Hi, I have been sending all my consignments through DTDC courier since last 3 years. I had booked a consignment on 11th Feb-2015 around 2:30pm from DTDC Ocean Plaza outlet. The consignment was booked for express delivery (DTDC BLUE) to Jabalpur-482001 and was promised to be delivered on 13th Feb-2015 evening. But still the consignment is not yet delivered to the destination as it was meant to be delivered urgently. Kindly don't make such false promises to the customers. I have tried calling all the the contacts of your Nagpur outlet, but no one seems to be interested in serving valuable customer and their calls. Dear Sir, I had to receive on document item with consignment no. Z45209944 from DTDC courier service. Their tracking result is showing that item has been delivered to the mentioned address on Thursday 12 February 2015.However, I still did not get the item. Z40174175 date 08/01/15 this consignment not delivered to party but. show on dtdc site consignment delivered to party. am call to my dtdc agent asking to For POD.but not any reply on till date. so your requested to please arrange the my POD with party mobile no. and stamp be must show on my POD.

My consignment Z38217890, was 'out for delivery' at about 12:15 hrs. on 12/02/2015, but has NOT been delivered till now, i.e., 16:22 hrs. of 13/02/2015. I contacted your local office and was told that it has been given to franchisee for delivery. "Out for Deliver" since about 28 hrs., and no track available. What a wonderful service by DTDC! May God help DTDC. Amen.

This is regarding Shipment No:M13947985 which is not reached to destination. While the status shows that it has been delivered. On further checking through phone calls to DTDC its been found that it has been returned. I checked with the Sakinaka Branch Mumbai. They say that they have not received. Its been more than two months now i have been keep on calling the centres But they are keep on this putting this issue to someone else shoulders. My courier has contained MBC certificate which is very important. I have also send email to css.[protected]@dtdc.com>, <css.[protected]@dtdc.com. But i am not getting any response from them..Kindly trace out my Parcel at the earliest. I am leaving my emal id for further communication. Immediate response would be highly appreciated. I had sent a parcel to Bangalore from Chennai on 09-Feb-2015. The consignment number is C58062946. There was a mistake in receiver's address so i had called bangalore customer care no: [protected] in order to correct it on 10-Feb-2015. I spoke to a lady and she noted down the correct address and ensured the the parcel would be redirected to the new address. I again contacted customer care on 12-Feb-2015 in order to ensure that they updated the same.. BUT NOW I SEE THAT THE SHIPMENT IS BEING RETURNED BACK TO CHENNAI... INSPITE OF CALLING MORE THAN TWICE AND UPDATING THE CORRECT ADDRESS THEY WERE LEAST BOTHERED TO EVEN CALL ME...

I had booked a parcel containing two books from New Delhi(Malviya Nagar) to be delivered at Ludhiana(Shant Park) on 3rd Feb 2015 which was slated to be delivered by 6th Feb 2015 as told to me by the person booking it. I had mentioned my number in the sender however the receiver column had no phone number but had the complete address. The online tracking shows no update after 6th Feb and shows it out for delivery. On enquiring the receiver I was informed that they haven't received it till 12th Feb 2015. I have maid numberous call on the delhi number of DTDC where no one picks the call and after 20-30 calls a lady picked the call and gave me the number of Ludhiana and said this is delivery boy's number please call him. I have called the number [protected] again 50 times and no one ever picked up. The number of Ludhiana branch where the courier was supposedly placed as last updated on the website is also unavailable. After numerous attempts I went to shop where I booked my courier, The man took details and said he will check and tell by next day, which he didnt. I again called the shop I booked courier from today 12th Feb and he gave me a number of Ludhiana and asked me to speak to them. In the meanwhile miraculously the delhi centre picked up the call and after struggling like , took all details and said I will be called in 3 hours and courier will be delivered in 24 hours. I haven't recived any calls even after 8 hours. I tried contacting Ludhiana branch again and and was spoken to in an extremely rude manner and asked to call in ten minutes. The Ludhiana branch had told me in the morning at 11 am that they will call back and tell me where the consignment is in 10 minutes and they havent called till now. When I have called them at 4.30 in the eveing, they again are putting me u[p on hold. It is extremely frustrating, My parcel hasnt been recieved even after 9 days of booking though it was promised to be sent the next day. Please help me trace my courier, as well as punish these false promise makers who have absolute no sense how to deal with consumers and handle their issues

Hi Team, I have booked on parcel (costly)on 6th Feb15 thru National Blue of DTC courier service. first it has reached to Cochine then bangalore again Bangalore then reached to Howrah destination on 12Feb15. It should be reached within 3 days but it has cross the maximum days. i send courier for some purpose but it hasa delay so we have very loss for the same. request you to please take some action for the same. I got a call from DTDC courier guy ( mobile number [protected]) and I gave him the address clearly. I waited for more than 45 minute and when he did not turn up for the delivery I called him again. when i called him, he was behaving very badly like number one rogue. He was calling me irresponsible. Why the heck DTDC should employ such a rogues. This is second time I am having problem with DTDC delivery guys. I will never send and never refer DTDC to anybody.

Hi, My consignment number is K75864455, this was dispatched on 3rd Feb 2015 from Raiganj West Bengal. It was supposed to get delivered at Vodafone Store, Vodafone Belvedere Tower, Rapid Metro Station 3 Gurgaon 122002. Its 11th Feb and we have not received the parcel yet. Your customer people are useless, I hv been provided two numbers from customer care [protected] &[protected]. First one says we dont have your parcel call customer care. I had done so as no other option, this time I was provided with second number, which is not reachable or switched off from last 24hrs. So tell me if anyone of you has correct information and if I can get the my parcel.

Refer to DTDC TRACKING NO - Z[protected] Item booked on 02-02-15 from Delhi) 1. The item was not delivered a my address. I had to go to DTDC Office (Perumba, Payyanur), which is 20 KMs away from my Office address to collect it. { On asking DTDC, the staff say, This pin mentioned in the address is far away, we do not cover it. Then my question is, WHY DID DTDC BOOKED THE ORDER AT DELHI?} 2. The staff in the Office including the Manager/ Owner do not have basic courtesy to deal with the customer. 3. The staff do not speak in any other language ( Hindi or English) except Malayalam.Rather they try to offend the customer by laughing aloud, when they are requested to speak in English or Hindi. Our order with docket no. i01182364 was dispatched from Mumbai on 03/02/2015 and was due to be delivered in Kolkata on 05/02/2015 as promised by the concerned personnel at the time of receipt of the order. The package containing goods for commercial use worth Rs 2 lakhs was due to be used at our client sites. Despite regular follow ups, we have not yet received the order. Not only have we failed at our commitment to deliver our products to our client which costs us our reputation, our order for Rs. 2 lakhs stands cancelled. Hence, even if we do receive the order now, we are not interested anymore. DTDC being such an established name in courier services, it is a disappointment to have received such service. We expect DTDC to compensate for the loss that we have to bear due to their negligence. Obviously, the courier charges if any will not be paid.

My Consignment D21011553 was shipped from Delhi to Ranchi by Flight. But the man who delivered seems as he has to deliver some sack of rice. My Computer which was to be delivered was completely broken. It is really hard to believe how a professional courier service delivers such a delicate consignment. Also contacting DTDC representative is a hard nut to crack. No one is their to answer your queries. I have tried all numbers provided for DTDC customer service but all are useless. Before delivering my consignment I have paid an insurance claim of Rs45000. Can any one let me know how can I get my loss reimbursement.

ONE OF MY CONSIGNMENT BOOKED FFROM BEGUSARAI TO GURGAON BY DTDC COURIER WAS BOOKED ON DATED ;- 30/12/2014 HAVING CONSGNMENT NO - K77140801, AS TODAY IS THE 10TH OF FEB 2015 AND STILL I HAVENT RECEIVED THE SAID CONSIGNMENT TILL DATE. One of my consignment booked ffrom delhi to siliguri by dtdc courier was booked on dated ;- 30/1/2015 having consgnment no - d21644000, as today is the 10th of feb 2015 and still i havent received the said consignment till date.
Today after contacting from the siliguri office and kolkata office the consignment has been sent to guwahati as the destination was for siliguri and was booked from delhi to siliguri, so why the kolkata wala has sent it guwahati, this shows the carelessness of work done by dtdc and very very poor service of dtdc
Due to thier mistakes we people faces problems everytime,
Plz help me out to resolve this issue and deliver the consignment to my destination address at siliguri

I have ordered footwear online on jan 26 2015 and paid the money also
then after 2, 3 days i got the message it will come via DTDC courier.
From DTDC courier again I got the message that "we have your courier and
make arrangement to collect it" (from Ravi Sankar [protected] no. ). First of all it
is their duty to deliver my courier to my given address but even though
when i was calling them they where reluctant to receive the call and
talking very rudely and then agreed to come next day and deliver. But
after 2 days also they did not come, so again i called them then they
told courier has return back when it will come again we will call you .
They talked with me over phone and did not come to deliver me without
any reason and return back the courier. And now when I am tracking it,
its status is showing delivered on Feb 6 2015.

Courier name: DTDC Airway bill number: z46354170 I have purchased an item from EBAY and got tracking above tracking number to track the delivery and progress. Today when I noticed Item in DTDC saying Delivered to some person named "RANGA". I asked my wife for any such delivery but its not delivered to my wife too. I have clearly mentioned my name and address with phone number for smooth delivery. But now I didn't receive the product and status already tracked as delivered. If I am not getting any proper response then I will go for complaint and signature verification which courier person should take while delivering the product. I did not even received a single call from courier person. I demand a strict check up for the parcel and report detailing the status of the product. Thanks, Chinmay
