the most pathetic service I have encountered and I am never going to use again. Also, everyone I know will be advised never to use the service. Even though I know nobody is even going to bother with this message, I am writing this and posting on all online forums so that others do not fall into the trap of your service. first teach him how to speak with customers, especially girls. i don not know his name. he is from Hyderabad, and his number is [protected]. his only work is to hand over the courier to us. he left it in the take away bin below our flat but he did not inform me that security is not there. atleast he should have called me. but he did not. i lost my courier. i need it back. i want a call back. else i will go to higher authority.

I had couriered one parcel from Delhi to Kolkata on 18.12.14. My DTDC Consignment number was D19269352. The courier has not been delivered to the mentioned address whereas the status in Tracker is showing "delivered". Even after contacting the DTDC staff at Delhi & Kolkata, i'm not able to track my consignment. DTDC staff at Anandapur(Kolkata) is saying that they had already delivered the parcel, the delivery boy is not sure at which address he had delivered the parcel. They are saying that maybe they had delivered the parcel at some neighbouring house. It has been two months now and still the parcel is untraceable & there is no effort from DTDC. I had wasted so much money for my loss of parcel.

Conssignment No.B17200902 was delivered from Bangalore on 10th of Feb, delivery guaranteed by 12th jan.Its yet not reached stuck in Noida The exact address was given for Greater Noida But its stuck in Noida from past 4 days..every day they are saying tomorrow tomorrow what kind of service u people provide.reason they give is incomplete address but the address was complete.

Dear DTDC, With reference to the tracking # Z47905216 and Q24776510 I am experiencing the worst service delivery by DTDC. One of my courier # Q24776510 has been returned back saying incomplete address whereas i did not get any call incase if they were not able to find it. Address was for Infosys bangalore electronic city campus which is renowned and can be find out by asking a tea stall. When i called your franchisee person he responded to contact DTDC directly as he is not responsible for it. How can you people provide such a poor service and negligence. If i miss my documents i will go to consumer court as it has my important documents. I keep on calling your customer service in Bangalore and noone is picking the call and this is the kind of customer service you provide. I have ordered something through Archies and it was transited through DTDC courier Tracker status of DTDC is showing it as delivered along with signature. But I have not received any courier yet. Even they people are not ready to tell me at what address it got delivered and not even the name of the person who has signed it. Every time they give contact number of "Bagru" branch to get the details, but no one picks up call there. I want either my courier or my money back.

first of all they gave me wrong docket number for tracing. i got mentally disturbed due to internet showing my package delivered on dtdc site. then when i called them they said that the information has been wrongly updated and product will be delivered. but they didn't deliver it on time and it is now lost. i want my package back.
